Abstract

Rizosfer menjadi dasar ideal untuk kehidupan mikroba tanah di daerah sekitar perakaran tanaman. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keragaman koloni jamur mikroskopis pada rizosfer pada tanaman Citrus nobilis di Agrowisata Desa Karang Bunga Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Penelitian mengacu berdasarkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan analisis data. Hasil keragaman koloni jamur yang didapatkan kemudian diidentifikasi berdasarkan literatur mengenai sifat-sifat koloni jamur mikroskopis. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 8 (delapan) jenis koloni jamur mikroskopis yang tumbuh pada medium yang memiliki karakteristik berbeda.

Abstract

Bahan Ajar Berbasis Aplikasi Android “Sigema” merupakan salah satu bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan tuntutan era revolusi industri 4.0 yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone. Pembelajaran konsep Sistem Gerak Manusia memerlukan bahan ajar yang sesuai untuk mengatasi kesulitan peserta didik. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan validitas dan kepraktisan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis slot777 penelitian dan pengembangan, menggunakan model Alessi & Trollip (2001) dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap yaitu (1) Planning (perencanaan); (2) Design (perancangan); dan (3) Development (pengembangan). Subjek uji kepraktisan terdiri dari 15 (lima belas) peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 8 Banjarmasin. Data diperoleh dari instrumen penilaian berupa instrumen kepraktisan. Analisis kepraktisan berdasarkan kriteria Widoyoko (2020). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bahan Ajar Berbasis Aplikasi Android “Sigema” Konsep Sistem Gerak Manusia yang dikembangkan memperoleh nilai kepraktisan 4,35 tergolong sangat praktis. Kata kunci: Bahan ajar, android, kepraktisan

Abstract

The development of different teaching materials E-Handout on the Concept of Human Digestive System is one of the efforts to overcome the lack of understanding of Phase F students of MAN 2 Banjarmasin City. This study aims to develop E-Handout teaching materials and describe the suitability, feasibility, and readability of learners on the results of E-handout teaching materials development of human digestive system concepts. The development model used is 4D Thiagarajan (1974) which consists of stages 1) Define to define initial and final needs, 2) Design to select media and format, 3) Develop to assess research with suitability, feasibility, and readability assessment instruments, 4) Disseminate. This research was carried out to the stage of developing validation tests and validation tests. The research subjects were 3 validators consisting of 2 lecturers of Biology Education FKIP ULM and 1 partner teacher of MAN 2 Banjarmasin City, as well as 12 students of class XI (Phase F) specialization 1 biology MAN 2 Banjarmasin City. The results showed that 1) the results of the suitability test obtained a score of 4.20 (appropriate) with learning objectives, language, format, and media, 2) the results of the feasibility test obtained a score of 4.40 (very feasible) which means that technically E-Handout is very feasible to use as teaching material, 3) the results of the readability test obtained a score of 4.37 which means (very good) to be understood by students.Kata kunci: Pengembangan, Bahan ajar, E-Handout, Sistem pencernaan manusia.

Abstract

The Merdeka curriculum implemented in Indonesian schools allows teachers to create, select and modify teaching modules according to the context and needs of the learners. This research was used to develop a biology teaching module by exploring the potential of plants biodiversity in South Kalimantan, especially exotic fruit plants using the syntax of STEM-Project Based Learning model. The biology teaching module development design was used the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation).The results of the development in the form of teaching modules that have three sub-topics namely 1) levels of biodiversity (genes, species, and ecosystems); 2) species diversity of exotic fruit flora of South Kalimantan and 3) Biodiversity conservation efforts. The Teaching Module has complete components consisting of general information, core components and attachments. Validity and feasibility tests involved 3 experts (biology teachers with more than 5 years of teaching experience) and 10 students from SMAN 7 Banjarmasin. Data analysis was done descriptively from validity and feasibility test data. The results showed that the developed product is feasible to use in the learning process of biodiversity of E phase students in class X with excellent and very valid categories
