Abstract

Banyaknya metode-metode yang tersedia pada sistem pendukung keputusan sehingga kadang membuat bingung memilih mana yang cocok penggunaaan metode yang sesuai dengan kasus sistem pendukung keputusan. Untuk itu dibuat suatu perbandingan dari kasus sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan lokasi lahan tambak paling terbaik untuk dijadikan usaha tambak air payau untuk perbandingan hasil keputusan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Topsis dengan menentukan banyaknya jumlah kriteria, jenis kriteria (Cost dan Benefit), dengan 3 alternatif. Hasil penelitian yaitu hasil perhitungan manual sama dengan perhitungan yang ada pada sistem. Setiap perhitungan dari dari metode SAW dan Topsis menunjukkan bahwa hasil keputusan pemilihan lokasi lahan tambak paling terbaik untuk dijadikan usaha tambak air payau setiap metode memiliki hasil akhir yang berbeda-beda.

Abstract

Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa memperoleh nilai IPK tinggi, diantaranya mahasiswa harus belajar secara maksimal di bangku kuliah dan sesuai dengan program studi yang dipilih. Salah satu faktor agar mahasiswa dapat belajar secara maksimal adalah bahwa jurusan/program studi yang dipilih di perguruan tinggi harus diminati dan sesuai dengan bidang keahlian serta memiliki korelasi dengan latar belakang pendidikan mahasiswa. Menurut Educational Psychologist dari Integrity Development Flexibility (IDF),sebanyak 87 persen mahasiswa di Indonesia salah jurusan yang dapat memicu pada pengangguran, tidak mampu mengikuti perkuliahan dan dampak paling buruk adalah DO(drop out). Untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan, perlu dirancang sebuah sistem secara online, sehingga semua orang dapat mengakses sebagai pendukung dalam memilih jurusan.Variable yang digunakan adalah jurusan di sekolah menengah, Program studi di Perguruan Tinggi dan IPK. Sebagai tahap awal untuk basis pengetahuan data diinput dari 24 perguruan tinggi swasta dan negeri yang tersebar di provinsi yakni Sumatera Utara, terdiri dari 27 Jurusan SMA/sederajat dan 65 program studi di Perguruan tinggi.Hasil yang diperoleh adalah dihasilkannya sebuah pengetahuan baru untuk membantu memilih program studi di perguruan tinggi berdasarkan support dan confidence sesuai jurusan, mahasiswa dapat mengetahui korelasi jurusan di SMA terhadap jurusan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Sistem berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) telah dikembangkan untuk memantau kadar asap rokok di dalam ruangan secara real-time menggunakan sensor MQ-2. Sensor ini menunjukkan kinerja optimal dalam mendeteksi berbagai jenis gas, termasuk asap rokok, dengan sensitivitas yang memadai. Implementasi sistem ini memungkinkan data pemantauan diakses jarak jauh melalui aplikasi Blynk, menyediakan kontrol dan notifikasi otomatis. Sistem ini dapat mengaktifkan alarm atau ventilasi ruangan secara otomatis ketika kadar asap melebihi batas aman, serta memberikan notifikasi langsung kepada pengguna saat kondisi berbahaya terdeteksi. Hasil pengujian mengkonfirmasi keakuratan deteksi dan efektivitas sistem dalam menjaga kualitas udara dalam ruangan.

Abstract

Fishermen is a term for people whose daily work is catching fish or other biota that live on the bottom or surface of the water. Fishermen can also discuss and share experiences in overcoming problems in the fisheries and marine sector to meet the needs of fishermen. The government of the Fisheries and Marine Service is required to support the need for subsidized fuel for fishermen. The increase in fuel oil (BBM) has an impact on the operational costs of fishermen, because BBM is one of the main components in the daily activities of fishermen, with the high price of BBM, fishermen will face an increase in operational costs that they must spend to carry out fishing activities. This can reduce the income earned by fishermen, because higher costs will affect the profits that fishermen get from the sale of fish. So the Fisheries and Marine Service of Langkat Regency Provides Assistance for Fishermen in Langkat Regency, from the many assistance that have been distributed in this thesis I took a sample of the Fishermen of Secanggang Village. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained were that the first alternative that was a priority to receive subsidized fuel assistance for fishermen in Langkat Regency with a Q value = 0 and was entitled to be recommended. And the next priority was the second alternative with a Q value = 0.492.

Abstract

One of the problems in higher education is the mistake of prospective students in majors selection. This is caused by not paying attention to the suitability of the major in the original school with the chosen major in higher education so that it impacts not only non optimal processing and learning outcomes, such as the low GPA, but also on social life, such as increasing unemployment. The selection of the right major is very important and to help prospective students in choosing it requires an online system that can be accessed by everyone and select original school majors to see conformity with majors in higher education. This system uses association rules and parameters of support and confidence in data mining. The purpose of this research is to determine the correlation between majors in the original school, majors in higher education and the achievement of the GPA through the use of support and confidence parameters that process the knowledge base in the form of an alumni database on the online system created. Training or testing was conducted on 10,254 data in the database and produced new information and knowledge that between the majors of the original school, the choice of majors in higher education and GPA had a strong correlation with the value of confidence reaching 100%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan metode Naive Bayes dalam menentukan diagnosa kerusakan pada smartphone. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasikan kerusakan berdasarkan gejala yang diamati pada perangkat. Dengan menggunakan data gejala kerusakan dari sejumlah smartphone yang bervariasi, penelitian ini menguji efektivitas metode Naive Bayes dalam memprediksi dan menentukan diagnosa dengan akurasi yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Naive Bayes mampu menghasilkan diagnosa yang akurat dan konsisten pada berbagai jenis kerusakan smartphone. Keakuratan diagnosa ini dapat menjadi dasar bagi sistem untuk memberikan rekomendasi langkah perbaikan yang tepat atau solusi kepada teknisi. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode Naive Bayes dalam industri perbaikan smartphone dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses perbaikan dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyoroti potensi metode analisis data yang dapat diterapkan dalam bidang teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efektivitas operasional. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang aplikasi metode Naive Bayes dalam diagnosa kerusakan smartphone dapat memperluas pemahaman kita tentang penerapan teknologi dalam pemecahan masalah di bidang teknologi konsumen.

Abstract

The development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology provides opportunities to automate various devices, including height measuring devices. This research aims to design and build an automatic height measuring device that is integrated with IoT technology. This tool is designed to measure body height automatically and send the measurement data to a cloud-based platform, making it easier for users to monitor data in real-time via smart devices. This system uses an ultrasonic sensor to detect body height, a microcontroller as a data processor, and a Wi-Fi module to send data to the server. Test results show that this tool is capable of measuring body height with a good level of accuracy and provides convenience in storing and monitoring measurement data remotely. Thus, this IoT-based height measuring device can be an innovative solution for the need for height measurement that is more efficient and integrated with digital systems.

Abstract

Every company is required to plan the need for goods as effectively as possible in order to maximize profits. Bintang Makmur Building Shop is a building shop that provides building materials, especially cement. Cement is one of the basic materials for buildings. The need for cement has recently continued to increase due to the large number of developments, both housing projects and road construction. In addition to the increasing demand for cement, cement prices also experienced price volatility which tended to fluctuate. This is done so that there is no stockpiling or even a shortage of cement. With prices that tend to go up and down if there is too much stock, it will cause losses if there is a price decrease. Vice versa if there is a shortage of cement stock, it can cause disappointment to customers. To deal with the above, it is necessary to build a prediction system that can predict cement needs in prosperous shops. The system that will be built uses an Artificial Neural Network (Artificial Neural Network) which is part of the science of artificial intelligence which has been widely used to solve various kinds of problems related to prediction or forecasting by utilizing the Backpropagation Method. The system is designed with the MATLAB programming application. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it was found that the total demand for Andalas cement for January of the following year is 0.2532 or 2532, thus the predicted total demand for Andalas cement is 2532 sacks.

Abstract

Work accidents are one of the problems that often occur in companies/agencies where accidents happen to employees/workers and cause serious physical injuries. BPJS Employment is an insurance program that is trusted by agencies/companies by claiming Work Accident Insurance (JKK) which can help in easing the financial burden on families as well as initial efforts to handle cases of work accidents that occur. The main aim of this research is to assist companies in handling work accident cases that occur. The data used in this research includes work accident reports collected from the Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan Stabat office. The method used is the clustering method with the K-means algorithm, which was chosen because of its ability to group fairly large amounts of data with fast and efficient computing time. By using the clustering method that has been used to process work accident case data at Bpjs Ketenagakerjaan in Stabat, we can produce new information from the 672 data that have been tested. From 672 work accident case data at Bpjs Employment in Stabat, 3 clusters were obtained with the results of Cluster 1 having 2 work accident case data, Cluster 2 having 9 work accident case data and Cluster 3 having 9 work accident case data.

Abstract

Balanitis is an inflammatory disease of the tip of the penis that commonly occurs in uncircumcised men as a result of poor hygiene and aeration or because of irritation by smegma and in many cases preputial dysfunction is a causal or contributing factor. Balanitis generally attacks uncircumcised men, characterized by the glans and foreskin becoming red and inflamed. In circumcised men who do not have a foreskin, these symptoms only affect the tip of the penis. This condition often occurs due to the fungus Candida albicans, the same organism that causes vaginal yeast infections in women. Balanitis (which is also referred to as balanoposthitis) can also be caused by various other fungal or bacterial infections, or can occur due to sensitivity reactions to common chemicals. Diabetes can increase the chance of developing balanitis, especially if blood sugar is not well controlled. Currently, people who experience illness or events that have not occurred before in the genitals will consult or diagnose their illness with a specialist in skin diseases to find out what disease they are experiencing. This requires time, energy and costs just to consult a doctor. The aim of conducting this research is that currently there is no system for diagnosing inflammation of the male foreskin. For this reason, the author will create an alternative application system that can diagnose diseases that occur in the male genitals more easily by asking questions about the symptoms or events experienced as factors in the disease and providing a percentage value regarding the severity of the disease experienced.
