Abstract

Based on the results of researchers' observations of the Bantarjaya Pharmacy, especially the drug procurement system, this research was carried out. The drug procurement process at the Bantarjaya Pharmacy is currently out of control and faces various challenges. Among them, there are often inconsistencies between recorded drug data and drugs that are actually available, and reports are still made manually, so that data recording becomes incorrect and ineffective. Expired but not easily identifiable drugs is another problem that often arises. The researcher came to the conclusion that the Bantarjaya Pharmacy needed a good drug supply system to make it easier for officers to collect drug data, both incoming and outgoing, as well as for stock verification. The waterfall method, data collection techniques, observations, interviews, and literature studies are used in the design of this drug supply information system. The design of a computerized drug supply information system can be an ideal way to overcome the problems that exist at the Bantarjaya Pharmacy which used to still use a manual approach. Because Bantarjaya Pharmacy can operate more effectively and efficiently if there is a computerized system.

Abstract

Currently, almost all areas of life utilizing information technology, many companies that provide IT services example IT consulting company. But whether these companies had been optimally utilized existing technology to the company itself, so there is alignment between business objectives and utilization of existing IT in general and whether the company engaged IT has met the standard IT governance, one of which is COBIT framework 4.1, especially in data processing. Questionnaires and interviews conducted to determine whether specific IT governance data management processes that take place now still have weaknesses, and how the strategy of corrective measures in the existing data management processes in technology consulting company. A weakness that occurs is the lack of defining a detailed mechanism for describing the data flow that occurs, there are no formal procedures and requirements for data storage and security of data is done by each unit accordance with the needs of those units, because there are no formal procedures in conducting the company's data security. To step improvements in data management processes by formulating the necessary policies and procedures on data management processes, using tools to automate the process of data and provide training to employees on a regular basis.

Abstract

Utilization of computers with the technology-based knowledge, facts, and reasoning can be an alternative solution of consultation and solutions to gain knowledge about a common skin disease that occurs in Indonesia. Skin is the outer organ and a first protective organ in the body. So if there is something happens in the first time that the skin is affected first. In the case of skin diseases in the body, we would entrust to a specialist or expert who already knows more about health. Constraints that often occur between physician specialists or experts who will consult with the patient and the treatment of them are limited the practice of working hours in hospitals or health centers make the queue buildup patients who want treatment so that patients often have to wait in a long queue, limited physician specialists or experts practicing in the off hours of practice at home or in other places as well as the distance and location of the hospital or clinic or other practices to make the treatment of skin diseases is quite costly. This research method uses waterfall SDLC models consisting of analysis, design, coding, and testing. This common skin disease diagnosis intelligent systems is a web-based application web-based consultation that will help the general public to consult and obtain alternative solutions as a recommendation or an opinion in early to know the cause of skin disease that attacks the body as well as how to overcome the problem of skin disease.

Abstract

Salah satu dari program SDGs pemerintah adalah program pendidikan, diantaranya adalah program pendidikan dan pelatihan komputer. Program ini bertujuan guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada masyarakat, terutama untuk kalangan anak-anak. Hal ini dikarenakan anak-anak baru mengenal dunia digital sehingga diharapkan mereka dapat memanfaatkannya untuk hal-hal yang positif dan berguna. Melalui media digital masyarakat dapat lebih mudah untuk menemukan informasi apapun yang dibutuhkan Kemampuan media pada masa digital ini sangat memudahkan masyarakat mendapatkan informasi dan membandingkan berbagai sumber berita informasi. Permasalahan yang ada pada siswa adalah pengetahuan yang minim bagi para siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Hikmah terkait dasar pendidikan komputer seperti bagian pengoprasian komputer, diantaranya  bagaimana cara untuk menghidupkan, mematikan dan membuka aplikasi dan pengetahuan yang minim bagi para siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Hikmah terkait aplikasi dasar pengolahan kata. Berdasarkan hasil pengolah data kuesioner dengan N-Gain didapatkan nilai skor sebesar  0.70 dengan tingkat prosentasi sebesar 70 menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarat yang telah dilakukan cukup efektif. Pelatihan pengenalan dasar menggunakan MS. Word pada siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Hikmah ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan terkait dasar pendidikan komputer  dan pengetahuan aplikasi MS. Word  pada para siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darul Hikmah.

Abstract

Pengobatan dislipidemia adalah proses pengobatan jangka panjang yang bertujuan menurunkan dan menjaga kadar lipid dalam darah. Dalam hal ini, obat golongan statin menjadi pilihan utama karena efektivitasnya dalam mengurangi risiko kematian dan morbiditas. Meskipun efek sampingnya relatif dapat ditoleransi, nyeri otot adalah efek samping yang sering muncul dan perlu diperhatikan. Jika nyeri otot berlangsung lama dan semakin parah, dapat menyebabkan gangguan otot yang memerlukan penanganan khusus. Banyak pasien dewasa yang berhenti mengonsumsi statin karena efek samping ini, yang berdampak signifikan pada kesehatan. Berhenti mengonsumsi statin juga berhubungan dengan peningkatan kadar LDL (kolesterol jahat) dan mengurangi peluang mencapai target LDL. Intoleransi terhadap statin juga dikaitkan dengan risiko infark miokard berulang, penyakit jantung koroner, dan kematian yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, strategi pengelolaan dan pengobatan yang optimal harus mempertimbangkan dosis statin yang dapat ditoleransi dan kombinasi dengan terapi penurun lipid non-statin untuk mencapai target LDL yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Franchising is currently a promising business process where many types of franchises are currently mushrooming and growing rapidly. An algorithm is needed that can classify the type of franchise according to existing attributes. The K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm can produce robust or clean data and effects even for large data sets. The K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is an algorithm that is able to classify franchise types with an accuracy value of 92.23%. With this high accuracy, it can be ensured that the classification can be clearly seen, where according to the research it was found that the very prospective and prospective classes are in Bakmi Gila and Alfamart. That way, you will get maximum profits by choosing the right franchise

Abstract

Abstrak: Dusun Jerua memiliki ciri khas tersendiri yang membedakan dari dusun-dusun lainnya di Desa Montong Beter, yaitu adanya produktivitas usaha masyarakat. Salah satu produktivitas usaha yang dikembangkan di Dusun Jerua adalah industri kerajinan rotan berupa pembuatan tas dari anyaman rotan yang bernama ”ketak” yang dikelola masyarakat dalam bentuk Home Industry. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih minimnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam hal pemasaran. Pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang pemasaran produk. Kegiatan PkM ini diawali dengan identifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan pelatihan digital marketing serta evaluasi kegiatan. Setelah dilaksanakannya kegiatan PkM ini diketahui bahwa tumbuhnya kesadaran, peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra tentang digital marketing dalam upayanya meningkatkan penjualan produk kerajinan rotan.Abstract: Jerua Hamlet has unique traits that set it apart from the other hamlets in Montong Beter Village, including the productivity of community businesses. One of the business productivity created in Jerua Hamlet is the rattan craft industry, which makes bags from woven rattan called "ketak" and is administered by the community as Home Industry. The problem is a lack of information and abilities in marketing. Providing training and mentoring is a type of Community Service (PkM) activity that attempts to improve knowledge and abilities in product marketing. This PkM activity begins by identifying the difficulties that partners experience, followed by digital marketing training and evaluation activities. Following the deployment of this PkM.

Abstract

Advances in communication technology and social media have made it easier to access global information, but have also increased cases of cyberbullying on platforms such as X. The impact of cyberbullying can include physical and psychological disorders, such as increased loneliness, anxiety, depression, and decreased self-esteem. In addition, victims of cyberbullying may feel distress that can increase the risk of suicidal ideation. This research utilizes the Naïve Bayes method to effectively and efficiently classify cyberbullying-related comments. This classification model was developed to detect cyberbullying in comments on X, using the Naïve Bayes algorithm and a dataset from Kaggle consisting of 650 comments that contain cyberbullying characteristics and those that do not. This research includes several preprocessing steps such as tokenization, normalization, and stemming. The data was then divided into two parts: 80% for training data and 20% for testing data. The evaluation results show a model accuracy of 80.77%, precision 81.25%, recall 70.91%, and AUC 0.794. The innovation in this research lies in the use of 2 (two) stemming operators, namely stemming dictionary and stemming snowball, where the stemming dictionary uses a special file containing abbreviations or slang words, which are often used in comments on the word becomes its basic form. This model tends to be more accurate in classifying comments as non-bullying than bullying. Suggestions for improvement include exploring other preprocessing methods and algorithms, as well as using larger and more varied datasets.

Abstract

Advances in the form of technology education system has replaced the role of the application of manual learning known to society in general to be developed in the form of electronic learning (e-learning) in an effort to improve learning effective and efficient, so that learning activities become flexible. In this analysis the method used is waterfall, this waterfall model for details of the project activities into a linear sequential phase, where each phase depends on the previous post PDA and according to the task Sepesialization. Based on the analysis of the effectiveness of learning teaching in the school MTS Darul Muttaqin AL-Amin, Depok, conclude that the application of learning to teach electronically (E-learning) A learning media option and seeks to facilitate teachers and students in the learning process in order to provide a more effective and efficient learning system, improve self-learning ability, provide the flexibility of learning interactions both in terms of time and place, make students more sensitive to the advancement of technology, and make the learning atmosphere more enjoyable.

Abstract

The Defense Management Training Center for Dental Polyclinic is one of the health service pro-viders at a Defense office, which is located at Jalan Jati No.1 Pondok Labu, South Jakarta. With a computerized system, it can be an alternative solution to medical record problems at the Dental Center for Defense Management Education and Training Clinic. The methods that the authors use in building a medical record information system design include observation methods, interviews, literature studies, waterfalls, blackbox testing, system design, programming, program implemen-tation and database design making using ERD and LRS. This program will be built using the Java programming language with the Netbeans 8.2 application. Hopefully the design of a patient data processing information system at the Defense Management Education and Training Center dental clinic can help the process of running medical record activities in the dental poly clinic of the De-fense Management Training Center.
