Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate how e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and trust impact the satisfaction levels  of Gojek transportation users in Malang  City. It employs  a quantitative approach to analyze the relationship between independent variables (e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and trust) and the dependent variable (satisfaction). The study's sample comprises 80 consumers from the Lowokwaru District in Malang City, and primary data collection is done through questionnaire distribution, aided by the SPSS data analysis tool. The findings of this study reveal that e-service quality, perceived usefulness, and trust collectively and significantly influence the satisfaction levels of Gojek transportation users in Malang City. The coefficient of determination test indicates that 54.6% of the variance in satisfaction can be explained by these variables, with the remaining 45.4% attributed to factors not investigated in this study. Keywords: E-Service Quality, Perceived Usefulness, Trust, and User Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of operational time, service quality, product variety and price on customer satisfaction among grocery store buyers. This research uses a quantitative description method. The respondents for this research were 94 respondents as customers at the Lowokwaru District grocery store who were selected using a purposive sampling technique with the maholtra formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire consisting of 2 variables, namely operational time, service quality, product variety, price and customer satisfaction. Data obtained from respondents was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science). The results of this research show that: (1) Operational time, service quality, product variety and price simultaneously influence customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (2) Operational time has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (3) Service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. (4) Product variety has a partial effect on customer satisfaction in the study of Madurese grocery store buyers. Abstract

Abstract The results of this research aim to determine Price, Promotion and Barand Image on Maxim User Decisions in a study on FEB Students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2020. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the price variable has a positive and significant effect on user decisions with a significant value of 0.001<0.05, the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on User Decisions with a significant value of 0.028<0.005 and the Brand Image variable has a positive and significant effect on User Decisions with a significance value of 0.14<0.05.  Keywords: Work Environment, Financial Compensation And Non-Financial Compensation

Abstract

Abstract  This research aims to find out whether attractiveness and social media have an influence on tourists' decisions to visit Madiredo Lake Agrotourism which is located in Madiredo Village, Pujon District, Malang Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the people of Malang Raya who visited the Madiredo Lake Agrotourism. Using a sample using the Slovin formula, 99 respondents were obtained. In this research, the technique used was non-probability sampling. Non-probability sampling method involves selecting elements from the population without using a random process. This research shows that attractiveness and social media  have a significant influence on visitors' decision to visit Telaga Madiredo Agrotourism. Keywords: Social Media Marketing, E-WOM, Brand Experience, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of shopping lifestyle (X1), celebrity endorser, and word of mouth (X3) on purchasing decisions. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a total of 112 respondents. The respondents in this study are Luxcrime make up consumers in Malang City. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 as the analysis tool. Abstract

Abstract This research is motivated by the rapid development of creative economy actors. So that creative economy MSME players are required to have the latest innovations and develop their businesses by utilizing increasingly advanced technological developments. However, there are still many creative economic actors who do not know how important financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, and financial self-efficacy are in a business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, locus of control, self-efficacy on financial management behavior.This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. This method aims to make a description or descriptive of a situation objectively. Respondents in this study were 60 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling of IWAPI members. The results of this study reveal that financial knowledge has a significant effect on financial management behavior. While financial attitudes, locus of control, financial self-efficacy have no significant effect on financial management behavior. Keywords: Creative Economy, Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, Locus Of Control, Self-Efficacy, Financial Management Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of community participation in the field of planning, the field of organizing, the field of implementation and the field of supervision in improving village development in Bontokape Village, Bolo District, Bima Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is people living in Bontokape Village since 2019 and village officials who have served since 2019. Determination of the number of samples using the slovin formula and obtained 55 respondents with purposive sampling techniques. The data collection method uses observation, documentation and questionnaires/questionnaires given offline to respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study are research instrument tests (Validity test, Reliability test), Normality Test, Classical assumption test (Multicollinearity test, Heterokedasticity test), Multiple linear analysis, Hypothesis test (t test, f test) and Determination coefficient test using SPSS data processor. The results of the study partially obtained results where community participation in the field of planning did not have a significant effect on village development, community participation in the field of organizing did not have a significant effect on village development, community participation in the field of implementation did not have a significant effect on village development, community participation in the field of supervision did not have a significant effect on village development, due to the large population It is studied to have a social phenomenon of development, the majority of which are still in operational form or in the operational managerial group where elements of planning, organizing, implementing and supervising have been completed in the government and village officials while the village community is more involved or physically participating when activities are carried out. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine and analyze the relationship between Islamic Financial Literacy and Muslim Entrepreneurial Behavior on the Performance of Business Actors. This research uses studies on Business Actors in Malang, both in the City and Regency. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to business actors selected using purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 72 respondents. The analytical method used in this research was the research instrument test (Validity Test, Reliability Test), Normality Test. Classic assumption test (Multicolinearity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test). Multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test (F test, t test) and Coefficient of Determination Test using SPSS data processing. The results of this research show that Islamic Financial Literacy does not influence the Performance of Business Actors. Abstract

Abstract Increasingly fierce industry competition encourages companies to implement more effective marketing strategies, one of which is through brand storytelling marketing that builds emotional connections with consumers. This study analyzes the effect of brand storytelling marketing and emotional connection on purchasing decisions for Teh Botol Sosro in Malang City. The research method used is quantitative with survey techniques on 75 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which shows that both brand storytelling marketing and emotional connection have a effect on purchasing decisions. Consumers are more interested and loyal to brands that are able to build strong stories and emotional attachments. This research emphasizes the importance of companies in developing compelling brand communication and building emotional connections with consumers to increase market competitiveness. Keywords: Brand Storytelling Marketing, Emotional Connection, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Content Marketing (X1) and Influencer Marketing (X2) on purchase decisions. The research employs a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 75 respondents. The respondents in this study are Generation Z students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Islamic University of Malang. The data analysis method utilizes statistical tests, including instrument testing, multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing, with analysis conducted using SPSS 30. The results of this study indicate that content marketing and influencer marketing have a significant positive influence, both partially and simultaneously, on purchase decisions. Keywords: Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Purchase Decision
