Abstract

The background in this study based on the results of a pre-survey on financial satisfaction of employees of PT Birawa Eka Sapta Gresik showed dissatisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of financial behavior, financial literacy, and financial knowledge on employee financial satisfaction at PT Birawa Eka Sapta Gresik. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was the employees of PT Birawa Eka Sapta Gresik, amounting to 60 people, while the sample was taken using the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. The reason is because the sampling of the population is less than 100. The sample studied by the researcher is 60 employees. The analysis technique uses instrument test, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that financial behavior, financial literacy, and financial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on employee financial satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and lifestyle on financial behavior in management students using Shopee. The development of technology today facilitates all human affairs, including buying and selling which is increasingly facilitated. In the current condition, namely the Covid-19 pandemic, it is also able to encourage people to shop more online. The use of marketplaces among students at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik has led to the pattern of forming student financial behavior to become more consumptive. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents. The analytical technique to test the hypothesis is using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge has a significant effect on financial behavior, financial attitudes have no significant effect on financial behavior, and lifestyle has a significant effect on financial behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to to examine the effect of stock prices, trading volume activities, stockreturns and trading frequency of the bid ask spread of LQ45 company. Determination of the studysample consist of 42 companies conducted using purposive sampling method. As for hypothesistesting and research instruments using multiple linear regression analysis SPSS 20.0. Result of thisstudy prove that all of the independent variable does not affect the bid ask spread

Abstract

Consumptive behavior is an individual action in consuming excessively without thinking rationally and more concerned with wants than needs. The results of the pre-survey conducted by researchers show that management students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik class of 2018 are considered to reflect consumptive behavior and are still lacking in utilizing the pocket money they receive. This study aims to determine the effect of pocket money, lifestyle and self-control on consumptive behavior in management students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 142 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 16 program. The results showed that pocket money had a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, and self-control had a negative and significant effect on consumptive behavior.

Abstract

This research This study aims to examine the meaning of capital in the perspective of sharia financing for convection entrepreneurs in Bungah Distrct, Gresik Regency. By collecting data from 4 informant. The test was carried out using data analysis of the Milles and Huberman model which included data collection, data reduction, and verification. based on the research result of the study indicate that with this debt-based working capital needs can be met, convection entrepreneurs can open and build their business based on loand through sharia financing. Capital in the perspective of sharia financing is funds obtained to meet working capital needs that operate in accordance with sharia principles, where these principles are free and elements or usury. With the capital sourced from sharia financing, the need for fund can be met so that it can improve the welfare of life for convection entrepreneurs in the Bungah sub-district and achieve the smooth establishment of the bisiness.

Abstract

The background in this study is behavior of finansial management in Lamongan UMKM tends to be less good. Which is influence by several factors, namely finansial behavior, income, and finansial knowladge. This study aims to test the Financial Behavior, Income, and Financial Knowledge on Financial Satisfaction UMKM in Lamongan City. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 67, while the sampling used Probability Sampling technique using Non Probability sampling. The reason is because the population is below 100, so all are taken. The samples studied by the researchers were 67 UMKM in Lamongan City. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For test tools using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that financial behavior has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, income has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction, and financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction.

Abstract

The background in this study is that the problems that affect financial management behavior are that employees at PT Bina Bumi Berkat are still not able to manage their financial management behavior properly. This study aims to examine the influence of income, financial attitudes, and locus control on financial management behavior of PT Bina Bumi Berkat employees. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was PT Bina Bumi Berkat employees, totaling 120 people, while the sample was taken using the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. the sample in this study is 120 permanent employees of PT Bina Bumi Berkati. The analysis technique uses instrument test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. For test aids using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that income has a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of PT Bina Bumi Berkat, financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of PT Bina Bumi Berkat, and Locus Control has a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of PT Bina Bumi Berkat. .

Abstract

Investment has been in great demand in the modern era, starting from students to the public, now students are also starting to get to know investment with the existence of investment galleries that are starting to enter universities. But in fact, even though students have been given investment gallery facilities, an understanding of investment is very much needed before investing. The results of the pre-survey conducted by researchers show that management students at the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik in 2019-2020 are still unable to understand investment and its types. Many factors influence investment interest, including investment knowledge, financial literacy, and minimal capital. This study aims to determine the effect of investment knowledge, financial literacy, and minimal capital on investment interest in Management Students of the University of Muhammadiyah Gresik in the Investment Gallery. The research method uses quantitative research methods with a sample of 212 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20 program. The results showed that investment knowledge had a positive and significant effect on investment interest, financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on investment interest, and minimal capital had a positive and significant effect on investment interest. Abstract

The background in this research is that the employees in this production section are not able to manage their personal finances, so they experience financial dissatisfaction. Many factors influence financial satisfaction, one of which is income, financial knowledge, and financial behavior. This study aims to examine the effect of financial knowledge, financial behavior, and income on financial satisfaction in production employees at PT Sarana Karya Utama. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this research is employees of the production department of PT Sarana Karya Utama, totaling 52 people, while taking samples using probability sampling technique. The reason is because taking samples from a population of less than 100 samples studied by researchers are 52 production employees. The analysis technique uses instrument test, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. For test aids using the Statistical Package For The Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge has an influence on financial satisfaction, financial behavior has an influence on financial satisfaction, income has an influence on financial satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and describe the causes of outstanding receivables and the handling efforts carried out by PT. XYZ, which is a bottled Drinking Water Company in Gresik Regency. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The method used in this research process comes from interviews conducted with two selected informants and documentation of data on outstanding receivables for 2020-2022 at PT. XYZ. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman. The findings from this research show that the factors causing outstanding receivables at PT. XYZ has 2 internal factors, namely lack of credit analysis, no special collection team, limited information, and external factors, namely intentional elements, economic conditions and customer environmental conditions. The resolution efforts carried out include monitoring, telephone information, warning letters, direct visits, judicial action, and implementing new policies.
