Kawasan pesisir Kabupaten Kulon Progo terdiri dari empat kecamatan, yaitu kecamatan Galur, Panjatan, Wates, dan Temon. Kawasan pesisir ini rentan terhadap dampak negatif aktifitas manusia seperti penggunaan tanah atau pemanfaatannya yang sering tumpang tindih. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis autokorelasi spasial terhadap pemanfaatan kawasan wilayah pesisir di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu pengujian autokorelasi spasial yaitu Local Indicators of Spatial Association (LISA) dengan indikator Local Moran's I, yang menghasilkan signifikansi secara statistik tinggi (hotspots), signifikansi secara statistik rendah (coldspots), dan pencilan (outlier). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecamatan yang termasuk kategori hotspots (H-H) diantaranya Temon dengan lima hotspots pada kawasan permukiman perdesaan, pertanian lahan kering, industri, sempadan pantai, dan suaka alam, Panjatan dengan tiga hotspots pada kawasan permukiman perkotaan, perdagangan, dan sempadan sungai, Galur dengan dua hotspots pada kawasan pertanian lahan basah dan perdagangan, dan Wates dengan satu hotspots pada kawasan industri.Kata kunci: kawasan pesisir, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Local Indicators of Spatial Association, LISA, Local Moran's I.

AbstrakSistem pembayaran elektronik (e-payment) dianggap sebagai tulang punggung e-commerce. Agar diterima secara luas metode pembayaran di seluruh dunia, sistem e-payment harus mengikuti protokol keamanan yang efisien yang menjamin keamanan yang tinggi untuk transaksi online. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) dan Secure Electronic Transaction (SET) merupakan dua protokol yang banyak dibahas untuk mengamankan pembayaran kartu kredit online. Namun, SSL maupun SET telah gagal dalam implementasi pada pengguna akhir, sehingga munculah protokol Secure Electronic Payment (SEP) yang merupakan protokol e-payment yang aman dan efisien yang menawarkan lapisan tambahan perlindungan bagi cardholder dan merchant. Tujuan penulisan ini untuk menentukan protokol mana yang paling cocok untuk keamanan e-payment berdasarkan perbandingan pada end-user implementation requirements. Metode yang digunakan berupa studi literatur dengan melihat karya terkait yang membahas mengenai protokol SSL, SET, SEP yang selanjutnya akan dilakukan perbandingan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari perbandingan protokol keamanan e-payment SSL, SET, dan SEP berdasarkan faktor end-user implementation requirements (usability, flexibility, affordability, reliability, availability, interoperability) yaitu bahwa protokol SEP yang memenuhi syarat dan paling cocok untuk diterapkan dalam keamanan e-payment. Seiring dengan berkembangnya bisnis yang disertai persaingan yang begitu ketat, banyak sekali masalah yang timbul dan turut mempengaruhi Usaha Dagang Bintang Tiurma salah satunya terkait ketersediaan bahan baku. Keadaan seperti ini membuat Usaha Dagang Bintang Tiurma harus memperjuangkan aktivitas usahanya. Demi terjaganya perkembangan produksi, dibutuhkan tahap-tahap agar dapat mengalokasi bahan baku serta meningkatkan keuntungan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini, dapat menggunakan metode Simpleks serta software POM-QM for windows 5.0. Ditambah dengan adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan untuk membantu kegiatan Usaha Dagang Bintang Tiurma. Hal ini memberikan dampak yang begitu besar kepada Usaha Dagang Bintang Tiurma karena selain menyelesaikan masalah keterbatasan bahan baku, perhitungan dengan menggunakan software POM-QM for windows 5.0. menjadi bertambah manfaatnya karena dapat digunakan untuk prediksi penjualan selama masa pandemi Covid-19.

Samsung Partner Plaza is a company that sells smartphones and serves large-scale sales by adopting the membership and computerized systems. The company’s inventory management activities consist of the normal inventory flow direction and management, ranging from the inventory procurement, storage to sales. The company would often face a problem where it would be running out of finished goods inventory to be sold in coming months. The remaining inventory would be inadequate to meet the customer demands. Such situation, and the fact that the company has competitors both inside and outside Sorong city, might cause customers to find other companies that could meet their demands, thus reducing the company’s capacity to generate profit. Given the situation, this research was conducted to create an information system which could be used by Samsung Partner Plaza for inventory forecasting. The system would provide information regarding the correct amount of inventory which could meet the customer demands. The waterfall method was employed to develop the system whereas the exponential smoothing method was employed by the system to perform forecasting. The research produced a forecasting information system which was helpful for the company in predicting the adequate amount of inventory to be ordered to meet the customer demands. The system was tested using the Black Box testing and the results showed that all functions of the system worked well (valid).

The Sorong Islands District Office has problems in terms of employee payroll, because it is still carried out by means of recording using an employee job record book and tax deductions, etc. So it takes a very long time to record the salaries of employees according to class and position. This problem can be solved by utilizing ICT, which is to create a payroll information system according to class or position and the deductions evenly. The method used to design this payroll information system is the waterfall method, with Unified Modeling Language (UML), Macromedia Dreamweaver CS 6 for interface design and XAMPP for database design. The purpose of this research is to be able to process all employee salary data at the Sorong Kepulauan District office in detail so that it is effective and efficient in order to produce an information system that is fast, precise, and accurate.

Bintang Tiruma Trade Business is a Trading Business (TB) that is engaged in trade, namely the production of furniture such as minimalist doors and panel doors. Along with business development accompanied by intense competition, many problems arise and also affect TB, one of which is related to the availability of raw materials. Available raw materials have a limited amount that affects the production process. In order to maintain the development of production, it takes several stages in order to allocate raw materials and increase profits. The combination of the simplex method in processing data and the use of POM-QM software for Windows 5.0 for data analysis can be used as a solution in solving this problem. The result is that this method can speed up and simplify the calculation in determining the maximum profit obtained from the sale of minimalist doors and panel doors made within 1 (one) week. In addition, this greatly helps Bintang Tiurma TB to overcome the constraints of the availability of raw materials.

CV. Tanaya is one of the companies engaged in the field of suppliers, this CV buys raw materials in several Agents. The availability of goods is very influential in production planning, therefore inventory data is needed. Goods inventory data processing in the CV. Tanaya is still manual, namely for recording data using a stock card. This raises the motivation to design and conduct training in the use of information systems about inventory data items, especially in the warehouse CV. Tanaya The method used consists of two stages, the first is observation and interviews with the CV. The second stage is to carry out a community education approach, in this case training the use of the system. Sudoku is a game that sharpens the brain and is very well known. But the problem faced in this condition is how we can find a solution for the completion of this game. Problems with the Sudoku game can be solved by using the concept of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Some of the algorithms that can be used are the Breadth First Search (BFS) and Depth Limited Search (DLS) algorithms. The purpose of this research is to find a solution for Sudoku and make a comparative analysis of the search results of the two algorithms. The results obtained are application design in the form of a simulation of the completion of the Sudoku game problem with two algorithms. And it has been proven from the two algorithms that DLS is more efficient and faster than BFS. While BFS itself has advantages, in terms of a more structured and systematic search system that is able to find all possible numbers in each box. In this case, if a Sudoku question has more than one answer, then BFS will find it.

As developments in the industrial sector move forward, there is more and more competition, but now there is one major barrier, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. This pandemic has forced the government to implement Large-Scale Social Restrictions and the Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities. This has a negative impact on one of the small-scale businesses, namely Ibu Olan's home-based business because there is a decline in people's purchasing power which has an impact on the profit of Ibu Olan's business which is also reduced. This problem experienced by Ibu Olan has become a dynamic that is also felt by other small-scale businesses. In order for this business to continue to survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic storm, it can use one of the methods contained in the Linear Program, namely the Simplex method. The main objective of this research is to help small-scale businesses in terms of resource optimization. As a result, Ibu Olan's home-based business earns a profit of IDR 90,000,- per day from the sales of Sampoerna and Surya cigarettes. These results are used as a reference or benchmark for small businesses in terms of making decisions for business development and the main guarantee is that this method provides the best solution for problem solving.

Perkembangan dalam bidang industri semakin maju serta dampak pandemi Covid-19, membuat usaha-usaha berskala kecil harus terus bersaing dan berinovasi. Salah satunya adalah pemilik usaha Kios Ibu Olan. Ibu Olan mengalami masalah dalam memaksimalkan keuntungan dari hasil penjualan rokok. Untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan yang diperoleh Ibu Olan, maka tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Victory Sorong menawarkan pengunaan Program Linier (PL) dengan Metode Simpleks dan teknologi informasi berupa software POM-QM for windows 5.0. Selain itu tim PkM juga menerapkan pendekatan pendidikan masyarakat, dalam hal ini tim PkM melakukan pelatihan untuk menghitung bersama keuntungan dari hasil penjualan rokok. Pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran pemilik usaha sekaligus merupakan hasil akhir dari kegiatan PkM ini.Kata kunci: metode simpleks, pelaku usaha, pelatihan, software POM-QM Abstract: Developments in the industrial sector are increasingly advanced as well as the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, making small-scale businesses have to continue to compete and innovate. To maximize the benefits obtained by Ms. Olan, the Community Service Team (PkM) of the Information Systems Study Program at the University of Sorong Victory offers the use of the Linear Program (PL) with the Simplex Method and information technology in the form of POM-QM software for windows 5.0. In addition, the PkM team also applies a community education approach, in this case the PkM team conducts training to jointly calculate the profit from the sale of cigarettes.
