Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze human resource development efforts in improving performance, obstacles and improving the performance of BPD members in Mananti Sosa Jae Village. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, and uses primary data collection techniques (observations, interviews) and secondary data (documentation studies). The results of this study are the development of human resources in improving the performance of members of the BPD Desa Mananti Sosa Jae carried out through planned activities, namely carrying out technical guidance activities. The obstacles to development come from the members of the BPD themselves, this is because each member of the BPD has activities outside of their work as members of the BPD, their free time is very limited in carrying out various development activities. The improvement in the performance of the members of the institution is still very low, the weakness can be seen in their ability and timeliness in completing tasks. The conclusion of this research is that although development efforts have been made, the performance improvement of BPD members is still very weak, this is caused by various obstacles in the implementation of development. human Resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the information architecture, content,governance, website design, analyzing the image of West Aceh District Government,and to analyze how much the relationship of public relations activities through the website(website information architecture, website content, website governance, website design)towards the image formation of West Aceh District Government. Populationresearch is a website visitor acehbaratkab.go.id. Populationamounted to 261,943 people and by using Taro Yamane formula obtainedsample of 100 people. The technique of determining the sample using the methodpurposive sampling, and accidental sampling. Data collection of this studyusing questionnaires. The data collected is processed by usingcorrelation analysis to see the relationship of Public Relations Activities Through Websitewith the image of West Aceh District Government. The results foundthat the PR activities through the website of West Aceh which consists of architecturewebsite information shows good results, website content shows resultsthe less good, the website governance shows less good results, designthe website shows good results. The findings relate to the image of the Government of West Aceh of personality, reputation, value, corporate identity show average resultsnice.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of livestock cattle fattening program in ketapang livestock area of Aceh Tengah Regency and to analyze the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of livestock cattle fattening program in ketapang cattle region of Central Aceh Regency. The analytical method used descriptive qualitative. Primary data collection is done through interviews distributed to 9 resource persons including livestock service officers, bappeda, extension farms, and breeders located in the area of livestock. From the results of field research shows that the program implemented to achieve self-sufficiency of meat indicated to fail because of financial mismatch budget with the results achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and understand the study, thoughts, roles and strategies of developmental political actors in the Al Washliyah organization conducted by DR.H. Dedi Iskandar Batubara, S.Sos, S.H, M.SP. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Qualitative research methods are used to measure carefully certain social phenomena that occur. Specifically, this research method also uses the life history method. The results showed that as a political actor of development in the Al Washliyah organization in North Sumatra, where he played a role in the formation and optimization of acceleration in three Al Washliyah ittifaq charities, namely: Education; Da'wah; and Social Charity. The function of Dedi Iskandar Batubara as a development political actor in the Al Washliyah organization in North Sumatra is to improve organizational management which aims to synergize the programs formulated in the acceleration vision. The supporting factors for development political actors in the Al Washliyah organization in North Sumatra are the people (cadres) factor from strengthening human resources, where behind the implementation of a program will greatly determine the success or failure of a program and by utilizing digitalization (social media) which is a concept of information media in carrying out various activities, such as in the field of da'wah and meetings that can minimize the costs incurred and the efficiency of the time used. The inhibiting factor can be seen that there are not too big obstacles in translating various programs and work plans that have been mandated by the Al Wasliyah deliberations (Muktamar XIII).

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the Implementation of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) and the Inhibiting Factors in the Implementation of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) in the Management of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (Apbdes) in Kodon-Kodon Village, Brand District, Karo Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the subject of key informants and additional informants. In 2020 SISKEUDES Application Version 2.0. The theory of implementation used is the theory of implementation of the George C. Edward III Model. The results of the study indicate that the transparency in reporting village financial management is quite good, in terms of the existing resources in the village that are able to operate the SISKEUDES application, which is still very limited. Technical implementers in operating the SISKEUDES application are often negligent in carrying out their duties in the SISKEUDES application. The bureaucratic structure is still less effective between the Village Head and the Technical Implementer of the SISKEUDES Application. The village head must wait for the results of the financial reports prepared by the technical implementer of the SISKEUDES APP.

Abstract

Berdasarakan analisis situasi yang didapat dari KKN Mahasiswa Universitas Sumatera Utara tahun 2019 di Desa Paya Rengas Kecamatan Hinai Kabupaten Langkat terdapat permasalahan masih rendahnya kesadaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS.  Untuk  meningkatkan kesadaran terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) anggota karang taruna di desa paya rengas, perlu dilakukan kegiatan melalui diskusi, dan sosialisasi. Lokasi kegiatan pengabdian ini berada di Desa Paya Rengas Kecamatan Hinai Kabupaten Langkat. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian ini telah dilaksanakan dengan melakukan survei lokasi pengabdian, penyiapan lokasi pengabdian, dan pemberian alat penunjang PHBS. Kegiatan sosialisasi tentang PHBS kepada anggota karang taruna telah dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Secara umum, kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik adalah bahwa peserta kegiatan pengabdian mengerti bahwa perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat sangat penting untuk mencegah berbagai penyakit merupakan bagian dari ajaran agama yang memiliki banyak keuntungan.

Abstract

BUMDes Maju Bersama is a government program to help the economy of the people of Sei Jawi-jawi Village and achieve community welfare so that the Sei Jawi-jawi people get a decent living. This study aims to determine the role of social capital which is a driving force in the management of the Joint Forward BUMDes in Sei Jawi-jawi Village, Sei Kepayang Barat District, Asahan Regency. Social capital plays an important role in strengthening village communities. BUMDes can advance together with social capital. BUMDes Maju Bersama was established as an effort to increase the economic development of rural communities and create independence for the people in Sei Jawi-jawi Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The location of the study was in Sei Jawi-jawi Village, Sei Kepayang Barat District, Asahan Regency. The object of this research is BUMDes Maju Bersama Sei Jawi-jawi Village. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the formation of BUMDes Maju Bersama was carried out in 3 (three) stages, namely the pre-village deliberations, village deliberations and post-village deliberations. So, this deliberation activity aims to determine what type of BUMDes will be formed in the hope that it will benefit the community. Social capital in the form of networks, norms and beliefs that play a role in the management of BUMDes Maju Bersama can be said to be not good enough even though BUMDes Maju Bersama is already operational and can contribute to the Village. This can be seen from the BUMDes Maju Bersama cooperation network that is still small, with collateral or collateral provided by BUMDes, the interest given by the management is too high, almost the same as the existing cooperatives and there is still public debt arrears. The informant's subjects from this study were the Village Head, Village Officials, BUMDes Maju Bersama Management, BUMDes Supervisor, parties who knew BUMDes and the Community who knew about BUMDes Maju Bersama.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Management of Village Fund Management in Jungke Village Permata District Bener Meriah Regency and the factors that influence it to achieve these objectives used qualitative research methods by breaking down the data descriptively. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, document and archive observation using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show: First the management stages of Village Fund Management in Jungke Village include Planning and Implementation of Reporting and Accountability Administration. Management of Village Fund Management is carried out by the Government of Jungke Village, Permata District, Bener Meriah Regency, and has followed the technical guidelines that have been regulated in the legislation. But in the process is still not optimal. This can be seen from the process of reporting and accountability that is experiencing delays. For the Reporting Process of Realizing the Use of Village Funds not in accordance with the predetermined schedule, causing delays in disbursing funds for the next stage. Likewise with the Responsibility for the use of village funds so that the community cannot evaluate the results of the work of the village government and the Accountability to the Regional Government which is not carried out in a timely manner. Second: Factors that influence the management of village funds include supporting and inhibiting factors. Supporting factors are community participation, facilities and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are human resources, technical guidelines for managing village funds that change every year and communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at work culture and the factors that influence the work culture of employees in the Idi Tunong Subdistrict Office. Descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants of this research are the key informants namely the Idi Tunong Sub-District Head and the Public and Personnel Kasubbag, the main informants are employees of the Idi Tunong Sub-District Office employee and additional informants are the people who get the services of the Idi Tunong Sub-District Office. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the work culture of the Idi Tunong Sub-District Office in terms of information disclosure, mutual respect, cooperation between employees has been carried out well only in employee work discipline is still not optimal and needs to be improved. Meanwhile, for factors that influence the work culture of the Idi Tunong Subdistrict Office such as organizational culture, external culture, learning process and motivation have an influence on the work culture of the Idi Tunong Subdistrict Office, while for leader behavior, employee selection, mission clarity, mission certainty, exemplary leaders still have not influenced the work culture in the Idi Tunong Sub-District Office.
