Abstract

Di era perkembangan zaman pada saat ini apakah jasa trasportasi masih diminati oleh para konsumennya apalagi bisa membuat memiliki rasa loyalitas terhadap suatu brand tertentu terlebih lagi terdapat banyak pesaing yang menawarkan jasa yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh dari brand Travel Kangaroo terhadap loyalitas pengguna jasa trasnportasi di samarinda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengguna jasa trasnportasi pada Travel Kangaroo serta teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner dengan umlah sampel sebanyak 97 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel brand menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi kurang dari 0,10 dan hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari ujit t dimana nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (5,897 > 1,661). Maka dengan begitu dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel brand terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Application of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) Cooperative Learning Modelaims to improve and improve the learning process in economics class XI IPS B SMA IT Granada which is carried out collaboratively between researchers and economics teachers. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPS B which consisted of 15 students. This research was conducted for three cycles. Data collection consisted of observation, documentation, tests and distribution of learning motivation questionnaires. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the type cooperative learning modelNumbered Heads Togethercan increase learning motivation and student learning outcomesclass XI IPS B at SMA IT Granada. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that using the Numbered Heads Together cooperative learning model can improve learning outcomes and learning motivation. This is indicated by an increase in learning motivation (cycle I to cycle II by 4% and cycle II to cycle III by 6.33%) and learning outcomes (cycle I to cycle II by 33% and cycle II to cycle III by 13%) in each cycle.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi pada dasarnya menunjukkan kemampuan suatu negara untuk menghasilkan output yang hanya melihat infrastruktur dan tidak selalu menjamin kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Jumlah data yang digunakan sebagai populasi pada penelitian ini diambil dari rentang 10 tahun, yakni 2014-2023. Data yang didapatkan melalui literasi situs resmi BPS. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat, diketahui nilai sig 0.023 < dari α (0.05) serta nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,792 > dari t-tabel sebesar 1,860 menunjukkan bahwa indeks pembangunan manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara tahun 2014-2023. Indeks pembanguan manusia terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sangat penting karena menggambarkan lebih dari sekedar pendapatan per kapita melainkan juga mencerminkan kualitas hidup dan potensi pembangunan manusia.

Abstract

Peran motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar sebagai faktor internal yang berpengaruh pada kinerja akademik penting yang dimiliki siswa khususnya dalam implementasi pada pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap kepuasan belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian menggunakan analisis pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda, dengan sampel 60 siswa yang memilih mata pelajaran ekonomi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan kuesioner. Hasil uji f diperoleh nilai Fhitung = 18,498 > Ftabel 3,16, dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka disimpulkan motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai R square sebesar 0,394 artinya motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar berpengaruh sebesar 39,4% terhadap kepuasan belajar. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar memiliki hubungan yang erat dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih positif dan meningkatkan kepuasan siswa dalam pembelajaran ekonomi.

Abstract

The use of digital money in various circles has differences both in frequency and reasons for use. The study aims to determine the use of digital payments based on the field of work and the field of work that utilizes digital payments the most in Samarinda City. The research used a survey type of research, with a descriptive quantitative approach. The sample size was 96 respondents who were residents of Samarinda City with groupings based on field of work. Data collection was done through distributing questionnaires. The research used descriptive analysis and calculation of data percentages, which were processed through the Microsoft Excel application. The results showed that the use of digital payments in Samarinda City provides convenience for people from various occupational groups. People already feel the security, speed, convenience, and efficiency of transactions in using digital payments. 60% of people in Samarinda City based on the field of work in a week use digital payments several times to fulfill their needs.

Abstract

Consumption patterns are changing with the development of the cashless society era, which is characterized by the ease of digital transactions and the increasing use of online platforms in daily economic activities. In Samarinda, this convenience has the potential to influence how individuals manage expenses and determine consumption priorities. This study aims to analyze the consumption patterns of Samarinda residents in the cashless society era and identify the most dominant indicators in shaping consumption behavior. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. The sample consisted of 100 adult respondents aged 19–59 years old, determined using the Slovin formula with the sampling technique being accidental sampling. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics with the calculation of averages and percentages of data. The results of the study, which measured consumption expenditure indicators, changes in consumption over time, the intensity of use of goods and services, and purchasing behavior, showed that in general, the consumption patterns of Samarinda residents were in the very good category with 63% of respondents, followed by the good category with 36%, and only a small portion were in the very bad category. Community expenditure was dominated by basic needs and followed by savings habits. In addition, people tend to shop through online platforms with marketplaces as the main choice. In the purchasing process, people prioritize product quality and authenticity over other factors. These results indicate that Samarinda residents are still able to manage their consumption rationally and purposefully despite the ease of digital transactions. The most dominant indicator of consumption patterns is purchasing behavior, which reflects people's ability to control spending and make informed decisions.

Abstract

Individuals are at risk of facing uncertainty that can lead to financial anxiety if they lack proper financial planning. Financial anxiety arises from suboptimal financial management, a lack of budgeting habits, and a tendency to prioritize non-essential consumption. This study aims to measure the level of financial anxiety among Gen Z in Samarinda City and identify the most dominant indicators influencing it. The study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive design. A sample of 100 respondents aged 19–24 years was determined using the Slovin formula with an accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of averages and percentages. The results showed that the majority of respondents (68%) were in the high financial anxiety category, while only a small proportion were in the low and very low categories. The main causes include not being accustomed to budgeting and not recording expenses. The most dominant indicator is the inability to adjust expenses, as reflected in unplanned expenses, the absence of financial evaluations, and the absence of an emergency fund. Gen Z in Samarinda City still faces challenges in financial management that impact high financial anxiety, so it is necessary to improve literacy and discipline in financial planning.

Abstract

Fulfillment of the needs of life demands that individuals should be able to choose the ideal economic decisions. The decision-making that individuals make to meet needs must be done rationally. When buying or using a product, individuals are supposed to assess and compare the quality of different brands, not just trust one option.  The study aims to determine the comparison of economic irrationality behavior in the younger generation based on gender in Samarinda. The study used a quantitative approach with comparative analysis. The sample was 96 (48 men and 48 women) with respondents aged 16-30 years who were determined using the Lameshow formula with quota sampling technique. Data were collected through Likert scale research questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics in the form of averages and percentages as well as comparative analysis with different tests of Independent Sample t-Test. The results showed that the Independent Sample t-Test obtained a significance value of 0.332 with a value of p>0.05, so that the hypothesis stating the absence of differences in irrationality between men and women is accepted. The young generation of men and women in Samarinda City have high economic irrationality behavior in purchasing decision making which is influenced by emotional, attachment to the price of goods, personal views, and the influence of social media and the social environment without rational consideration related to the needs and benefits of products.

Abstract

This research seeks to determine the relationship of part-time working and learning activities of economics education students at Teacher Training and Education Faculty in Mulawarman University 2019/2020 academic year by using quantitative method. The study's population was drawn from all part-time economic education students, a total of 20 persons. Product moment correlation, validity and reliability tests, and questionnaires were utilized to obtain data from respondents.  According to the findings, part time working is related to the learning activities. The product moment correlation test showed part-time working has a significance level of 0.001 less than 0.005 and a value of rcount > rtable of 0.682 > 0.444, indicating that the correlation strength is "Strong." The findings also tell the proportion of the link between part-time working and learning activities is 0.68 or 68 percent. This indicates that 68 percent of part-time working is linked to learning activities, while the remaining 32 percent is linked to other factors. Looking for additional money is the most common indicator of part-time working, whereas expressing ideas is the most common indicator of learning activities. As a result, the value of r count > r table and Ha is accepted, implying that the relevance of the relationship between part-time working and learning activities is significant.Keywords: Part-Time Working, Learning Activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: 1) the usage of e-wallet for studentsmajoring in PIPS and FKIP at Mulawarman University. 2) Consumptive behaviorof students majoring in PIPS/FKIP at Mulawarman University 3) the effect of ewallet on the consumption behavior of students majoring in PIPS FKIP atMulawarman University. This study uses a quantitative approach. The populationin this study is a Social Science Education student at Mulawarman University, Classof 2018, with a sample of 65 respondents. Researchers gathered information bydistributing questionnaires with Likert scale measurements and conductinginterviews with Mulawarman University's 2018 Social Science Class.The results ofthis study show that an e-wallet produces a regression coefficient of 3.808, meaningthat e-wallets have an effect on consumptive behavior. In conclusion, this studyreveals:1) The most widely used type of e-wallet is ShopeePay. 2)The level ofconsumption among students is still reasonable because students consider thebenefits and uses of the product. 3) The use of e-wallets that influence consumptivebehaviour i.e. discount. 4) Some indicators have no effect on behavior becausestudents still see the benefits of these products. Besides that, not all products makestudents consume directly excessive amounts of them.
