Abstract

Daun merupakan salah satu bagian tanaman yang dapat menjadiacuan klasifikasi, karena memiliki perbedaan fitur pada setiap jenis mangga. Penerapan Unconstraint Hit or Miss Transformation (UHMT) dengan empatstructuring element (SE) mengakibatkan tingginya kompleksitas komputasional.Sehingga, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyederhanakan kompleksitaskomputasi dengan menerapkan satu dari sembilan SE pada UHMT. Pola fiturtulang daun diperoleh dengan menerapkan Local Binary Pattern (LBP),kemudian hasil fitur yang diperoleh dihitung dengan entropy. Hasilmenunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai entropy yang tinggi dikategorikan padamangga madu. Pengujian klasifikasi membandingkan akurasi pada K-foldCross Validation, dengan nilai K-fold adalah 5, 8, dan 10. Akurasi tertinggidengan menggunakan 10-fold Cross Validition yaitu 78,5 %.

Abstract

Abstract. Having a number of audio files in a directory could result to unstructured arrangement of files. This will cause some difficulties for users in sorting a collection of audio files based on a particular category of music. In some previous studies, researchers used a method conducting to group documents on a web page. However, those studies were not carried out on file containing documents such as audio files; relatively they were conducted on files that contain text documents. In this study, we develop a method of grouping files using a combination of pre-processing approach, neural networks, k-means, and particle swarm optimization to obtain a form of audio file collections that are group based on the types of music. The result of this study is a system with improved method of grouping audio files based on the type of music. The pre-processing stage has therefore produced the best results on this approach based on spectrum analysis melody and bass guitar, which offers a value precision 95%, 100% recall and an F-Measure 97.44%.Keywords: Cluster, Music, NN, K-Means, PSO Abstrak. Banyaknya file audio pada suatu direktori membuat sususan file tidak terstruktur. Hal ini akan menyulitkan pengguna untuk mengurutkan bahkan memilah kumpulan file audio berdasarkan kategori tertentu, khususnya kategori berdasarkan jenis musik. Pada penelitian sebelumnya, dilakukan pengelompokan dokumen pada suatu halaman website. Namun hal tersebut tidak dilakukan pada file selain dokumen, seperti file audio. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan metode pengelompokan file berupa kombinasi pendekatan pre-processing, neural network, k-means, dan particle swarm optimization dengan masukan berupa file audio sehingga diperoleh keluaran berupa kumpulan file audio yang telah terkelompok berdasarkan jenis musik. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu berupa suatu sistem dengan pengembangan metode dalam pengelompokan file audio berdasarkan jenis musik. Metode pada tahap pre-processing memiliki hasil terbaik pada pendekatan berdasarkan analisa spectrum melodi gitar dan bass, di mana memiliki nilai precission 95%, recall 100% dan F-Measure 97,44%. Abstract

Online learning requires teachers to prepare various media to help the learning process. Learning Arabic at the primary level mainly uses classical methods and uses techniques and media that seem conventional. Researchers tried to minimize this anxiety by utilizing AR technology to make Arabic learning applications more enjoyable, easy to understand, and not boring, especially for elementary school students/madrasah ibtidaiyah. This research aims to implement augmented reality technology with a markerless tracking method to design and build Arabic learning applications on Android smartphones. The research method used in this research is sequential with development progress. This model is a systematic approach and sequence from system planning to the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The results of device testing, the application can run perfectly with 1.5 Gb RAM specifications and above and the gingerbread android operating system and above. Testing also goes through 3 black box stages: application functions, marker sensors to the angle of inclination, and the intensity of light needed to bring up the object from the marker. The test shows that the distance parameters, the contrast level of the marker, and the camera tilt angle also affect the output of 3-dimensional objects displayed by the application. In all three stages, the application shows good response and can function as expected.

Abstract

This study designs and builds a WhatsApp chatbot that is used as a provider of public service information services at the Pandaan District Office to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of community services. The tools used are dialogueflow which applies the NLP method and is built using the waterfall method. The chatbot accommodates information including addresses, contacts, websites, operating hours, community services which include requirements, fees, flow, and population application forms. The contribution to previous research is the implementation of dialogue flow to WhatsApp and the completeness of the information contained in the chatbot. From the tests that have been carried out using black box testing, that the chatbot can respond according to knowledge but there is a delay in sending the response caused by the API. Meanwhile, for testing the questionnaire test, 87% of the Office staff and 81% of the Pandaan District community. This shows that respondents strongly agree that this chatbot can become an effective and efficient provider of public service information services

Abstract

Public services are very important for people in various countries. In this case, it can be improved to achieve a better goal. At the Pandaan District office, people do not know the profile and location of the office buildings in the Pandaan District office. The purpose of this study is to create an application to introduce the profile of the Pandaan District office and the layout of the offices in the Pandaan District office environment. This application uses Virtual Tour Reality technology to create profiles of several offices in the Pandaan District office. This application was built using Unity 3D software and 360-degree panoramic photos using a 360-degree camera. There are links in this application, namely website links, maps, and Whatsapp for service information. The method used is a case study research method to examine in detail somewhere and using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) development method for combined media. Based on the black box ​​testing, this application runs has good results and for this application gets a feasibility percentage of 89.5%.

Abstract

The garbage problem in Pasuruan district has been in the emergency. This condition is caused because of garbage governance in Pasuruan Regency still use conventional method 3P (collection, transport and disposal) so that it can not reduce the amount of garbage dumped to TPA considering there is no process Waste processing done. Seeing the question of the Pasuruan district government made a waste handling policy through the SDSB Program (one village waste Bank). The Government's policy was responded well by the housewives at Taman Permata Indah Village of Pagak district of Beji District in Pasuruan Regency by forming the waste bank community TPI BISA. The establishment of waste bank TPI BISA this part of the response to the government policy while seeing the problem of many unhandled garbage that affects health and hygiene of the environment as a result of the increasing Population in the area. Household waste deposits generated within 1 month less than 6 quintals and every tendency month is increasing. Waste bank TPI BISA one of the waste bank that is sufficient to exist and has succeeded in managing the environment through the management of both organic and inorganic waste. In addition, the community also conducts garbage processing in the form of interesting and unique handcraft. But on the other hand, from the success also still leave a serious problem that the management system of waste bank TPI BISA be done by manual model so that there is often an error in recording the deposit amount Garbage whose edges often make a conflict in internal management of trash banks with members or customers of trash banks. Therefore, modernization of IT-based administrative management becomes a real need needed by waste bank TPI BISA, So that waste bank TPI BISA be worthy of an example of trash bank with IT-based management of mobile that can be developed thoroughly in Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

The spread of hoaxes is part of the impact of the very rapid development of information over the last few years. The development of information technology has led to the emergence of a new public space, namely social media. Social media can have both positive and negative impacts. The negative impact, the spread of hoaxes has become uncontrollable so that it has the potential to trigger disruption of social order. Media literacy is education that teaches media audiences to have the ability to analyze media messages, to be responsible and to respond correctly when getting information. The target audience in this community service is MA Miftahul Huda Pecalukan student. Because MA students are students who are very vulnerable to the influence of Hoaxes that have the potential to trigger disturbances in society. This service is carried out to provide understanding to MA Miftahul Huda students about media literacy and they can also become agents of the media literacy movement in order to ward off hoaxes. The method used in community service is through seminars, discussions and workshops. With this method, it is hoped that two-way communication will occur, both between the resource person and the participants and among the participants themselves

Abstract

Diabetic Retinopathy is a disease common complications of diabetes mellitus. The complications in the form of damages on the part of the retina of the eye. The high levels of glucose in the blood are the cause of small capillaries become broke and can lead to blindness. The symptoms shown by the sufferers of Diabetic Retinopaythy (DR), among others, microaneurysms, hemorrhages, exudates, soft hard exudate and neovascularization. These symptoms are at a certain intensity can be an indicator of the phase (the level of severity) DR sufferers. There are four stages of the process of pattern recognition, namely preprocessing,feature ekstraction, feature selection and classification. On preprocessing the image do Change the RGB image into Green channel, image Adaptive Histogram Equalization, removal of blood vessels, removal of optic disks, detection of exudate. A collection from the results of preprocessing placed in the vector of characteristics by using the feature extraction of GLCM consisting of order 1 and 2, to order then conducted as input Support Vector Machine (SVM). While in SVM there are three issues that emerged, namely; How to select a kernel function, what is the optimal number of input features, and how to determine the best kernel parameters. These issues are important, because the number of features affect the required kernel parameters values and vice versa, so that the selection of the features required in building the classification system. On the research of feature extraction methods was presented GLCM, features selection, and SVM for detecting diabetic retinopathy. feature selection process using the F-Score feature to select the results of features extraction. From the results of the selection of these features is used to input the classification. The dataset used amounted to 50 data, which is divided into 2 classes, where 25 sets taken from normal retinal scans and 25 sets of the rest of the scan of the retina with diabetic retinopathy. SVM classification with feature selection to increase accuracy and computational time than lose without a selection of features with a value of 90% accuracy and computational time 0.010 seconds.

Abstract

Di Kabupaten pasuruan mempunyai beberapa perguruan tinggi salah satunya yaitu UYP. Di Universitas ini terdapat Badan Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan (BAAK) yang bertugas untuk memberikan layanan dan administrasi kepada Mahasiswa dan Dosen.Untuk memenuhi tugas tersebut maka bekerja sama dengan Pusat Pelayanan Informasi dan Komunikasi (PPIK) untuk Mengembangkan Teknologi Informasi Sistem Informasi Akademik. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengukur kesiapan kematangan keamanan informasi berdasarkan Indeks KAMI. Indeks KAMI dibuat oleh MENKOMINFO dan banyak dipakai untuk mengukur kematangan keamanan informasi berdasarkan standart ISO/IEC 27001:2009. Pada evaluasi indeks KAMI ada tahap awal yang digunakan yaitu melakukan penilaian tingkat ketergantungan TIK pada instansi.Penilaian indeks KAMI yang dilakukan di UYP digunakan untuk menilai tingkat kematangan keamanan informasi. Di penelitian ini didapatkan tingkat kematangan keamanan teknologi berada di level I sampai dengan II, total skor untuk peran TIK adalah 28 (Tinggi), dan hasil pengukuran Indeks KAMI mencapai 200, ini memiliki arti bahwa tingkat kematangan TIK tidak layak. Oleh karena itu hasil dari penelitian ini sebaiknya digunakan untuk bahan evaluasi dan perbaikan keamanan informasi di UYP.  Kata Kunci : KAMI, UYP, ISO/IEC27001:2009.

Abstract

Voting adalah kegiatan yang sangat menentukan pada setiap perhelatan pemilihan, persoalan yang menjadi fokus perhatian bagi panitia penyelenggara pemilihan adalah bagaimana proses pemungutan suara dapat menjamin azas langsung, umum, bebas dan rahasia serta bagaimana hasil penghitungan suara dapat berlangsung jujur, transparan, dan dapat diakses oleh publik. Salah satu kegiatan yang belum tersentuh teknologi yaitu proses pemilihan Ketua Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi (HIMAPRODI),di Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan semua prosesnya kebanyakan masih dilakukan secara manual, hal ini dirasa kurang efektif dengan berkembangnya teknologi  sekarang ini. Untuk memenuhi hal tersebut maka dibangun sebuah aplikasi E-voting berbasis SMS Gateway. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan software Gammu dan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Sistem ini menggunakan SMS untuk melaksanakan voting, diharapkan akan memberikan hasil voting yang akurat, cepat dan terpercaya serta bisa mengurangi angka siswa yang tidak memilih dan tidak akan mengganggu proses belajar mengajar.
