Abstract

(English)Teaching assistance provides opportunities for students to develop their potential and interest in teaching in educational units in Indonesia. However, the implementation in the field of the teaching assistance program cannot be separated from various obstacles and various responses from students. This research aims to reveal the response of physical education students to the teaching assistance program in 2023. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study was 69 physical education students. The number of samples in the research was 38 students taken by random sampling. Data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire which has a validity of 0.511 – 0.877 and a reliability value of 0.969. Data analysis uses quantitative description with percentages classified into five categories. The research results showed that 17 students gave very good responses, 13 students gave good responses, 7 students gave responses in the sufficient category, and 1 student gave responses in the poor category. It can be concluded that physical education students responded positively to the implementation of the teaching assistance program in 2023.(Indonesian)Asistensi mengajar memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan potensi maupun minat untuk mengajar di satuan pendidikan di Indonesia. Namun, dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan program asistensi mengajar tidak terlepas dari berbagai hambatan dan berbagai respons dari mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan respons mahasiswa penjas terhadap program asistensi mengajar pada tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 mahasiswa penjas. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian adalah berjumlah 38 mahasiswa yang diambil secara random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa angket yang memiliki validitas sebesar 0,511 – 0, 877 dan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,969. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase yang diklasifikasikan menjadi lima kategori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 17 mahasiswa memberikan respons yang sangat baik, 13 mahasiswa memberikan respons yang baik, 7 mahasiswa memberikan repons dengan kategori cukup, 1 mahasiswa memberikan repons dengan kategori kurang. Abstract

Yoga sports socialization is a community service activity aimed at increasing knowledge about yoga among the incarcerated population at the Special Rehabilitation Institution for Children (LPKA) Class II Bengkulu. To achieve this goal, a participatory community-based research method was employed, involving identifying partner needs, defining core issues, planning implementation, conducting workshops, practice or demonstrations, discussions, and evaluation activities. Partners involved in this community service activity included 20 LPKA student inmates. The activity occurred at LPKA Class II Bengkulu in Bentiring, Muara Bangka Hulu District, Bengkulu City, Bengkulu, 38119. The workshop was held on October 10, 2023. Analysis of the activities that were conducted revealed that partners experienced an increase in knowledge about yoga. Partners enthusiastically participated in yoga exercises. Additionally, partners committed to practising yoga independently using videos produced by the service team. In conclusion, this community service activity had a positive impact on partners and was effective in enhancing their knowledge of yoga.

Abstract

Digitalisasi pembelajaran penjas adaptif dengan menggunakan model flipped classroom (FC) yang didukung penggunaan Trello bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa. Pendekatan inovatif ini melibatkan mahasiswa penjas dengan materi perkuliahan sebelum sesi tatap muka, memanfaatkan Trello untuk organisasi dan kolaborasi. Manfaat utamanya mencakup peningkatan keterlibatan, pengalaman belajar yang dipersonalisasi, peningkatan motivasi, peningkatan kinerja akademik, pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien, dan peluang untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan. Dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dengan strategi pedagogi, dosen dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan berpusat pada mahasiswa yang kondusif untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk keberhasilan karir dalam penjas adaptif. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas 2 siklus yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengobservasi, dan merefleksi tindakan secara kolaboratif dan partisipatif dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik dalam pembelajaran penjas adaptif. Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Nilai rerata motivasi intrinsik sebesar pada siklus 1 sebesar 65. 52, sedangkan pada siklus 2 menjadi 68,34. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan FC dengan berbantuan Trello dapat menjaga motivasi intrinsik mahasiswa pada perkuliahan penjas adaptif. Abstract The digitalization of adaptive physical education learning using the flipped classroom (FC) model supported by the use of Trello aims to increase students' intrinsic motivation. This innovative approach engages physical education students with lecture materials before face-to-face sessions, utilizing Trello for organization and collaboration. The main benefits include increased engagement, personalized learning experiences, increased motivation, improved academic performance, efficient resource management, and opportunities for continuous improvement. By integrating digital technology with pedagogical strategies, lecturers can create a dynamic, student-centered learning environment that is conducive to developing the knowledge and skills needed for career success in adaptive physical education. The method in this study is a 2-cycle classroom action research method, namely research conducted by planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting on actions collaboratively and participatively with the aim of increasing intrinsic motivation in adaptive physical education learning. The research procedures used in this study consist of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The average value of intrinsic motivation in cycle 1 was 65.52, while in cycle 2 it became 68.34. It can be concluded that the implementation of FC assisted by Trello can maintain students' intrinsic motivation in adaptive physical education lectures.

Abstract

Perlunya pendekatan yang inovatif dalam perkuliahan penelitian dasar dan karya tulis ilmiah pendidikan jasmani (penjas) menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Dengan menggunakan metode tindakan kelas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar calon guru penjas  dalam perkuliahan penelitian dasar dan karya tulis ilmiah penjas. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini merupakan 25 calon guru penjas yang terdaftar di kelas penelitian dasar dan karya tulis ilmiah penjas. Hasil penelitian siklus pertama menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata minat belajar sebesar 54,25 sedangkan pada siklus kedua mengalami peningkatan menjadi 59,32. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran berbasis SETS dalam perkuliahan penelitian dasar dan karya tulis ilmiah penjas dapat meningkatan minat belajar calon guru penjas. Implementasi ini mempromosikan partisipasi aktif, pemikiran kritis, dan pemecahan masalah kolaboratif, membuat pembelajaran lebih dinamis dan menarik. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan pembelajaran berbasis SETS ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan jasmani dapat secara efektif meningkatkan minat calon guru penjas dan mempersiapkan calon guru untuk menerapkan pengetahuan interdisipliner dalam karier mengajar di masa depan. Abstract The need for an innovative approach in basic research lectures and scientific papers of physical education (PE) is the background of this research. By using the classroom action method, this research aims to increase the learning interest of prospective PE teachers in basic research lectures and scientific papers of PE. Participants in this study were 25 prospective PE teachers registered in the basic research and scientific papers of PE classes. The results of the first cycle of research showed that the average value of learning interest was 54.25 while in the second cycle it increased to 59.32. It can be concluded that the implementation of SETS-based learning in basic research lectures and scientific papers of PE can increase the learning interest of prospective PE teachers. This implementation promotes active participation, critical thinking, and collaborative problem solving, making learning more dynamic and interesting. These findings indicate that integrating SETS-based learning into the PE curriculum can effectively increase the interest of prospective PE teachers and prepare prospective teachers to apply interdisciplinary knowledge in their future teaching careers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak gamifikasi berbasis permainan tradisional terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis anak di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimental dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Subjek penelitian adalah anak-anak di LPKA Kota Bengkulu, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 anak binaan lapas (Anbinpas). Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji t-test. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data pretest dan posttest berdistribusi normal serta memiliki varians yang homogen, sehingga dapat dibandingkan secara valid. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa gamifikasi berbasis permainan tradisional memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis Anbinpas di LPKA Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan perhitungan statistik, diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar -14.728, yang berada di luar daerah penerimaan H₀, yaitu -2.004 ≤ t_hitung ≤ 2.004. Dengan demikian, H₀ ditolak dan Hₐ diterima, yang menunjukkan bahwa gamifikasi berbasis permainan tradisional secara signifikan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis anak binaan di LPKA Bengkulu   Abstract This study aimed to analyze the impact of gamification based on traditional games on the psychological well-being of children at the Special Child Development Institution (LPKA) in Bengkulu City. The study employed a pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research subjects were children at LPKA Bengkulu, with a sample consisting of 30 juvenile inmates (Anbinpas).Data analysis was conducted using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. The analysis results showed that the pretest and posttest data were normally distributed and had homogeneous variance, making them valid for comparison. The findings revealed that gamification based on traditional games had a significant effect on the psychological well-being of Anbinpas at LPKA Bengkulu. Based on statistical calculations, the tvalue obtained was -14.728, which was outside the acceptance region of H₀, namely -2.004 ≤ tvalue ≤ 2.004. Therefore, H₀ was rejected, and Hₐ was accepted, indicating that gamification based on traditional games significantly improved the psychological well-being of juvenile inmates at LPKA Bengkulu

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara penggunaan gadget dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas X di SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pengamatan awal yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa perempuan lebih sering menggunakan gadget daripada melakukan aktivitas fisik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Data diperoleh melalui angket penggunaan gadget dan tes kebugaran jasmani (lari 12 menit Cooper Test) terhadap 36 siswa perempuan kelas X. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, linearitas, dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara penggunaan gadget dengan kebugaran jasmani siswa (r = -0,637; p < 0,05). Artinya, semakin tinggi intensitas penggunaan gadget, semakin rendah tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar siswa mengurangi waktu penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan dan lebih aktif dalam aktivitas fisik untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani.   ABSTRACT  This study aims to analyze the relationship between gadget use and the physical fitness level of tenth-grade students at SMKN 1 Bengkulu City. The research was motivated by initial observations indicating that female students tend to use gadgets more frequently than engaging in physical activity. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. Data were collected through a gadget usage questionnaire and a 12-minute run test (Cooper Test) involving 36 female students. Data analysis included normality, homogeneity, linearity, and Pearson correlation tests. The results revealed a significant negative correlation between gadget use and students' physical fitness (r = -0.637; p < 0.05), indicating that higher gadget usage is associated with lower physical fitness. Therefore, it is recommended that students reduce excessive gadget use and increase participation in physical activities to maintain optimal physical fitness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi latihan Resistance band terhadap kecepatan tendangan T pada Atlet pencak silat Persaudaraan Setia Hati Terate Ranting Bermani Ulu Raya. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen. Terbagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu pretest, pemberian perlakuan (treatment), dan posttest. Desain penelitian One group pretest-posttest design. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan total sampling dengan kreteria yang ditentukan berjumlah 20 orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil analisis uji t memiliki hasil tendangan yang lebih baik dari pada sebelum diberikan perlakuan. uji t paired sample t-test didapat nilai t-hitung sebesar 9.772 lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 1.729, dengan nilai probabilitas sig (2-tailed) 0.000 lebih kecil = 0.005 yang berarti signifikan, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variasi latihan Resistance Band terhadap kecepatan tendangan T atlet pencak silat PSHT Ranting Bermani Ulu Raya. This type of research is quantitative, using a pre-experimental method. Divided into three stages, namely pretest, treatment, and posttest. The research design applied is One group pretest-posttest design. The sample was determined using total sampling with the specified criteria of 20 people. Data analysis was carried out with the help of IBM SPSS 25. The results of the t-test analysis have better kick results than before being given treatment. t-test, the t-count value of 9,772 was greater than the t-table of 1,729, with a probability value of sig (2-tailed) 0.000 smaller = 0.005 which means significant, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of variations in Resistance Band training on the speed of T kicks of pencak silat athletes from the PSHT Ranting Bermani Ulu Raya

Abstract

Background: Short passing ability is a fundamental skill in football, particularly for youth players. One training method considered effective and appropriate for young athletes is Small-Sided Games, as it increases player involvement and creates game situations similar to actual match conditions. This study aimed to determine the effect of Small Sided Games training on the short pass ability of players at Bhanu Football Academy aged 13–15 years in Mukomuko. Methods: This study employed an experimental method using a one-group pretest–posttest design. The sample consisted of 30 Bhanu Football Academy players aged 13–15 years in Mukomuko, selected through purposive sampling. The Johnson Soccer Test was used to measure short passing ability before and after the intervention. The Small-Sided Games training program was conducted for six weeks with a frequency of three sessions per week. Data were analyzed using normality tests, homogeneity tests, and a paired sample t-test at a significance level of 0.05. Result: The results showed an increase in the mean short passing score from 28.43 in the pretest to 38.50 in the posttest. The t-test results indicated that the calculated t value (–38.832) was lower than the t table value (–1.699), demonstrating a significant effect of Small-Sided Games training on short passing ability. The improvement percentage reached 35.40%. Conclusion: Small-Sided Games training is effective in improving short passing ability among football players aged 13–15 years. This training method can be recommended as an alternative approach in youth football development programs to enhance technical skills.

Abstract

This study describes junior high school students’ sports satisfaction in physical education classes. Using a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross-sectional survey design, the study involved 234 junior high school students enrolled in physical education subjects. The Sports Satisfaction Instrument (SSI) was administered to collect data related to students’ levels of sports satisfaction during PE learning. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques, with satisfaction levels categorized into very high, high, medium, low, and very low. The findings revealed that 224 students were in the very high satisfaction category, eight students were in the high category, two students were in the medium category, and none were classified as low or very low. Overall, these results indicate that junior high school students in Bengkulu City experience sports satisfaction at a very high level. This study provides a strong foundation for developing and maintaining a pleasant, engaging, and sustainable physical education environment that supports students’ positive experiences and participation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze student-athletes' needs for mobile VR-based imagery training so that a design that is adaptive for student-athletes can be produced. The design of this study is quantitative descriptive. Participants in this study were 49 high school student-athletes in Bengkulu City. Data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire that had validity (0.72) and reliability (0.86). Data were analyzed quantitatively using the percentage technique. Results: 1) Student-athletes have a high need for the development of mobile-VR-based imagery training in terms of training needs (74.17%), technological readiness (69.83%), and material needs (74.27%), 2) The most significant obstacle felt by student-athletes in conducting conventional imagery training is the difficulty in getting a clear picture (41.70%), 3) Student-athletes believe that the development of mobile-VR-based imagery training is essential to do (50%), 4) The content most needed by student-athletes in developing mobile-VR-based imagery training is feedback on performance (50%), 5) the support needed by student-athletes in conducting mobile-VR-based imagery training is content that is tailored to the athlete's needs (52.80%). The findings indicate that student-athletes demonstrate a high level of need for imagery training and technological readiness. Key limitations of conventional imagery training include difficulties in generating clear mental images and lack of interactive engagement. Furthermore, performance feedback and user-centered content emerged as the most critical features for system development.
