The purpose of writing this final project is to find or recommend recipients of revolving fund borrowings at the cooperative office, therefore a Decision Support System is needed for the recommendation for acceptance of revolving capital loans at the cooperative office using the smart method. The research method applied in this research is the development of the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a systematic and sequential information system development model Implementation of the Smar Method in a Decision Support System for determining the acceptance of a revolving fund capital loan at the cooperative service is an algorithm for processing data based on the weight of the criteria. The Samrt method is a method used to determine the acceptance of a revolving fund capital loan based on the weight of the criteria, at the Cooperative Service there are six criteria, namely, capital range, rate, number of members, cooperative status, legal entity, length of establishment, each decision is calculated based on the six criteria above. Decision Support System Recommendation Revolving fund loan acceptance is built using Visual Basic programming language and Microsoft Access database. The Decision Support System produced in this study can display cooperative data and the ranking of the results of receiving revolving fund loans based on existing data so that it can be used as a solution or consideration in the process of receiving revolving fund loans.

During COVID-19, the face-to-face learning process was temporarily replaced by an online learning system. This is done to prevent the spread of COVID-19. But on the other hand, some students complained about the online learning system, especially the material that contained practicum elements, because they could not practice directly and also the material obtained was not easy to understand due to limited feedback and existing networks. In addition, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu does not yet have an application that can assist students in providing an assessment of the learning system, especially online, so that these complaints are sometimes not conveyed properly. The online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen Bengkulu University is an application that was built to make it easier for students to give scores to the online learning system and also make it easier for the faculty to evaluate the assessments given by students. In helping the analysis of student assessment of the online learning system, this application has applied the Servqual Method where the assessment is divided into 2 parts, namely perceptions and expectations. An online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University Bengkulu, was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application can be accessed online via the link http://belyna.vadapp.my.id/, so students can fill out the assessment anywhere and anytime. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University Bengkulu runs as expected.

Pemanfaatan media teknologi aplikasi Videoscribe tidak hanya digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran pada universitas saja tetapi dalam proses pembelajaran di sekolah juga bisa di terapkan untuk membuat presentasi yang unik, inovatif, dan menumbuhkan kreativitas para siswa siswi yang secara langsung dapat di kreasikan ke dalam bentuk video animasi dimana banyak pengguna aplikasi ini yang memanfaatkan untuk menyampaikan sebagai media komunikasi, dari pemberi informasi ke penerima informasi. Sebagai pemberdayaan para siswa siswi maka kami berupaya memberikan solusi untuk memperkuat potensi atau daya yang dimiliki oleh para siswa dan siswi untuk menjadi semakin berdaya, kreatif, dan inovatif yang tidak saja mengenal pembuatan presentasi hanya bisa melalui microsoft powerpoint saja tetapi juga bisa dengan bantuan Videoscribe yang menyediakan banyak animasi yang dapat dikembangkan dan diaplikasikan sesuai dengan ide-ide yang dimiliki. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini adalah menambah wawasan peserta dengan menggunakan komputer yang didukung oleh jaringan internet maupun mode offline dimana aplikasi VideoScribe dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembuatan presentasi berbasis video animasi. This community service activity in the form of socializing the importance of digital security in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 aims to help the residents of Gajah Mati village, Central Bengkulu, in getting information about technological advances and how to maintain digital security. The subjects in this service activity were the Head of Gajah Mati Village and his apparatus and all residents of Gajah Mati Village, Central Bengkulu. This socialization process is carried out by providing information about security and prevention in the face of technological advances and fraudulent fraud in cyberspace. The result of this community service activity is that it can help villagers know about technological advances, how to deal with various kinds of online fraud so that they can slightly reduce victims of cybercrime. The conclusion of this community service activity in Gajah Mati Village, Central Bengkulu, is that it can provide information about technological advances, use technology, one of which is the use of Android smartphones, and help the community in dealing with fraud - fraud in cyberspace so that citizens can think smart if face the problem of fraud - fraud in cyberspace because they have received information and how to overcome it through this socialization. So the victims of crimes in cyberspace are slightly reduced.

The admission of new students is a routine activity every Academic Year carried out at schools. SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City is one of the State Vocational Schools in Bengkulu City which every Academic Year accepts new students. Based on data obtained from the 2011/2012 Academic Year to the 2021/2022, it shows that the level of the number of students sometimes decreases and also increases. This fluctuating pattern of student numbers is a problem faced by SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City in determining strategic steps and policies from schools in dealing with PPDB (New Student Admission) in every academic year. The application for forecasting the number of students at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu City is an application that can help schools find out how many students there will be in the coming school year based on the results of the analysis conducted from the previous trend data. Forecasting analysis is carried out through Exponential Smoothing Method approach. The results of the tests carried out obtained forecasting results in 2022/2023 academic year as many as 474 students.

At Pajar Bulan Health Center, drug supply data processing is already using office application packages, namely Microsoft Word and Excel. The application package is used for making monthly usage reports, requests and drug supplies. Constraints that often occur are that it takes a long time to manage drug inventory data because they have to record one by one the amount of drug use and the number of drug requests to be made. The number of requests is carried out every month by looking at the latest drug supply, if the stock starts to run low then a request is made. However, it is possible that the stock has run out before making a request, this results in a lack of drug supply management. Drug data clustering is carried out based on the amount of supply and the number of requests for drugs at the Pajar Bulan Health Center through the K-Means Clustering Method approach. To help cluster the drug data, an application was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. Clustering of drug data is carried out in units of pcs in 2021 where the amount of inventory is reduced by the number of requests for drugs, so that the results obtained are 2 drugs enter cluster I and 27 drugs enter cluster II. good and the application can help the Pajar Bulan Health Center in knowing the grouping of drug data based on 2 groups, namely the few clusters and the large clusters

Kampung Bali Health Center is one of the health centers in Bengkulu City. The health center serves the family planning program by providing contraceptives, such as pills, injections, condoms, IUDs, and implants. The data processing on supplies and expenditures of contraceptives is done manually by filling in the form provided. It will be recapitulated by the officer to know the use of contraceptives for 1 year. Unfortunately, this procedure is not efficient because it takes time and sometimes there are miscalculations that cause errors in determining the supply of contraceptives. Moreover, the health center needs data on most in demand and least desirable contraceptives. The application of data clusterization on contraceptive use at the Kampung Bali Health Center in Bengkulu City is used to assist the Health Center in managing monthly contraceptive data, and to assist the Health Center in finding out which contraceptive information is most in demand and the least desirable. The K-Means Clustering methodology applied in this research is used in order to divide the contraceptive data into 2 groups; Cluster C1 (the most popular) and Cluster C2 (the least desirable) based on an analysis of the amount of supply and use of contraceptives. There are 60 participants in this study, where Cluster C1 consisted of 24 data and Cluster C2 consisted of 36 data, with the percentage value of C1 clustering 40% and C2 60%. Based on the test, it shows that the functional application of clustering data on contraceptive use at the Kampung Bali Health Center in Bengkulu is running well. It also give beneficial information about data clasterization of contraceptives.

Analysis of the pattern of guest visits at the Rio Asri Bengkulu Hotel with the a priori algorithm is carried out to obtain rules and predict the next guest visit and provide guests with marketing rewards to increase the interest of other visitors in utilizing and using hotel services regularly or periodically. A priori analysis is defined as a process to find all the rules that meet the minimum requirements for support and the minimum requirements for confidence. The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this study is the waterfall method. The results of the analysis carried out with the variables used are arrival time, number of guests, area of origin and class of room chosen by guests, it is found that the itemset with the best pattern is influenced by the specified minimum support value.

Students were confused by the selection of thesis topics from the 3 thesis topics to be discussed in research, thus slowing down the thesis submission process and some students did not submit titles during semester 7. thesis topic, one way is by utilizing information technology systems. The recommendation application for thesis topics at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Dehasen Bengkulu, was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. In the application, one of the Decision Support System (DSS) methods has been applied, namely the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is used to help determine recommendations for final semester student thesis topics based on the value of the courses obtained by students. There are 3 thesis topics in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Dehasen Bengkulu, namely finance, human resources, and marketing with a course value of 17 courses. Recommendations for this thesis topic are given per student by generating course grades for each student. Based on the results of the black box test, the functional application of the thesis topic recommendation at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Dehasen Bengkulu University has been running properly and is able to display the results of the thesis topic recommendation for each student through the stages of the SAW method.

Technology has changed the way people communicate, interact and act in various tasks and activities. One of them is how people store digital data in a storage medium. Conventional storage media such as hard drives, flash disks, CD/DVDs have begun to be abandoned. One of the reasons it has started to be abandoned is that important data is often lost along with the loss of the media. Technology, especially the internet, has become one of the solutions in the world of media storage, namely the presence of cloud technology through strong cloud. In addition to being the answer, the internet is also a means of communication through weblogs or often abbreviated as blogs. Weblogs can be an effective medium of information about an organization's activities. These two things are behind the plan for community service activities at SMKN 2 Bengkulu Tengah. For teachers, strong cloud technology has been introduced through lectures and direct training, while for students they have been trained how to design a weblog according to the needs of the school, especially the students. Teachers can take advantage of the many advantages of cloud storage for various purposes. Students of SMKN 2 Bengkulu Tengah can have a means of communication and a creative arena with webloging activities.
