Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, NPL, BOPO, and LDR on ROA in National Private Commercial Bank companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2022. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling method with data from 5 banking companies. This type of research is quantitative research, namely research presented in the form of numbers and statistics. In determining the accuracy of the model that needs to be done is financial data analysis, then testing some of the classical assumptions that underlie the regression model. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used Eviews software version 12.0. The results of this study indicate that CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR partially have a positive effect on ROA. The results of this study also show that CAR, NPL, BOPO and LDR simultaneously have an effect on ROA. The ability of several independent variables to influence the dependent variable is 98.2% and the other 2.8% is influenced by other factors outside of this study.

Abstract

In building good teacher performance, it is necessary to provide additional allowances to improve teacher welfare. This will lead to teacher commitment in educating. This study aims to determine the impact of providing additional allowances and commitment on teacher performance. The research location is at MI Al-Ittihad Kalianyar Jogoroto Jombang using qualitative research that relies on observations, interviews, and documentation on the object of research so as to produce data that describes in detail. With the results of the study that the provision of additional allowances provided by the principal at MI Al-Ittihad Kalianyar Jogoroto Jombang has an impact on improving teacher performance such as teachers willing to work overtime to do the tasks given by the school. In addition, the commitment of teachers at MI Al-Ittihad Kalianyar Jogoroto Jombang is high and can be seen by the enthusiasm and activity of the teachers in carrying out various ideas in the learning process..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the obstacles to student career planning in the economic faculty of the University of KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection observation, interviews and documentation, involving directly to students of the faculty of economics Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. Data analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study the obstacles to career planning of students in the Faculty of Economics KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang are internal factors consisting of interest knowledge and physical condition while external factors consist of the influence of the family environment, minimal socio-economic status and the environment of student association with peers.

Abstract

This study discusses the Analysis of Liquidity Ratios, Solvency, Activity, Profitability.To measure financial performance at PT. TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk., while the purpose of this study was to determine the condition and performance based on financial ratios. The objects used in this research are financial reports in the form of balance sheets and profit and loss reports at PT. TELECOMMUNICATIONS INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk. Period 2019-2022. The data analysis method used is the quantitative data analysis method.The results of the study were seen from the liquidity ratio in 2019-2022, the conditions were not good. In terms of solvency ratio, the condition of the company is good. In the activity ratio, the company's condition is not good because the calculation using the ratio of Total Asset Turn over, Average collections period, and Fixed Asset Turn Over shows a bad value. The profitability ratio can be said to be unfavorable because the profitability ratio analysis calculation shows that the company has not met the specified industry average standards because the profitability ratio analysis is measured using the ratio of Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, and Operating Ratio showing the same value. is not good, it can be seen that the overall level of profitability ratios is still not good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment on the performance of employees at MIN 1 Jombang. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 81 employees while the sample numbered 64 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that work discipline and organizational commitment partially did not affect employee performance, while work environment variables showed an effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of work discipline, organizational commitment, and work environment have a positive effect on employee performance at MIN 1 Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0.719 or 71.9%, which means that the contribution of work discipline, organizational commitment and work environment variables to employee performance is 71.9%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.

Abstract

Education is important human progress. Likewise, Islamic education a very important role in determining the quality of life of Muslims. Unfortunately, in this modern era it can felt that Islamic education is lagging behind modern western. According to Al-Faruqi, this is evidenced by existence of identity crisis, loss of economic, political and intellectual independence in Islamic world, existence of sectarianism that focuses on borders, and slow modernization (Ramdhani, 2013 ). There are factors that cause these things, namely: the influence of western science and philosophy, colonialism, lack of Islamic unity, and lack of modernization of Islamic. To overcome these problems, ulama proposed the Islamization of science. This article was created using the SLR method. It aims to integrate Islamic principles and values into field of science and knowledge which involves a process of rethinking, re-evaluating and reconstructing scientific knowledge to enrich the vision and struggle of Islam (Sahide, 2015). The concept of Islamization of Science was introduced by Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi who defined it as an effort to integrate science into the unity of Muslim life with aims to improve the quality of Islamic education, and hoped it can also improve the quality of life of Muslims in this era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of ROA, ROE, and DER on profit growth in insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2018-2022. The technique used for sampling is purposive sampling method with data from 7 insurance companies. This research is quantitative, which is research presented in the form of numbers and statistics. In determining the accuracy of the model that needs to be done is analyzing financial data, then testing several classical assumptions underlying the regression model. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using Eviews software version 12.0. The results of this study indicate that ROA has a simultaneous positive effect on earnings growth, while ROE and DER have no significant effect simultaneously on earnings growth. The suggestion in this study is that there is a need to improve the company's financial performance in order to increase company profits so that company prices can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze financial performance using profitability ratios in banking companies (Study at PT. Bank Central Asia (Persero) Tbk in 2018-2020). The sample of this study was taken from the Bank Central Asia company. Financial report data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the company's financial performance is in good condition when viewed through the NPM, ROA, and ROE ratios.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terkait strategi pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah dengan metode reschedulling pada masa pasca pandemic yang terjadi di koperasi karyawan Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan.Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan mejelaskan secara rinci bagaimana penerapan strategi penanganan pembiayaan murabahah yang dilakukan oleh pihak koperasi pada masa pasca pandemi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif diamana perolehan data dari hasil obesrvasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Teknik dalam menganalisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif yang merupakan gabungan antara penelitian kepustakaan dengan penelitian yang terjun langsung ke lapangan, data yang diperoleh dari lapanngan di analisis senhingga bisa mendapatkan suatu kesimpulan dari penelitian ini. objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengenai strategi penanganan pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah pada masa pasca pandemi di Lembaga Keuangan Syariah Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan dengan subjek penelitian yaitu ketua Koperasi Karyawan Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penerapan straregi reschedulling yang dilakukan sudah sangat baik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, , faktor-faktor penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu ada faktor internal, faktor eksternal, dan juga faktor lingkungan, strategi penaganan pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah di koperasi karyawan universitas yudharta pasuruan dengan penjadwalan kembali atau istilahnya disebut metode rescheduling. Manfaat penelitian ini nantinya sebagai bahan refrensi serta bahan evaluasi terhadap kinerja lembaga keuangan itu sendiri Kata Kunci: Strategi, Pembiayaan Murabahah Bermasalah, Reschedulling

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di MTs. Jombang Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas. Dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal, metodologi penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kuantitatif. Para pengajar dan personel di MTs merupakan demografi yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Jombang Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas. Dengan menggunakan strategi sampel jenuh, dilakukan pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini adalah 30 responden. Survei online yang melewati pemeriksaan validitas dan reliabilitas yang ketat digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Analisis data digunakan analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi R2, uji T, dan uji F. 1) Tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan OCB pada penelitian MTs, sesuai temuan penelitian. Jombang Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas. 2) Pada penelitian di MTs, tidak ditemukan hubungan nyata antara komitmen organisasi dengan OCB. Jombang Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas. 3) Pada penelitian di MTs, budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang baik dan besar terhadap OCB. Jombang Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas. 4) Pada penelitian di MTs, komitmen organisasi, kebahagiaan kerja, dan budaya organisasi semuanya berpengaruh terhadap OCB. Jombang Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas. Nilai R2 sebesar 0,529 yang artinya diperoleh sebesar 52,9% variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dipengaruhi oleh variabel kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi
