Abstract

Bauran pemasaran atau lebih dikenal dengan marketing mix merupakan strategi yang memiliki dampak pada keputusan pembilan suatu produk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan menguji pengaruh dari marketing mix yaitu produk,harga,promosi dan lokasi/saluran distribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UD Vira Jember. Penelitian semacam ini menyelidiki hubungan antara sebab dan akibat. Konsumen atau pembeli barang-barang UD Vira Jember membentuk populasi studi, sebanyak 80 orang dimasukkan dalam sampel. Beberapa regresi linear digunakan dalam perangkat lunak analisis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa marketing mix berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian, jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa jika produk, harga, promosi, dan lokasi/saluran distribusi dikembangkan lebih baik lagi maka akan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada UD Vira Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kepemimpinan transformasional serta stereotip gender terhadap kinerja kepala desa perempuan di wilayah Wringin Kabupaten Bondowoso. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data berupa observasi, wawancara serta kuesioner kepada 38 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik sensus yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pandangan responden terhadap variabel yang diteliti. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis (uji t) serta koefisien determinasi. Dari hasil analisis menggunakan regresi berganda diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kepemimpinan transformasional serta stereotip gender memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja (performance) kepala desa perempuan. Uji-t menunjukkan bahwa hasil kepemimpinan transformasional serta stereotip gender memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja (performance) kepala desa perempuan.

Abstract

The dimensions of food security include four main components, namely: availability, access, use, and the purpose of this activity is to formulate and describe a plan for the development of a sustainable food house area in the SDG village, Bangsalsari district, Jember regency. The methods used are: field observation, FGD, and mentoring and training activities. The target audience for this activity are: Farmers and Young Farmers in Sukorejo Village, Bangdalsari District, Jember Regency. Conclusions from this activity: (a) a master plan for the development of KRPL in SDG Bangsalsari Village, Jember Regency has been successfully compiled which consists of: (1) Utilization of farmhouse yards for cultivation of vegetables and horticulture, and livestock and fisheries which are carried out independently and managed in one integrated management supports the success of the SDG program in Jember Regency, (2) the target of this activity and is committed to supporting and implementing the activity plans that have been jointly launched, (3) the need for operational funding support to implement an adequate and accountable KRPL plan under the assistance of the team Integrated College

Abstract

Industri pariwisata di seluruh dunia, khususnya Indonesia, berkembang sangat pesat. Perkembangan lainnya adalah penggunaan media sosial untuk pemasaran pariwisata. Namun pemasaran Wisata Tiara Park Waterboom Jember hanya menggunakan aplikasi Instagram dan platform media sosial seperti Facebook dan Tiktok tidak digunakan. Namun demikian, kualitas pelayanan, visibilitas lokasi wisata, dan promosi media sosial dapat mempengaruhi pilihan pelanggan untuk mengunjungi Tiara Park Waterboom Jember. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial, kualitas pelayanan, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Tiara Park Waterboom Jember. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang diambil dari total populasi pengunjung Tiarapark tahun 2022 yaitu sebanyak 50.259. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS versi 21. Pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa ketiga variabel yaitu media sosial, kualitas pelayanan, dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Tiara Park Waterboom Jember. Koefisien determinasi penelitian ini sebesar 63,1%.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, competition in the business world is getting tougher. This becomes a demand for every company to be able to maximize the company's performance in order to be able to compete in the market. In the current era, many cafes have sprung up in Jember Regency. Soe Jember Coffee is one of the businesses in Jember Regency which is engaged in the culinary field. The competition that occurs requires all business sectors to provide the best service, for example strengthening brand image, determining the right price and good product quality. This research was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, perceived price and product quality on customer loyalty Coffee Soe Jember. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the population used is Coffee Soe Jember customers with a total sample of 100 people. This study shows that brand image, perceived price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jember soe coffee. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of personality, family environment, and entrepreneurship education on generation Z's entrepreneurial interest in Banyuwangi. The research method uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are members of generation Z in the area. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques to evaluate the extent to which these independent variables influence generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship. The research results show that personality, family environment and entrepreneurial education have a positive and significant influence on generation Z's interest in entrepreneurship in Banyuwangi. In conclusion, factors that can encourage interest in entrepreneurship in generation Z provide a basis for developing more effective education and training programs, as well as provide insight for policy makers to advance entrepreneurial potential among generation Z. Abstract

Advances in internet technology have changed the way businesses operate. Thanks to theInternet, entrepreneurs have unlimited access to information to support their businessoperations. In this context, electronic commerce has evolved into an environment whereadvances in Internet technology can be used to make products and services available to awider market. The Shopee Online Shopping Application is popular and memorable amongonline shopping customers because of its attractive features. This study has the aim ofknowing the effect of advertising, security, and trust on consumer interest in buying fashionproducts at Shopee. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Students enrolled in theFaculty of Economics Management Course in 2019 comprised the research population. Thesample determination adopted the use of target sampling techniques with a total of 74respondents. The study's conclusions demonstrate that advertising, security, and trust have apositive and significant effect on consumer interest in buying fashion products at Shopeemarketplace.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kualitas pelayanan Afc Futsal Center di Tegaldlimo, Banyuwangi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif Kuantitatif, (Customer Satisfaction Index) CSI, (Importance Performance Analisis) IPA. Sempel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 89 responde, jenis data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran Kuisioner dan Observasi. Sedangkan didalanya menggunakan tingkat kinerja serta harapan/kepentingan.hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden yang merupakan pelanggan Afc Futsal Center dapat dikatakan Cukup Puas, hal ini terlihat dari hasil pengukuran CSI sebanyak 58,32%. Sedangkan dalam pengukuran IPA ada 3 atribut yang menjadi prioritas utama dimana atribut ini di anggap penting bagi pelanggan namun kinerja nya masih kurang baik atribut tersebut antara lain kesigapan karyawan dalam melayani bokingan serta pesanan lapangan untuk bermain, kecepatan karyawan pada Afc Futsal Center dalam mengatasi keluhan dari pelanggan, keramahan karyawan terhadap pelanggan yang ada ditempat penyewaan lapangan futsal.

Abstract

The condition of female micro entrpreneur in Bondowoso Nangkaan Market currently still has limitations with various problems. These limitations include capital, lack of knowledge in financial management, financial management skills, low financial and financial behavior, limited access to information and technology, and the limited scope of the market which is still a limiting factor for the SME space. This study aims to determine the level of financial literacy based on financial knowledge, financial behavior, financial skills, financial attitude, and financial performance. The research design used in this study is quantitative research because it uses data in the form of numbers in descriptive statistical analysis. The population in this study is the economic actors of SME Women in the Nangkaan Market Bondowoso Regency with a sample of 68 SME of Women. The results of this study indicate that based on financial knowledge, financial behavior, financial attitude, financial skills, and financial performance are classified as low because they are under 60%. The high level of financial literacy is believed to be able to improve welfare because by increasing the level of financial literacy, female micro entrpreneur economic actors can make financial decisions better so that business financial planning becomes more optimal, which in turn can improve welfare.The results of this study indicate that based on the five variables that use the financial literacy rate of female SME are in the middle category.
