Abstract

The automotive development sector especially transmission shifts. That challenge for VocationalHigh Schools (SMK) which graduated technician candidates. For long time ago car transmissionswere dominated used manual transmissions, currently automatic transmissions (AT) dominatedover manual transmissions. One of the causes were used AT was traffic jams. Based on the resultsof interviews with teachers and students, information was obtained that (1) many vocational schoolteachers did not master automatic transmission material; (2) vocational school students did nothad the competency to maintain car automatic transmissions; (3) many vocational schools hadautomatic transmissions but ware not used. Participants in this training were 30 vocational schoolteachers in Malang district. The material presented in this research was the Suzuki Swift 4-speedautomatic transmission. This study used a quantitative approach. The training program evaluationmethod used in this research is the Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation Model. Based on the resultsof the questionnaire, it shows that the facilities used in this training are as desired. The Anova testresults show a significance of 0.00, which means that there is a significant difference between thepretest and posttest. Automatic transmission training is effective for improving automatictransmission maintenance competency

Abstract

In particular, this study aims to determine how much influence work motivation (X1) has on the performance of employees of PT. Gunung Himun Pertamama in South Jakarta, to find out how much influence compensation (X2) has on employee performance (Y) PT. Gunung Himun Pertamama in South Jakarta and to find out how much influence work motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) have on employee performance (Y) PT. Mount Himun Pertamama in South Jakarta either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is the associative method. The sampling technique used was random sampling using a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 20.994 + 0.449 X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0.449 meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship with a determination coefficient of 44.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (3.889 > 2.00247). Thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation on employee performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 23.319 + 0.355 X2 correlation coefficient value of 0.355 meaning that the two have a strong relationship with a determination coefficient of 35.5%. Hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (2.408 > 2.00247). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between compensation on employee performance. Work motivation and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 10.279 + 0.416X1 + 0.295X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.711, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship with the coefficient of determination or simultaneous influence of 71.1% while the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (11.842 > 3.16). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between work motivation and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Mount Himun Pertama in South Jakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the potential implementation of restorative justice in the resolution of press offense disputes in Indonesia, with a focus on Law No. 40/1999 on the Press. The urgency of this research arises from the need to reduce the burden on the increasingly heavy judicial system and increase the effectiveness of media dispute resolution. In this context, restorative justice can be a more humane and efficient alternative to conventional litigation approaches. The scope of the problem includes the lack of regulations supporting restorative mechanisms in the Press Law, as well as practical challenges in implementing mediation in Indonesia. The main findings show that restorative justice can help restore social relations between the parties involved, in a more constructive way, rather than simply imposing punishment. The novelty of this research lies in identifying the potential application of restorative justice in the context of press disputes, as well as the role of the Press Council as a mediator in dispute resolution mechanisms. The method used in this research is legal analysis and comparison of legal systems in other countries, as well as a study of restorative justice theory and its application in press disputes in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of restorative justice (RJ) in reducing recidivism in Indonesia, focusing on its effectiveness, implementation challenges, and potential development in the adult criminal justice system. The method used was a qualitative approach with interviews with judges, prosecutors, and mediators at the Bogor District Court as well as case studies of RJ implementation. The results show that although restorative justice (RJ) offers a more rehabilitative solution compared to conventional approaches, its application in Indonesia is still limited by a lack of understanding of legal officers, social resistance, and limited resources. For example, while in New Zealand the recidivism rate of RJ participants is only 17%, in Indonesia, barriers such as lack of mediator training and limited mediation facilities reduce the effectiveness of the program. This study concludes that the implementation of restorative justice (RJ) can reduce recidivism if followed by increased resource capacity, training of legal officers, and community support. The contribution of this research to science is to provide insights into the implementation of RJ in the Indonesian context, as well as suggest measures to overcome the challenges, in order to improve a more rehabilitative criminal justice system.

Abstract

Happiness is a fundamental goal in human life, yet its meaning is often interpreted in various ways. This study aims to examine the concept of happiness in Stoic philosophy and its relevance to Islamic Guidance. This research employs a qualitative approach through library research, analyzing the thoughts of Stoic philosophers such as Epictetus, Seneca, and Marcus Aurelius, and connecting them with principles of Islamic Guidance derived from the Qur'an and Hadith. The findings reveal that happiness in Stoicism is understood as a state of inner peace attained through rational deliberation, disciplined self-mastery, and equanimous acceptance of the uncontrollable. In contrast, Islamic Guidance views happiness as a harmony between spiritual and social dimensions, realized through faith, worship, and submission to the will of Allah (tawakkul and ridhā). There is a significant convergence between the two, particularly in the aspects of self-mastery, acceptance of destiny, and the search for deeper meaning in life. The study shows that Stoic values can enrich Islamic counseling methods, especially in assisting individuals to achieve inner calm amid the pressures of modern life. The integration of Stoic principles with Islamic spiritual approaches may serve as an effective guidance strategy in shaping individuals who are resilient, patient, and wise.

Abstract

  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian dalam membeli ayam frozen pada CV Fery Putra. Baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Dalam pengambilan sampel digunakan rumus slovin dan diperoleh 88 responden yang merupakan konsumen aktif. Analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien, serta uji t dan uji f. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan persamaan regresi Y= 12.035 + 0.252 X₁ + 0.301 X₂. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 49,6% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,4% yang disebabkan oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau ( 41.751 > 3.10 ). Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian ayam frozen pada CV Fery Putra

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran pengalaman pelanggan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pada bisnis online Sellbyn. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada persaingan bisnis online yang semakin ketat, sehingga perusahaan perlu memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naratif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara serta observasi langsung dengan bergabung dalam Grup order Sellbyn pada aplikasi Line Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi dimensi pengalaman pelanggan yang paling berpengaruh, seperti kemudahan transaksi, kualitas layanan, kecepatan respons, dan personalisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan yang positif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Selain itu, kepuasan pelanggan terbukti memediasi hubungan antara pengalaman dan loyalitas, sehingga perusahaan perlu fokus pada peningkatan kualitas interaksi dan layanan. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi strategis bagi Sellbyn dalam merancang program peningkatan pengalaman pelanggan guna memperkuat loyalitas dan daya saing bisnis di pasar online

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga paket dan kualitas jaringan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana Tri di Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei terhadap 100 responden yang merupakan pengguna kartu Tri. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang mengukur tiga variabel utama: harga paket (X1), kualitas jaringan (X2), dan keputusan pembelian (Y). Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel harga paket berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dimana Nilai Thitung (16.180) > (1.984) Ttabel, dan Nilai Sig..000 < 0,05. Sementara itu, kualitas jaringan juga memiliki pengaruh positif namun lebih rendah dibandingkan harga paket dimana Nilai Thitung (26.437) > (1.984) Ttabel, dan Nilai Sig..000 < 0,05 signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kartu perdana Tri dimana Fhitung (421.228) > Ftabel (3.090), dan nilai Sig 0.00 < 0.05. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan bahwa besaran pengaruh sedang Harga Paket dan Kualitas Jaringan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian adalah 89,7%. melalui penghitungan 0,897 X 100%.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Ela Jaya Berkah Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 54, using saturated sampling techniques and collection using questionnaires, data analysis techniques using linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate: Partially Leadership Style (X1) Influences Employee Performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 13.490 + 0.917 (X1), the correlation value rx1y 0.832, leadership style has a contribution of influence of 69.2% on performance and the remaining 30.8% is influenced by other factors, the hypothesis test shows a calculated t value of 10.805> t table 2.007 or a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, Partially Work Environment (X2) Influences Employee Performance (Y) with a simple linear regression equation Y = a + bx is Y = 9.967 + 0.976 (X2), the correlation value rx2y 0.830, the work environment has a contribution of influence of 68.8% on performance and the remaining 31.2% is influenced by other factors, the hypothesis test shows a calculated t value of 10.719> t table 2.007 or Sig value 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously Leadership Style (X1) and Work Environment (X2) Influence Employee Performance (Y) with multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.198 + 0.500 (X1) + 0.516 (X2), correlation value rx1.2y 0.861, leadership style and work environment simultaneously have an influence contribution of 74.1% on performance and the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other factors, simultaneous hypothesis test shows F count value 73.048> F table 3.179 or Sig value 0.000 < 0.05 Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan staf pada Yayasan Bakti Idhata di Jakarta Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan kuesioner secara manual kepada guru dan staf Yayasan Bakti Idhata. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 103 dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 responden. Hasil uji parsial (uji t) antara variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru dan staf didapatkan thitung sebesar 4,546 dan  ttabel 1,677 untuk variabel disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan staf menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 15,324 dan  ttabel 1,677, sedangkan kedua variabel tersebut diuji secara simultan (uji F) dan mendapatkan hasil nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu 127,428 > 3,19. Regresi linear sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi variabel kompensasi adalah Y = 42,145+(-)0,049X1. Variabel disiplin kerja persamaan regresi sederhananya adalah Y = 1,811+0,977X2. Sementara itu regresi linear berganda menghasilkan persamaan Y = 6,424 + (-) 0,171X1 + 0,978 X2 yaitu sebesar 6,424 dan untuk nilai koefisien regresi Kompensasi (X1) sebesar -0,171 sedangkan nilai koefisien regresi Disiplin Kerja (X2) sebesar 0,978. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis koefisien korelasi ( r ), diperoleh nilai R Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,895 dimana nilai tersebut berada pada interval 0,800 – 1,000 artinya variabel kompensasi dan disiplin kerja mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat terhadap kinerja guru dan staf. Sementara itu koefisien determinasi (R) diperoleh diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,800, hal ini mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh variabel kompensasi (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y) adalah sebesar 80,0% sisanya (100-80,0%) = 20% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh penelitian ini. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi dan disiplin kerja  memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan staf.
