Abstract

The importance of weather information in Indonesia is because weather is a variable that determines climatic conditions, one of which is rainfall. Due to the importance for the public to know about weather developments in Indonesia, BMKG must be precise and accurate in providing weather information by utilizing Weather Radar. This radar applied the K-Means Method.The Weather Early Warning application uses the Python programming language and the Weather Radar Library (WradLib) by utilizing one of the data mining methods, namely K-Means. The grouping results are based on file.vol data obtained from Weather Radar (data attached). From this file.vol will be processed in the Python program and will produce 2 groups, namely Cluster C1 Wide Area and Cluster C2 Medium - dense area.The results of this study indicate that the use of weather radar for weatherearlywarning in Bengkulu Province using the K-Means method produces several iterations. There is a slight difference between Iteration 1 and Iteration II, because the data file.vol from the weather radar contains thousands of data so that in 1 sub-district there can be 2 areas, namely Wide Areas and Medium - Dense Regions, but that does not affect the final result of this study, namely Warning Early Weather.

Abstract

SMA Negeri 11 Kota Bengkulu is one of the public high schools in Bengkulu City. Student data processing at SMA Negeri 11 Bengkulu City already uses computerized and integrated applications, but this data processing does not include processing problem student data. Where the management of problematic student data still uses bookkeeping and there is a violation point system that is recorded manually by the Guidance Counseling (BK) Teacher in the book. At the end of each school year, all points will be accumulated, to find out problem students. However, this is an obstacle where it takes time to calculate the violation points and search for student data because you have to look at one by one the book sheets that have been recorded manually. Comparison of the Sequential Searching method and the Turbo Boyer method in searching student data at school based on the processing time that occurs during the search process. In helping the comparison process, a student data search application was built at SMA Negeri 11 Bengkulu City using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server Database. The student data search application at SMA Negeri 11 Bengkulu City can assist the school in searching student data to obtain information on student offenses for the last 1 school year. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functional of the student data search application at SMA Negeri 11 Bengkulu City has run well as expected and is able to provide information on the results of student data searches at school

Abstract

IKM analysis must always be carried out periodically so that it can be seen that public satisfaction with the services provided, especially at the Tanjung Aur 1 Village Office. But in reality, so far the Tanjung Aur 1 Village Office has not had a benchmark that is used as a forum for knowing public satisfaction with these services.The application of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method in assessing service satisfaction at the Tanjung Aur 1 Village Office can assist in managing the results of the Community Satisfaction assessment of Services at the Tanjung Aur 1 Village Office, and can provide information on the results of measuring the level of community satisfaction with services at the Tanjung Aur 1 Village Office as an evaluation material to improve service quality. The application of the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method in assessing service satisfaction at the Tanjung Aur 1 Village Office is built web-based using the PHP programming language and MySQL database which can be accessed online via the link https://kepuasandesatanjungaur1.site/, where there are 2 interface access rights in the application, namely Administrators and Villagers of Tanjung Aur 1. Based on the 2024 service satisfaction assessment data with 9 respondents who have been inputted into the web-based application, the results of the service satisfaction assessment that have been analysed through the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method are Very Satisfied 44.44%, Satisfied 22.22%, Quite Satisfied 33.33%, Dissatisfied 0% and Very Dissatisfied 0%. Based on the results of the demo programme that has been carried out, 9 respondents have successfully provided service satisfaction assessments on the application online and also the operator can see the output of the satisfaction assessment results which will be given to the Village Head for evaluation.

Abstract

Dr. M. Yunus Regional General Hospital Bengkulu is one of the hospitals in Bengkulu City that provides health service facilities. The current problem at the M. Yunus Regional General Hospital is the limited time available at the ENT Polyclinic and the delay in examining eardrum disease. So patients must go directly to the ENT Specialist Doctor who treats eardrum disease. The limited time of the Specialist Doctor who treats eardrum disease at the Hospital is also one of the causes of the delay in handling patients with eardrum disease. The expert system for diagnosing eardrum disease (tympanic membrane) using the certainty factor method at the M Yunus Regional General Hospital, Bengkulu City can be used as a container to help determine the diagnosis of eardrum disease based on the symptoms felt, and can make it easier for users to consult online via the link https://spakarmembrantimpanicf.site/. The expert system for diagnosing eardrum disease (tympanic membrane) using the certainty factor method at the M Yunus Regional General Hospital, Bengkulu City was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can be accessed online. Based on the black box method testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application has run well and this expert system can provide consultation results for the diagnosis of eardrum disease (tympanic membrane) through the Certainty Factor method stages based on the symptoms selected by the user during the consultation. Based on the alpha testing method testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that this expert system is quite helpful for users in consultations and provides early detection information for the diagnosis of eardrum disease from the symptoms felt.

Abstract

Sentra Dharma Guna Bengkulu is an institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia that provides social rehabilitation services for people with disabilities, including therapy (physical therapy and occupational therapy) and training. At Sentra Dharma Guna Bengkulu, data collection is carried out on PPKS (Social Welfare Service Recipients) every month to determine the development of the PPKS based on 5 (five) assessment aspects, namely physical aspects, spiritual aspects, psychological aspects, social aspects, and vocational aspects. Every month the development of PPKS Mentally Disabled (PDM) is assessed against 5 assessment aspects to determine whether PPKS is in the severe, moderate or mild group. The application of data mining in grouping data on Social Welfare Service Recipients (PPKS) at the Dharma Guna Bengkulu Center can help collect data and assess the development of PPKS, especially People with Mental Disabilities (PDM), can help analyze and group PPKS data, especially People with Mental Disabilities (PDM), and can provide information on the results of grouping PPKS data, especially People with Mental Disabilities (PDM) every month. From the test data used, namely PPKS data for People with Mental Disabilities (PDM) in October 2024 as many as 49 PPKS, the results of data grouping were obtained using the K-Means Clustering Method which has been divided into 3 groups. The number of Cluster C1 data (Severe Group) consists of 9 PPKS data, Cluster C2 (Moderate Group) consists of 26 PPKS data, and Cluster C3 (Light Group) consists of 14 PPKS data.

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of a waste segregation system focusing on organic and inorganic waste to improve environmental awareness within the Pematang Gubernur community in Bengkulu. The study employed a participatory approach, which involved community engagement through seminars, workshops, and direct outreach to households. The primary aim was to educate the residents on the importance of waste segregation and provide the necessary facilities to support sustainable waste management practices. The results indicate that the training successfully raised awareness and encouraged the community to adopt better waste management habits. Moreover, the program fostered a sense of responsibility among the residents, contributing to improved community collaboration in maintaining a clean and sustainable environment. The study concludes that such community-driven initiatives are essential for fostering long-term environmental sustainability.

Abstract

PT Indosari Niaga Nusantara Bengkulu Branch is one of the bread companies in Bengkulu Province, also known as Sari Roti, which sells various types of halal, quality, safe for consumption and affordable bread for the community. So far, the performance appraisal is still using a paper performance appraisal form which is then inputted again to make a performance appraisal report. This certainly takes a long time and the lack of efficiency of the Company's HRD department in providing performance evaluation results, especially bread sales. The application of the Key Performance Indicator Method in the performance appraisal of Sari Roti Bengkulu Branch sales can help facilitate the management of Sari Roti sales data and sales performance appraisal data, can assist in providing information on the results of the evaluation of sales performance appraisal every assessment period, and can be used as a basis for evaluating sales performance every assessment period. Based on the test data used as many as 15 bread sales in the July-September assessment period of 2023, it was found that the results of the evaluation of Sari Roti Bengkulu Branch sales performance were very good as many as 12 sales, good as many as 1 sales, and quite good as many as 2 sales.

Abstract

One innovative approach is gamification, which can improve student motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. The problem when teachers don't implement gamification in the learning process primarily relates to their role in designing and integrating this strategy into vocational learning. Teachers need to be empowered to develop gamification designs that align with student characteristics and industry needs. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to strengthen the role of teachers in designing gamification as a learning strategy in vocational schools. The scope of the research includes analyzing teacher needs, developing applicable gamification designs, and evaluating the effectiveness of gamification implementation in improving the quality of vocational learning. Data was obtained through observations, interviews, and questionnaires with vocational school teachers. The results of this PKM activity indicate that empowering teachers in designing gamification improves their creativity, pedagogical skills, and their ability to integrate technology into vocational learning. The implementation of gamification has been proven to increase student motivation, active engagement in the learning process, and optimal learning outcomes. In conclusion, strengthening the role of teachers in designing gamification is crucial for creating innovative learning strategies in vocational schools. Gamification not only increases student motivation and learning outcomes, but also empowers teachers to be more adaptive to developments in educational technology.Penguatan Peran Guru Dalam Merancang Gamifikasi Untuk Pembelajaran Di Sekolah KejuruanABSTRAKSalah satu pendekatan inovatif adalah gamifikasi, yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi, keterlibatan, dan hasil belajar siswa. Permasalahan ketika guru tidak mengimplementasikan gamifikasi pada proses pembelajaran, terutama terkait peran guru dalam merancang dan mengintegrasikan strategi tersebut ke dalam pembelajaran kejuruan. Guru perlu diberdayakan agar mampu mengembangkan desain gamifikasi yang sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik dan kebutuhan industri. PKM ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat peran guru dalam merancang gamifikasi sebagai strategi pembelajaran di sekolah kejuruan. Ruang lingkup penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan guru, pengembangan desain gamifikasi yang aplikatif, serta evaluasi efektivitas penerapan gamifikasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran kejuruan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner kepada guru sekolah kejuruan. Hasil kegiatan PKM ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan guru dalam merancang gamifikasi meningkatkan kreativitas, keterampilan pedagogis, serta kemampuan mereka dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran kejuruan. Penerapan gamifikasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, serta hasil belajar yang lebih optimal. Kesimpulan nya adalah bahwa penguatan peran guru dalam merancang gamifikasi sangat penting untuk menciptakan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif di sekolah kejuruan. Gamifikasi tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa, tetapi juga memberdayakan guru untuk lebih adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi pendidikan.Kata Kunci :Peran guru; Pemberdayaan Guru; Gamifikasi; Desain pembelajaran; Sekolah kejuruan

Abstract

Pada sektor pendidikan, komputerisasi sangatlah diminati karena sangat mempermudah dalam berbagai kegiatan yang dilakukan. Pada sebuah kampus program beasiswa sangat membantu mahasiswa-mahasiswi yang berkuliah dikampus tersebut. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan sistem berbasis komputer yang interaktif yang membantu pengambilan keputusan memanfaatkan model untuk menyelesaikan masalah - masalah yang tak terstruktur dan semi testruktur. Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan urutanprioritas alternatif keputusan dengan kriteria jamak, selain itu metode ini merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang mengkuantifikasikan pendapat seseorang atau lebih dalam skala tertentu pada konsepnya metode ini menggunakan perhitungan secara eksponensial, perbedaan nilai antara kriteria dapat dibedakan tergantung kepada kemampuan orang yang menilai. Penerapan Metode Perbandingan Eksponensial dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penerimaan Beasiswa Generasi Milenial Islam (GERIMIS) pada kantor Baznas Provinsi Bengkulu akan dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic Net dengan menggunakan database SQL Server sebagai alat dalam penyimpanan hasil pengolahan data yang dapat digunakan oleh staff pada kantor Baznas Provinsi Bengkulu dalam penginputan data calon penerima beasiswa tiap tahunnya berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sehingga nantinya dapat mempermudah dalam penentuan penerima Beasiswa Generasi Milenial Islam (GERIMIS) tahun selanjutnya.
