Abstract

Kecamatan Belinyu merupakan kecamatan penghasil timah terbesar di Kabupaten Bangka. Hal ini kemudian menjadikan pertambangan di Kecamatan Belinyu tumbuh tanpa terkendali dan pengawasan terhadap lingkungan tidak terlihat sehingga dampak lingkungan dari penambangan timah mengakibatkan perubahan alih fungsi lahan hutan yang sangat berdampak terhadap munculnya lahan kritis. Bahkan menurut BPS Bangka Belitung tahun 2016 kerusakan hutan secara keseluruhan di Bangka Belitung yang diakibatkan dari aktivitas penambangan timah sebesar 90 ribu hektar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan kerapatan kanopi hutan di Kecamatan Belinyu berdasarkan metode penginderaan jauh yaitu forest canopy density pada citra Sentinel-2A dengan analisis multiwaktu pada tahun 2016 dan 2022. Tujuan penelitian berikutnya adalah menganalisis hasil akurasi kerapatan kanopi hutan dari data citra sentinel 2A menggunakan Forest Canopy Density. Perubahan kanopi hutan selama tahun 2016 dan 2022 menunjukan perubahan kerapatan kanopi hutan yang paling luas pada kelas kerapatan rendah 1-10% menurun dari 14768.1 Ha menjadi 1561.54 Ha yaitu, sebesar 13206.56 Ha. Sedangkan berdasarkan pengolahan FCD untuk hasil analisis kerapatan kanopi hutan di Kecamatan Belinyu menggunakan Sentinel-2A tahun 2022 memiliki akurasi 86%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenginderaan jauh merupakan alat dan teknik untuk mengambil data spasial tanpa menyentuh secara langsung objek yang dituju. Salah satu kegunaan penginderaan jauh adalah mengetahui tingkat kerapatan vegetasi menggunakan metode unsupervised classification K- Means dan perhitungan NDVI. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Pangandaran dan menghasilkan peta kerapatan vegetasi. Hasil klasifikasi kerapatan vegetasi di Kecamatan Pangandaran menghasilkan sebanyak 5 klasifikasi yaitu badan air, vegetasi jarang, cukup rapat, rapat, sangat rapat. Peta kerapatan vegetasi tersebut telah dilakukan uji akurasi dan validasi lapangan dengan akurasi sebesar 25% tingkat akurasi dari hasil interpretasi yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa peta yang dihasilkan belum memenuhi standar USGS untuk dapat digunakan yaitu sebesar 85%.Kata Kunci: Pengindraan Jauh, NDVI, K-Means- Kerapatan Vegetasi, PangandaranABSTRACTRemote sensing is a tool and technique for retrieving spatial data without touching the intended object. One of the uses of remote sensing is to knowing the level of vegetation density using the unsupervised classification K-Means method and NDVI calculations.This research was conducted in Pandandaran sub-district and produced a map of vegetation density. The results of the classification of vegetation density in the Pangandaran sub-district resulted in as many as 5 classifications namely water bodies, sparse vegetation, fairly dense, dense, very dense. Vegetation density map has been carried out field accuracy and validation tests with an accuracy of 25% The accuracy of the interpretation results obtained shows that the map produced does not meet USGS standards to be used that is equal to 85%

Abstract

This research aims to: analyze built-up area, rainfall potential, and the effort of groundwater conservation in the Ci Hideung watershed. An experimental method was done to discover the depth of groundwater. Landsat 8 Images are used to analyze the land cover. Rainfall volume is measured by formula; V = Rainfall.area, while the infiltration wells using formula: V = volume (m3).area. The infiltration measurement uses a double ring infiltrometer. Built-up land area are 1.563 km2 (14.77 %) and non built-up area are 9.022km2(85.27 %). The lowest rainfall potential to be absorbed is in May with a volume of 0.282 m3, while the highest is in November with a thickness of 2.912 m. Rainfall volume needs to be absorbed through the infiltration wells on the smallest land unit every 100 m2. The highest rainfall thickness is 2.912, then the volume of 302.40 mm3 was added to the infiltration wells with a length of 1 meter and a wide of 1 meter with a depth of 2.912 meters. Groundwater conservation is highly needed to increase groundwater supply. The highest rainfall volume of 302.40 mm3 could be absorbed in 2.91 hours (174.46 minutes) and the longest is in 3.64 hours. The infiltration wells have a role in storing rainfall to increase groundwater supply so that groundwater surface is also increased.

Abstract

Sustainable development and the goals that have been set by the UN are the results of mutual agreement on various pressing issues that must be addressed by our society. Along with the pandemic conditions that hit various parts of the world, the challenges for the realization of sustainable development are getting higher. Geospatial technology offers reliable tools to support the various processes and stages of planning, analysis, problem-solving, decision making, and process management necessary to pursue this common goal. GIScience has a very important role in investigating opportunities to help solve sustainable development problems. This study presents the state of the art of how GIScience plays a role to achieve sustainable development goals particularly during pandemic covid situations which resulting in a backward for some actors in several countries to achieve these goals. This study uses the content analysis method to analyze various issues related to sustainable development, SDGs, pandemic covid-19, and GIScience. Not only providing state of the art of research, but this paper also presents how actually GIScience can help to accelerate the problems thus the ultimate goal of sustainability can be achieved.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are i) to classify hotel and restaurant taxpayers in the city of Tasikmalaya based on the level of compliance; ii) to determine the locations of hotel and restaurant tax objects in the city of Tasikmalaya (geospatial-based hotel and restaurant tax object database). The research method used is a survei method with a research sample of 104 taxpayers and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results showed the restaurant tax classification based on compliance in the city of Tasikmalaya, generally taxpayers comply with local tax regulations, seen from 4 aspects of compliance, namely awareness, obedience, fluency and timeliness. Map of the distribution of hotels and restaurants in the City of Tasikmalaya, equipped with the coordinate point attribute for each taxpayer.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: i) untuk mengklasifikasikan wajib pajak hotel dan restoran yang ada di wilayah kota tasikmalaya berdasarkan tingkat kepatuhan, ii) untuk menentukan lokasi-lokasi objek pajak hotel dan restoran yang ada  di wilayah Kota Tasikmalaya (database objek pajak hotel dan restoran berbasis geospasial). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 104 wajib pajak serta analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Klasifikasi pajak restoran berdasarkan kepatuhan di Kota Tasikmalaya, bahwa pada umumnya wajib pajak mematuhi terhadap peraturan perpajakan daerah, dilihat dari 4 aspek kepatuhan yaitu kesadaran, ketaatan, kelancaran dan ketepatan waktu. Hasil penelitian dijabarkan pula dalam peta sebaran hotel dan restoran di Kota Tasikmalaya, dilengkapi dengan atribut titik koordinat setiap wajib pajak.

Abstract

Ci Tarum River is one of the rivers that is widely used for people's lives. Over time, the environmental conditions of the Ci Tarum River have decreased in quality. Ci Tarum has at least five segments with its own characteristics and focus on problems in each segment. Problems commonly encountered along the Ci Tarum stream are caused by land use along the riverbank, characteristics of residents around the river, characteristics and morphology of land around the river, land ownership status and policies and law enforcement. The handling of problems that occur in the river corridor has been implemented in one of the rivers in Melbourne, Australia, namely the Yarra River. There are several things that need to be considered in handling problems in the Ci Tarum River, namely the actual condition and use of land in the river corridor, land tenure status and social control, potential pollutants in the form of liquid and solid waste, community aspirations in the study village as well as pre-design development and utilization development. land in the Ci Tarum River Corridor. The urgency to organize the Ci Tarum River corridors from a physical and social perspective is important to balance or make as proportional as possible.

Abstract

Vegetasi yaitu kumpukan berbagai macam tumbuhan yang mendiami satu wilayah dengan peranan penting dalam membentuk keseimbangan lingkungan. Mengingat pentingnya manfaat vegetasi bagi kehidupan manusia, maka ketersediaan data sebaran spasial vegetasi menjadi penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan citra Sentinel-2A dengan metode MSARVI dalam mengidentifikasi kerapatan vegetasi karena memiliki keakuratan yang lebih baik dibanding metode lainnya. Hasil interpretasi citra menggunakan metode MSARVI menghasilkan 4 kelas. Dibutuhkan metode tambahan untuk membantu menganalisis vegetasi dan peneliti memilih metode FCD yang merupakan salah satu metode untuk mengestimasi kerapatan kanopi hutan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor vegetasi, tanah terbuka, temperatur, dan bayangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan dan mengidentifikasi tingkat kerapatan vegetasi dan klasifikasi kerapatan area vegetasi di Desa Cihanjuang Rahayu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis metode MSARVI, dari 8 titik sampel uji akurasi didapatkan tingkat akurasi keseluruhan sebesar 87,5%, koefisien kappa sebesar 83,7%. Dari 8 titik sampel hanya ada satu titik yang tidak sesuai saat di lapangan.

Abstract

Air quality is a crucial parameter in human life. One air quality indicator can be observed through Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD). If these substances are pollutants such as particulate matter, aerosols, and ozone, it is confident that air quality will deteriorate, threatening human health and causing climate change. AOD monitoring can be used as a basis for policymakers and related parties to maintain the stability of air quality in the atmosphere. Many ground observation stations monitor air quality by obtaining data on PM2.5 and PM10 aerosol particles. However, the number of ground stations is limited, resulting in incomplete data. Fortunately, remote sensing satellites have the advantage of covering large areas and providing continuous observations, with the ability to gather information on large-scale aerosol and obtain spatiotemporal distribution. Therefore, this research aims to obtain AOD through Himawari-8 and analyze the spatiotemporal air quality in urban areas of West Java based on AOD. The research methodology used in this study is descriptive analysis with an empirical research approach. Assisted by remote sensing technology and Geographic Information Systems, this research generates AOD data extraction that can be obtained from the new generation satellite of Himawari-8. The distribution of AOD levels and spatiotemporal monitoring in urban areas of West Java is very dynamic depending on anthropogenic activity in a particular area and time. Keywords: Aerosol Optical Depth (AOD), Air Quality, Himawari-8

Abstract

Floods are one of the many disasters that often occur in Indonesia. Based on data released by BNPB (2017), approximately 31.3% of natural disasters that occur in Indonesia are floods. In general, floods also frequently occur in the administrative area of the Indramayu Regency. Indramayu, which is a coastal area and has topography with an average slope of 0-2%, certainly increases the potential for flood disasters. To help deal with the problem of frequent flooding, radar system remote sensing technology can be utilized to map flood inundation areas effectively. This research was conducted to help identify and map the location of flood inundation in Indramayu Regency using Sentinel-1 multi-temporal Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery. Radar images are processed on the Google Earth Engine using the Backscatter algorithm method. The processing results show that an area of 87581.5 ha or 42.1% of the total area of Indramayu Regency has the potential and frequent occurrence of flooding.

Abstract

This research was carried to develop and test Web-GIS worksheet to attain basic competences in geography learning as researched in Class XI IPS in SMAK 3 Bina Bakti Bandung. This research implemented 4D model. The instruments that were used are expert appraisal sheet through the validation of aspect of media and content, percentage of practicality, student performance test, and response questionnaire. The result of this study is the Web-GIS worksheet that is able to be implemented tp support the attainment of Basic Competencies 3.6 and 4.6. Validity of worksheet is indicated by content validity of 91.66% and media validity of 92.5%. Worksheet practicality is proven by 93.75% implementation percentage with students’ performance score as many as 87.83%. Through response questionnaire, there are as many as 88.98% positive responses toward worksheet’s didactic, constructive, and technical requirements, together with basic competencies attainment indicators. Findings from this research indicate that the developed Web-GIS worksheet is valid and practically able to be implemented in geography learning to attain basic competencies of local culture mapping.
