This research aims to see the Moral relationship of work and Locus full with the commitment of Widyaiswara organization in the Center for Development and empowerment of educators and education in the field of building and electricity Medan. The hypothesis proposed is there is a Moral relationship between work and Locus control with the commitment of Widyaiswara organization in the Center of development and empowerment of educators and educational personnel in the field of building and electricity Medan. Data collection is the scale method, namely the Moral work scale, Locus of Control scale and the scale of orrganization commitment. The population is a total of 102 people. Data is analyzed using multiple regression. Results show; There is a very significant relationship between the moral work and the internal locus of control with the organizational commitment. Based on these results, it is revealed that the total donation of both the variables freely to the bound variable is 15.2%, there are 84.8% of the influence of other variables on the organizational commitments, where those other factors in this study do not Other personal factors, organizational factors (job traits, such as the identity of the task and the opportunity to interact with co-workers and others) and factors that are not from the organization, such as the absence of a job offer Much better or lower salary of the organization.Key words; Organizational Commitments, Moral Work, Locus of Control

This study aims to see the relationship between Leader Member Exchange and Job Satisfaction with Organizational Commitment to North Sumatra Police State Police School Educators. The study was conducted on 75 educators. Data collection is a scale method, namely the Leader Member Exchange scale, the scale of job satisfaction and the scale of organizational commitment. Before the scale was used, a scale trial was carried out on 40 civil servants / civil servants. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression. The results showed; There is a very significant relationship between leader member exchange and job satisfaction with organizational commitment. Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. The two variables in this study, namely leader member exchange and job satisfaction on organizational commitment, contributed 84.8% to the level of organizational commitment. Separately, the leader member exchange contributed 66.9% to the level of organizational commitment, while job satisfaction contributed 83.3% to the level of organizational commitment. The total contribution of the two independent variables to the dependent variable was 84.8%. This means that there are still 15.2% of the influence of other variables on organizational commitment, including personal or individual factors including quality of work life, organizational factors in the form of organizational climate, and non-organizational factors.

This study aims to determine the relationship between religiosity and teachers' attitudes with cheating behavior in students of SMA Swasta Islam Al-Ulum Terpadu Medan. This type of research uses a correlational quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Sampling was done with the Total Sampling technique from a total population of 107 students obtained after the screening process. This study uses scale instruments of religiosity, teacher attitudes and cheating behavior. The results showed that: a) there is a significant negative relationship between religiosity and cheating behavior in students, which is indicated by a correlation coefficient (rx1y) = - 0.485; p = 0.000 0.05; and the weight of the relationship contribution is 30%. b) there is a significant negative relationship between teacher attitudes and cheating behavior in students, where the value of the correlation coefficient (rx2y) = - 0.547; p = 0.000 0.05; and the weight of the relationship contribution is 23.5%. c) there is a significant negative relationship between religiosity and teacher attitudes with students' cheating behavior, which is indicated by a correlation coefficient (R) = - 0.569; p = - 0.000 0.05; Freg = 24.943, then it can be concluded that the variables of religiosity and teacher attitudes together or simultaneously are related to the variables of cheating behavior. Thus it is stated that the hypothesis proposed in this study is declared accepted.

Informal sector workers are people who work without work relations, meaning that there is no agreement that regulates the elements of work and power. In this case, the informal workers feel pressured because the scope of their work is limited which results in a decrease in their income during this pandemic, causing stress. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of working life in the community, especially in Sei Bamban Village. One way to deal with stress is to cultivate peace of mind by considering the pandemic as a process that will make us grow and be much stronger than before. The purpose of this community service activity is to minimize stress on the community so as to be able to maintain the mental welfare of the community during this pandemic. In addition, this activity also aims to provide and strengthen the community as a means to develop themselves and have the ability to cope with stress so that they can achieve a quality work life. The results of this service are expected to help provide peace of mind for the community so that it becomes a good practice, is liked by the community and has the opportunity to be disseminated more widely. Thus the quality of the population in responding to problems during this pandemic can be maintained properly.

Improving the quality of work life in the community, especially in Sumber Melati Diski Village, needs to be done. The purpose of this activity is to provide and strengthen the community to develop themselves and have the ability to cope with stress so that they can achieve a quality work life. The selection of partner locations is based on the needs of the community in Sumber Melati Village to alleviate the stress problem that is carried out through every community activity, both Posyandu, Perwiritan and others. The method is a workshop with creative art techniques. The capacity of the community is strengthened is to know the source of the problem, analyze, create and implement the design of problem alleviation, counseling and play therapy. The results of the mentoring show that people who solve problems with creative techniques can solve their problems personally and make decisions quickly. Furthermore, creative counseling that is carried out in groups can overcome emotional problems and minimize social problems. From this activity it was found that creative techniques in problem solving can minimize stress on the community which can effectively improve the quality of working life in the community of Sumber Melati Diski Village.

This article aims to describe the results of data analysis on students' thinking styles which were analyzed for differences in terms of gender differences between men and women.This thinking style is viewed from a complete indicator as the main tool in identifying the state of students' thinking styles including legislative, executive and judicial, monarchy, hierarchical, oligarchic and anarchic, global and local, internal and external, liberal and conservative. This research method is a comparative description model to see the differences in students' thinking styles which are distinguished in the study of age differences and gender differences.The respondents of this study were 610 students spread over high school in the city of Medan in 2020. The results of this study can be used for the benefit of the development of educational psychology in the process of developing the quality of learning in schools, both in the development of the cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains.

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang dominansi dari masing-masing tipe kecerdasan majemukr dan gaya belajar, dan keterkaitan antara masing masing tipe yang ada di gaya berpikir dan gaya belajar dan kecenderungannya dalam bentuk kategori tinggi-rendah dan sedang. Penelitian ini memakai sebanyak 526 partisipan mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 246 laki-laki dan 278 perempuan. Penelitian ni menggunakan dua inventory kecerdasan majemuk dan gaya belajar masing masing dari Gardner dan Grasha. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Uji kai kuadrat untuk melihat interaksi antara dimensi kecerdasan majemuk yang dominan dengan gaya belajar yang dominan. Masing masing dimensi yang sudah dikategrorisasikan dalam bentuk dominan dan tidak dominan kemudian dicari relasi antara masing masing dimensi kecerdasan majemuk dan gaya belajar. Hasil yang diperoleh ada dua tipe gaya belajar yang dominan yakni kolaboratif dan kompetitif, secara kategori, kolaboratif lebih besar dengan kategori tinggi dibanding dengan kompetitif. Untuk dimensi kecerdasan majemuk dari 9 tipe yang ada hanya 3 tipe yang tidak dominan yakni, kecerdasan ruang visual, gerak badani dan musikal, Untuk tipe kecerdasan majemuk dimensi spiritual yang memiliki kategori tinggi terbesar dan terkecil adalah naturalis. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan kai kuadrat menunjukkankan semua dimensi kecerdasan majemuk dominan memiliki pengaruh terhadap dimensi dominan yang ada pada gaya belajar.

Produktivitas kerja merupakan suatu pendekatan multi disiplin yang dimana secara efisien dapat merumuskan suatu tujuan dan rencana pengembangan kemudian melakukan pelaksanaan dengan cara-cara yang produktif kerja dengan menggunakan sumber-sumber daya seperti fasilitas situasi dan keadaan secara efesien namun tetap menjaga kualitas dari produk yang diinginkan. Telah banyak dilakukan penelitian mengenai hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan produktivitas kerja, yang dimana terdapat perbedaan dari tiap tiap penelitian. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik studi meta-analisis yang bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan produktivitas kerja pada karyawan. Penelitian ini melakukan reviu yang melibatkan 6 studi jurnal yang berkaitan dengan motivasi berprestasi dan produktivitas kerja pada 10 tahun terakhir, dengan jumlah sampel responden sebanyak 371. Hasil dari penelitian studi meta-analisis ini menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang large effect size sebesar r = 0.69 (95% CI= 0.636,0.745) confidance intervalnya akan ada heterogeneity ????²= 56,8% < 80%, maka meta-analisis ini menggunakan fixed effects dari hasil tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa motivasi berprestasi berkorelasi dengan produktivitas kerja secara langsung dikarenakan memiliki large effect size. Namun tetap ada variabel-variabel lain yang memiliki nilai korelasi yang lebih kecil dari pada dukungan orang tua.

This study aims to see: The relationship between perceptions of organizational climate and organizational support for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in ASN at the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel (P4TK) Medan. This research was conducted on 150 ASN with total sampling technique. The results showed; 1. There is a very significant positive relationship between the perception of organizational climate and organizational support for Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the State Civil Apparatus at the Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education (BBPPMPV) BBL Medan. 2. There is a very significant positive relationship between the perception of organizational climate and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in the State Civil Apparatus, Center for the Development of Quality Assurance for Vocational Education (BBPPMPV) BBL Medan. 3. There is a significant positive relationship between organizational support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), with a correlation coefficient of rx2y = 0.431; p < 0.001; and the effective contribution obtained was 18.6%. The total effective contribution of the two independent variables (perception of organizational climate and organizational support) on Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is 48.3%. From these results it is known that there are still 51.7% of the influence of other factors on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) which was not seen in this study.

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between prosocial attitudes and peer interaction with the learning interest of the Medan Gereja Protestan Indonesia Barat (GPIB) Catechization students in 2020/2021. The research method is a quantitative descriptive correlative type with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables in two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research population is the Medan GPIB Catechization students in 2020/2021. The sampling technique used was Proportional Random Sampling with a selected sample size of 100 people, the data collection method used prosocial attitude instruments, peer interaction instruments, and students' interest in learning instruments. Analysis of research data shows that (1) the relationship between prosocial attitudes and student interest in learning is indicated by the coefficient rx1y = 0.557 and p = 0.000 with p <0.05; (2) the relationship between peer interaction and student interest in learning is shown by the coefficient rx2y = 0.628 and p = 0.000 with p <0.05; (3) the relationship between prosocial attitudes and peer interaction with student interest in learning is shown by the coefficient coefficient F = 44.166 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.557 while R2 = 0.311 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.01).
