Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted in Class VII B Junior Country Sinaboi lessons year 2015/2016. This research is a research action class is done in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection.The data collected in this research is the result of student learning that consists of absorption, ketuntasan learning, appreciation groups, student's activities and the activities of the teacher. Pengumpula instruments data using tests and observation sheets. The results showed the results of students consisting of absorbance, ketuntasan learning, group learning activities, awards the student and teacher experience increased activity. Absorbance in cycle I, i.e. 76% (quite) rise in cycle II, i.e., 80.27% (good), ketuntasan students can study in cycle I, i.e. 90% (completely) increased on 100% IE cycle II (complete), the awards Group on cycle I i.e. 1 group of award winning super group 4 and get great rewards, I cycle i.e. 1 group was awarded the super and terrific award winning group 4 the student's activity cycle, I IE 85.84% (good) increased in cycle II, i.e., 95.42% (excellent), the activity of the teacher in the cycle I IE 88,47%, (good) increased in cycle II, namely 100% (excellent). It can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of application type STAD (StudentTeams Achievement Division) can improve the learning results of IPA grade VII B SMP Negeri 1 Roof Sinaboi lessons year 2015/2016.Keywords: Cooperative Type STAD, Learning Resultof IPA

Abstract

Abstract: The research was conducted to determine the effect of NPK complex fertilizers to the growth and protein content white oyster mushrooms (pleurotus ostreatus) on March-May 2016. The results used as module development of biology learning of concept mushrooms (fungi) in class x senior high school. The study consisted of two phases, the first effect of NPK complex fertilizers to the growth and protein content white oyster mushrooms (pleurotus ostreatus) using non factorial completely randomized design that consist 5 treatments and 3 replicatesand totally obtain 15 experimental design. It would further DMRT test if effect. The observed parameters include growth and protein content white oyster mushrooms. The second phase, developing a module with concept of mushrooms (fungi) by using ADDIE models. Based on the survey results revealed that the addition of NPK effect on all parameters observed where the best dosage with the addition of NPK 10gr / 1 kg of growing media. Abstract

Abstract: Each student has different abilities and intelligence. So, it is important for teachers to plan learning by implementing appropriate learning strategies, one of which is the Multiple Intelligences learning strategy. The implementation of this strategy must be supported by the use of appropriate teaching materials, one of which is LKPD based on Multiple Intelligences. This study aims to develop quality LKPD based on Multiple Intelligences on Immunity System material. This research was conducted at the Biology Education FKIP UNRI, SMAN Plus Provinsi Riau, and SMAN 15 Pekanbaru in August 2020 – April 2021. It used a Research and Development (R&D) approach with ADDIE model. The instruments used are validation and response questionnaires. The results of achieving an average value of 3.66 categories are very valid. The results of the limited trial phase I obtained an average value of 3.40 in the very good category. The results of the limited trial phase II obtained an average value of 3.26 in the very good category. The results showed that the Electronic LKPD based on Multiple Intelligences on immunity system materials had been developed and of good quality and suitable to be used as a learning resource.Key Words: Student Worksheet, Electronic, Immunity System

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to development of interactive multimedia in natural science subject junior high school grade VII SMP 2013/2014. Interactive Multimedia developed using Macromedia Flash 8 software. The research was conducted in Biology Education Program FKIP University of Riau in January-June 2014. The research uses Research and Development (R & D) approaches ADDIE model and carried out until implementation phase. The subjects were Core Competence and Basic Competence of junior high school grade VII. Data collecting instruments used validation sheet and questionnaire. Data were collected by filling validation sheet by validator validator distinguished into internal and external validators. Questionnaires filled out by members of the biology teacher MGMP Pekanbaru City totaling 20 people. Validation sheet and a questionnaire filled out for each aspects: design, pedagogical aspects, aspects of the content, and programming aspects. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results validate the development of multimedia interactive learning is 4.43 to 4.59 (very valid). Acquisition average scores on each of these aspects, namely: designing aspect has an average score of 4.43 (very valid), pedagogic aspect has an average score of 4.55 (very valid), the content aspect has an average score of 4.59 (very valid) , aspects of programming has an average score of 4.50 (very valid). The results of the analysis of teachers' responses to the questionnaire interactive learning multimedia that has been developed gained an average of 4.67 (Good) Based on this, it can be conclution that the development of interactive multimedia in natural science subject junior high school grade VII SMP 2013/2014can be used and implemented with very valid validity criterion.Key words: research & development, interactive multimedia, natural science subject junior high school

Abstract

Abstract: The availability of learning facilities and infrastructure is inadequate in the implementation of independent learning so that the textbooks owned by students cannot be used optimally as learning resources. Therefore, learning resources are needed that can make students play an active role in the learning process. One of the modules is teaching materials that are systematically arranged using language that is easily understood by students. This study aims to develop an electronic module that can be used as an independent learning resource. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of PMIPA FKIP Rian University and SMA N Plus Riau Province in May-September 2021. This Research and Development research used the ADDIE model which consisted of the analysis, design, and development. Data collection instruments in the form of validation sheets and response questionnaires. The validation results obtained an average value of 3.60 in the Very Valid category. The results of the Limited Trial I and the Results of the Limited Trial II obtained an average score of 3.63 and 3.66 in the Very Good category. This study shows that the scientific literacy-based electronic module on the bacterial material developed is valid and feasible to be used as a source of student self-study.Key Words: Bacteria, Science Literacy, Electronic Module

Abstract

Abstrak: Teachers as implementers in schools are also required to always improve its ability in mastering and delivering lessons on students, achievement of goals in the process of learning will be seen from the student's own learning. From observations carried out at 228 1 Sinaboi one roof seen from the value of the KKM is still low at minimum ketuntasan criterion number 67.8 expected is 75. The low value of the KKM is because in the process of learning the IPA students learn independently, there is no cooperation among students, students of low motivation, lack of activity and participation of students in learning. To overcome these problems, efforts are being made is with the use of media images and engaging students actively in order to master the subject matter so that the results of the study Class VII 1 SMP Sinaboi one roof would be better. This research was conducted in Class VII 1 SMP Sinaboi one stop academic year 2015/2016 to know improvements learn IPA students using media images. This research is a research action class is done in two cycles, which consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data collected in this research is the result of student learning that consists of absorption, ketuntasan learning, student activities and teacher activities. The data collected using the test and the observation sheet. The results showed the results of students consisting of absorbance, ketuntasan learning, group learning activities, students and teacher experience increased activity. Absorption cycle I namely 70.6 (less) increased in cycle II, namely 85 (good), ketuntasan student learning on a cycle I i.e. 44% (category has been completed) improved in cycle II increased 96% (category has been completed), the learning activities of students in cycle I, i.e., 70.44% (category less), increase in cycle II, namely 87.5% (category is very good), the activity of the teacher in the cycle I namely 87.3% (category) , an increase in cycle II, namely 91.67% (category is very good). It can be concluded that the use of media images can improve learning outcomes grade VII IPA SMP 1 Sinaboi one stop Lessons Year 2015/2016.Key words: improved Learning Results, Media, Pictures

Abstract

Abstract: Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) is a conceptual framework that shows the relationship between three kinds of knowledge needed by the teacher or prospective teacher including technological knowledge, pedagogical knowledge, and content knowledge. The research putposes was to knowed the quality of workbook of Content Knowledge (CK) for Stregthening Teacher of Biology Competencies. The workbook was developed from essential indicator of Teacher Biology Competency Test. Design, develop, simulation and validation of workbook by internal validator conducted at Biology Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Riau. External validation and second validation of the workbook is in MGMP Biology SMA Pekanbaru. Workbook validated on four aspects include format, content, illustrations and language. The result of format aspect is 3,42 with very valid categories, content is 3,40 with very valid categories, ilustration is 3,40 with very valid categories, and language is 3,44 with very valid categories. The result of whole aspecs are 3,41with very valid categories that meaning the workbook can be used as a learning resource by the teachers to improve content competencies and learning proces.Keywords: Biology Teacher, Content Knowledge, Workbook.

Abstract

Abstract: The study was conducted to determine the isolation and identification of bacteria petroleum waste in public refueling stations (gas stations) and its potential as a learning module design in high school biology in March and April 2016. The results are used for designing learning modules on subjects biology. This research was conducted in two stages: stage of field research and design phase of learning modules. This research is descriptive and conducted by examination in the laboratory. The sampling technique in this study, done by using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the isolated bacteria found in soil or sand contaminated petroleum waste in the form of a spill or spills of gasoline at gas stations COCO 11,282,604 Pekanbaru and gas stations 14,284,623 Panam consists of three genera namely the genus Bacillus, Micrococcus and Pseudomonas, whereas isolates bacteria found in soil / sand contaminated with petroleum waste in the form of a spill or spills of diesel at gas stations COCO 11,282,604 Pekanbaru and gas stations 14,284,623 Panam consists of four genera namely the genus Bacillus, Citrobacter, Enterobacter, and Micrococcus. The results of this study can be used as a learning module design in high school biology in order to enrich the teaching materials on the concept of bacterial characteristics eubacteria.Keywords: Bacteria, Public Refueling Stations (Gas Stations), Learning Modules

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to improve the learning results of the IPA through the application of cooperative learning model type NHT in Grade VII. SMP Negeri 1 c Sinaboi one stop Lessons Year 2015/2016. This research was conducted in Class VII. SMP Negeri 1 c Sinaboi one roof Sinaboi Rokan Hilir in even-numbered years semester lesson 2015/2016. The subject of research is the grade 1 Land Junior Sinaboi one roof Sinaboi Rokan Hilir totalling 25 students consisting of 12 male students and female students. Based on the results of the Research Action class (PTK) and the application of Cooperative learning, NHT Type absorption cycle I by students on average 65.2 with category II cycle less on average power serapnya be 73.6 by category either. Ketuntasan Individual students in cycle I, by 60% and cycle II amounted to 88%.Classical Ketuntasan on cycle I don't thoroughly i.e. by 40% and in cycle II not completely 12%. Student activity on the cycle of the cycle I with average 73.2% category both on cycle II with an average of 95.2% by category. The activity of the teacher in the cycle I with average 65.75% categories good, cycle II with an average of 94.7% category. Group Award at the cycle I to five groups awarded a group of good, very good and super. Group I was 14 with good predicate, group II mean 12 with good, group III was 18 with excellent, Group IV mean 5 with good and Group V 28 average with super. While on cycle II to five groups awarded a group of good, very good and super. Group I was 20 with excellent, group II was 20 with excellent, group III 22 average with excellent, Group IV average 26 with super and Group V 26 average with super. Cooperative learning model by applying type NHT can improve learning outcomes grade VII. Abstract

Abstract: The study was conducted to identification of bacteria on the tomato sauce which used by grilled meatballs seller around the University of Riau as design module biology learning in senior high school in March and April 2016. The results are used for designing learning modules on subjects biology. This research was conducted in two stages: stage of laboratory research and design phase of learning modules. This research is descriptive and conducted by examination in the laboratory. The sampling technique in this study, done by using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the isolated bacteria found in tomato sauce before uses consists of three genera namely the genus Bacillus, Enterobacter  and Pseudomonas. The isolated bacteria found in tomato sauce after uses consists of three genera namely the genus Bacillus, Enterobacter  and Pseudomonas. The results of this study can be used as a learning module design in high school biology in order to enrich the teaching materials on the concept of bacterial characteristics eubacteria.
