Abstract

Transport service or usually called travel1 is an inter-city transportation that many people use in Palangkaraya to travel among the cities. However, many people do not know the location of transport services in Palangkaraya and the informations obtained is still limited. Thus a system that provides computerized geographic information is needed. This study discusses the mapping of locations of transport services, location search, location data filters and the determination of the shortest path using the Dijkstra algorithm. For system development, it will apply the waterfall method. It is expected that the availability of a web-based system as a place to provide geographic information on the location of travel services is presented using the Google map API. In this study, the testing results for determining the shortest route on the public transport route can be determined by the Dijkstra algorithm. The transportation route is considered as a directed and weighted graph; the point represents a stop, and; side is as a vehicle lane. In the testing, firstly the user inputs the starting point on the map then looks for the destination on the destination search map, the system will display the initial shortest route output to the destination.

Abstract

Universitas Palangka Raya menerima calon mahasiswa melalui tiga jalur masuk Perguruan Tinggi: SNMPTN, SBMPTN dan SMMPTN-BARAT. Data calon mahasiswa yang diterima memalui tigajalur tersebut memiliki struktur data yang berbeda-beda, sehingga dalam pengolahan akun UKTmasih memerlukan waktu, serta ketepatan dan keakuratan informasi yang terkadang masih belumtercapai karena masih dikelola secara manual menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran Microsoft Excel.Rancangan penelitian yang dibuat terdiri atas tiga tahap yaitu: (1) pengumpulan dan analisis datayang dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka dan observasi, (2) menerapkan metode waterfall yangsudah dimodifikasi dengan tahap-tahapnya adalah analisis sistem dengan menentukan hak aksesbeserta fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada, dan (3) pemodelan proses bisnis menggunakan DFD dan ERD,struktur navigasi, dan antarmuka. Hasil penelitian adalah analisis dan desain sistem perangkatlunak generate file akun UKT Universitas Palangka Raya.

Abstract

A variety of new concepts and techniques in teaching has been widely developed to replacetraditional methods that rely solely on a one-way teaching method in the class. One of theteaching methods that are being developed in SMAN 1 Palangka Raya is currently the e-learning,where teachers can help in distributing their materials without having to be in class by using theinternet. In e-learning this implement search algorithms namely the Boyer-Moore algorithmwhich is expected to be able to support the system to be able to correct the answers through hisessay, do a word search of the position of the right to the left position. This algorithm has aprinciple of good suffix (a character who sought similar characters aligned with) as well as theprinciple of bad character (characters that are not selected will be similar). Website developmente-learning uses the method Waterfall. To design this application used the method of structuraldesign i.e. making Entity Relationship (ER) and making Data Flow diagrams (DFD) fordesigning and documenting software systems based on the flow of data. In making this softwareusing PHP as a scripting language used to create Web page and MySQL database as a datastorage. Testing is done using Blackbox testing methods.

Abstract

The selection of outstanding students at SMA Muhammadiyah in Central Katingan Districtis conducted to appreciate the excellent students in order to be more motivated and activein learning activities. Building a website-based information system can apply the waterfallmethod and Weighted Product Method (WP) in its manufacture. The software developmentmethod used in making the support system for the students selection is the weighted productmethod (case study: SMA Muhammadiyah in Central Katingan District) . This waterfallmethod according to Sommerville (2011) includes 5 (five) stages namely requirementdefinition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration andsystem settings, operation and maintenance.Application testing is conducted using the blackbox testing method, where the results of thetest can see that the overall website-based decision support system is functions properly.However, it is expected that this application can continue to be developed and optimized forits use in the future, especially in terms of available features.

Abstract

Kartu Rencana Studi is an important activity carried out by students to determine the courses to be taken in the following semester, the process of filling out Kartu Rencana Studi is done one week before the lecture is really active and if students do not fill out in accordance with applicable regulations, the student concerned is considered on college leave. In the Department of Non-School Education, the University of Palangka Raya to fill in Kartu Rencana Studi still uses a manual method where students consult with their academic supervisor to ask for approval of the courses to be programmed in the semester that will take place. In the implementation of this filling process can cause problems, one of which is the delay of students in completing Kartu Rencana Studi, it is difficult to control the courses taken by students, not all courses that want to be programmed in accordance with the courses issued and there are some specific subjects who experience conflicts on the same scheduled day and hour make students have to readjust the schedule and courses to be taken with the available schedule. This research design made up of two stages: (1) data collection and analysis conducted by means of literature study and observation, (2) applying the waterfall method already modified with the stages is system analysis, design, implementation and testing. The implementation uses PHP and Mysql as a database to store data. Furthermore, at this testing stage using the Blackbox method.

Abstract

The development of the internet is now increasingly extensive. That can be provide the easeto search and find all the information and interact or communicate with others quickly. Users cansearch the information at the search engine by input the keyword which is related to the informationby using web browser or other devices such as android applications that are being developednowadays. Android technology is a very popular technology nowadays to connect with every personwithout being limited by time and place flexibly. Users can search data online through the providedapplication system. The search data includes profiles of students or lecturers and history studies oflecture activities that have been taken.In developing this application system using PHP programming language, Android Studio,MySQL database and WSDM method (Web Site Design Method) with 5 (five) stages. These stagessuch as, (1) Mission Statement Specification. At this stage determined goals, subjects and targets ofthe website. (2) User Modeling Stage (Audience Modeling) is divided into, User Classification(Audience Clasification) and User Characteristics (Audience Characterization). (3) The ConceptualDesign stage is divided into Task Information Modeling and Navigation Design. (4) TheImplementation Design stage is divided into Site Structure Design, Presentation Design and LogicalDatabase Design. (5) And the last stage is implementation.Testing the system using blackbox testing to show that this system can be function inaccordance with the function of each feature created, and the output results are displayed inaccordance with the data entered. The process of working this system consists of data inputprocess, update data through the process of synchronization with KRS application database.Synchronized data are students, lecturers and lectures consisting of (course, grade, class,student activity, graduate student list) and then stored in database and export data to Ms.Excel.

Abstract

In this Information System of Personnel applied the method of Promethee (The PreferenceRanking Organization Method for Enrichment of Evaluations), which is one method of determining theorder or priority in MCDM (Multi Criterion Decision Making). The application of this method is usedto generate a Ranking List of Departures, with successive criteria of rank, position, occupationaltraining, education, employment and Age. In developing the Human Resources Information Systembased on the website used Waterfall software development method according to Ian Sommerville in2011 with stages, requirements definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing,integration and system setting and operation and maintenance. The software used in building thiswebsite is Netbeans, SQLyog and XAMPP. This Information System can run well as has been doneblackbox testing on this information system. Staffing Information System Fisheries Department ofPalangka Raya City based website is built with the hope of the optimization of work and servicefunctions, so it can facilitate the processing of employee data in order to produce relevant information.

Abstract

Student in one of the stakeholder in a university. Therefore, student’s perception in the quality of learning facilities and infrastructures become important to ensure the university’s performance. The Faculty of Engineering of University of Palangka Raya has not comprehensively evaluated the students’ satisfactory of the learning’s facilities. In this research, methods from data mining approach was implemented to classify whether the students satisfy or not with the quality of the learning’s facility in Engineering Faculty. This research compared three data mining algorithm, Decision Tree C4.5, Support Vector Machine, and Naïve Bayes to obtain the best algorithm for the prediction system. 948 responses were collected, 61% of the respondent were satisfied with the quality of the learning facilities and infrastructures, while 39% of the respondents were dissatisfied. The Decision Tree c4.5 had the best performance with accuracy of 88% and precision of 98% compared to the Naïve Bayes and support vector machine.

Abstract

Quadcopter merupakan salah satu jenis perangkat terbang tanpa awak yang menggunakan 4 motor yang masing-masing dilengkapi dengan propeller yang berfungsi sebagai alat untuk terbang dan bermanuver. Kestabilan terbang quadqopter dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kendali dalam mempertahankan derajat kemiringan. Nilai derajat kemiringan didapatkan dari sensor IMU (inertial measurement Unit).PID (Propotional,Integral and Derivative) merupakan kendali yang dapat meminalisasi error yang disebabkan ketidaksesuaian derajat kemiringan yang ditetapkan (set value) dan derajat kemiringan ketika quadcopter terbang (present value). Nilai kp, ki, dan kd didapatkan dengan mencoba beberapa kombinasi Nilai kp, ki, dan kd serta memperhatikan pergerakan quadqopter (try and error).Pengujian kestabilan dilakukan dengan menguji pada masing-masing sumbu quadcopter (roll-pitch). Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, quadqopter dapat bergerak berdasarkan derajat kemiringang yang telah ditentukan (0 dan 30 derajat kemiringan). Berdasarkan pengujian kestabilan masing- masing sumbu yang telah dilakukan, derajat kemiringan quadqopter masih berflutuasi hingga dengan simpangan terbesar hingga 12 derajat.

Abstract

GIS technology (Geographic Information Systems) is a technology that has the geographicalhighly developed that has the ability to visualize spatial data. Implementing GIS technology is indispensablein the management and use of data in terms of geographic information as a means of mapping a location.In writing this report will discuss about how to build a Geographic Information System (GIS) forweb-based education and health facilities in the district of Gunung Mas on BAPPEDA office. GIS is madeusing the method of UML-Based Web Engineering (UWE) which consists of four steps, namelyRequirements Model (Use Case Model), Content Model (Conceptual Model), Model Navigation andPresentation Model.With the presence of GIS is expected to help facilitate the office BAPPEDA in managinggeographic information regarding education and health facilities in the district of Gunung Mas.
