Abstract

This study aims to analyze the intuitive thinking skills of junior high school students in solving geometric problems based on their learning styles: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. The research employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through a learning style questionnaire to categorize students, problem-solving tests on geometric shapes, and in-depth interviews to explore students' intuitive thinking abilities. The findings indicate that students with a visual learning style exhibit stronger intuitive thinking skills compared to those with auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. Visual learners provided clear and well-structured answers aligned with intuitive thinking indicators such as Catalytic Inference, Power of Synthesis, and Common Sense. Conversely, auditory learners tended to give less detailed answers, although they could identify relevant information. Kinesthetic learners offered brief and less detailed responses, particularly in specifying measurements and units in their calculations. These findings underscore the importance of understanding students' diverse learning styles to optimize mathematics teaching strategies, particularly in enhancing problem-solving skills and intuitive thinking.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of macroeconomic variables on exchange rate stability in five developing countries in Southeast Asia that are members of the Association of Southeast Nations (ASEAN) geopolitical and economic organization to see the short-term and long-term relationships during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data used is secondary data, from International Financial Statistics (IFS) for the period January 2020 to June 2022 using the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results show that in the long run the variables that have a positive influence on exchange rate stability are lending rates, exports and the money supply. While the variables that have a negative influence are deposit rates, imports and the current account. In the short term, variables that have a positive influence on exchange rate stability are deposit rates, imports and the current account. However, the variable lending rates, exports and the money supply have a negative effect

Abstract

The Technology and Innovation Dissemination Program in Kedungbanteng Village, Ponorogo Regency, East Java, aims to increase melon farmers' productivity through IoT technology and access to revolving funds. This village is known to produce high-quality melons with export potential, but farmers still face significant challenges. The main problems of partners are the low understanding of modern agricultural technology and limited access to capital. Most farmers still rely on conventional methods, such as manual greenhouses, which hinder production efficiency. The solutions offered include two main approaches. The first is the application of IoT technology in melon cultivation in greenhouses to increase productivity and efficiency. The implementation stages include needs identification, sensor installation, and farmer training. Second, farmers are provided access to revolving funds, accompanied by financial management training and the preparation of sustainable business plans. This program is designed to help farmers obtain capital at affordable interest rates and make adopting new technologies more accessible. The method of implementing the activity includes direct training to farmers on the use of IoT technology and financial management, installation and testing of IoT devices in greenhouses, and technical assistance on an ongoing basis. In addition, assistance is carried out by supervising revolving funds and farming training to ensure optimal implementation. The output targets of this program are an increase in melon productivity by 30% in a year, a reduction in operational costs by 20%, and an increase in farmers' understanding of IoT technology and financial management skills. This program is also expected to increase the greenhouse area and farmers' access to capital.

Abstract

This literature review examines the challenges of implementing cloud-based accounting information systems (AIS) in the digital era during 2020–2025. The study systematically analyzes open-access scholarly articles from multiple databases, focusing on technical, organizational, regulatory, security, and external factors that affect cloud accounting adoption. Findings indicate that integration with legacy systems, data security and privacy concerns, limited digital skills among human resources, regulatory differences, and vendor dependency are the main barriers. Despite these challenges, cloud accounting provides significant benefits, including operational cost efficiency, real-time access to data, scalability, and automated integration with business processes. The review highlights the need for strategic change management, proper staff training, and robust security policies to ensure successful implementation. Furthermore, gaps in empirical research, especially in developing countries and long-term effectiveness studies, present opportunities for future research.

Abstract

The proliferation of digital technology has markedly accelerated the expansion of online donation platforms in Indonesia. Concurrently, with the rise in public engagement in online philanthropic endeavours, several challenges have surfaced, including the potential for fund misuse, lack of transparency, and inadequate oversight mechanisms. This study examines how legal frameworks, transparency, and oversight can collaboratively safeguard and enhance public trust in online donation systems. The methodology employed is a qualitative study with a normative approach involving the analysis of existing regulations, literature reviews, and case studies related to digital donation mismanagement. The findings reveal the lack of comprehensive legal regulations governing online donations, accountability mechanisms among platform providers, and limited public access to financial information. The study further underscores the importance of implementing principles of good governance, utilizing transparency-enhancing technologies such as blockchain, and strengthening independent reporting and auditing systems to prevent fund misappropriation. In conclusion, public trust in online donation systems can only be cultivated through reinforced legal frameworks, increased operational transparency, and oversight involving multiple stakeholders. The study recommends formulating national regulations addressing digital donations, active involvement of independent supervisory institutions, and continuous public education to ensure that the public is informed and aware, thereby establishing a secure, accountable, and sustainable online donation ecosystem.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the major challenges faced by nearly all cities and regencies in Indonesia, including Grobogan Regency, Central Java. According to data released by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Java Province, as of March 2025 the poverty rate in Grobogan stood at 10.63%, which is higher than both the provincial and national averages. Poverty is a multidimensional issue that cannot be viewed solely from an economic perspective. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Open Unemployment Rate (OUR), the Human Development Index (HDI) and population size on the poverty rate in Grobogan Regency, Central Java. The study employs secondary data obtained from BPS Grobogan Regency. The analytical method used in multiple linear regression, with three independent variables (HDI, OUR, and population size) and one dependent variable (poverty rate). The findings reveal that the Human Development Index (HDI) and population size have a significant partial effect on the poverty rate in Grobogan Regency. In contrast, the Open Unemployment Rate (OUR) does not exhibit a significant partial effect. Specifically, a 1% increase in OUR is associated with a 2.8% rise in the poverty rate, while a 1% decrease in HDI corresponds to a 9% increase in the poverty rate. Meanwhile, a 1% increase in population size leads to a 0.0002578% increase in the poverty rate. Based on these results, policy interventions should prioritize enhancing the Human Development Index while simultaneously implementing population control measures.
