Abstract

Toko Laris Furniture Jambi adalah salah satu toko furniture yang ada di Kota Jambi yang berlokasi di Jl. Pangeran Hidayat, RT. 23, Kel. Paal Lima, Kec. Kota Baru, Kota Jambi. Saat ini, semua proses transaksi persediaan stok dan penjualan barang pada Toko Laris Furniture Jambi ini masih bersifat konvensional atau manual, yaitu masih menggunakan nota manual dan buku tulis sebagai media dalam mencatat jumlah persediaan stok dan penjualan barang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi pemecahan masalah terbaik atas masalah yang dihadapi dengan merancang sistem informasi inventory barang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan DBMS MySQL. Penelitian ini menerapkan model perancangan sistem waterfall (air terjun) dan menggunakan metode UML (Unified Modelling Language) dengan membuat pemodelan sistem seperti Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Flowchart Diagram. Dengan adanya sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna sistem baik admin, pemilik, kasir dan gudang untuk mengurangi kesalahan dalam pengolahan data inventory barang serta membantu dalam rekapitulasi dan pembuatan laporan yang tersimpan secara otomatis, lengkap, terkomputerisasi dan terintegrasi dengan baik.

Abstract

Toko Sejahtera Abadi merupakan toko yang menjual berbagai kebutuhan rumah tangga meliputi lemari pakaian, meja, kursi, tempat tidur, dan perabotan. Dimana dalam melakukan pengolahan data transaksi penjualan dilakukan secara konversional, saat ini transaksi pada toko masih menggunakan buku agenda dan nota sebagai bukti penjualan. Maka akan terjadi kesalahan dalam perhitungan, pencatatan harga jual, dan total belanja, yang dapat merugikan keuangan toko. Penulis memberikan saran perancangan sistem informasi penjualan berdasarkan permasalahan yang dapat membantu dalam pembuatan laporan, pengolahan data yang terkomputerisasi, dan aksesibilitas informasi. Artikel ini berfungsi sebagai titik awal untuk menerapkan sistem yang menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya untuk mengumpulkan data., struktur Laravel dan kumpulan data MySQL. Teknik pemodelan yang digunakan model waterfall sistem seperti use case, class diagram dan activity diagram digunakan dalam penelitian. Studi ini menemukan bahwa sistem dapat menyajikan laporan dengan cepat dan akurat, mempermudah pengelolaan data jual beli, dan memudahkan akses informasi yang diperlukan.Memiliki fitur untuk dapat mengelola data kategori, produk, satuan, supplier, jenis pembayaran, member, pengeluaran, penjualan, pembelian, dan penjualan secara kredit tunai, laporan dan juga membantu memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat dan terpercaya.

Abstract

Dokter Tangguh Batanghari merupakan program kerja meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat secara merata di Kabupaten Batanghari. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana mengatur jadwal dokter untuk masyarakat yang membutuhkan, dan memantau kinerja dokter tangguh. Tim dokter tangguh mengalami beberapa kendala seperti mengelola jadwal kunjungan berdasarkan kecamatan dan kelurahan/desa, serta mengelola laporan kegiatannya. Untuk itu perlu dibangun aplikasi jadwal dokter tangguh Batanghari dengan metode waterfall serta menggunakan diagram UML untuk memodelkan rancangannya. Aplikasi dibangun dengan memanfaatkan framework MVC (Model-View-Controller). Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi jadwal dokter tangguh Batangari dengan pengelolaan data jadwal kunjungan dokter yang lebih mudah dan laporan kegiatan dapat disediakan tepat waktu

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mengubah industri kesehatan, termasuk pengelolaan remunerasi di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus yang dilakukan di RSUD Raden Mattaher, yang mengeksplorasi penerapan Scrum Framework dalam pengembangan sistem informasi remunerasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keadilan, efisiensi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan remunerasi tenaga medis dan non-medis. Dengan pendekatan yang fleksibel dan kolaboratif, Scrum diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengembangan sistem ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Scrum Framework mampu mempercepat proses pengembangan sistem, mengurangi kesalahan, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Temuan ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi rumah sakit lain untuk mengadopsi Scrum dalam pengelolaan remunerasi, guna menciptakan manajemen yang lebih terintegrasi dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan kesehatan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using the web-based e-Performance (e-Kinerja) application on the motivation and work discipline of Civil Servants (ASN) in Batanghari Regency. A quantitative approach was employed in this study using an explanatory research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 187 civil servants across various Regional Government Organizations (OPD), and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The validity and reliability tests showed that all research instruments were valid and reliable. Classical assumption tests also indicated that the data met the requirements of normality, showed no multicollinearity, and were free from heteroscedasticity. The results revealed that the use of the e-Performance application had a positive and significant influence, both simultaneously and partially, on the motivation and work discipline of civil servants. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicated that 36.2% of the variance in motivation and 32.9% of the variance in work discipline could be explained by the use of the e-Performance variable. This application is considered effective in increasing employee expectations regarding performance incentives and strengthening data-based supervision in shaping more orderly and professional work behavior. Furthermore, e-Performance contributes to the transformation of civil servant work culture towards a more transparent, accountable, and results-oriented bureaucracy. These findings offer theoretical implications for the enhancement of technology-based performance management literature, as well as practical implications for local governments in promoting bureaucratic reform through the digitalization of personnel systems.

Abstract

In this study, we apply various deep learning methods incorporating word embedding features to evaluate their impact on improving classification performance in sentiment analysis. The methods employed include conditional random field (CRF), bidirectional long short term memory (BLSTM), and convolutional neural network (CNN). Our experiments utilize social media data from restaurant review. By testing different iterations of these deep learning techniques with various word embedding features, we found that the BLSTM algorithm achieved the highest accuracy of 80.00% before integrating word embedding features. After incorporating word embeddings, the BLSTM with the word2vec feature achieved an accuracy of 87.00%. Notably, the CNN showed a significant improvement with the FastText feature. Considering all evaluation metrics—accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score—the BLSTM algorithm consistently demonstrated the best performance across different word embeddings.

Abstract

Religious counselors play an essential role in fostering religious moderation, strengthening community cohesion, and promoting social harmony. However, the evaluation of their performance remains largely manual, leading to subjectivity, inconsistency, and limited accountability. This study develops a web-based Decision Support System that integrates the Analytical Hierarchy Process and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution to enhance objectivity, transparency, and data-driven evaluation. The Analytical Hierarchy Process was applied to determine the importance of five criteria—portfolio, scientific paper, program video, presentation or interview, and absenteeism—through expert pairwise comparisons. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution was then used to rank twenty-four religious counselors from the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Jambi Province. The results show that portfolio (47.4%) and presentation or interview (24.4%) were the most influential criteria, while the others served as complementary factors. Counselors with comprehensive documentation and strong communication skills consistently ranked higher, validating the system’s analytical reliability. This study’s novelty lies in applying a multi-criteria decision-making framework within the religious sector, directly aligned with the 2024 Technical Guidelines for the Islamic Religious Counselor Award (Keputusan Dirjen Bimas Islam No. 352/2024). Furthermore, this research supports the Ministry of Religious Affairs’ Eight Priority Transformation Programs (Asta Protas), particularly in digitalizing governance and promoting transparent, accountable, and data-driven management. From an informatics perspective, this system demonstrates the effective implementation of decision-support algorithms in a web-based environment, highlighting the contribution of information technology to evidence-based performance evaluation.

Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City has not yet been approved in computerized activities for recording cash receipts and disbursements such as the use of Basar Books, as well as the use of default applications such as Microsoft Excel, which requires a relatively long usage time, both of which are complementary to report generation. To overcome this problem, a web-based cash receipt and expenditure accounting information system was created at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City using the waterfall system development method. Data collection uses observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The results of this study resulted in the application of an accounting system for cash receipts and uses at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City. Enabling assistance makes it easier for employees to manage cash receipt data and open cash, accelerate the presentation of reports and facilitate the process of finding cash data in and cash out at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jambi City. Keywords : Accounting information system, Cash Receipt, Cash Disbursement. ABSTRAKPT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN)yang bergerak dibidang jasa pelayanan terbesar dan tersebar polosok tanah air, dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip perseroan terbatas, Kelemahan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi dalam akvitas pencatatan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas belum sepenuhnya terkomputerisasi seperti penggunaanBuku Basar, serta penggunaan aplikasi bawaan yaitu Microsoft Excel, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang relatif  lama,  baik  dari  segi  perhitungan  hingga  pembuatan  laporan. Untuk mengatasi  permaslahan tersebut, maka dibangun sistem informasi akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas berbasis web pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi sistem akuntansi penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kota Jambi. Sehingga membantu memudahkan karyawan dalam pengelolaan data penerimaan kas  dan pengeluaran  kas,  mempercepat  dalam  penyajian  laporan  dan  mempermudah  dalam proses pencarian data kas masuk dan kas keluar pada PT. Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped communication patterns in higher education institutions in building and maintaining their reputations. Media disruption—characterized by platform convergence, accelerated information flows, and increased public participation—requires universities to develop adaptive and data-driven digital communication management strategies. This study aims to analyze digital communication management strategies in enhancing the reputation of higher education institutions and to formulate a conceptual model relevant to the dynamics of the digital era.The research employs a qualitative approach with a multiple case study design involving three higher education institutions in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, social media observation, and analysis of communication policy documents. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis, including open, axial, and selective coding procedures. The findings reveal that effective digital communication strategies consist of four main stages: strategic planning based on institutional positioning, narrative content production through academic storytelling, management of two-way engagement, and reputation monitoring based on digital analytics. The results also indicate that the integration of communication management and social media data analysis significantly contributes to strengthening public trust and enhancing institutional image.This study proposes the “Adaptive Digital Communication Strategy Model” as a conceptual contribution to the development of communication management in higher education institutions.
