Abstract

UMKM have contributed to the movement of the regional economy in reducing the unemployment rate. However, the weak points that are quite prominent in Small and Medium Industries (IKM) in Indonesia include a number of things including market orientation, resources, especially human resources, market access, capital and mastery of technology (OEDC, 2004). Therefore, the importance of a Knowledge Management (KM) system is expected to help an organization strive to maximize work efficiency in order to face the challenges of competition with competitors and can also create an inovasi in the form of products or services owned by the organization. In addition, having a strategy and focus in business is very important for the success of the company. Strategi bisnis will help companies determine between good and bad decisions. The type of research used is explanatory research. The research data consists of primary data and secondary data. In this study, data collection was carried out including: library research, observation, distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study prove that Knowledge Management has a significant positive effect on Keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan, Knowledge Management has a significant positive effect on Strategi bisnis, Strategi bisnis mediates the influence of Knowledge Management on Keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan, Innovativeness has a significant positive effect on Strategi bisnis, Innovativeness has a significant positive effect on Keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan.. Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of an empirical study of analyzing online buying behavior in Generation Y consumers with intention to buy as a mediating variable. This study uses an explanatory research design with a causality approach. The population used is consumers from the millennial generation. referring to the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) (2020) who were aged 21-36 years during the research period. The sample used in this study was 100-200 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of this empirical test show that perceived enjoyment is proven to have a significant positive effect on intention to buy. This means that the higher the respondent's perception of perceived enjoyment, the stronger the respondent's intention to buy. The results show that the simplicity motive is proven to have a significant positive effect on intention to buy. This means that the simplicity motive underlies the intention to buy. The results of the study show that information abundance has been proven to have a significant positive effect on the intention to buy. Which means that changes in intention to buy are influenced by changes in information abundance. The results of this empirical study show that intention to buy is proven to have a significant positive effect on online buying behavior. This means that strengthening the intention to buy causes the growth of online buying behavior.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze and to test the influence of Job Characteristics, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance. There are six hypotheses proposed in this study i.e. 1) the influence of job characteristics on job satisfaction of managerial employee. 2) The influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment of managerial employee. 3) The influence of job characteristics on organizational commitment of managerial employee 4) the influence of job characteristics on performance of managerial employee 5) the influence of job satisfaction on performance of managerial employee 6) the influence of organizational commitment on performance of managerial employee. Based on the final data analysis, all proposed hypotheses are accepted. Autonomy and task identity have greatest contribution to the job characteristics variable. The continuant commitment has a great contribution to organizational commitment variable. However, satisfaction to the supervisor contributes substantially to job satisfaction variable. While, team work, initiative and reporting activities have greatest contribution to the performance of managerial employee variable. The research shows that organizational commitment variable as intervening variable that bridging the relationship between job characteristics variable and managerial employee performance variable. Path coefficient for organizational commitment variable is greater than job satisfaction variable in influencing managerial employee performance. Therefore, in order to enhance performance of managerial employees, it is necessary to build stronger organizational commitment, especially affective commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the expansion strategy of the natural gas network (Jargas) for the household and small-customer segments implemented by PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Tbk, Semarang Area, using the SWOT analysis method. The Jargas program represents a strategic form of business expansion that supports national energy efficiency and reduces dependence on LPG. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques comprising observation, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), and documentation. The findings indicate that PGN possesses several strengths, including a stable gas supply, competitive pricing, and the availability of a responsive operational support team. However, key weaknesses include the mandatory collection of customer interest, also referred to as the gas subscription request form or Formulir Registrasi Berlangganan Gas (FRGB) prior to construction, as well as reliance on the presence of anchor industries. Opportunities that can be leveraged include collaboration with local vendors, expansion into new areas, and high public interest in alternative energy. Meanwhile, threats faced by the company include the dominance of subsidized LPG 3 kg, limited pipeline infrastructure, and potential competitors. By understanding these factors, PGN can formulate more targeted, adaptive, and efficient expansion strategies to enhance the coverage of natural gas services for communities in the Semarang region
