Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkatpengaruh digital marketing terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Askha Jaya. Data yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah data primer data yang diperoleh secara langsung dari sumbernya, yaitu melalui respondenyang mengisi kuesioner dan data sekunder adalah data yang dikumpulkan dari pihak lain. Populasi penelitian iniadalah pengikut akun Instagram Askha Jaya sebanyak 19.100 akun Instagram, dan sampel penelitianmenggunakan jenis random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis yang dilakukanmelalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, hipotesis, dan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisismaka dapat disimpulkan bahwa digital marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembeliankonsumen Askha Jaya.

Abstract

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI) adalah salah satu bank milik negara terbesar di Indonesia yang berkomitmen untuk melayani pelaku usaha kecil menengah, petani, dan nelayan di seluruh tanah air. Untuk tetap bersaing, BRI fokus pada inovasi, terutama digitalisasi, guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas tanpa mengurangi jumlah tenaga kerja. Selain digitalisasi, motivasi karyawan, pendidikan, dan pengalaman kerja merupakan faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh motivasi, pengalaman kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap produktivitas kerja di BRI Cabang Kotabumi, Lampung Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan melibatkan 80 karyawan sebagai sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner selama periode April – Juli 2024. Analisis uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, pengalaman kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil penelitian ini konsisten dengan temuan penelitian sebelumnya yang menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan produktivitas. Oleh karena itu, untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja, BRI perlu terus memperhatikan dan mengembangkan aspek motivasi, pengalaman kerja, dan pendidikan karyawan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi peningkatan di ketiga area tersebut akan mendukung pencapaian produktivitas kerja yang optimal di BRI Kantor Cabang Kotabumi.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on the Financial Performance of BUMN Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Methodology/approach: This type of research uses quantitative methods. This study used 70 researchs samples. There are two variables in this study, namely: 4 (four) independent variables (X1, X2, X3, X4) and 1 (one) dependent variable where institutional leadership (X1), board of directors (X2), board of commissioners (X3) and audit committee (X4) as independent variables and financial performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Results/findings: Based on data analysis, it has been found that the answer to the hypothesis is that institutional ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on financial performance in BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Limitations: The independent variables in this study are only institutional ownership, board of directors, board of commissioners, and audit committee and the dependent variable isfinancial performance (ROA). The research was only conducted on BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Contribution: Management is expected to pay more attention to Good Corporate Governance in the company in order to create good company value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor BNN Provinsi Lampung. Variabel bebas berisi kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja sedangkan variabel terikat berisi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Dengan sampel sebanyak 46 pegawai dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang mengukur tingkat kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, kompensasi (X1) dan lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa nilai F (121,745) > F tabel (3,21) dengan nilai signifikansi (0,00) < 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa model regresi secara keseluruhan memiliki tingkat signifikansi yang tinggi. Secara parsial, variabel kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai T hitung sebesar -2,457 dan nilai signifikansi (0,007) lebih kecil dari 0,05 dan variabel lingkungan kerja juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan nilai T hitung sebesar -15,504 dan nilai signifikansi (0,00) lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotions and prices on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat at PT Tunas Honda Natar. The data used in this research is primary data, namely data collected by the researcher himself directly from the first source or place where the research object was carried out, namely the results of interviews and questionnaires distributed to consumers at PT Tunas Honda Natar. As well as secondary data, namely data collected from other parties, namely books, articles and journals related to this research. The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, coefficient of determination (R2), and multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that partially Promotion and Price have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and simultaneously Promotion and Price have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The increasing adoption of blended learning in higher education has created a need for systematic and objective evaluation frameworks capable of capturing its multidimensional nature. Existing evaluation approaches often rely on fragmented or subjective measures, limiting their usefulness for strategic decision-making. This study aims to develop and apply a weighting and scoring–based Decision Support System (DSS) to evaluate and rank alternative blended learning models based on multiple criteria. A quantitative multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) approach was employed. Five evaluation criteria—Instructional Design Quality, Technology Usability, Student Engagement, Learning Flexibility, and Learning Outcome Achievement—were identified through literature review and validated using a two-round Delphi process involving seven experts. Each blended learning model was assessed using a structured Likert-scale scoring rubric, and overall performance scores were calculated through weighted aggregation. The findings indicate that the fully interactive LMS-supported blended learning model achieved the highest overall score, followed by flipped classroom and project-based models, while lecture-dominant blended learning ranked lowest. The results highlight the critical role of technological integration and active learning strategies in enhancing blended learning effectiveness. The proposed DSS offers a transparent and replicable framework for evaluating blended learning models and supporting evidence-based decision-making in higher education. However, the study is limited by its reliance on expert judgment and lack of large-scale empirical validation. Future research should incorporate advanced MCDM techniques and real-world learning data to improve robustness and generalizability.
