Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengembangkan Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) yang berfokus pada peningkatan keterampulan negosiasi dan pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM di Lombok. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan akses pelatihan formal yang menyebabkan pelaku usaha lokal kesulitan bersaing di era transformasi digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan research and development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Untuk menggali kesenjangan kompetensi dilakukan kegiatan analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan praktisi, dosen, dan pelaku UMKM di Lombok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat ketidaksesuaian yang signifikan antara kebutuhan keterampilan negosiasi dan pemasaran digital dengan pelatihan yang tersedia. Pembelajaran pada MOOCs ini dikembangkan dengan model model self-paced learning berbasis Learning Management System (LMS) dengan delapan materi, video animasi interaktif, serta materi diskusi dan soal evaluasi formatif. Untuk memastikan kelayakan dilakukan pengujian oleh ahli media, bahasa, dan materi yang menunjukkan kualitas baik hingga sangat baik (rata-rata >80%), sehingga dinyatakan layak untuk digunakan.The purpose of this study was to design and develop Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) focused on improving negotiation and digital marketing skills for MSMEs in Lombok. The background of this research is limited access to formal training, which makes it difficult for local businesses to compete in the era of digital transformation. The study employed a research and development (R&D) approach, utilizing the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. To explore competency gaps, a needs analysis was conducted through interviews with practitioners, lecturers, and MSMEs in Lombok. The results revealed a significant disparity between the demand for negotiation and digital marketing skills and the available training. The learning in this MOOC was developed using a self-paced learning model based on a Learning Management System (LMS) with eight materials, interactive animated videos, discussion materials, and formative evaluation questions. To ensure feasibility, testing was conducted by media, language, and material experts, which demonstrated good to excellent quality (average >80%), thus being declared suitable for use.

Abstract

The marketing and the access to the capital are the main problem of MSME players in Tangsel City and Lombok City in Indonesia due to the lacking or no access to digital literacy education programs on how to use the digital economy, especially e-commerce in developing products. One of the challenges is the problem in using the online application to run the business. Closely, the low number of MSME actors in accessing on-line applications is mainly caused by internal and external factors, including the quality of human resources (HR) of business actors. This research aims to investigate the factors that influence the use of the digital economy including the use of e-commerce. The research was set during the pandemic in two Indonesian cities; Tangsel and Lombok. The analysis was conducted by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach and the Theory of Planned Behavior Model as a planned behavior theory. The study pinpoints that in conducting the process of buying and selling transactions through e-commerce media, various considerations such as ease of use, and expediency as well as the existence of attitudes, norms, behavioral controls, are important things for users of the digital economy, including e-commerce, are the main factors to pay attention to. This study confirms the that behavioral control determines how a MSMEs actor maximize the use of the digital economy, and the level of mastering the advanced technology is the key factor. The finding of this research is recommended for the policy makers in the Ministry of Cooperatives & MSMEs in strategizing the development of micro scale of micro, small & medium enterprises to improve the national economy growth.

Abstract

It is crucial to provide information on therapeutic goals, pharmacological side effects, drug interactions, medication adherence, and lifestyle choices because treating dyslipidemia requires a long-term approach in order to lower and stabilize blood cholesterol levels. Due to their effectiveness in lowering mortality and morbidity, statin-class medications are typically used to lower blood lipid levels. The usage of this class of medications is quite safe, and any side effects are generally tolerable. However, the most common side effect, which is quite serious and worth noting, is muscle pain. If these side effects last a long time and increase in severity, Statin Associated Muscle Symptoms (SAMS) will appear and needs to be treated separately. In the majority of adult patients discontinuing statins, SAMS was the primary reason for having a substantial health impact. Patients who stop treatment show the greatest increase in LDL and are the least likely to achieve the target LDL. Statin intolerance is associated with a higher rate of recurrent myocardial infarction, CHD events, and death. As a result, a variety of approaches must be taken to manage and treat SAMS, with the best treatment combining non-statin-based lipid-lowering therapy with maximally tolerable doses of statins to achieve target LDL. Keywords:          statin, dyslipidemia, cholesterol, SAMS, myopathy   Abstrak Pengobatan dislipidemia merupakan pengobatan jangka panjang dengan target menurunkan dan menstabilkan kadar lipid dalam darah sehingga penting untuk memberikan informasi terkait tujuan terapi, efek samping obat, interaksi obat, kepatuhan dalam pengobatan dan pola gaya hidup. Obat golongan statin merupakan pilihan utama dalam menurunkan kadar lipid dalam darah dikarenakan efektivitasnya dalam menurunkan mortalitas dan morbiditas. Penggunaan obat golongan ini cukup aman dan efek samping yang muncul relatif dapat ditoleransi. Namun, efek samping yang paling sering muncul, yang cukup serius dan patut diperhatikan adalah nyeri pada otot. Efek samping ini jika berlangsung lama dan terjadi peningkatan keparahan maka akan muncul diagnosis gangguan otot disebabkan penggunaan statin (SAMS) dan perlu dilakukannya penanganan tersendiri. Mayoritas pasien dewasa yang menghentikan statin, SAMS sebagai alasan utama sehingga memberikan dampak kesehatan yang substansial. Pasien yang menghentikan pengobatan menunjukkan peningkatan paling besar pada LDL dan kecil kemungkinannya untuk mencapai LDL target. Selain itu, intoleransi statin dikaitkan dengan tingkat infark miokard berulang, kejadian PJK hingga kematian yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, harus dilakukan berbagai strategi untuk mengelola dan mengobati SAMS dimana terapi yang optimal harus menggabungkan dosis statin yang dapat ditoleransi secara maksimal, atau bahkan non-harian, bersama dengan terapi penurun lipid berbasis non-statin untuk mencapai target LDL. Abstract

Digital marketing is defined as promotion and market search efforts carried out online using digital media, including social media and online networks. However, MSMEs in Kediri still face various obstacles, including the problem of low sales. Digital marketing provides opportunities for MSMEs to increase sales revenue. This research aims to explain the influence of digital marketing on increasing the income of MSMEs in Kediri. And it can also provide a deeper understanding of how digital marketing can be the key to success for MSMEs, especially in Kediri. By applying methods that describe digital marketing, MSME entrepreneurs can learn strategies for using digital technology to reach a wider audience and increase sales revenue. The results of the research show that digital marketing has a positive impact which is especially visible in increasing the sales turnover of MSMEs in Kediri. Factors in digital marketing that have a positive impact on increasing MSME sales in Kediri include choosing a social media platform, regularly updating information, and being responsive to customer needs. The aim of this research is not only for MSMEs in Kediri, but can also be a valuable guide for MSMEs in other places who face similar challenges. MSMEs can develop marketing strategies that are stable and develop their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive digital market.in an increasingly competitive digital market.
