Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, price and brand image on Gojek consumer satisfaction in the Tapal Kuda area. A sample of 150 respondents from the Gojek consumer population in the Tapal Kuda area was used for this research through a questionnaire. The sampling method used in this research was a non-probability sampling technique using purposive sampling with sample characteristics such as respondents who had used Gojek services, especially Go-Ride, at least twice, aged over 17 years and in the Tapal Kuda area. The test equipment used to test this research instrument consists of validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis. To facilitate research, hypothesis testing was carried out using the t-test and SPSS version 29 software. The research results showed that the service quality variable had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The price variable had a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The brand image variable had a significant influence on satisfaction customer

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan data DISKOPUMKM tahun 2022 penyumbang terbanyak UMKM di Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah Kabupaten Jember. Namun disisi lain perkembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Jember menimbulkan permasalahan yakni dampak dari limbah kegiatan UMKM. Pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Jember belum sepenuhnya menyadari bahwa memperhatikan lingkungan sekitar dapat memberikan manfaat terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Selain itu permasalahan terkait dengan ketatnya persaingan UMKM di Kabupaten Jember, pelaku UMKM dituntut harus kreatif dalam berinovasi serta mampu menciptakan orientasi pasar yang lebih luas.Tujuan: Mengetahui peran CSR dalam intervensi inovasi produk dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM Kabupaten Jember.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori (explanatory research). Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Jember dan sampel 300 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM).Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa inovasi produk dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap CSR dan kinerja keuangan. Selain itu CSR berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKN. Terakhir, CSR memiliki peran sebagai partial mediation terhadap hubungan inovasi produk dan orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM.Keterbatasan Penelitian: Kecilnya scope pengambilan sampel merupakan keterbatasan dari penelitian ini, karena hanya dalam ruang lingkup UMKM yang ada di Kabupaten Jember.Keaslian/Novelty Penelitian: peran intervensi CSR yang diterapkan UMKM di Kabupaten Jember sebagai salah satu upaya dalam menjaga keberlangsungan UMKM di Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand and analyze to test and analyze the significant influence of CRM, brand image, and satisfaction on customer loyalty at The Body Shop Jember. Primary data includes data on filling out questionnaires, interviews and observations of customer loyalty at The Body Shop Jember. While secondary data includes references derived from books, scientific articles, and the internet. Primary data and secondary data are the types of data used for this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that customer loyalty at The Body Shop Jember based on aspects of CRM, brand image, and satisfaction is classified as very influential. As for several aspects that have an impact on the level of customer loyalty at The Body Shop Jember in 2022-2023, the results of this study state that CRM, brand image, and satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty at The Body Shop Jember.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to analyze the influence of Sharia stock literacy and risk factors on Sharia stock investment decisions with behavioral bias as an intervening variable.Design/Methodology/Approach: The population was investors in East Java Province who invested in Sharia stock. The sample for this research was 500 respondents. The analysis employed was the Structural Equation Model.Research findings: The impact of Sharia stock literacy on both Sharia stock literacy and investor behavioral bias was positive. Sharia stock investment decisions were adversely impacted by risk factors. Additionally, risk factors had a detrimental impact on investor behavioral bias. Behavioral bias yielded a favorable impact on the decision-making process for investing in Sharia-compliant stocks. Through behavioral bias, Sharia stock literacy positively affected Sharia stock investment decisions. Meanwhile, risk factors obtained a negative effect on Sharia stock investment decisions through behavioral bias.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research contributes to Sharia stock investment decisions and provides empirical evidence of Sharia stock investment decisions concerning Sharia stock literacy, risk factors, and behavioral biases.Practitioner/Policy implication: This research contributes to investors' ability to determine investment decisions in Sharia stock.Research limitation/Implication: The limitation of this research is that independent variables only used two components of Sharia stock investment decision, i.e., Sharia stock literacy and risk factors. Hence, the level of influence of the independent variables on the dependent was small.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the interrelationship between profitability and the effectiveness of Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) size in enhancing Islamic Social Reporting (ISR). The research focuses on companies listed on the Sharia Stock Index. Employing Path Analysis and the Robust Sobel Test for data analysis, the study reveals that the size of the Sharia Supervisory Board significantly impacts both ISR and profitability. Additionally, profitability plays a crucial role in influencing ISR, with the size of the SSB indirectly affecting ISR through its mediation of profitability. The findings offer valuable insights for managers of Sharia-compliant firms, highlighting key variables that influence corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives within these organizations. Consequently, Sharia companies can better determine the critical components for reporting. The study points out the importance for company management to devise strategies that not only focus on enhancing profitability but also ensure that such profitability is leveraged to support CSR activities. This approach fosters a synergistic relationship between financial performance and social responsibility, promoting sustainable business practices aligned with Sharia principles.

Abstract

Laporan keuangan adalah catatan informasi tentang keuangan suatu perusahaan selama periode waktu tertentu yang menggambarkan kinerjanya. Laporan keuangan, yang akurat dan transparan, akan meningkatkan kepercayaan publik terhadap pengelolaan keuangan sekolah. Data keuangan yang valid dapat menjadi dasar dalam merencanakan dan mengambil keputusan yang strategis untuk pengembangan sekolah, dengan memahami sistem akuntansi yang baik, kesalahan dan penyimpangan dalam pengelolaan keuangan dapat dihindari. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meingkatkan kemampuan pengelola keuangan disekolah dan madrasah Muhammadiyah se Kabupaten Bayuwangi. Basis akuntansi, standar akuntansi yang berlaku, penyusunan jurnal umum dan khusus, posting ke buku besar, penyusunan neraca dan laporan laba rugi, dan analisis laporan keuangan adalah beberapa topik yang dapat dipelajari dalam pelatihan ini. Diharapkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini akan memberikan pelatihan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) on product quality improvement at PT. Kimika Usaha Prima. The study focuses on three key TQM indicators: customer focus, teamwork, and education and training. Employing a quantitative approach, the research involved 35 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the relationships among the variables. The findings reveal that the three TQM indicators customer focus, teamwork, and education and training have a significant influence on product quality improvement. These results suggest that an effective application of TQM principles can enhance the quality of products produced by the company. This study provides practical recommendations for PT. Kimika Usaha Prima to strengthen its competitive advantage through the structured and sustainable implementation of TQM strategies. Moreover, it highlights the importance of organizational commitment to prioritizing customer satisfaction, fostering teamwork, and investing in human resource development as key drivers of quality enhancement.

Abstract

The results of this research are also in line with the researcher who is carried out by factors that affect the desire of generation Z, especially KSPM students at universities in Jember Regency, to invest in the capital market. Generation Z as a digital generation that is familiar with technology has special characteristics that need to be understood in the context of investment behavior and researchers are more focused on choosing KSPM as the object of research because KSPM is an extension of the capital market in general for students. The population of this study includes generation Z, especially students who take part in KSPM at the University of Jember Regency which totals 152 students who were taken as research samples using non-probability sampling techniques, data processing was analyzed by multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing using t-test. The researcher's research shows that the impact of investment knowledge, minimum capital, risk preferences and social media influencers significantly affects investment interest.

Abstract

CV. Neturmeric Internasional adalah bentuk digitalpreneur di Bondowoso Jawa Timur bergerak dalam bidang software dan web development, serta konsultan IT yang mengkhususkan diri dalam mengembangkan aplikasi web, aplikasi mobile, dan aplikasi lainnya berbasis web. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah tingkat penjualan mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, salah satu yang mempengaruhi dari faktor internal yaitu SDM kurang professional dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk melakukan proses produksi, faktor lingkungan eksternal juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam menentukan kesuksesan atau kegagalan perusahaan. Keberhasilan atau kegagalan perusahaan startup digital ditentukan oleh kemampuan manajemen perusahaan tersebut dalam memahami lingkungan eksternal perusahaan secara lengkap dan akurat, yang menjadi dasar pengembangan strategi pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi strategi pemasaran di CV. Neturmeric Internasional, menetapkan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai atau terbaik bagi CV. Neturmeric Internasional menggunakan pendekatan metode matriks SWOT dan matriks QSPM. Berdasarkan analisis matrix IFE diperoleh total skor yang dimiliki CV. Neturmeric  sebesar 3,97, sedangkan analisis Matrix EFE sebesar 4,00. Hasil Matrix IE berada pada sel I yang disebut strategi tumbuh dan membangun, selain itu pada sel I terdapat strategi integratif yaitu integrasi ke depan, integrasi ke belakang dan integrasi horizontal. Matriks SWOT menghasilkan 4 alternatif strategi yang dapat dipilih oleh CV. Neturmeric Internasional. Berdasarkan matriks QSPM alternatif strategi yang paling diusulkan dan diprioritaskan adalah Penggunaan media sosial atau platform digital untuk pemasaran dengan cara diversifikasi layanan cloud dengan sistem hybrid-cloud atau multi-cloud agar lebih fleksibel dan tidak terlalu bergantung pada satu vendor dengan skor TAS sebesar 2,508.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi di era modern saat ini telah membawa perubahan besar dalam kehidupan manusia. Perubahan ini telah melalui berbagai tahap, termasuk era revolusi yang kini dikenal sebagai era Industri 4.0 dan Society 5.0. Secara tidak sadar, hampir seluruh aspek kehidupan kini berjalan beriringan dengan teknologi. PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk lahir pada 17 Mei 2021 dari merger dua platform digital raksasa Indonesia. Pada awalnya, merger GoTo menunjukkan performa yang sangat baik, menjadikannya Decacorn pertama di Indonesia. Namun pada perjalanannya, GoTo mengalami kerugian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif deskriptif dengan bersumber dari laporan keuangan GoTo 2020-2025 dengan menggunakan Metode Altman Z Score. Hasil akhirn menyebutkan GoTo berada pada zona berbahaya. Setelah dilakukan beberapa simulasi, cara terbaik dan paling relevan untuk GoTo lakukan adalah simulasi peningkatan rasio X2 dan X3 sebesar 30% agar terhindar dari zona berbahaya menjadi zona sehat.
