Abstract

Kebutuhan akan angkutan umum sebagai salah satu sarana transportasi sangat diperlukan khususnya di wilayah Bengkulu Tengah yang memiliki mobilitas yang sangat tinggi untuk kegiatan mereka sehari-hari. Dari kondisi tersebut kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah melalui Dinas Perhubungan UPTD Balai Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dengan upaya untuk melayani masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan angkutan yang representatif. Untuk meminimalisir masalah tersebut diantaranya dengan merancang sistem yang dapat menangani kelayakan angkutan dengan menerapakan sistem pendukung menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting. Hasil penerapan metode Simple Additive Weighting dapat digunakan Dinas Perhubungan UPTD Balai Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah dalam menentukan rekomendasi kelayakan kendaraan angukutan umum untuk beroperasi berdasarkan kriteri uji KIR.

Abstract

Students were confused by the selection of thesis topics from the 3 thesis topics to be discussed in research, thus slowing down the thesis submission process and some students did not submit titles during semester 7. thesis topic, one way is by utilizing information technology systems. The recommendation application for thesis topics at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Dehasen Bengkulu, was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. In the application, one of the Decision Support System (DSS) methods has been applied, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is used to help determine recommendations for final semester student thesis topics based on the value of the courses obtained by students. There are 3 thesis topics in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Dehasen Bengkulu, namely finance, human resources, and marketing with a course value of 17 courses. Recommendations for this thesis topic are given per student by generating course grades for each student. Based on the results of the black box test, the functional application of the thesis topic recommendation at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Dehasen Bengkulu University has been running properly and is able to display the results of the thesis topic recommendation for each student through the stages of the SAW method.

Abstract

Procurement is an activity related to the fulfillment/provision of resources (goods or services) in a particular project organized by a company. Conventional procurement is considered to have several disadvantages, such as the ease of Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism (KKN) to develop and lack of transparency. Conventional procurement also takes a long time so that it is seen as a waste of time and money, lack of information and unfair competition. Alternatives that can be done to solve procurement problems by using information technology Decision Support System (SPK) with the Multi-Objective Optimization on The Basic of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The results of the tests that have been carried out obtained have ranked the companies that will be recommended to procure goods at the General Bureau of Bengkulu Province. The use of MOORA is able to analyze and provide recommendations in Goods activities.

Abstract

The design and implementation of this website aims to create information media for the public to obtain information about Insan Madani Center Foundation. This research uses research and development (R&D) method which is used to produce a website product and test the effectiveness of the website. The steps used are data collection, product design then validating the design, website testing and website implementation. The implementation of this website itself used framework code igniter for web application network to build dynamic PHP applications and for the database using MySQL. Based on the trial results of this research, website application for Insan Madani Center Foundation can be built as an information media and can be accessed online with the domain merdekainsanic.org.

Abstract

This study aims to apply a data mining method based on the C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm to classify the Public Satisfaction Index (PSI) regarding services at the Central Aceh District Attorney’s Office. Until now, the data from the CSI questionnaires collected has not been optimally utilized because it has only been processed using average calculations, thus failing to provide in-depth information regarding patterns of public satisfaction. The C4.5 Decision Tree method was used because it is capable of producing a classification model that is easy to understand and can identify the service attributes that most influence the level of public satisfaction. The data used in this study were derived from questionnaire results based on seven criteria: service procedures, service information, processing time, staff competence, technological facilities, complaint handling, and integrity. The results indicate that the C4.5 algorithm can be effectively applied to classify levels of public satisfaction and generate decision trees that serve as a basis for evaluation and decision-making.

Abstract

Evaluating the performance of company leaders is an important process in determining leadership effectiveness and organizational success. Performance assessments that rely on subjective judgments often lead to less accurate decision-making results. Therefore, a systematic and objective decision-making method is required. One method that can be used is the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. ARAS is a multi-criteria decision-making method used to determine the best alternative based on the utility value obtained from each evaluation criterion. This study aims to implement the ARAS method in a decision support system to evaluate the performance of company leaders. The research process involves several stages, including determining evaluation criteria, assigning weights to the criteria, normalizing the decision matrix, calculating optimal values, and determining utility values. The criteria used in this study include leadership, decision-making ability, communication, responsibility, and organizational performance. The results of the study indicate that the ARAS method can provide objective and systematic evaluation results in determining the best leadership performance. With the implementation of a decision support system based on the ARAS method, companies can obtain more accurate evaluation results that can be used as a basis for decision-making in leadership development and improving the quality of company management

Abstract

ABSTRACT Data compression is a field that focuses on forming a small output file from a large file. The need for compression has given birth to several methods that can be implemented in communication activities on the network as well as on storage activities. The byte pair encoding algorithm is a compression algorithm that takes advantage of the emergence of repeated or frequent character byte pairs. The repeating character byte pairs are in the data and are substituted with a wildcard byte where the wildcard byte is not in the character byte series of the file. One of the well-known compression methods is the byte pair encoding compression method. The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this research is an applied research method. Abstract

Abstract :The data processing process at the Bengkulu City 2 State Vocational High School to select and select outstanding students still uses the manual method. ). The ARAS method is a method based on the intuitive principle that alternatives must have the largest ratio to produce an optimal solution. The ARAS method performs ranking by comparing the value of each criterion on each alternative by looking at the weights of each to obtain the ideal alternative. In the ARAS method, the value of the utility function that determines the complex relative efficiency of feasible alternatives is directly proportional to the relative effect of the value and weight of the main criteria considered for determining the best alternative. From this research, it can be concluded that the student on behalf of Benny Irawan is declared as an outstanding student with a ranking value of 0.894

Abstract

PT Solusi Gemilang Persada is one of the companies providing outsourced employee services in Bengkulu City. In this company, every 3 months a performance evaluation will be carried out on outsourced employees based on placement to determine whether the outsourced employee will have his contract extended or not. Classification of outsourced employee data based on placement using the Naive Bayes Method at PT. Solusi Gemilang Persada, can help facilitate the company in managing outsourced employee data and assessing the performance of outsourced employees and can help the company in providing recommendations for each outsourced employee whether the contract is extended or not extended based on the classification results. From the amount of test data used as much as 10 outsourced employee test data, the classification results show that the classification of the extended contract class is 8 (eight) outsourced employees, and the classification of the non-extended contract class is 2 (two) outsourced employees. Based on system tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional classification application of outsourced employee data based on placement using the naive bayes method at PT. Solusi Gemilang Persada has run well and is able to provide classification results for each outsourced employee performance assessment.

SMA Negeri 7 Kota Bengkulu is one of the State Senior High SchoolsState Senior High School located in Bengkulu City which has a commitment to in developing student potential. So far, data processing of student grades for each subjects have used e-report cards and the report card data can be exported to a Microsoft Excel file. exported into a Microsoft Excel file. However, the student grade data is data is often only stored as an archive without any further analysis to find out to find out information about patterns or trends in student achievement. At where this can help the school in providing guidance and optimizing the academic potential of each student at SMA Negeri 7. optimize the academic potential of each student at SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu City based on the level of student achievement.
