Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how work stress and employee well-being impact career advancement. This study used a quantitative approach, and data were collected through questionnaires from one hundred active employees. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression and SPSS. The results showed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on career development, while employee well­being had a positive and significant effect. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.465 indicates that work stress and employee well-being explain 46.5% of the variance in the career development variable. Other variables outside the study influence the remaining variables. High levels of work stress can hinder career development, but employee well-being plays a crucial role in enhancing career development. Therefore, organizations need to improve employee well-being and effectively manage work stress to support optimal career development and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the influence of work discipline and organisational commitment on the marketing team's productivity. The approach used is quantitative with an associative method, and data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression. Data were collected via questionnaires with Likert-scale items and analysed using the t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the marketing team's productivity. Similarly, organisational commitment also has a positive and significant influence. Simultaneously, both variables are proven to have a significant effect on team productivity. In addition, organisational commitment has a more dominant influence compared to work discipline. The coefficient of determination value of 0.523 indicates that 52.3% of the variation in productivity can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining is influenced by other factors outside the study. Therefore, improving work discipline and organisational commitment is an important factor in enhancing the productivity of the marketing team.

Abstract

Background: The digital transformation of tax administration has become a strategic priority for governments seeking to improve transparency, efficiency, and compliance. In Indonesia, the Core Tax Administration System (CTAS) represents a major step toward modernizing tax services within the Directorate General of Taxes, where user acceptance and institutional readiness are considered key determinants of success. Objectives:  This study examines the influence of taxpayer satisfaction and government readiness on CTAS implementation effectiveness in Indonesia's digital tax administration transformation. Methodology: A quantitative approach was employed using structured questionnaires distributed to taxpayers with experience using digital tax services, with multiple linear regression used to evaluate the effect of each independent variable. Findings: Taxpayer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on CTAS implementation (t = 7.291, p = 0.000), reflected in perceptions of service accessibility, speed, data security, and information clarity. Government readiness, however, shows no statistically significant effect (t = 0.787, p = 0.433). Conclusions: Taxpayer satisfaction is a significant determinant of CTAS implementation success, whereas government readiness alone does not directly translate into taxpayer adoption without a positive user experience. These findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), underlining the need for simplified procedures, enhanced system stability, and responsive digital services to strengthen CTAS acceptance in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan percetakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 50 responden yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan percetakan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis deskriptif, serta analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik kepemimpinan yang diterapkan, maka semakin meningkat pula kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil analisis responden menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk perilaku kerja karyawan, meningkatkan tanggung jawab, serta mendorong pencapaian hasil kerja yang lebih optimal. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan yang efektif menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan percetakan.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator utama keberhasilan pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara, yang dalam konteks perekonomian terbuka sangat dipengaruhi oleh stabilitas nilai tukar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang diukur melalui laju pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) selama periode 2015–2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal dan memanfaatkan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan Bank Indonesia (BI). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linear dengan model persamaan . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar Rupiah berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,043 dan koefisien regresi sebesar ?0,00014, sehingga mengindikasikan bahwa kecenderungan depresiasi nilai tukar berdampak pada perlambatan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui peningkatan biaya impor, penurunan daya beli masyarakat, serta melemahnya aktivitas investasi. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,412 menunjukkan bahwa fluktuasi nilai tukar mampu menjelaskan 41,2% variasi pertumbuhan ekonomi, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor makroekonomi lainnya. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya stabilitas nilai tukar Rupiah dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia yang berkelanjutan
