Kehamilan menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan fisik, psikis dan hormonal pada tubuh ibu hamil. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai keluhan yang dialami ibu, salah satunya adalah mual dan muntah atau sering disebut Morning sickness yang biasanya terjadi diawal kehamilan (trimester I). Mual muntah yang dialami oleh ibu hamil dikarenakan adanya peningkatan kadar hormon estrogen dan progesterone yang diproduksi oleh Human Chorionic Gonadotropine (HCG) dalam serum dari plasenta. Morning sicknes terjadi tidak hanya di pagi hari melainkan bisa terjadi setiap saat siang bahkan malam hari. Tujuan Umum, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian infused water Lemon dan Jahe Merah untuk menurunkan mual-muntah pada Ibu Hamil Trimester I di Klinik Pratama Mariana Medan Tahun 2020. Rancangan eksperimen semu (quasy ekspriment) yaitu dengan pendekatan one group pretest dan post-tes. uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Testpre dan post diperoleh hasil dari nilai Z sebesar 3,397 dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,001. Dari nilai uji p-value 0,001<0,005 (H0 ditolak). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaaan antara sebelum dilakukan pemberian Infused Water Lemon dan sesudah diberikan Infused Water Lemon. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian Infused Water Lemon (citrus limon) dan Jahe Merah (zingiber officinale varietas rubrum) untuk menurunkan mual-muntah pada Ibu Hamil Trimester I.

Chronicle of kidney disease is caused kidney ca not or able to carry out his job. Is a sense of the self-concept, trust, and the individual knew about him and affecting individuals in connection. The self-concept covering the body image, self-esteem, ideal self, identity, and the role of self. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of self care education on self-concept of patients with chronic kidney failure. Descriptive analytic research through one group design pre and post test in which the variables of self care education and its influence on the self-concept variables of patients with chronic kidney failure were studied simultaneously. This study uses primary data collection techniques, with a population of 150 and a sample of 34 patients. Analysis of this data using bivariate analysis using statistical tests Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test at the significance level (α) 0.05. The results showed that self care education influenced the self-concept in patients with chronic renal failure with a value of sig (2tailed) = 0,000 (α = 0.05). This study concludes that self care education has a significant effect on the self-concept of patients with chronic kidney failure in Royal Prima Hospital Medan.

Rheumatoid arthritis or RA for short, is a chronic, systematic disease of the musculoskeletal system. This disease is characterized by inflammation of the lining of the synovial joint. This chronic disease can cause pain and defomitas. Rheumatoid arthritis must be treated properly because the condition causes disruption of the activities of people with rheumatoid arthritis. The aim was to determine the effect of back massage on reducing pain intensity in elderly people with rheumatism. The research was conducted at the UPT Social Service for the Elderly of the Binjai Social Service 2020, when the study was conducted in September. The population in this study were 20 respondents who experienced rheumatism by using observation. It can be concluded that the results of the back message treatment with a Z value of 3,520 with a p-value of 0,000. From the p-value test value 0.000 <0.05. So that we can mean that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that there is an effect of back message on elderly people with rheumatism so that there is a difference between before (pre-test) and after (Post-test) back message is carried out.

The community needs good health services to fulfill the rights of Indonesian citizens. As health services organizations, hospitals must be able to provide good services. The implementation of health services with integrity, transparency, accountability, and responsiveness requires a system that can integrate all of these components. Hospitals must provide quality health services at affordable prices to increase customer satisfaction and strive to evaluate and capture all opportunities and increase theirs. Competitiveness in an inpatient unit at the Medan Haji General Hospital (RSUHM) North Sumatra Province. The type of research used in this research is quantitative analytics with a cross-sectional design. The sample used in this study was an inpatient unit at the Medan Haji General Hospital (RSUHM) North Sumatra Province, amounting to 100 people. Data analysis using Spearman correlation test and multiple linear regression multivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between all dimensions of the principles of Good Corporate Governance and the quality of health services with patient satisfaction. Through multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that the Responsiveness variable is the most dominant variable in influencing patient satisfaction. Based on these conclusions, the researchers suggest that doctors, nurses, and other officers should improve their services to patients. In addition, researchers also suggest that the results of this study can be used as input for stakeholders in policy-making, especially in the health sector.

Improving the quality of hospital services is still lacking, one of which is the long process of returning inpatients. This happens because there are activities that do not have added value or waste. The lean method is a method that can reduce the waste that occurs and can increase value to consumers. In this study it was conducted at the inpatient installation of RSU Royal Prima Medan. This study uses value stream mapping to map out the return process flow. Next determine the value stream and identify waste.

This study aims to analyze the application of patient safety management to improve service quality. The method used is descriptive-qualitative. The results of the study show that there are several themes found, namely: 1) building a culture of patient safety; 2) facilities, infrastructure and monitoring; 3) risk management; 4) building a reporting system; and 5) involving the patient. In conclusion, the efforts made by the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in terms of leadership and staff support are that the directors are also responsible for management commitment. Hemoglobin komponen yang sangat penting dalam tubuh, pada bayi yang lahir sangat perlu diperhatikan untuk mencegah terjadinya anemia. Penundaan pemotongan tali pusat merupakan tindakan menunda penjempitan dan pemotongan tali pusat pada bayi baru lahir sampai setelah denyutan berhenti, atau sampai setelah plasenta lahir seluruhnya. Tindakan ini dapat mencegah terjadinya anemia dengan meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh delayed cord clamping terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada bayi di BPM Winda Sri Wahyuni Pematang Siantar tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan QuasyxEksperiment denganxdesain PosttestxOnly ControlxGroup Design. Hasil uji Independent T-Test didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000<0,05), sehingga dapat kita nyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima,. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh delayed cord clamping terhadap kadar hemoglobin pada bayi di BPM Winda Sri Wahyuni Pematang Siantar tahun 2022. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi bahwa tindakan delayed cord clamping sangat penting dan bermanfaat karena dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada bayi sehingga terhindar dari kejadian anemia.

Abstrak Makanan tambahan ASI dini adalah makanan bayi selain ASI (MP-ASI) dan terjadi ketika bayi baru lahir diberikan makanan atau minuman yang mengandung nutrisi sebelum usia enam bulan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisinya . Bayi yang diberikan makanan tambahan sebelum usia enam bulan lebih mungkin untuk mengalami masalah kesehatan. Konstipasi merupakan salah satu efek samping pemberian MP ASI sejak dini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pemberian MP-ASI dini terhadap kejadian konstipasi bayi di klinik ina gurky kabupaten deli serdang tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Survei Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Hasil uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p-value 0,000 (p<α (0,000<0,05), sehingga dapat kita nyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh Pemberian Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI) dini terhadap kejadian Konstipasi Bayi di Klinik Ina Gurky Kab. Deli Serdang tahun 2022. Diharapkan dengan penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi bahwa bahwa Pemberian makanan pendamping asi dini dapat mengakibatkan kejadian konstipasi pada bayi.

Sea cucumbers are a marine source with biological activities that have been used in food as well as medicine in many Asian countries. Actinopyga mauritiana is one of the sea cucumber species with limited research about its bioactive activities. In this study, the wound healing activity of A. mauritiana extract in the form of cream, gel, and serum formulations in mice was investigated. The histopathology test was performed to evaluate the fibroblast and collagen dense levels in wound healing. Phytochemical screening has been carried out by the qualitative test of alkaloids, flavonoids, glycosides, steroids, and saponins compounds. The A. mauritiana ethanol extract (SCAE) was added into cream, gel and serum formulations with various concentrations (3, 6, and 9%) and applied to the wounded area of mice. The wound healing activities and histopathology results indicated that serum 9%-SCAE performed the highest decrease of wound length 0.55 ± 0.32 compared to other groups with a density level of fibroblast and collagen are 10.00 ± 1.00 and 10.67 ± 0.00, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the wound healing activity of A.Mauritiana, which demonstrated promising therapeutic agents for wound healing and cosmetics applications in the future.
