Abstract

The realization of the large potential of zakat funds is not maximum and has become the background of this research. This shows that the optimization of zakat collection is still low. Many factors have caused this, including the adaptation and implementation of digital zakat, especially financial technology (fintech). The purpose of this research is to determine the use of financial technology in a zakat institution, especially to optimize the collection of ZIS funds. There are still many obstacles to the utilization of digital zakat for zakat institutions. On the other hand, there are many benefits from the adaptation and implementation of digital zakat, especially fintech, including strengthening zakat governance, optimizing zakat collection and others. For this reason, it is very important to examine the response of zakat institutions to financial technology to optimize zakat collection. The research method used is a case study method with a descriptive analysis research approach at BAZNAS Jawa Barat. Data collection techniques: documentation and interviews. The results show that the implementation of fintech at BAZNAS Jawa Barat is essential due to the rapid technological changes and the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020. Its effectiveness is very good that affects on the increase of  ZIS fundraising from 2018 to 2021.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of knowledge, behavior, and religiosity on the implementation of Sharia accounting and the performance of Islamic Cooperatives (BMT) in Purwakarta and Karawang Districts. The study involved 144 board members from 26 BMTs located in the two districts. The research method used was quantitative analysis with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis. The results of the study showed significant and consistent findings with the research hypotheses. Firstly, knowledge has a significant impact on the performance of BMTs. This means that the higher the level of knowledge of BMT board members about Sharia accounting, the better the performance of the BMT. Secondly, behavior also has a significant influence on the performance of BMTs. This indicates that the more positive the behavior of board members in implementing Sharia accounting, the higher the performance of the BMT. Thirdly, religiosity also has a significant impact on the performance of BMTs. The study shows that the higher the level of religiosity of BMT board members, the better the performance of the BMT. The results of this research have impact on BMTs in improving their performance. BMT board members need to enhance their knowledge of Sharia accounting through appropriate training and education. Additionally, BMTs should promote positive behavior and prioritize religious values in the implementation of Sharia accounting. A better understanding of these factors is expected to enhance the performance of BMTs and serve as a guide for the development of BMTs in the future.

Abstract

Dana pensiun Unisba merupakan Dana pensiun pemberi kerja yang menjalankan program pensiun manfaat pasti. Pada tahun 2024 dana pensiun Unisba dibubarkan dan dikonversi ke Dana Pensiun Lembaga keuangan dengan program pensiun iuran pasti, sehingga para pensiunan Unisba yang semula menerima manfaat pensiun bulanan, harus menerima sisa manfaat pensiun secara sekaligus. Pensiunan Unisba harus berusaha menambah penghasilan karena mereka sudah tidak menerima lagi uang pensiun bulanan untuk membiayai kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu cara untuk menambah penghasilan mereka adalah dengan memberikan keterampilan untuk mengoperasikan program shopee affiliate, sehingga mereka dapat memperoleh komisi dari hasil memasarkan produk yang ada di shopee. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan ini untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada pensiunan Unisba dalam menjalankan program shopee affiliate dan memperoleh komisi sebagai keuntungan yang mereka peroleh dari shopee affiliate. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini terdiri dari Pengumpulan data, Penentuan potensi-potensi penghasilan tambahan, penyusunan modul, dan perhitungan keuntungan setelah beriklan di shopee affiliate. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Tim PKM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unisba dengan memberikan pelatihan sebanyak empat kali dan menghasilkan para pensiunan Unisba dapat mengoperasikan shopee affiliate. Selain itu, 70% dari peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan ini sudah mendapatkan komisi sebagai keuntungan yang diperoleh dari shopee affiliate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategies of Zakat institutions in adopting financial technology to optimize ZIS collection. The recognition of the significant potential of the Zakat funds has yet to be fully realized, forming a backdrop for this research. This indicated that the efficiency of the zakat collection did not reach its maximum potential. Various factors contribute to this situation, including challenges in adopting and implementing financial technology, particularly through financial technology (Fintech). Numerous hurdles hinder the effective utilization of financial technology by Zakat institutions. Conversely, embracing and incorporating Fintech, offers various advantages, such as enhancing Zakat governance and optimizing collection processes. Consequently, it is crucial to investigate how zakat institutions respond to financial technology to enhance zakat collection. This research employs a case study methodology and a descriptive analysis research approach, focusing on LAZ Rumah Zakat. The data collection involved documentation and interviews. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of fintech in LAZ Rumah Zakat is very much needed to support the zakat collection strategy, especially with the use of social media and other technology media. Especially the rapid use of technology as an impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021.

Abstract

The background to this research is that Al-Qur'an Hadith is part of the educational material taught at MTs Negeri 1 Langkat, and the implementation of the Independent Learning concept in learning Al-Qur'an Hadith is relatively new at MTs Negeri 1 Langkat. The aim of this research is: To determine the implementation of Al-Qur'an hadith learning based on independent learning teaching modules at MTs Negeri 1 Langkat. This research uses this research method, qualitative research is used. The results of this research are that Al Qur'an Hadith learning based on the independent learning teaching module at MTs Negeri 1 Langkat is in accordance with the plans prepared by the Al Qur'an Hadith teacher. The learning implementation includes preliminary activities containing warm-up and apperception, core activities containing material delivery, and closing activities containing formative assessment

Abstract

The Program for Accelerating the Improvement of Irrigation Water Use Use is one of the programs based on the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24/Prt/M/2017 concerning General Guidelines for the Program for the Acceleration of Increasing Irrigation Water Use Use. Implementation of P3-TGAI activities in the form of repairing irrigation networks, rehabilitation of irrigation networks and improvement of irrigation networks. P3-TGAI is a program to repair, rehabilitate or improve irrigation networks based on the participation of farming communities implemented by Associations of Water-User Farmers (P3A). As for this research, it is planned to procure socialization regarding the operating and maintenance procedures of the P3A irrigation system, so that it can be utilized properly and for a long time. P3A institutions must contribute to irrigation management and be able to carry out the duties and obligations in maintaining irrigation networks. It is also expected to be able to carry out the development and management of an irrigation system properly and sustainably and be able to increase agricultural productivity and production.
