Abstract

 Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen buah nanas madu dan menganalisis preferensi konsumen dalam membeli buah nanas madu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Juni 2020 di Kecamatan Belik. Penentuan lokasi menggunakan metode purposive dengan pertimbangan bahwa Kecamatan Belik merupakan sentra produksi buah nanas madu. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey dengan jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 100 responden dan menggunakan accidental sampling Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, studi literatur dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis konjoin. Atribut yang diteliti meliputi harga, warna, rasa dan bentuk buah nanas madu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen lebih menyukai buah nanas madu yang memiliki harga >Rp3.500-Rp4.500 per buah, berwarna dominan kuning, memiliki rasa yang manis dan berbentuk potongan saat pembelian. Atribut yang dianggap paling penting bagi konsumen saat membeli buah nanas madu adalah atribut rasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen sayuran organik, dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian sayuran organik di Pasar Modern Kota Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan di Gelael Citraland dan Transmart Setiabudi, Kota Semarang pada bulan Juni - Juli 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu merode survei dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analisis regresi logistik menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan, harga, kualitas dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sayuran organik di Pasar Modern Kota Semarang. Variabel pendapatan, harga, kualitas dan motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sayuran organik di Pasar Modern Kota Semarang.

Abstract

Krisan merupakan komoditas tanaman hias potensial yang banyak diekspor Indonesia. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi peluang yang baik bagi Indonesia untuk meningkatkan daya saing komoditas krisan di tingkat internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan dan proyeksi ekspor komoditas krisan Indonesia di pasar internasional, serta menganalisis keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif  komoditas krisan Indonesia di pasar internasional. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020 hingga Februari 2021. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis tren untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan proyeksi ekspor krisan Indonesia di pasar internasional, Revealed Comparative Advantages (RCA) dan Export Competitiveness Index (ECI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspor krisan Indonesia ke pasar internasional pada rentang tahun 2010 – 2019 menunjukkan tren yang menurun namun diproyeksikan meningkat untuk 5 tahun mendatang (2020 – 2024). Hasil analisis RCA dan ECI menunjukkan nilai <1, dapat diartikan bahwa Indonesia belum mempunyai daya saing secara komparatif maupun secara kompetitif. Kondisi daya saing ini perlu terus ditingkatkan agar potensi yg ada dapat dimanfaatkan.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to analyze consumer attitude, to know the factors which influences buyer attitude toward decision of purchase of softbone milkfish, and to study on satisfaction toward attribute’s of softbone milkfish at Juwana milkfish shop in Semarang City. The methods of this study were survey. The methods used were an accidental sampling of 100 respondents. The data were analyzed of using Fishbein, Important Performance Analisis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and multiple linear regression. The result of this study showed that attitude of customer assessing of milkfish production for TBJ is positive with a score of 19.52. This means that consumer feels the attribute’s of milkfish a comply with customer. Need factors that influence consumer attitudes towards purchasing decision in TBJ very significantly influenced by their job and income. The job status are government employees signicficantly buyer descision. Descision buyers average is on range Rp. 2.000.000-Rp.4.000.000 with average account the buyers most of 4-8 kg/month. Another variable of gender, education level, and location had no significant effect to purchasing decision. The level of customer satisfaction in TBJ that is on categories of satisfied with a value of 0,72. This means that the company's performance in providing products are in accordance with customer expectations

Abstract

Soybean is one of the strategic commodities. To fulfill the increasing of domestic demand, it must be supplied from imports because domestic production is unsufficient. In addition, lower price of imported soybean has effected in competition of domestic farmers to get profit. Demand of soybean in the international and domestic market has always increased. Indonesia has imported soybeans to fill domestic soybean demand. This condition will have an impact on the decline in farm income due to soybean import. The aims of this study were to analyze the level of private profitability and competitiveness of soybean farming in Grobogan Regency.This research used survey research method with number of samples taken through simple random sampling of 100 soybean farmers. Data were analyzed by Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). The results showed that private profitability of soybean farming in Grobogan Regency was Rp1.690.393,22 per MT. Two indicators to measure the competitiveness were Private Cost Ratio (PCR) and Domestic Resources Cost Ratio (DRCR). PCR value was 0,75 which showed that soybean farming in Grobogan Regency was more competitive and Domestic Resources Cost Ratio (DRCR) showed 0,88. It showed that soybean farming had a comparative advantage.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing system and the number of marketing channels cabbage in Jetis STA Semarang District. This research method is descriptive qualitative by using primary and secondary data. Collecting data in this study by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The research location is in Jetis STA Semarang District. The number of respondents as 58 people consisting of five wholesalers respondents, and 3 employees STA Jetis respondents with method purposive. While 5 farmer respondents, 10 merchant middleman respondents, 15 merchants collector respondents, 15 retailers respondents, and 5 consumers respondents with a method Accidental sampling. The results showed that the cabbage marketing system that is in STA Jetis is conventional marketing systems, is marketing system that gives full discretion to each marketing agencies and agricultural producers to run each their business. The cabbage marketing channels in STA Jetis consists of seven patterns of marketing channels as follows: (1) Farmer - Traders Village - Collector - Wholesalers - Retailers - Consumer, (2) Farmers - Collector - Wholesalers - Retailers - Consumer , (3) Farmer - Traders Village - Wholesalers - Retailers - Consumer, (4) Farmer - Wholesalers - Collector - Retailers - Consumer (5) Farmer - Collector - Consumer (6) Farmer - Traders Village - Collector - Retailers - Consumer, and (7) Farmers - Collector - Consumer.   Keywords: Cabbage, channel marketing, marketing system.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the stability of chrysanthemum prices, the contribution of chrysanthemum farming income to the total farmer household income, and the income risk of chrysanthemum farming. The study was conducted on October 2018 at the member of GemahRipah Farmer Group of Bandungan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java. Census was used as the research method. Thirty-one farmers who are members of GemahRipah Farmer Group and cultivating chrysanthemum chosen as respondents. Data analysis method uses price stability analysis, income contribution analysis, and income risk analysis. The results showed the value of coefficient variation (CV) of price was 49.55%, and this value indicates the price of chrysanthemum was classified as unstable because the price was called stable if it has a coefficient of variation between 10-30%. The average income from chrysanthemum farming was Rp. 7,851,521.61 / month on a land area of 1,168.55 m2. Chrysanthemum farming income contributes 88% to total farmer household income, which means that income from chrysanthemum farming contributes very high. The coefficient variation of income was 39.43% indicates that income risk of chrysanthemum farmers was high because it has more than 30% of the coefficient variation.

Abstract

This study analyzed the income and factors that affect the crystal guava farming income at partnered and non-partnered farmers with the Agricultural Department of Semarang City Government The survey was done with the respondents that were chosen by purposively. A total of each 30 respondents were interviewed on partnered and non-partnered farmers. The data collected were analyzed by multiple linear regression test and coefficient variants. The result showed that there was a different revenue between partnered and non-partner farmers with the government. The income of partnered farmers was IDR 14,835,818.60/year, while the income of non-partnered farmers was IDR 75,717,383.27/year. The variables of the number of trees, the amount of production, cost farming, and the statues of farmers significantly affected the income of crystal guava farming. Meanwhile, the amount of NPK fertilizer and age were not significantly affected the income of crystal guava farming. The risk of farming of partnered farmers was higher than non-partner farmers.

Abstract

Shallot farming productivity refers to the ecosystem supporting. This study aims to analyze the difference between productivity and income of shallot farming based on the distance from the water resources. Additionally, factors that affected the farmer's income were also studied with a survey approach by using purposive sampling in Wanasari District, Brebes Regency. The data collected through interviews with the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using productivity analysis, income analysis, Kruskal-Wallis Test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a difference in farmer's productivity and income based on the distance to the water resources. The productivity of shallot in Wanasari District amounts to 12,780 kg/ha/planting season. Meanwhile, the farmer's income in Wanasari District amounted to IDR 57,677,334/ha/planting season. According to the data analysis, factors that affect the shallot farmers' income were shallot price, productivity, the amount of TSP and NPK fertilizers, and the amount of pesticide applied.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze income in food crop and livestock based farming system, and to analyze factors influencing farmer’s income in Grobogan district. This research was conducted in November to December 2018 in Pulokulon District and Toroh District, Grobogan Regency. The research used survey method by direct interview with a questionnaire guide. Quota sampling was used to determine the number of samples. The number of farmer respondents as samples was 70 people selected by Snowball sampling method. The results of this research shows that there were two patterns of farming system carried out by the respondents including rice-corn-soybean-beef cattle (pattern I) and rice-corn-rice-beef cattle (pattern II). The average income of the farmers with the pattern I was IDR 16,596,380/year under a business scale of 0.32 ha, while the average income in pattern II was lower which was IDR 16,222,162/year under a business scale of 0.30 ha. Based on Independent Sample t-test there was no significant difference between the incomes in pattern I and pattern II. Both the pattern I and the pattern II had the same R/C Ratio of 1.54. The profitability was 53.91% under the pattern I and 53.74% under the pattern II. The two farming patterns are feasible because their R/C Ratio > 1 and profitability higher than bank loan interest rate. Keywords: Food Crop, Income, Livestock, Profitability, and R/C Ratio.
