Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Jumlah Penerima PKH di Dinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu Menggunkan Metode Topsis adalah sebagai berikut Untuk memberikan informasi tentang pengambilan keputusan dengan sesuai kriteria menggunakan metode Topsis sehingga bisa menjadi tolak ukur dalam pengambilan keputusan, Dengan metode ini dapat mempermudah dalam pencarian data yang akurat sebanyak apapun responden yang akan diusulkan berdasarkan kriteria maka sistem akan melacak dan memberikan keputusan yang tepat. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah membuat implementasi algoritma Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Jumlah Penerima Kis PBI Didinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu Menggunkan Metode Topsis, Bagi pembaca diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pengetahuan terhadap perkembangan ilmu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Jumlah Penerima Kis Pbi Didinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu Menggunkan Metode Topsis, Adapun kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Jumlah Penerima PKH di Dinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu Menggunkan Metode Topsis adalah sebagai berikut : Pengambilan keputusan dengan sesuai kriteria menggunakan metode Topsis sehingga bisa menjadi tolak ukur dalam pengambilan keputusan, Dengan metode ini dapat mempermudah dalam pencarian data yang akurat sebanyak apapun responden yang akan diusulkan berdasarkan kriteria maka sistem akan melacak dan memberikan keputusan yang tepat, Mempermudah admin melakukan pencarian dalam berdasarkan bobot dan kreteria, Pada sistem baru ini akan dirancang Sistem Sistem Penerima PKH di Dinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu berbasis Web menggunakan php dan mysql, Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan penulisan skripsi dan penelitian ini dengan mengunakan metode pengumpulan data, analisa dan perencangan serta implementasai yang dilakukan pengumpulan data, analisa sistem, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian

Abstract

So far, at the SMA Negeri 02 Kaur Library, there are no facilities that can help students in finding books provided by the library, so if students want to find books, they must do it manually, namely by looking at the bookshelves available in the library or asking questions. directly to the librarian. The book catalog search system at the 02 Kaur State Senior High School Library was created to facilitate the process of searching for books in the library, where in the search process the Rocchio Relevance Feedback method has been applied which is used to analyze keywords into several tokens to be matched into the application database. The application can display the output of book data reports and search results that make it easier for the library to archive reports. With this book search system, it can make it easier for users to find books and find out where the books are on the shelves. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the book catalog search system at the SMA Negeri 02 Kaur Library has been running properly and is able to display book search results based on the desired keywords.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSelama ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan pengguna layanan, akan dilakukan survei kepuasan pengguna layanan dengan memberikan lembaran pertanyaan yang diisi oleh pengguna layanan pada saat berada di KPPN Bengkulu. Pertanyaan yang diberikan cukup banyak karena penilaian dilakukan dengan mengisi pertanyaan pada 5 kategori penilaian yaitu kinerja layanan pencairan dana, kinerja layanan bimbingan dan konsultasi, kinerja layanan konfirmasi surat setoran, kinerja layanan rekonsiliasi laporan keuangan (realisasi APBN), sarana dan prasarana. Dengan banyaknya pertanyaan yang harus diisi oleh pengguna layanan, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengisi survei tesebut., dan survei tersebut juga tidak dapat dibawa pulang oleh pengguna layanan. Sistem informasi survei kepuasan pengguna layanan pada KPPN Bengkulu merupakan suatu aplikasi berbaris web yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja secara online melalui link url website : www.kkpnbengkulusurvei.online. Sistem informasi survei kepuasan pengguna layanan pada KPPN Bengkulu dapat membantu proses survei yang dilakukan oleh penguna layanan setiap tahunnya. Hasil penilaian survei dari pengguna layanan akan dikalkulasikan untuk mendapatkan output berupa grafik dan hasil perhitungan rata-raa skor kepuasan pengguna layanan. Dari hasil kuisioner tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi survei kepuasan pengguna layanan dapat membantu pengguna layanan dalam mengisi survei, dan saran yang diberikan dari hasil kuisioner yaitu sistem informasi survei kepuasan pengguna layanan agar dapat disosialisasikan keseluruh penggun layanan.Kata Kunci :   Sistem Informasi, Survei Kepuasan, Pengguna Layanan, KPPN Bengkulu, PHP, MySQL ABSTRACTUser satisfaction survey by giving the question sheets filled by service users while in KPPN Bengkulu. Information system of service user satisfaction survey on KPPN Bengkulu can assist the survey process conducted by the service users every year. Survey assessment results from users of the service will be calculated to obtain graphical output and calculation results of user service satisfaction scores. Abstract

ABSTRAKKomputer sangat dibutuhkan oleh banyak perusahaan swasta maupun pemerintahan, dengan berbagai macam kebutuhan. Salah satu Angkasa Pura, Salah satu jenis transportasi yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia dalam pemenuhan kebutuhannya adalah transportasi udara yang ada pada angkasa pura wilayah Bengkulu sebagai system penunjuk arah Pelayanan. Sistem Aplikasi kecendrungan masyarakat terhadap transportasi udara menggunakan Metode AHP Menggunakan Visual Basic 6.0. dalam melakukan penyebaran akses informasi dan komunikasi belum secara khusus menggunakan aplikasi untuk memudahkannya. Sedangkan informasi yang disampaikan masih menggunakan dan selebaran atau kotak saran pada bandara fatmawati sehingga informasi yang ditampung tidak akurat. Sistem Aplikasi kecendrungan masyarakat terhadap transportasi udara menggunakan Metode AHP Menggunakan Visual Basic dapat menjadi masukan kepada pihak maskapai sehingga menjadi bandara bertaraf internasional.Kata Kunci : Metode AHP, Transportasi Udara, Visual Basic 6.0 ABSTRACTComputers are needed by many private and government companies, with a variety of needs. Abstract

PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is the largest LPG product company in Indonesia, which currently has 20 branch offices. PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is engaged in consulting services, technique and marketing of LPG products. PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara has superior LPG products in the form of a Solid regulator which is equipped with a gas safety hose that automatically closes in the event of a leak so it is safe to use. Solid regulator also has a nanometer matic so it is more accurate to determine the contents of gases made of a mixture of copper and aluminum. So far, the sales system for gas safety equipment (regulators and hoses) is still using the manual method through bookkeeping (data attached). Constraints that are often faced are the difficulty of managing inventory at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara and difficulties in collecting data on consumers who use these goods. Sales management application for Gas Safety Equipment (Regulator and Hose) at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. This application has applied the Just In Time Method which can help sales management of gas safety devices (regulators and hoses) based on inventory data and sales data. With the application can make it easier for PT. Sarana Anugerah in the management of the sale of goods and can manage the data of incoming and outgoing goods systematically through the application. Based on the black box testing that has been done, the results show that the functionality of the sales management application for Gas Safety Equipment at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is running as expected.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat quis interaktif matematika untuk anak sekolah dasar. Yang diharapkan menambah minat belajar anak-anak dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu belajar dan bermain anak. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah metode studi pustaka dan studi lapangan dengan memperhatikan sistem aktual, sistem yang baru dan menganalisa data yang lama. Serta menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem dengan menyusun sistem yang baru untuk menggantikan sistem yang lama secara keseluruhan atau memperbaiki sistem yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan serta hasil pengujian sistem, dapat disimpulkan bahwa quis interaktif matematika untuk anak Sekolah Dasar Negeri 09 Curup Selatan yang dikembangkan dengan bantuan program Adobe Flash CS 5.5, sesuai digunakan untuk sarana bermain dan belajar anak serta pengenalan komputer terhadap anak SD Negeri 09 Curup Selatan.Program aplikasi ini dapat dijalankan/digunakan pada komputer dengan spesifikasi yang berbeda.Sebagai alternatif baru bagi tutor, guru atau orang tua mengajarkan anak matematika sambil bermain untuk lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan anak tentang materi matematika. Kata Kunci : Quis Matematika, Adobe Flash CS 5.5

Abstract

This research was conducted at BKKBN Branch office bengkulu Province, training and developing (Latbang). This research purpose is to find out the role of BKKBN Bengkulu province in Training of Family Planning field officer. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data is collected thru observation, interview and documentation. Faried Ali (2011) theory is used in this research. The result of this research shows that the roles of BKKBN in PLKB training are: (1) Stabilizator, PLKB can increase the knowledge and ability in PLKB Training, it can be seen from pre-test and post-test. But not in all PLKB trainers can increase their skills because some of them weren’t listening or taking a note, some of them playing with their smartphone and talking; (2) Dinamisator, the process of PLKB training started by holding a preparation meeting. In that meeting, materials are discussed, training time, administration preparation like correspondence and financial, also facility in training; (3) Inovator, BKKBN found new things in PLKB Training because there was an evaluation after training, observation, suggestions, all trainees can give suggestion about the training. BKKBN also give material according to PLKB need and has provide the material professionally because they split time into discussion, working group, field practive, refreshing (outbound) and follow-up.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of members of the Regional House of Representatives of Central Bengkulu Regency in carrying out the supervisory function of the Regional Regulations. This research was used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The data collectionwere used interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The result of the research shows that the performance of members of DPRD of Central Bengkulu Regency in carrying out the supervisory function of the regional Regulation through the established mechanism that is through work meeting, go down to the field area for checking the monitoring objects , and synchronize the planning documents and the implementation documents. Supervision conducted by members of DPRD of Central Bengkulu Regency implemented after the exit policy. The form of supervision of the Regional Regulation conducted by members of DPRD of Central Bengkulu Regency is directly monitoring the spaciousness, listening to community input, and hearing together to carry out the supervisory function of the existing Regional Regulation. Obstacles faced by DPRD members in carrying out supervisory functions are topography of Central Bengkulu that is difficult to reach, technical constraints, lack of transparency, and openness of Local Government.

Abstract

Award for an outstanding student by the school through the school committee needs to be given in an effort to increase student motivation and enthusiasm for learning. Through the awarding of committee money exemption scholarships, students are expected to continue to improve their performance. Students who receive school committee scholarships are the best students who are judged based on certain criteria. The criteria for scholarship recipients have been determined by SMKN 2 Bengkulu City, however, the selection is still using a manual system. The use of this system has constraints in that it takes a long time to manage. In addition, subjectivity was still found in the assessment. A better alternative system is needed in the management of school committee scholarship recipients. The use of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in the Decision Support System (SPK) will give the best results so that students who really deserve scholarships will be obtained. The Decision Support System at SMKN 2 Bengkulu City in determining recipients of school committee scholarships is based on criteria, namely report card scores, academic achievement and non-academic achievements with a predetermined weighting rating. The results of the calculation obtained the final value based on rank one to three obtained values of 0.3925, 0.2150 and rank 3 with a final value of 0.1434. Based on the results of the existing ranking, it has produced scholarship recipients who actually meet the predetermined criteria

Abstract

This study aims to apply the vikor method in the selection of scholarship receipts at Bengkulu Dehasen University. Designing the process by describing how the VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method should be used based on criteria (indications, achievements, credits and living expenses) fulfilled by prospective scholarship recipients in accordance with the provisions of Dehasen Bengkulu University in selecting scholarship acceptance. Based on the results obtained it can be proven that the condition of Acceptable stability in decision making is fulfilled (Namely a smaller value than 1) and Intan P Can be proposed to be a compromise solution which is the best ranking of scholarship recipients ranking by this VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method.
