Abstract

Public relations adalah aktivitas dari manajemen hubungan baik dan komunikasi untuk membangun dan menciptakan citra positif perusahaan dan merk produk dimata public ataupun konsumen secara umum. Perusahaan harus memahami pentingnya pihak lain, baik itu pemerintah atau para pemangku kepnetingan yang lain selain pemasok dan saluran distribusi serta konsumen. Jadi,sangat penting untuk menciptakan citra positif bagi masyarakat umum dan para pemangku kepentingan. Pemasaran dizaman yang penuh kompetisi seperti sekarang ini tidak cukup hanya dengan model pemasaran konvensional yang sering dikenal dengan 4p ( product, price, place, promotion) tetapi harus ditambah dengan Public Relations dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin sengit. Public relations merupakan salah satu alat pemasaran yang bisa melakukan evaluasi atau persepsi, sikap dan pandangan masyarakat umum atau publik serta konsumen umum maupun khusus atas aktivitas dan kebijakan perusahaan atau merk produk , untuk kemudian melakukan serangkaian aktivitas yang diperlukan agar tercipta citra positif.

Abstract

Communication network refers to research techniques used to identify the structure of communication within a system or community. It involves analyzing relationship data regarding communication flows using different types of interpersonal relationships as units of analysis. Groups with participatory growth processes will achieve higher cohesiveness thresholds. This study aims to analyze how the communication network, what are the steps, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors of the leadership of Islamic boarding schools in increasing the social cohesiveness of the Acehnese ethnic community in the ma`had fahmussalam al-aziziyah environment. The methodology used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the researchers found that the steps taken by the leaders of Islamic boarding schools in increasing the social cohesiveness of the Acehnese ethnic community in the ma`had fahmussalam al-aziziyah environment were as follows. Collectives can be formed when each member of the group has the same interests. The communication network consists of individuals who are connected to each other through a continuous communication gimmick method. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the extent to which Public Relations played an important role in improving the image of the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School among the public. This study also aims to analyze the strategy implemented by the Public Relations of the Islamic boarding school Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah to reinforce the positive image of the perpetrators in the community. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive one, with data obtained through interviews, observations and literature reviews. The data analysis process includes data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study confirm that the Public Relations role of the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School is of particular importance in improving and maintaining a positive image of the Poidsren in the community. In fact, the role of Public Relations is now an essential and irreplaceable element in the context of Islamic boarding schools. The Public Relations efforts of the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School to enhance the image of the Islamic boarding school are carried out by increasing communication with the community outside the Islamic boarding school, establishing have good relations with other Muslim boarding schools and use social media as a means to widely spread information about the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School. In addition, the Public Relations Department of the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School also reviews each activity planned and carried out, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the School's performance and image Islamic boarding.
