Abstract

PT Greenprosa Adikara Nusa merupakan perusahaan pengelolaan sampah di Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi maggot kering. Dalam proses rantai pasoknya, perusahaan menghadapi berbagai risiko yang dapat mengganggu kelancaran operasional dan pencapaian target produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi risiko dan merancang strategi mitigasi pada setiap tahap rantai pasok. Metode yang digunakan diawali dengan pemetaan proses bisnis dan identifikasi risiko, dilanjutkan dengan anaisis menggunakan House of Risk (HOR) 1 untuk menentukan risk agent priority serta perancangan strategi mitigasi melalui House of Risk (HOR) 2. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan matriks HOR 1 yang memiliki nilai ARP (Aggregate Risk Potential) tertinggi merupakan bubur sampah kurang berkualitas (karena tercampur dengan plastik) (A5), bibit maggot kepanasan (A15) dan keterbatasan supply sampah organik dapur (A2). Serta, dalam matriks HOR fase 1 terdapat 5 agen risiko (Risk agent) yang memiliki nilai ARP tertinggi dan kemudian akan dilakukan perancangan strategi mitigasi risiko, agar dapat mengurangi dampak risiko yang terjadi dalam perusahaan PT Greenprosa, dan terdapat 11 strategi mitigasi risiko (Proactive Action) yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi ataupun mengurangi kemungkinan (probabilitas) munculnya agen risiko, serta strategi dengan nilai ETD tertinggi adalah menjalin kerja sama dengan mitra untuk pemenuhan pasokan sampah organik.

Abstract

Batik Kraton SME is one of the industries in Pekalongan that has been producing batik for 20 years. TheSME has never conducted supply chain measurements before, even though the industry has been aroundfor a long time. Quick-change in customer behavior become the obstacle for the industry. Supply chainperformance measurement will be carried out to determine whether the industry is superior or not inmanaging their supply chain and what improvements must be conducted in order to compete in the market.Performance measurement will involve supply chain processes and indicator metrics. The methods used inthis research are SCOR 12.0 Model and Analytical Hierarchy Process which for make to order type ofproduction process. The results of the supply chain performance measurement show an average score of69.39 which is included in the average or medium category. Each performance score of the core processesfor plan, source, make, deliver, return, and enable are 87.05; 94.25; 68.13; 79.79; 75.47; 11.66. It isacknowledged that the highest score of process performance is “source” and the lowest score is “enable”.These indicators inform that the supply chain process at Batik Kraton SME still needs improvement inseveral sectors.

Abstract

Handling the distribution of broilers has special attention. The distribution of poultry should be done in the shortest possible time to decrease broiler mortality rate. Real-time monitoring of poultry distribution is expected to control the stress level of poultry due to the length of travel time by limiting the delivery time window. In order to control the distribution time and distance, it is necessary to integrate vehicle routing and mobile technology. By adopting the digital twin-enabled framework model and combining it with Google APIs, web and mobile applications are generated to accommodate the real-time traveling time, vehicle capacity, and pickup-delivery activity. There is a significant change in travel distance in one delivery cycle after implementing the developed technology. The total travel distance was 493 KM decreased to 436 KM, which means a decrease of 11.5% from the initial total travel distance. In addition, there was a change in the total penalty time (delay) from 102 minutes to 85 minutes, decreasing delay time by 16.6%. This mobile technology's development can indirectly increase vehicle utilization by not overloading the vehicle capacity and reducing vehicle travel distance.

Abstract

Located in a hilly area of Banyumas with high stunting and poverty rates, Windujaya Village faces significant geographical and infrastructural challenges. This community service program implements an integrated farming system based on Appropriate Technology (TTG) and a closed-loop production model. Key innovations include maggot cultivation, biofloc catfish farming, hydroponics, and an IoT-integrated smart chicken coop powered by solar energy. Through training and mentoring, the program successfully improved residents' skills, reduced feed and energy costs, and diversified income sources. The integration of IoT and sustainable farming models proved effective in enhancing food security and fostering adaptive community empowerment in marginalized areas.

Abstract

In the logistics industry, fresh food transportation requires effective management of driver fatigue to maintain safety and service quality. With the increasing digital connectivity, Internet of Things (IoT) technology has become a promising solution to monitor driver fatigue in real-time. This research aims to design an adaptive IoT-based driver fatigue monitoring system specifically for fresh food transportation. Through a case study in the logistics industry, we identified specific challenges and needs in driver fatigue management. Based on the identification results, we developed a system that utilizes IoT sensors integrated in vehicles and drivers' smartphones. The system automatically monitors the driver's physical condition and behavior and provides real-time alerts if signs of fatigue are detected. With an adaptive approach, the system can customize recommendations and interventions according to the measured fatigue level. The results of the case study show that the designed system is able to reduce the risk of driver fatigue, increase transportation safety, and improve service quality in fresh food transportation. This research contributes to the practical understanding of the implementation of IoT technology in driver fatigue management, particularly in the context of the logistics and fresh food transportation industries.

Abstract

Desa Pernasidi, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas, memiliki potensi besar dalam produksi gula semut sebagai salah satu produk unggulan daerah. Namun, berbagai permasalahan seperti teknologi produksi yang tradisional, rendahnya kualitas produk, dan kurangnya inovasi kemasan menghambat daya saing produk di pasar lokal dan internasional. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan petani gula kelapa melalui penerapan teknologi modern, penguatan branding, dan inovasi kemasan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan penggunaan mesin pengering dan pengaduk otomatis, desain kemasan yang menarik, serta pendampingan pemasaran digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi hingga 40%, pendapatan petani meningkat sebesar 25%, dan 50% produk mitra telah memperoleh sertifikasi PIRT dan halal. Selain itu, strategi branding dan pemasaran digital berhasil membuka akses pasar baru, termasuk peluang ekspor. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis teknologi dan inovasi kemasan dapat meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal, sekaligus memberikan dampak sosial-ekonomi yang signifikan bagi masyarakat. Kesimpulannya, program ini dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan yang berkelanjutan dan direplikasi di daerah lain dengan potensi serupa.
