Abstract

Komunitas Duta Kampus Merdeka (DKM) 2022 memiliki sifat (nature) go-to-person dalam melaksanakan tugasnya untuk mengakselerasi implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) sesuai dengan spirit transformasi pendidikan tinggi. Oleh karena itu, DKM diharapkan mampu berperan sebagai problem shooter yaitu mampu menjawab dan membantu memecahkan masalah tentang implementasi program Kampus Merdeka baik di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi (PT) maupun di PT sekitar. Salah satu upaya untuk mengoptimalkan peran dan nature DKM serta membantu penyelesaian masalah dan mengakselerasi implementasi Kampus Merdeka di perguruan tinggi, maka DKM Leads menjalin kerjasama dengan Lembaga Layanan Pendidikan Tinggi (LLDIKTI) untuk melaksanakan kegiatan kolaborasi. Kolaborasi dilaksanakan dalam bentuk Pendampingan Akselerasi Implementasi MBKM yang bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas DKM sebagai problem shooter dengan solusi yang disampaikan secara on the spot. Selain itu, kegiatan tersebut juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sinergi dalam memetakan dan memberikan rekomendasi tematik bagi perguruan tinggi dan program studi yang masih memiliki kendala dalam implementasi Kampus Merdeka. Melalui Pendampingan Akselerasi Implementasi MBKM, DKM dan LLDIKTI dapat membantu mengakselerasi implementasi MBKM secara sistemik dan komprehensif.

Abstract

The goal of this study was to ascertain the Talking Sticks method of English language learning, which is used in the English for Communication course at IPB University's Vocational School. An experimental methodology is applied. Qualitative research is the kind that this is. Tests and interviews were used as methods of data gathering. Three hundred students from the Vocational School of IPB University's Digital Communication and Media Study Program served as the research subjects. The study's findings indicate that people's speaking abilities were valued more highly. Pre-test scores average 74, post-test scores average 77 for the control group and 89 for the experimental group. It is clear from this procedure that Talking Sticks can be utilized as a learning tool to improve speaking abilities. Lecturers are able to observe how the methods of learning that are employed can improve students' English comprehension. Additionally, it is known from the interview process that professors can identify candidates with strong and weak talents by using the results of the pre- and post-tests.

Abstract

Research entitled Community-Based Crisis Communication Model Innovation (Case Study of Disaster and Pandemic Mitigation in Bogor City and District by the BORAC Community). This study aims to formulate a community-based crisis innovation model that is able to bridge the fulfillment of information needs, education, preparedness, empowerment of affected communities and social aspects. This study provides an overview of communication science applied to Disaster Mitigation, especially building a community-based crisis communication model during disasters and pandemics. This study used a qualitative descriptive method and a collection method with interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results showed that the BORAC Community succeeded in carrying out crisis communication and disaster mitigation programs including socializing information on COVID19 mitigation, local heroes programs, implementing programs such as Eid Gifts, Fasting Coupons, and Replanting. The results of sharing these activities have changed people's attitudes ranging from cognitive, affective, and psychomotor so that people have high preparedness in dealing with disasters and have high resilience in the event of a disaster. This model of crisis communication can be adopted by other regions.

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan seperti sekolah memiliki lahan pekarangan yang masih belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Padahal dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal dengan kegiatan pertanian. Selain itu, setiap sekolah memiliki kantin yang menyediakan makanan atau minuman untuk peserta didik/siswa. Namun selama ini tidak terintegrasi antara pengelolaan pekarangan yang bisa menghasilkan produk pertanin dengan pengelolaan kantin sekolah. Sekolah Semai telah menginisiasi pembelajaran berbasis alam melalui pengembangan kebun sekolah. Namun, pengembangan kebun sekolah masih menjumpai beberapa hambatan, mencakup keterbatasan pengetahuan, SDM, dan modal kapital. Metode kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dosen pulang kampung ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, FGD dan kuesioner. Responden dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan guru, pengelola kebun dan pengelola kantin sekolah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan tentang sekolah tangguh pangan dan pertanian, pelatihan pertanian terpadu, dan pelatihan penerapan GMP, SSOP dan HACCP. Hasil lainnya terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dari keseluruhan pelatihan sebesar 20%.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi mendorong lembaga pemerintah untuk meningkatkan strategi komunikasi visual mereka. Video profil perusahaan merupakan media yang efektif untuk menyampaikan informasi yang ringkas dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Storyboard dalam proses produksi video profil perusahaan Inspektorat Jawa Barat. Metode kualitatif deskriptif digunakan melalui observasi, partisipasi aktif, dan studi pustaka. Proses Storyboard terdiri dari tiga tahap: thumbnail, rough pass, dan clean up. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Storyboard meningkatkan pemahaman tim dan mempercepat realisasi visual. Ini berfungsi sebagai pedoman yang menyelaraskan naskah dengan visual dan menjaga koherensi naratif. Oleh karena itu, Storyboard mendukung penyampaian pesan lembaga yang efektif melalui penceritaan visual.

Abstract

Abstrak Proyek ini bertujuan menerapkan teknik penulisan naskah berbasis visual storytelling dalam pembuatan video company profile Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat. Berdasarkan teori dari (Capputo 2003), yang mencakup lima prinsip utama: Clarity, Realism, Dynamic, Continuity, dan Intuity. Hasil proyek ini adalah naskah final yang siap diproduksi, memuat informasi serta pengenalan lembaga pemerintah yaitu Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat dan arahan melalui visual yang dipublikasikan melalui platform YouTube. Penerapan teknik penulisan naskah tersebut memungkinkan penyampaian narasi yang informatif, terstruktur, serta memperkuat citra positif Inspektorat. Adapun penerapan teknik storytelling dalam konsep proyek ini, terdapat pada sequence 1 menggunakan penerapan teknik gaya bahasa storytelling. Diantaranya continuity dan dynamic pada sequence 2 penerapan teknik gaya bahasa storytelling meliputi clarity dan realism. Pada sequence 3 terdapat aturan penerapan teknik gaya bahasa storytelling intuity.

Abstract

The development of social media has encouraged the Bogor City Communication and Information Office to utilize Instagram as a means to convey information through visual content. This study aims to describe how visual design principles such as unity, balance, rhythm, and emphasis are applied in the content of @kominfobogor uploads. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques and purposive sampling of uploads from January to April 2025. The results of the analysis show that uploads on the @kominfobogor account have optimally applied visual design principles, such as the feed designs "Kantong Parkir Balkot Ramadhan Fest 2025", "Good Friday 2025", and so on. However, some content was still found to have not been optimal in applying visual design principles. Key Word: Visual design principles, Public Communication, Social Media

Abstract

The development of online media in the digital era has driven significant changes in journalistic practices, including the use of journalistic language. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of journalistic language in the writing of soft news articles on the Tribunnews Bogor website. The research approach employed is qualitative, using an analytical method based on Sumadirian's (2016) theory, which emphasizes simplicity, accuracy, word economy, and emotional appeal. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with journalists who also serve as editors at Tribunnews Bogor, as well as through non-participatory observation. The results of the study show that the soft news writing process at Tribunnews Bogor is carried out systematically, starting from the selection of topics that contain elements of human interest, novelty, and proximity, to the presentation of news in a narrative style. The use of journalistic language is reflected in simple, straightforward, and efficient sentence structures, as well as in the selection of communicative and easily understood diction. In addition, the application of the journalistic elements of 5W+1H, the use of direct quotations, and the choice of a human-centered perspective are key characteristics of soft news writing in Tribunnews Bogor. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi tentang strategi komunikasi digital yang diterapkan oleh Suara.com dalam produksi dan distribusi konten video. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka untuk memahami proses pengelolaan konten, strategi distribusi, serta upaya meningkatkan engagement audiens. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan strategi tersebut bergantung pada kualitas konten video yang menarik dan relevan, penggunaan platform media sosial secara efektif, serta evaluasi rutin dan analisis data untuk menyesuaikan strategi. Pembahasan menegaskan bahwa pengembangan konten berkualitas tinggi, kolaborasi dengan influencer, serta pengelolaan distribusi yang strategis menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan jangkauan dan interaksi audiens. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ilmu komunikasi digital dan praktik media daring, khususnya dalam konteks media digital yang kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Instagram Reels content strategy implemented by the official account of the Bogor City Government (@pemkotbogor) in improving the quality of public information. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation with the public relations team of Bogor City and analysis of published Reels content. The findings indicate that the communication strategy follows the public relations model of Cutlip, Center, and Broom, which includes fact finding, planning, communication, and evaluation. This strategy is effective in engaging audiences through visually appealing content, light narratives, and the utilization of current social media trends. However, challenges such as limited human resources and the demand for real-time content publication were also identified. In conclusion, the use of Reels as a medium for public information dissemination represents a strategic approach that enhances engagement, strengthens institutional image, and improves the accessibility of information for the public.
