Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat kesehatan fisik Peserta peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli putri SMP Nahdlatuth Thalabah. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan tes. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 peserta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Harvard Step Test, Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan persentase dan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut 2 peserta mendapatkan persentase 9% pada kategori cukup, dan 7 peserta mendapatkan persentase 32% pada kategori kurang. Sebanyak 13 orang (59% dari total) masuk ke dalam kelompok Sangat kurang.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the attacking process of the Indonesian U23 national team competing in the 2024 Asian Cup U23 with the intention of analysing the attacking process of the Indonesian U23 national team. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method with the population of the entire Indonesian U23 national team match. With the research technique observing video recording of the match. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the average process of attacking the U23 Indonesian national team through combinative attacks as many as 116 times with a percentage of 38% and direct attacks as many as 110 times with a percentage of 36% and counter attacks 21 times with a percentage of 7% and fast attacks 56 times with a percentage of 19%. The success rate of attacking is seen from attacks that lead to the opponent's goal. The total shots of the Indonesian U23 national team to the opponent's goal were 79 attempts including 21 times on target and 56 times off target. These results can be used as evaluation material for the Indonesian national team to implement an objective attacking process in the next championship. In conclusion, the process of attacking the U23 Indonesian National Team is divided into 4, namely combinative attack, direct attack, counter-attack, and fast attack. Abstract

Muhhamadiyah jember mempunyai perguruan pencak silat Tapak Suci yang bernilai-nilai keislaman. Teknik dasar pencak silatnya sama seperti yang lainnya, ada kuda kua, langkah kaki, pukulan, tangkisan, elakan/hindaran, kuncian dan tendangan, serta bantingan. Setiap teknik terbagi menjadi beberapa bagian, seperti tendangan dalam pencak silat, antara lain tendangan sabit, gajul, lurus, belakang dan tendanga ‚‘‘T‘‘. Teknik tendangan dalam pencak silat teknik serangan yang sering dipakai hampir 80% dominan. Akan tetapi belum ditemukanya bentuk pelatihan yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kecepatan dan kekuatan otot tungkai kaki. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, terlihat pada saat berlatih pencak silat di Al-ikwan dianggap kurang maksimal belum adanya aspek kecepatan kaki dan kekuatan otot tungkai kaki pada saat berlatih tendangan “T” pada pencak silat. Oleh karena itu pelatih dituntut berfikir kreatif, maka diperlukan metode latihan untuk mengatasi kesulitan. untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dan kekuatan otot tungkai atlit pencak silat di Al-ikhwan Jember diberikan solusi latihan standing jump dan interval sprint kecepatan dan kekuatan endangan T. Dalam lingkup kepelatihan, seorang pelatih harus mampu mengantarkan atletnya meraih prestasi setinggi-tinginya utamanya dalam pencak silat, baik prestasi tingkat regional, nasional dan internasional. Berdasarkan hasil hasil dan pembahasan penelitian ini peran kontribusi latihan standing jump dan interval sprint memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kekuatan dan kecepatan tendanan khususnya tendangan T. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh dari latihan standing jump dan interval sprint terhap tendangan T yang semakin meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how caffeine affects students' physical fitness levels. Using a single group in an experiment Pre-test and post-test design was used on ten students of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Jember, aged 15 to 17 years. There was no control group. The tools used to measure physical fitness used valid and standardized tests (TKSI), including Hand Eye Coordination test, Vertical Jump test, T test, Hand Touch Reaction test, Dipping test, Beep test. The sample received treatment in the form of 64 mg of caffeine, or one sip of espresso as much as 30 ml. Using the Paired sample t-test in this study. The findings of the study showed a statistically significant increase in all measures of Physical Fitness in students who took caffeine treatment (Post-test) compared to their baseline physical fitness (Pre-test). Conclusion, between the Pre-test and Post-test data was indicated by the Paired Sample t-test statistical test value, which showed a sig value (2-tailed) of 0.00 less than 0.05. Abstract

Banyak faktor yang memengaruhi untuk meraih prestasi olahraga secara maksimal. Baik faktor internal maupun eksternal atlet itu sendiri. Selain kemampuan teknis seperti fisik dan teknik, ada juga yang tidak kalah penting adalah mental. Mental di sini lebih berkaitan ke karakter seorang atlet dalam menjalani sebagai atlet profesional. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan pelatih kepala di SSB PBJ didapat bahwa seluruh siswa wajib bersepatu saat berangkat latihan. Namun masih banyak karakter seorang atlet profesional yang perlu dikuatkan lagi sebagai upaya lebih menyiapkan mereka ke depan seperti pengaturan pola istiraha, pola makan, respek terhadap wasit dan lawan, peningkatan nilai religi dan sebagainya. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah, adanya peningkatan pemahaman penanaman karakter bagi tim pelatih; adanya peningkatan pemahaman penanaman karakter kepada para orang tua siswa SSB PBJ; adanya peningkatan pemahaman bagi siswa bagaimana menjadi seorang atlet profesional. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket kuesinoer karakter. Secara garis besar metode pelaksanaan dibagi mejadi tiga tahap yaitu, persiapan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan meliputi analisis situasi, dialog dengan mitra, dan kesepakatan kerjasama. Pelaksanaan program pelatihan dengan cara pemaparan materi, diskusi dan pendampingan. Monitoring dan evaluasi dilaksanakan setelah pelatihan dilakukan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan program dengan meminta peserta melalukan posttest. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat pemahaman karakter sebesar 82,1%

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of physical education students of the University of muhammadiyah jember class of 2021 on the feasibility of infrastructure for large ball sports, namely football, volleyball and basketball. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method, the population in this study is all physical education students of the 2021 batch, the sample taken using a total sampling of 21 students. With data collection techniques using kuesioner closed through google form. The questions in kuesioner cover the facilities and infrastructure of big ball sports (football, volleyball, and basketball). The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive statistical methods in which data analysis includes calculating the frequency, average, and percentage. Based on research that has been conducted 81,55% of respondents considered that the facilities and infrastructure in the Football course in the category of decent, 76,49% of respondents considered that the facilities and infrastructure in the volleyball course in the category of decent, and 77,08% of respondents considered that the facilities and infrastructure in the basketball course in the category decent.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the build up of the Indonesian national team in the Asean Mitsubishi Electic Cup 2024. Indonesian national team at the Asean Mitsubishi Electic Cup 2024 and as a recommendation for coaches and players to implement build-up strategies in the future. This research method is quantitative research, with a descriptive approach method. The population used is the entire Indonesian national team match, the research technique is watching live recordings or videos of matches. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the build up from various areas is as follows: from the left side, there were 23 successful build up attempts with a percentage of 65.2% and those that failed were 34.8%. Meanwhile, from the center area, there were 18 successful build up attempts reaching 77.8% and 22.2% failed. On the right side, build ups were recorded as many as 14 attempts, with a success percentage of 42.9% and failure of 57.1%. The Indonesian national team was more effective in building up from the center, which managed to utilize the center of the field well to build up the attack. attack. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of self-healing on the stress level of final students of sports education education at Muhammadiyah University of Jember. Self-healing is a process of treatment or healing that is carried out based on self-confidence and is also supported by the environment and also external factors. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire instrument with a target of 20 participants from the sports education study program at Muhammadiyah University in Jember. The finding of this article is that the effect of self-healing is proven to be able to minimize stress levels when working on which students are often easily emotional, anxious, overthinking, and even difficult to digest material, therefore with self-healing students can be helped to reduce their burden of thought when working on a thesis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the physical condition of Balung State High School football players based on playing position. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method by measuring two main indicators, namely endurance and strength. The population of this study were all members of the Balung State High School soccer extracurricular team totaling 16 people, consisting of 3 students positioned as goalkeepers, 4 as defenders, 3 as midfielders, and 6 as strikers. Data were collected through physical tests using the fartlek training method for endurance and squat test for strength, then statistically analyzed to compare the physical condition of each position, namely goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, and striker. The results showed that the majority of players were 17 years old (37.5%), while 25% of players were 19 years old. In terms of physical condition, Satriyo (striker) has the highest endurance and strength with a percentage of 8.92%. Meanwhile, Tegar (goalkeeper) has the lowest score of 2.12%. The striker position has the largest number of players compared to other positions. Overall, the majority of players have a fairly good physical condition with a range of 6.77%-7.93%. It was concluded that there were significant variations in the physical condition of players based on their position on the pitch. The two main components analyzed, endurance and strength, showed different results between individuals and positions.

Abstract

Anxiety is a psychological challenge that can affect athlete performance, especially at the student level in extracurricular activities. This study aims to analyze the level of anxiety of volleyball extracurricular athletes at SMA Negeri Balung. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach. The sample amounted to 20 athletes, taken using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire based on the Sport Anxiety Scale-2 (SAS-2) with 15 questions covering three phases of anxiety: before, during, and after competition. Data were collected during routine training sessions and analyzed using percentage-based quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that anxiety appeared significantly in all three phases. The pre-competition anxiety level was 18%, with anxiety dominated by nervous feelings, negative thoughts, and low self-confidence. The percentage of anxiety during the match reached 26%, there was tension, fear of making mistakes, and physical symptoms such as trembling. The highest anxiety actually appears after the match, with a percentage of 39%. anxiety develops into negative reflections and emotional distress. This study concludes that athlete anxiety is multidimensional and sustainable, so comprehensive mental coaching is needed in extracurricular activities.
