Abstract

Learning invertebrate sub concepts at Muhammadiyah 2 High School in Banjarmasin still uses conceptual learning. This causes students not to have the ability to learn in scientific activities. My research for learning effectiveness uses inquiry-based learning models for product cognitive learning outcomes, cognitive learning outcomes of the process. The method used is quasi-experimental and descriptive. Samples were taken in three classes from 3 classes (Class X-A, X-B, and X-C). Data collection techniques used covariance analysis. The results showed (1) the application of effective inquiry-based learning models to the cognitive learning outcomes of the product. The results of the study showed that product learning research was significant between the treatment classes and the control class (F = 22.11; P = 0.0001). (2) the application of effective inquiry-based learning models to the learning outcomes of cognitive processes. In the cognitive learning process there was a significant difference between the control class and the control class (F = 18.16; P = 0,0001).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mata kuliah pendidikan inklusif terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa PGSD tentang ABK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan jenis Ex Post Facto (sesudah fakta), sumber data terdiri dari 15 orang mahasiswa PGSD angkatan 2015 yang telah menyelesaikan mata kuliah pendidikan inklusif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang di kemas dengan bentuk google form. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif persentase dengan kriteria skor: sangat tidak berpengaruh (0%-25%), tidak berpengaruhi (26%-50%), berpengaruhi (51%-75%), sangat berpengaruh (76%-100%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh mata kuliah pendidikan inklusif terhadap pemahaman mahasiswa PGSD kepada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) dilihat dari persentase pernyataan angket yang telah dihitung pada setiap aspek indikator yaitu definisi ABK (93,33%), faktor penyebab terjadinya ABK (85%), klasifikasi ABK (84,72%), karakteristik ABK (91,67%), Layanan pendidikan bagi ABK (91,25%), permasalahan ABK (91,67%), layanan kompensatoris ABK (89,44%), seluru hasil persentase tersebut masuk dalam kriteria “sangat berpengaruh”

Abstract

Populations of Aedes aegypti in South Kalimantan, which have been discriminated by their cuticular components, were further studied in search for differences in their wing morphometry. Female mosquitoes were collected from five towns in the province of South Kalimantan, and Cartesian coordinates of terminal and branching points of individual wing were determined. Relative interpoint Euclidean distances were used as variables (characters) in statistical analyses. One-way ANOVA found significantly several different characters (P < 0.01). Stepwise discriminant analysis using these characters selected five discriminators which, by cross validation, could identify female A. aegypti from Barabai and Marabahan with 75 and 77.8% of success rate, respectively. On average, 57.7% of wing specimens were successfully allocated to their original populations. The study revealed differences in wing measurements among populations of A. aegypti in South Kalimantan and confirmed genetic divergence of the species in the province. Abstract

Dalam hal untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa dapat dilakukan dengannmengembangkannmedia pembelajaran yang menyesuaikan dengan materi dan kondisi siswa. Salah satu caranya dengan media pembelajaran menggunakan format video pembelajaran berbasis animasi Powtoon agar siswa lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ininbertujuan untuk mendeskripsikannmedia pembelajaran yang valid, praktis dannefektif. Jenis penelitian yang diadaptasi dari desain Tessmer. Media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi divalidasi oleh 2 orang pakar dan 1 orang praktisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif pada kajian tumbuhan lumut dan paku-pakuan dan dilanjutkan dengan pengembangan media pembelajaran menggunakan model Educational Design Research (EDR) dengan desain Evaluasi Formatif Tessmer (1993). Teknik pengumpulan data berupa Teknik Delphi dengan instrument validasi ymeliputi penilaian validitas, kepraktisan isi, kepraktisan harapan dan keefektifan harapan. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan perhitungan skor dari skor 1 – 4 dengan hasil akhir berupa persentase. Data kepraktisan harapan menggunakan angket dan keefektifan harapan menggunakan lembar pengerjaan soal evaluasi. Kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Video animasi memiliki nilai validitas sebesar 100% dalam segi media dan isi materi, 2) Berdasarkan penilaian siswa, video animasi tersebut memiliki nilai 96,25% aspek tampilan dan 85% aspek fungsi media sehingga tergolong sangat baik, 3) Video animasi tergolong sangat baik berdasarkan respon siswa dan hasil pembelajaran siswa, video animasi efektif digunakan terhadap siswa dengan perolehan nilai belajar ≥ 80. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan produk ini dapat menjadi pedoman bagi guru untuk menambah salah satu media pembelajaran dalam menyampaikan materi dan membantu pembelajaran daring. Bagi siswa, produk tersebut dapat memfasilitasi proses belajar dan bagi pembaca dapat memperoleh pengalaman dalam mengembangkan media dan menjadi salah satu sumber referensi

Abstract

The results of research on various types of medium for the growth of Acetobacter xylinum generally show good results, but in the provision of additional nutrients with the same nitrogen source. Bean sprouts have the potential to be an alternative source of nitrogen in the growth medium of Acetobacter xylinum because they contain protein. This study aims to describe the quality of nata produced from bacterial fermentation in the medium by adding green bean extract, cowpea, and soybeans. Experimental method with 6 replications at each treatment. The quality of the nata that is formed is seen based on the color, aroma, and fiber content produced. Data were analyzed descriptively by paying attention to respondents' ratings and the results of fiber content analysis test. The results showed the addition of green bean sprouts extract, cowpea, and soybeans on the nata de coco making medium showed good quality. The quality of nata de coco produced in each treatment has a good aroma (sour smell), the color quality of nata de coco on medium with green bean sprout extract is better than the others.

Abstract

Pada Capaian Pembelajaran Lulusan (CPL) matakuliah Botani Tumbuhan Rendah(BTR) diharapkan mahasiswa mampu secara kognitif dan sikap untuk menginternalisasi berbagai sikap ilmiah seperti  sikap ingin tahu, sikap respek terhadap fakta, sikap berpikir kritis, sikap penemuan, dan sikap ketekunan, sehingga perlu dilakukan pembaharuan pembelajaran yang dapat mengakomodasi hal tersebut. Aspek pembaharuan salah satunya adalah menilai kemampuan belajar peserta didik. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah mahasiswa mata kuliah BTR. Metode penelitian merupakan metode Survey. Data diperoleh melalui angket mengenai sikap ilmiah, observasi sikap ilmiah selama berlangsungnya pembelajaran (praktikum) serta menggunakan instrumen tes evaluasi hasil belajar untuk mengetahui ketercapaian hasil belajar kognitif. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan Uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif (r=1) antara jenis kelamin dengan hasil belajar dan sikap ilmiah, meskipun hubungan antara jenis kelamin dengan hasil belajar tidak bermakna secara signifikan (P=0,239). Akan tetapi antara jenis kelamin dengan sikap ilmiah memiliki korelasi yang sangat signifikan (P<0,01).Kata kunci: Korelasi, Jenis kelamin, Hasil belajar, Sikap ilmiah

Abstract

Grasshoppers act as pests and act as predators, scavengers, and decomposers of organic matter. In maintaining the ecosystem of rice fields, grasshoppers have a very important role in maintaining their balance. The purpose of this study was to describe the diversity of grasshoppers (Orthoptera) in the rice fields of Beringin Kencana Village, Tabunganen District. The research methods used is a descriptive method with sampling using roaming techniques with line transect methods. The results obtained 9 species of grasshoppers, namely Oxya chinensis, Mantis religiosa, Gesonula mundata, Conocephalus fasciatus, Conocephalus discolor, Phlaeoba fomusa, Aiopolus thalassinus, Acrida conica, and Scudderia furcata. The grasshopper diversity index is 1.83 including the medium diversity category.

Abstract

Effort to improve students' understanding for microalgae in Botani Tumbuhan Rendah course was needed a media. A media help student especially in practice lesson. This media developed by research in various of microalgae around Lambung Mangkurat University. This study aims to describe the validity and legibility of media. This research refers to the 4D development model. The main subjects of the study were 2 experts to obtain validity data and for legibility test were 5 students of Biology Education department. Then data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that the developed microalgae media obtained an average validity of 93.8% which included very valid criteria, and for eligibility test by students obtained an average of 92.2% which included very good criteria. So all those media which developed can be used.

Abstract

Culture Literacy Digital Wetland (CLDW) is a software that’s used to create web-based online course materials and manage learning activities and their results as is the case with the Learning Management System. This study aims to; (1) describe the effect of using CLDW LKPD on the vertebrate concept on students' cognitive learning outcomes, and (2) describe the effect of using CLDW LKPD on the verte-brate sub-concept on students' generic science skills. This study uses a quasi-experimental approach with Pretest Posttest Control Group Design for cognitive learning outcomes and Posttest-only Control Group Design for science generic skills. The research sample was students of class X MIPA 1 as the ex-perimental class and X MIPA 2 as the control class. Testing the use of CLDW LKPD on learning out-comes using the analysis of covariance test from the results of the Pretest Posttest, and generic science skills using the independent sample T-test test from the student worksheets. The results showed; (1) there was an effect of using CLDW LKPD on students' cognitive learning outcomes (sig. 0.010), and (2) there was an effect of using CLDW LKPD on students' generic science skills (sig. 0.004). It is hoped that from the results of the research, the use of CLDW LKPD can be used as an alternative, especially in online learning.Keywords: CLDW LKPD, cognitive learning outcomes, science generic skills, vertebrates. ABSTRAKCulture Literacy Digital Wetland (CLDW) merupakan perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membuat materi pelajaran online berbasis web dan mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran serta hasil-hasilnya seperti halnya pada Learning Management System. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1) mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan CLDW LKPD pada sub konsep vertebrata terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dan (2) mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan CLDW LKPD pada konsep vertebrata terhadap keterampilan generik sains siswa peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan quasi experiment dengan desain pretest posttest control group design untuk hasil belajar kognitif dan posttest-only con-trol group design untuk keterampilan generik sains. Sampel penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengujian penggunaan CLDW LKPD terhadap hasil belajar menggunakan uji analysis of covariance dari hasil pretest-posttest, dan keterampilan generik sains menggunakan uji independent sample T-test dari lembar kerja peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan CLDW LKPD terhadap hasil belajar kognitif produk peserta didik (sig. 0,010) dan (2) terdapat pengaruh penggunaan CLDW LKPD terhadap keterampilan generik sains peserta didik (sig. 0,004). Diharapkan dari hasil penelitian, penggunaan CLDW LKPD dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif terutama dalam pembelajaran daring.Kata kunci: CLDW LKPD, hasil belajar kognitif, keterampilan generik sains, vertebrata.
