Abstract

In the planning of a project, there have to be a time schedule that can served as a guideline in the project, this shows that scheduling can influence the activity of a project. A good time schedule in a project can make project run effectively and efficiently, but in reality the actual work of a project did not always go as planned. In this case, the construction of library of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. In the process of construction of library of UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, there is a delay that caused by a lot of factors, resulting in a delay of 49 days, the project initial duration is 154 days but the implementation duration is 203 days. Because of this, an analysis was carried out on this matter to determine what caused this lateness on project scheduleFrom the analysis that has been done the result is that the project lateness is caused in preparation work and the usage of work system with 3 shift but using the same man power. Factors of this lateness is caused by the owner, the conctractor, and weather disturbance.

Abstract

Abstract. Analyzing the effect (K3) on the productivity of construction workers in wall and plaster work. The method used in this study is a descriptive method which aims to describe and describe the nature of something that was taking place at the time the research was conducted and to examine the causes of a particular symptom. The results of the analysis and discussion carried out that those who use incomplete K3 equipment do not affect work productivity time. From the results of this case study it can be concluded that the use of incomplete PPE equipment does not affect productivity effectiveness. Keywords: HSE, PPE, Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Planning for the Structure and Foundation of the Gas Compressor Shelter Betung Gas Station Pendopo Field Pertamina Asset 2 aims to upgrade facilities in order to increase production from the Pendopo Gas Station. This Gas Compressor Shelter Building is designed to be Strong and Rigid using SS400 Steel Structure. H beam structure column 400x400x13x21, WF structure rafter 400x200x9x14. In the Gas Compressor shelter building there is a Hoist Crane mechanical equipment with a capacity of 10 Tons which is based on the Beam WF-700x300x13x24. The foundation of this building uses deep foundations using square piles measuring 250x250 mm as deep as 15 meters. The quality of concrete for the foundation of the Gas Compressor Shelter uses K-350 concrete quality. From the planning above, it can be concluded that it has fulfilled the terms and conditions in Indonesian regulations and standards.

Abstract

Construction projects involve complex processes requiring effective management and skilled human resources to ensure successful outcomes. This study analyzes key factors influencing human resource (HR) performance in building construction, identifying ability, working conditions, organizational structure, motivation, discipline, and compensation as critical determinants. A structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale was employed as the data collection instrument, distributed to 130 contractors, with 114 valid responses collected in Semarang, Indonesia. Data analysis using SPSS v.27 confirmed that all indicators are valid, reliable, and positively perceived, with “ability” receiving the highest rating (mean = 4.8). Practical implications for project stakeholders include the need to implement targeted training, performance-based incentives, leadership development, and optimized recruitment. Technological integration is also emphasized for enhancing communication and decision-making efficiency. The findings underscore the importance of a comprehensive HR strategy that addresses both individual competencies and systemic organizational support, advancing sustainable engineering practices and improving project productivity in dynamic construction environments.
