Abstract

Law number 15 of 2011 concerning General Election Organizers states that the election organizer is an institution that organizes elections consisting of the General Election Commission and the Election Supervisory Body as one unit. Elections that are stored in Regency/City are called Regency/City KPUs as described in Law No. 15 of 2011. In sending the KPU, the KPU is assisted by the Election Committee (PPK), Voting Committee (PPS), and Voting Organizers (KPPS). ) as described in Article 3 of the General Election Commission Regulation Number 3 of 2018. These PPK, PPS, and KPPS were established directly by the Regency/City KPU as stated in Article 10 paragraphs 1 to 3 of Law No. 15 of 2011. Currently the formation and the selection process for some of these institutions is still manual. Currently there is an instrument that will assist in supporting decisions based on mathematical calculations called the Decision Support System (DSS). DSS is a system that functions to provide information, predict, and direct options to information users in order to make decisions.

Abstract

Academic activities are daily operational activities that occur in an educational institution, especially in universities. Academic activities must be carried out by students and lecturers. Within the scope of academic activities at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, the media used to convey information on the current academic schedule no longer uses bulletin boards but uses social media, namely whatsapp. Although academic activities are routine, it is still common for students and lecturers to forget the schedule of academic activities. To overcome this, the Faculty of Engineering requires a personal digital assistant application (virtual assistant) as an accurate, efficient and portable reminder. The virtual assistant application that is built consists of two platforms. First, the mobile platform used by lecturers and students to view some academic agenda information and receive real-time information/announcements and notifications/alarms related to academic activities. Second, the web platform used by the Administration to broadcast announcements or invitations to mobile application users. Based on the test results, the virtual assistant application can run on two platforms.

Abstract

Proses seleksi dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu selama ini masih berpedoman pada kriteria penilaian serta persyaratan-persyaratan yang telah ditentukan. Berdasarkan observasi langsung di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu sistem penilaian dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa masih dilakukan secara konvensional atau manual. Maka dari itu, dengan tujuan membantu pihak LazisMu di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penentuan penerima beasiswa khususnya bagi mahasiswa yang berprestasi dan kurang mampu. sehingga dalam penyelesaiannya diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan untuk multikriteria. Metode yang diterapkan pada sistem pendukung keputusan adalah AHP (analytical Hierarchy Process). Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) merupakan metode yang banyak digunakan dalam kasus pembobotan kriteria dan penentuan prioritas setiap kriteria berdasarkan matriks perbandingan berpasangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu membantu memberikan rekomendasi pihak lazimu dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa.

Abstract

This research presents the study of application design of Bisindo dictionary with Android-based by using Boyer Moore algorithm. In this reseach, researcher developed it by using Boyer Moore algorithm. This reseach uses the UCD method, which conducts interview toward users of reseach sites, as well as tests on applications or sign language dictionaries, it is BISINDO. From the result of reseach that has been carried out, the Bisindo dictionary (sign language dictionary) can help the learning system for students, teachers, and general people. As the needs feasibility of Indonesia sign language dictionary obtained average scored with excellent information.

Abstract

The level of student satisfaction with the services of the Administrative Services section of the Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu is not yet known. To determine the level of student satisfaction in receiving these services, it is necessary to create a system that can measure the level of student satisfaction with the services provided. In conducting this research, the development method of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a gradual approach to analyze and build a system design using a specific cycle for user activities and the approach method used in measuring the level of satisfaction using a licker scale. This system is built with the XAMPP tool that can test applications without requiring an internet connection, PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the system made can help and make it easier to find out the level of student satisfaction with the services provided and the faculty in particular can quickly improve and improve the performance of services that get bad ratings. From the overall assessment, the value of service satisfaction level is 89.26 with a very good predicate. It is hoped that this application is always up to date so that it follows the development of Android-based technology.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) dapat dipahami sebagai pemberian sejumlah uang (dana tunai) kepada masyarakat miskin. Program BLT ini dalam pelaksanaanya harus langsung menyentuh dan memberikan manfaat langsung kepada masyarakat miskin guna mendorong tanggung jawab sosial bersama dan dapat menumbuhkan kepercayaan masyarakat kepada pemerintah yang secara konsisten mesti benar-benar memperhatikan Rumah Tangga Sasaran yang pasti merasakan beban berat sebagai akibat dari dampak pandemi Covid-19. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam program BLT ini adalah ketidak tepatannya sasaran yang berhak menerima bantuan tersebut karena kurang nya informasi atau profil dari penerima bantuan langsung tunai tersebut. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini perlu diberlakukan beberapa kriteria dengan menerapkan metode Promethee dalam memberikan BLT kriteria yang digunakan dalam promethee adalah penggunaan nilai hubungan outranking yang dapat menseleksi data. Metode Promethee merupakan salah satu metode penentuan prioritas dalam analisis menyediakan banyak fungsi yang dapat mengakomodasi berbagai karakteristik data. Sehingga pada system yang ada dapat membantu dan memudahkan pihak terkait pada Pemerintah Desa  Padang Tepong dalam menentukan calon Penerima, sistem dalam program berjalan dengan baik dan penentuan penerima BLT menghasilkan data-data yang valid. Sitem pendukung keputusan ini dapat membantu kepala desa dan perangkat desa dalam penentuan penerima (BLT), dapat melihat tingkat keberhasilan metode Promethee dalam ketepatan memberikan bantuan langsung tunai dengan melihat data kriteria yang ada.Kata Kunci : BLT, Covid-19, Promethee, Penerima, Program.ABSTACKDirect Cash Assistance (BLT) can be understood as giving some money (cash) to the poor. This BLT program in its implementation must directly touch and provide direct benefits to the poor to encourage shared social responsibility and can foster public trust in the government which consistently must really pay attention to target households that must feel a heavy burden as a result of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The problem that often occurs in this BLT program is the inappropriateness of the target who is entitled to receive such assistance because of the lack of information or profile of the recipient of the direct cash assistance. So in this study it is necessary to apply some criteria by applying the Promethee method in providing BLT criteria used in promethee is the use of outranking relationship values that can select data. Promethee is one of the methods of prioritization in analysis providing many functions that can accommodate various characteristics of data. So that the existing system can help and facilitate related parties in the Padang Tepong Village Government in determining prospective recipients, the system in the program runs well and the determination of BLT recipients produces valid data. Proponents of this decision can help village heads and village devices in determining recipients (BLT), able to see the success rate of promethee methods in accuracy providing direct cash assistance by looking at existing criteria data.Keyword : BLT, Covid-19, Promethee, Beneficiary, Program

Abstract

The face is one of the body parts that exist in humans which is often used as a sign of identification between one person and another, so the face can be said to be a unique thing because it has differences. With these differences, faces are often used as a marker of self-identity so that they can be recognized by others. The introduction of this identity is an important thing that is used in various purposes, such as attendance attendance, online exams, banking transactions, online buying and selling, and so on. Even in the development of technology today is increasingly progressing, one of which is facial recognition technology can be used to access security unlocks on smartphones. In this study, face detection can be done using the Haarcascade method. The Haar Cascade algorithm is one of the algorithms used to detect a face. The algorithm is able to detect quickly and in real time an object including a human face. In analyzing face detection using the Haar cascade algorithm, the input image must match what will be detected so that it can detect the face precisely. The light intensity must be sufficient for the face to be detected. The testing process was carried out with a distance of 50 Cm, 80 Cm and 100 Cm with the results of measurements using a successful matrix confussion with a value of 92%.

Abstract

Dana Desa as described in Article 1 paragraph 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 190/PMK.7/2021 is a fund sourced from the state revenue and expenditure budget intended for Villages which is transferred through the district/city regional revenue and expenditure budget and is used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. Village BLT itself is budgeted for at least 40% of the ceiling value of the Village Fund received by each Village as regulated in Presidential Regulation No. 104 of 2021. For BLT Village recipients, it is regulated in Article 33 paragraph (1) of the Minister of Finance Number 190/PMK.07/ 2021. However, there are not a few mistakes and injustices in receiving BLT Desa. Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can provide a reference in making decisions based on mathematical calculations of the values ​​of the determining criteria. Therefore, it is necessary to create a "Decision Support System in the Distribution of Direct Cash Assistance (BLTDD) in Bunga Mas Village, Seluma Regency Using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) Algorithm" through the calculation of the criteria values ​​that have been regulated in the Minister of Finance Regulation no. 190/PMK.7/2021 and this system will contain Techniques from the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) algorithm for the calculation method..

Abstract

Motorcycle vehicles are one of the means of transportation that are needed by the community because motorbikes can provide good mobility in congested areas. The author will make a system analysis for the selection of used motorcycles in the Zakiyah Motor showroom based on a Decision Support System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This application is made using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL Database. The results of this study are that the decision support system for buying used motorcycles using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) algorithm can facilitate the admin or the Zakiyah Motor Bengkulu party in determining the decision to buy used motorcycles for consumers.

Abstract

The rapid use of information technology today has made the government more aware of the benefits of using information technology, especially in the internet sector. The high use of the internet is inseparable from the emergence of various website applications developed by the community, entrepreneurs, including government agencies. The Central Government strongly supports the creation of various kinds of community service websites as an effort to keep the wheels of government running. The development of this community service website is an effort to prevent crowds at public service facilities which currently need to be avoided to prevent the transmission of the Covid-19 outbreak, which recently has not shown a significant decline. In terms of community services in rural areas, the central government also understands and encourages village governments to have village websites that can be used to empower villages and village communities, this is evidenced by the launch of the desa.id domain extension as an official domain extension and is devoted to websites. Village website development is also a government priority program contained in Permendesa Number 11 of 2019 concerning Priority for the Use of Village Funds in 2020 in Appendix I CHAPTER I Letter E concerning Priority List in the Village Development Sector, Point d concerning Procurement, Development, utilization and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure information and communication and item 2 mentions the creation of a village website. This shows that the central government is really serious so that villages can develop website-based services and information. Karang Dapo Village is one of the villages located in Sikap Dalamg District, Empat Lawang Regency, Sumatera Selatan Province. The constraints experienced by the Karang Dapo village government today are the limited access to information that can be seen and accessed by the village community in particular and the surrounding community in general, especially access to information on village activities, village administration, superior village products and village locations. Based on these problems, it encourages the author to create a website and administrative application for the Weskut village. With the existence of a village website and an online village administration application it is hoped that in providing services to the community it can be maximized, and access to information about the village of Karang Dapo can be accessed and seen by anyone and from anywhere while an internet network is still available.
