Abstract

Green school is an informal school wich focus on character education for children about the preservation of the nature coast. For that the green school of bahari bandar bakau became a place in accordance with the curriculum of basic education to optimize green school of bandar bakau informal standards become formal. In the design this green school of bahari bandar bakau will be done with the contextual approach coastal architecture within the Dumai coastal areas, also uses the concept of archipelago built space values so that the green school can remember and demonstrated the importance values of the archipelago built space. Some indicators which become the state of the art is sustainablility, harmony of nature, the climate response, collective consciousness, intelligence and knowledge of the culture as a basic for generating design of green school in accordance with national curriculum standards and contextual with the maritime environment.Keywords: green school, maritime, coastal architecture, contextual

Abstract

Graha photography serves as a mediums to accommodate photography activities, but Pekanbaru City does not have a container that is devoted to that field, such as graha photography.Meanwhile, the development of photography is increasing from day to day, based on the fans and photography community. Some photography lovers learn about photography by self-taught, thus requiring individual containers to learn and develop. This is why we want to make graha photography in Pekanbaru City. Graha photography design is done by combining the definition of photography as a light of print and made the concept of design. Light print on the design of graha photography include the form of mass composition of the building as a transformation of the form that begins from the direction of light comes directed to the field of reflection to other fields until there are several times the reflection, such as the light of the digital single lens reflex camera. Meanwhile, the basic parts of photography composition, angle and moment apply to other building parts such as facades, landscaping and interior buildings.Keywords:, Light print, Photography, Reflection

International Port Passenger Kepulauan Meranti Regency is part of TanjungHarapan with the application of contemporary architecture is a public facility thataccommodates marine transportation activities. The development of sea transport facilities in line with the development of a contemporary architecture that is both innovative and flexible, well out of shape or display as well as the use of materials that will support the display of contemporary architectural style. The design aims to support the activities of sea transport that supports the needs of the present and the future, become the driving force for potentialterritory Kepulauan Meranti Regency Research methods used include field data collection, studies, and empirical studies library. Abstract

Datuk Rubiah Market, located in Jl. Sumatra is a place that plays an important role in collecting the needs of the people of Bagansiapiapi. Problems that occur in Datuk Rubiah are many shortages of facilities such as trash bins, management offices, unloading areas, kiosks and booths that are lacking for sellers. The market arrangement also looks poor, that is, the circulation in and out of the market is not appropriate so that buyers are piling up, lack of parking lots and drainage facilities is also a problem caused in this market. therefore the need for a new Design Datuk Rubiah Market both in terms of buildings and land area. The design method used in the design of the Datuk Rubiah Market is with the principles of Chinese and Malay Architecture. Abstract

Narcotics misuse and circulation is one of the biggest problems in the country, especially in Riau province. However, the high number of narcotic violations is not balanced with the means and rehabilitation facilities that meet the standards. The available rehabilitation containers are still limited in terms and facilities. Therefore, this study aims to design a rehabilitation center for the most complete drug sufferers of NAPZA, so that it is the main reference for the rehabilitation service in Riau province and is a sample material for the place Existing rehabilitation. The method used in design is the Healing Environment approach by applying principles related to nature as the basis of healing. This is because nature can calm the mind and can affect the psychological and physical condition of rehabilitation patients so that it can help accelerate the healing process. The concept used is the concept of rehabilitation transformation, expected by this concept can unite between architecture and human health. Abstract

The promotion that is being done by the government of Indragiri Hilir District in various sectors is a way to improve the regional economy. Various exhibitions and meetings held annually become routine agenda and always be an attraction for local and foreign people. Toaccommodate the various exhibitions and meetings, it is necessary exhibition buildings and conventions with functional and large capacity room facilities. Design methods in designing apply an expressionist architectural approach in which the physical and characteristicbuildings and regions tend to blend the function and aesthetic aspects of both shape, space and structure. Abstract

The Center for Digital Technology Creativity in Pekanbaru is a facility that utilizes digital technology in creative thinking to keep abreast of digital and easy times and a place for peopleto understand and participate in developing digital technology by developing digital technology skills in various branches of technology. The existence of the Center for DigitalTechnology Creativity in Pekanbaru is very important, starting from the high interest of the community towards technology and also because digital technology has great potential in the industrial world in the digital era where everything that is done is completely digital. Theimportance of this facility is strengthened by the large number of people who start using digital technology but are not yet aware of what can be done by the technology, so that the digitaltechnology used will be felt to be useless and quite a number of cases are found due to negative use of technology. The Center for Digital Technology Creativity has the main function as a training and development center that aims to increase students' knowledge about digital technology and digital technology branches in the industrial world and information functions that will explain the technological developments in the world. This method uses the NormanFoster Design Principles Approach which applies the science of modern technology and provides ease of use. Norman Foster always designs with the inculcation of the concept of High Tech in his building, so that not only provides facilities that develop technology skills toindividuals but also illustrates a technological development into architecture that can be seen in the physical building and experience in the building. Abstract

Automotive center is a central that can accommodate all activities consumer, manufacturer or seller related to automotive of the car. Pekanbaru as the capital of Riau Province has a number of four-wheeled vehicles that continue to increase annually, so that the automotive market is potentially growing. Pekanbaru City does not have a special automotive center building, the current condition of companies related to automotive is still scattered. Pekanbaru Automotive Center planning becomes the solution of the problem that serves as an educational, commercial and social facilities and there are supporting facilities for user activities. This method uses High Tech Architecture because being able to present building functions as a place with automotive image representing a technology, manufacturing, sophisticated, flexible and functional. The concept used is “Piston” that take the characteristic of the piston motion system, to make it more flexible in the construction process or to give the engine resemble quality. Abstract

Pekanbaru Creative Center is a place that has functions for education, sharing, collaboration, commercial, and performances that will become a forum for the creative industry community and the community to support creative industry activities while at the same time maximizing the existing potentials. It will later focus on facilitating the development of the 8 most superior sectors in Riau according to Bekraf (2016), namely culinary; craft; film, animation and video; application and game developer, architecture, DKV, performance art, and fashion. With the development of the creative industry in Pekanbaru it is hoped that it will become one of the solutions to economic problems by creating jobs. Pekanbaru Creative Center will be located in Pekanbaru City. The city of Pekanbaru was chosen based on the distribution of creative economy actors in Riau, 58.62% of which are in Pekanbaru while the rest are scattered in other Riau regions. The existence of the Pekanbaru Creative Center is expected to be a forum for the people of Pekanbaru, starting from students, freelancers, creative industry players , start-up actors and visitors from the general public who have the desire to learn and develop their work into tangible results and have more selling power. In designing the Pekanbaru Creative Center will use the Folding Architecture approach. Folding Architecture is a process of producing a formation in architectural design which is essentially experimenting to produce a form through a process Its application to architectural design uses paper characters and transforms them into a form through the Folding process and the nature of folding architecture. There will be 3 buildings which are divided based on the function of the building, they are the manager and public buildings, training buildings, as well as food court buildings and prayer rooms. The application of the Folding process to buildings will be limited by the concept of buildings, origami. Abstract

Siak Sri Indrapura is a city rich in diversity of tradition, arts and traditional knowledge, this can be seen from the attractiveness of local traditions that have the potential as tourist attractions and also plays a major role in executing arts events and performances in Riau Province. Musical Opera Theater of Siak is a place for art activities with cultural values that also functions as a space for interaction of community and information activities, so it will support the development of community interests and talents in performing arts. By using Renzo Piano’s design principles, it is able to create a connection between performing arts through architecture and the use of surrounding environment and culture in the city of Siak. With Audiosonic Wave as the concept and being transformed by Renzo Piano’s design principle, this building has architectural qualities that can enhance creativity and ideas about performing arts through architectural elements.
