Abstract

Ayam Kampung Unggulan Balitbangtan (KUB) merupakan salah satu jenis ayam bukan ras yang dapat diambil daging dan telurnya sebagai hasil produksi. Keunggulan dari indukan (parent stock) ayam KUB adalah sifat mengeram lebih pendek dengan daya tetas 84%, produksi telur tinggi yaitu ±180 butir per tahun. Bobot badan yang dihasilkan ayam KUB tersebut berkisar antara 800 – 1000 gr selama pemeliharaan 10 minggu, jika dibandingkan dengan bobot ayam kampung biasa, pertumbuhan ayam KUB agar mencapai bobot maksimal memerlukan waktu 16 – 20 minggu. Prospek agribisnis ayam KUB memiliki potensi yang cukup baik karena permintaan dan peluang pasar yang menjanjikan. Peternak ayam KUB Desa Masingai II merupakan masyarakat Desa Masingai II yang mendapat bantuan DOC ayam KUB dari Program CSR PT Adaro Indonesia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut peternak ayam KUB Desa Masingai II memiliki peluang untuk mengembangkan usaha pembesaran dan produksi DOC ayam KUB sehingga adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan ayam KUB di Desa Masingai II. Strategi pengembangan ayam KUB di Desa Masingai II diawali dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan peternak mengenai manajemen pemeliharaan ayam KUB, manajemen kesehatan ayam KUB, manajemen penetasan telur dan produksi DOC ayam KUB, praktik pembuatan pakan alternatif, dan praktik pembuatan mesin tetas otomatis sederhana. Selanjutnya peternak juga dibelaki dengan pelatihan literasi keuangan serta akses permodalan. Terakhir masyarakat diajak untu berdiskusi bersama untuk menentukan sistem usaha budidaya aym KUB yang akan mereka jalankan kedepannya yaitu sistem pemeliharaan di rumah masing-masing dengan tujuan akhir dipasarkan secara kelompok.

Abstract

Livestock waste is all waste left over from animal husbandry activities, whether in the form of liquid waste, solid waste, or gas. Waste basically cannot be prevented but can be processed. Waste that is not maximally utilized has an impact on the environment and can pollute water, soil and air in Sumber Rejeki Village, South Kalimantan Province. One of the leading commodities in Sumber Rejeki Village, South Kalimantan Province is broiler cattle with a population in 2023 of 250 heads. This training and mentoring aims to improve the skills of farmers, the application of modern technology in livestock management, and business development through the manufacture of innovative products such as the utilization of broiler waste into organic fertilizer and liquid organic fertilizer. There are several problems that arise such as pungent odors due to the waste produced that can affect air quality. Therefore, it is necessary to have awareness of farmers to be able to process the waste produced so that it is not only disposed of but farmers can utilize the waste to be used as additional income and can reduce pollution in the village. By increasing awareness, skills, and knowledge, farmers will be able to create and open new businesses in the livestock sector and reduce existing pollution.

Abstract

Potensi pertanian yang berada di desa-desa menjadi salah satu strategi untuk mendorong pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan pertanian di desa perlu menjadi perhatian bersama dan perlu dukungan dari berbagai stakeholder termasuk perguruan tinggi. Salah satu komoditas unggulan di Desa Kambitin, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan adalah ikan nila. Pelatihan dan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pembudidaya, penerapan teknologi modern dalam manajemen perikanan, dan pengembangan usaha melalui pembuatan produk inovasi seperti pembuatan abon ikan nila. Kegiatan pendampingan dan transfer teknologi memberikan dampak positif bagi pembudidaya pokja. Dampak bagi lingkungan sekitar juga dirasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar, dengan adanya peningkatan produksi pangan yang berkualitas sehingga masyarakat dapat dengan mudah memenuhi kebutuhan protein khususnya yang berasal dari ikan. Penyediaan tenaga kerja yang tersedia untuk melaksana budidaya ikan patin dapat memicu usaha perikanannya secara lebih efisien dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya kesadaran pembudidaya untuk bisa membudidayakan dengan baik agar yang dihasilkan tidak hanya bermanfaat namun mempunyai nilai produk yang tinggi. Dengan meningkatkan kesadaran, keterampilan, serta pengetahuan pembudidaya akan mampu menciptakan dan membuka usaha baru padabidang perikanan. Kata kunci: Budidaya perikanan, Pendampingan, Inovasi The agricultural potential in villages is one strategy to encourage Indonesia's economic growth. Therefore, agricultural development in villages needs to be a common concern and needs support from various stakeholders, including universities. One of the leading commodities in Kambitin Village, South Kalimantan Province is tilapia. This training and mentoring aims to improve cultivator skills, apply modern technology in fisheries management, and develop businesses through making innovative products such as making tilapia floss. Mentoring and technology transfer activities have a positive impact on working group cultivators. The impact on the surrounding environment is also felt by the surrounding community, with an increase in quality food production so that people can easily meet their protein needs, especially from fish. Providing available labor to carry out catfish cultivation can trigger fisheries businesses more efficiently and effectively. Therefore, there is a need for cultivator awareness to be able to cultivate it well so that what is produced is not only useful but has high product value. Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan seperti sekolah memiliki lahan pekarangan yang masih belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Padahal dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal dengan kegiatan pertanian. Selain itu, setiap sekolah memiliki kantin yang menyediakan makanan atau minuman untuk peserta didik/siswa. Namun selama ini tidak terintegrasi antara pengelolaan pekarangan yang bisa menghasilkan produk pertanin dengan pengelolaan kantin sekolah. Sekolah Semai telah menginisiasi pembelajaran berbasis alam melalui pengembangan kebun sekolah. Namun, pengembangan kebun sekolah masih menjumpai beberapa hambatan, mencakup keterbatasan pengetahuan, SDM, dan modal kapital. Metode kegiatan pengabdian Masyarakat dosen pulang kampung ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan, FGD dan kuesioner. Responden dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan guru, pengelola kebun dan pengelola kantin sekolah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan tentang sekolah tangguh pangan dan pertanian, pelatihan pertanian terpadu, dan pelatihan penerapan GMP, SSOP dan HACCP. Hasil lainnya terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta dari keseluruhan pelatihan sebesar 20%.

Abstract

Penyuluhan merupakan upaya berencana untuk transformasi perilaku sekelompok orang di berbagai bidang pembangunan, termasuk pengetahuan dan kesadaran akan gizi berimbang dan pola hidup sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan perilaku yang terjadi dalam hubungannya dengan implementasi penyuluhan sensitif gizi dan penerapan pola hidup sehat. Metode riset aksi diterapkan dengan melibatkan 30 Tim PKK Kelurahan Kampung Kajanan, Kecamatan Buleleng, Bali dan 26 partisipan penyuluhan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Teknik wawancara mendalam, diskusi kelompok terfokus, dan penyuluhan interaktif dilakukan untuk memperoleh data. Data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui telaah dokumen yang relevan. Terdapat dua tipe kuesioner yang digunakan. Pertama, kuesioner mengenai perubahan pengetahuan mengenai pola hidup sehat, pengemasan produk Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM), promosi melalui sarana digital digunakan untuk memperoleh informasi dari 30 partisipan Tim Penggerak PKK. Kedua, kuesioner mengenai perubahan pengetahuan setelah 26 partisipan mengikuti penyuluhan kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Data kualitiatif dianalisis secara deskriptif, sedangkan data kuantitatif diolah menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Uji-t dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat signifikansi perubahan perilaku sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat perubahan perilaku secara nyata sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan sensitif gizi. Kesadaran masyarakat akan pola hidup sehat dan kesehatan gigi meningkat, begitu pula dengan minat melakukan promosi pemasaran produk melalui sarana digital. Keberlanjutan implementasi penyuluhan sensitif gizi, pola hidup sehat, dan peningkatan kapasitas UMKM memerlukan dukungan dana, sarana prasarana, pendampingan baik dari pemerintah maupun swasta.

Abstract

The main focus included identifying feed types, determining efficient forage and concentrate feed weights, and monitoring weight gain in beef cattle. Data were collected through direct observation and measurements on a sample of 23 beef cattle. The results indicated that the feeds used included forage (elephant grass and corn stalks), concentrate (Hi-Pro-Vite 563B), and additional feeds (hay, bean sprouts, mineral blocks). Feeding was carried out systematically, considering frequency (three times for forage, twice for concentrate) and timing. Administering concentrate prior to forage proved beneficial to the digestive performance. The average weight gain of beef cattle was influenced by feed efficiency based on dry matter intake proportions. Good feed management was shown to increase productivity and reduce maintenance costs for beef cattle.

Abstract

Situ Gede Sub-district in Bogor City has the potential to develop tourism, yet still faces challenges in promoting tourist destinations and in operating administrative systems that have not adopted digital technology. To address these issues, a mixed-method approach was used by combining qualitative and quantitative methods through interviews and questionnaires involving local residents and village officials. The results showed that the majority of respondents gave positive responses to digital innovation and expressed their willingness to use an online platform. As a result, a village website was developed to serve as a digital platform facilitating the management of population documents and tourism information. The website is designed to improve the effectiveness of public services and strengthen the promotion of the village’s potential. This digital solution serves as an innovative approach to deliver fast, accessible, and community-oriented public services by leveraging technology.

Abstract

UMKM are one form of micro, small, and medium enterprises that are formed because of someone's personal desire. UMKM actors must strive to increase competitive advantage, UMKM must increase adaptation to currently developing technology, increase the ability to use social media and digital marketing, increase product innovation, and expand the market are some of the right steps that are worthy of being taken by UMKM actors. This is worthy of being implemented in order to increase the selling value of UMKM, especially in order to be able to compete with foreign products that are increasingly flooding the national market, considering that UMKM are an economic sector that is able to reduce unemployment (Sudaryanto. 2011). UMKM through digital marketing development can help the community increase income so that they can follow the development of entrepreneurship. The method in implementing UMKM empowerment activities is carried out using observation, surveys, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this empowerment are that this activity was attended by UMKM Cihil Food which has 10 members, socialization of social media and digital marketing through the creation of a special website for UMKM Cihil Food which is combined with Barcode (QR) innovation. Based on this activity, it was found that in improving the welfare of UMKM, what must be done is to make maximum use of technology, improve the community economy, and improve human resources.

Abstract

Tegalwaru Village in Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, possesses substantial potential for sustainable Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) development, yet faces challenges in marketing and digital adoption. This study aims to analyze the progress of MSMEs in Tegalwaru, focusing on production, marketing strategies, and ecotourism integration to enhance economic growth. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with MSME actors, field observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that while MSMEs have advanced in product diversification and production capacity, their growth is hindered by limited digital marketing skills and inadequate access to capital. Conversely, the village’s rich natural and cultural resources present significant opportunities for ecotourism, which could synergize with MSMEs to boost local income sustainably. The study highlights the need for targeted interventions, including digital literacy training, improved financing access, and collaborative efforts among MSMEs, local government, and tourism stakeholders. By strengthening these aspects, Tegalwaru can achieve holistic MSME development, fostering economic resilience and community welfare. The research underscores the importance of integrating MSMEs with ecotourism as a strategy for inclusive and sustainable rural development.

Abstract

Crystal guava farmers in Cikarawang Village, Bogor Regency, face challenges in accessing information related to proper cultivation techniques, from seedling to harvest. The lack of access to valid and easy-to-understand sources of information causes farmers to have difficulty in dealing with various cultivation problems, such as pests, diseases, and effective fertilization. In response to these problems, an innovation was developed in the form of a digital agricultural website containing a complete summary of material on crystal guava cultivation. This website is designed to be easily accessible to farmers and functions as a practical and efficient one-way information media. In addition, this website is also equipped with an online community feature through a discussion group connected to expert mentors in the field of crystal guava cultivation. This feature allows farmers to share experiences, discuss, and obtain direct guidance from experts. This innovation is expected to improve farmers' knowledge, skills, and independence in managing crystal guava cultivation sustainably.
