Abstract

Technology will continue to evolve to meet all human needs, which always require faster mobility than what is seen today. Startup businesses are developing financial technology to meet the demand for a profitable and convenient payment system. The purpose of this study is to determine and explore how perceived benefits and convenience can influence students' intention to use financial technology as a payment method in Jember City. This study used a proportional random sampling process and a quantitative approach with a sample size of 400 students in Jember City. In this study, a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The survey was distributed offline and online using Google Forms links to measure the impact of each variable. A statistical program called SPSS 21 was used to conduct multiple linear regression analysis in this study. The findings show that the propensity to use financial technology as a payment method is influenced, both simultaneously and partially, by perceived benefits and convenience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja, pemberian kredit, dan manajemen risiko terhadap kinerja keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Karyawan Daun Emas Nusantara periode tahun 2021–2024. Data yang digunakan dalam bentuk bulanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh/sampel total dengan jumlah 46 data. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS, variabel independen: modal kerja yang di proksikan working capital turnover (WCT), pemberian kredit diproksikan oleh loan to deposit ratio (LDR), dan manajemen risiko yang diproksikan oleh capital adequacy ratio (CAR); variabel dependen: kinerja keuangan diproksikan oleh return on assets (ROA). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa WCT berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, yang menegaskan bahwa efisiensi pengelolaan modal kerja meningkatkan profitabilitas koperasi. Sebaliknya, LDR berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, menandakan penyaluran kredit agresif tanpa dukungan likuiditas dan manajemen modal kerja yang memadai menurunkan efektivitas aset. Sementara itu, CAR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen risiko formal belum berdampak pada profitabilitas. Temuan ini implikatif bagi pengurus koperasi untuk memperkuat pengelolaan modal kerja, menerapkan seleksi kredit yang hati-hati, dan meningkatkan implementasi manajemen risiko agar dampak positif terhadap kinerja keuangan koperasi dapat terjadi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Current technological developments make consumers carry out activities to buy goods through digital media, so that it can provide convenience for its users. Like currently, female students are a group that often shop online. In addition to making purchases with digital media, it can make it easier to do marketing such as promotions or find information. With the many skincare or make-up sellers currently using hazardous chemicals, with digital marketing we can find out more information before buying a product. So that we can become aware of the brand and trust the brand more. Barenbliss is a brand that is quite good at utilizing digital marketing. This study aims to investigate and analyze the influence of digital marketing, brand awareness, and the level of trust that has a major impact on Barenbliss customer loyalty. The type of research conducted is quantitative research with a population of female students in Jember Regency. In this study, the sample taken consisted of 400 respondents. The conclusion of this study shows that digital marketing, brand awareness, and trust have a significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Finance plays an important role in supporting company growth. Without good financial management, companies can face various obstacles that risk thwarting the achievement of business goals. This study is intended to explore and analyze the extent to which financial literacy, utilization of financial technology, and lifestyle patterns influence financial management behavior among students domiciled in Jember Regency. In its implementation, this study applies a quantitative method involving 400 respondents as a sample. Sample selection was carried out using the Non-Probability Sampling method with a purposive sampling approach. Data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used include testing research instruments, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and calculating the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that financial literacy, utilization of financial technology, and lifestyle have a significant effect on the financial behavior of students in Jember Regency.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the current digital era has affected many areas of life. The rise of online markets has changed the way consumers shop, shifting from traditional face-to-face transactions to online purchases. This study aims to investigate and examine how Shopee Live, online customer feedback, and video content marketing influence consumer purchasing choices related to products offered by Aneka Jersey. With a sample of 170 participants, this study uses an associative quantitative method. Data collection was mostly done through questionnaires, the sampling technique was non-probability sampling with a purposeful sampling approach. In data analysis, this study used various stages, including instrument testing, classical assumption testing, conducting multiple linear regression analysis, conducting hypothesis testing, and calculating the coefficient of determination. The research findings show that Shopee Live, online customer reviews, and video content marketing positively and significantly influence purchasing choices related to Aneka Jersey products. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that there is a contribution of 32.1% to the variables related to purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, self-efficacy, and social support on entrepreneurial interest in students domiciled in Jember Regency. The approach used is quantitative descriptive with saturated sampling technique, involving 400 student respondents. To analyze the relationship between variables, this study uses multiple linear regression method to determine how much influence each independent variable has on the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that all independent variables have a significant influence on entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurial knowledge has a significance value of 0.001 and a t count of 8.574, which is greater than the t table of 1.966. Self-efficacy also shows a significance of 0.001 with a t count of 10.208> t table. Likewise, social support has a significance value of 0.001 and a t count of 4.247> t table. These findings indicate that the three independent variables have a significant positive influence on increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship. This research is expected to provide important contributions in the development of entrepreneurship policies, especially in the academic environment of Jember Regency.
