Abstract

Abstract: Service is any form of activity carried out to help the needs of other people by providing convenience in meeting all these needs. In the government sector, service issues play a greater role because they involve the public interest, even the interests of society as a whole. The provision of public services carried out by government officials in various service sectors, especially those involving the fulfillment of civil rights and basic needs in society. In the research, application development was carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is a framework for making effective decisions on complex issues in determining the quality of services available at the South Kaur Subdistrict office. Based on the results of tests that have been carried out with black box testing, the results obtained were that the application was successful in ranking the criteria and tests carried out, obtained results with a minimum of 0.20 in determining the assessment of service procedures at the Kaur Selatan sub-district office. The author's suggestion is to combine other methods to get references or alternatives so that they can be more effective in the design of service procedures. Keywords: services; district head office; analytical hierarchy process Abstrak: Pelayanan merupakan segala bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk membantu kebutuhan orang lain denga n memberi kemudahan-kemudahan dalam memenuhi segala kebutuhan tersebut. Di bidang pemerintahan masalah pelayanan memegang peran yang lebih besar karena menyangkut kepentingan umum, bahkan kepentingan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.Penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik yang dilaksanakan oleh Aparatur Pemerintah dalam berbagai sektor pelayanan terutama yang menyangkut pemenuhan hak-hak sipil dan kebutuhan dasar dalam masyarakat. Dalam penelitian dilakukan peng  embangan aplikasi  dengan menggunakan Metode Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP), metode ini merupakan sebuah kerangka untuk pengambilan keputusan dengan efektif  atas  persoalan yang kompleks dalam menentukan kualitas pelayanan yang ada pada kantor Camat Kaur Selatan.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dengan black box testing, didapatkan hasil bahwa aplikasi berhasil merangkingkan dari kriteria dan pengujian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil dengan minimal 0.20 dalam menentukan penilaian prosedur pelayanan pada kantor Camat Kaur Selatan.Saran dari penulis adalah dapat kombinasikan metode yang lainnya untuk mendapatkan referensi atau alternative sehingga dapat lebih efektif dalam rancangan prosedur pelayanan. Kata kunci: pelayanan; kantor camat; analytical hierarchy procces

Abstract

Abstract: Data and information security and confidentiality are important elements of data and information. A database is a collection of logically related and integrated information that can meet the needs of an organization. Database security is the last line of defense when a system is attacked by an external party after successfully bypassing network defenses, operating system security, and applications. Data security can be protected through the implementation of cryptography. Affine Cipher can make a system feel secure by multiplying each plaintext value by a different number and then adding it to the shift value. From the results of the tests conducted, the contents of the database records are secured, so that the records stored in the database are randomized and the developed application can function as expected. Keywords: Security, Database, Affine Cipher. Abstrak: Keamanan serta kerahasiaan data atau informasi adalah salah satu elemen yang penting dalam sebuah data atau informasi. Basis data merupakan sekumpulan informasi yang saling berhubungan secara logis dan berintegrasi sehingga dapat memenuhi kebutuhan suatu organisasi. Keamanan basis data merupakan benteng terakhir saat suatu sistem diserang oleh pihak luar setelah berhasil melewati pertahanan jaringan, keamanan sistem operasi, dan aplikasi. Keamanan data dapat dilindungi melalui penerapan kriptografi. Affine Cipher dapat membuat sistem terasa aman dengan mengalikan setiap nilai teks biasa dengan angka berbeda dan kemudian menambahkan dengan nilai pergeseran. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan mengamankan isi record database, sehingga yang tersimpan di dalam database record yang telah diacak dan aplikasi yang dikembangkan dapat bekerja sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kata kunci: Keamanan, Database, Affine Cipher

Abstract

Abstract: Decision Support System for evaluating projects of student at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City using the Vikor Method can simplify the process of managing student project evaluation data while providing recommendations for the best student projects based on the final evaluation results in the form of rankings, sorted from the lowest to the highest Q index scores obtained by each student. Based on the data used for the project scores of Informatics subject for Grade X ULP 1 in the first semester of 2024/2025 academic year, involving 12 students, the results show that the project evaluation using the Vikor Method successfully identified 4 students with the highest scores. Based on the system testing conducted, it can be concluded that the decision support system application for student project assessment at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu City has been functioning well and successfully implemented the Vikor method on student project assessment data per academic year, ranking scores from the lowest to the highest. Keywords: Decision Support System, Student Project Assessment, the Vikor Method Abstrak: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk penilaian proyek siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu menggunakan Metode Vikor dapat mempermudah proses pengelolaan data penilaian proyek siswa, sekaligus memberikan  rekomendasi proyek siswa yang terbaik berdasarkan hasil akhir penilaian berupa ranking dengan mengurutkan nilai indeks Q terendah ke nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh setiap siswa/i. Berdasarkan data yang digunakan pada nilai proyek mata pelajaran Informatika Kelas X ULP 1 Semester Ganjil Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 sebanyak 12 siswa/i, diperoleh hasil bahwa penilaian proyek melalui tahapan Metode Vikor berhasil mengidentifikasi 4 siswa/i dengan nilai terbaik. Berdasarkan pengujian sistem yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian proyek siswa SMK Negeri 1 Kota Bengkulu telah berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil menjalankan proses metode Vikor terhadap data penilaian proyek siswa per tahun ajaran dan mengurutkan nilai dari nilai terendah ke nilai tertinggi. Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Penilaian Proyek Siswa,  Metode Vikor

Abstract

Abstract: Civil Servants (PNS) have an important role as public servants who must provide fair and quality services. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to have human resources (HR) who have the capability to carry out their duties effectively, efficiently, productively, and professionally. The current employee performance assessment process is sometimes still subjective, this can be seen from the low productivity of employees in government agencies and the results of employee performance measurements have not been utilized optimally. One way is to use the Clustering technique with the K-Means algorithm which has a high level of accuracy in measuring objects. The final result of this study is a system that can cluster performance quality into 3 parts where the Best Performance Quality consists of 8 people, Fair Performance Quality consists of 1 person and Poor Performance Quality consists of 6 people. Keywords: Clustering, K-Means, Performance Quality Abstrak: Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) memiliki peran penting sebagai pelayan masyarakat yang harus memberikan layanan yang adil dan berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, mutlak diperlukan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang memiliki kapabilitas untuk menjalankan tugasnya dengan efektif, efisien, produktif, dan profesional. Proses penilaian kinerja pegawai yang dilakukan saati ini kadang masih bersifat subjektif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari rendahnya produktivitas pegawai di lingkungan instansi pemerintah dan hasil pengukuran kinerja pegawai masih belum dimanfaatkan dengan maksimal. Salah satu caranya dengan menggunakan teknik Clustering dengan algoritma K-Means yang memiliki tingkat ketelitian yang tinggi dalam mengukur objek.Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem sistem yang dapat meng-cluster kualitas kinerja menjadi 3 bagian dimana Kualitas Kinerja Terbaik terdiri dari 8 orang, Kualitas Kinerja Cukup Baik terdiri dari 1 orang dan Kualitas Kinerja Tidak Baik terdiri dari 6 orang. Kata kunci: Clustering, K-Maens, Kualitas Kinerja

Abstract

Abstract: The assessment of competency-based labor training participants is an important aspect in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of training programs organized by DISNAKER of Central Bengkulu Regency. However, the manual assessment process is often subjective and time-consuming. To overcome this problem, this study implemented Weighted Product (WP) method as a decision support method in the training participant assessment process. WP method was chosen for its ability to handle various assessment criteria by assigning weights according to their level of importance. This study involved several assessment criteria, such as attendance, theoretical evaluation results, practical evaluation results, and attitude during training. The results of the implementation show that WP method can provide accurate and consistent rankings and assist DISNAKER in determining the best participants objectively. Thus, this WP-based assessment system is expected to improve transparency and efficiency in the workforce training evaluation process at DISNAKER of Central Bengkulu Regency. Abstrak: Penilaian peserta pelatihan tenaga kerja berbasis kompetensi merupakan aspek penting dalam memastikan kualitas dan efektivitas program pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Namun, proses penilaian yang dilakukan secara manual seringkali kurang objektif dan memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Weighted Product (WP) sebagai metode pendukung keputusan dalam proses penilaian peserta pelatihan. Metode WP dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam menangani berbagai kriteria penilaian dengan memberikan bobot sesuai tingkat kepentingannya. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa kriteria penilaian, seperti kehadiran, hasil evaluasi teori, hasil evaluasi praktik, dan sikap selama pelatihan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa metode WP dapat memberikan hasil peringkat yang akurat, konsisten, dan membantu pihak Disnaker dalam menentukan peserta terbaik secara objektif. Dengan demikian, sistem penilaian berbasis WP ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan efisiensi dalam proses evaluasi pelatihan tenaga kerja di lingkungan Disnaker Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of students at SMA Negeri 03 Bengkulu Utara in utilizing information technology for online business. Before the training, a pretest was conducted to measure the participants' initial knowledge, which showed that most participants had a low basic understanding before the training, with only 30% of participants successfully answering with a score of more than 60% of the total questions correctly. However, after the implementation of the training program, the posttest results showed a significant increase, where the average score of participants increased to 57% successfully answering with a score above 70% and 43% of participants successfully answering with a score of more than 80%. Feedback from participants showed that they felt more confident in applying this new knowledge in their business practices. Thus, this program provides direct benefits to students and contributes to the development of skills that are relevant to market needs in the digital era. It is hoped that similar activities can be continued in the future with more in-depth and diverse materials, as well as post-training mentoring support. Through a systematic and participatory approach, this program is expected to continue to support the development of student competencies in the fields of information technology and entrepreneurship, as well as provide a positive impact on society as a whole. Keyword: Information Technology, Online Business, Digital Products.  Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa di SMA Negeri 03 Bengkulu Utara dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk bisnis online. Sebelum pelatihan, dilakukan pretest untuk mengukur pengetahuan awal peserta, yang menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta memiliki pemahaman dasar yang rendah sebelum pelatihan, dengan Hanya 30% peserta yang berhasil menjawab dengan skor lebih dari 60% dari total pertanyaan dengan benar. Namun, setelah pelaksanaan program pelatihan, hasil posttest menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana rata-rata skor peserta meningkat menjadi 57% berhasil menjawab dengan skor diatas 70% dan 43% peserta berhasil menjawab dengan skor lebih dari 80%. Umpan balik dari peserta menunjukkan bahwa mereka merasa lebih percaya diri untuk menerapkan pengetahuan baru ini dalam praktik bisnis mereka. Dengan demikian, program ini memberikan manfaat langsung bagi siswa dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan keterampilan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar di era digital. Diharapkan kegiatan serupa dapat dilanjutkan di masa depan dengan materi yang lebih mendalam dan beragam, serta dukungan pendampingan pasca pelatihan. Melalui pendekatan yang sistematis dan partisipatif, program ini diharapkan dapat terus mendukung pengembangan kompetensi siswa di bidang teknologi informasi dan kewirausahaan, serta memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Kata kunci: Teknologi Informasi, Bisnis Online, Produk Digital.
