Abstract

Abstract: Do research on the effectiveness of the addition of chitosan mengetaui shells on the quality of salted mackerel (Rastrelliger sp) to draft a student worksheet that was conducted in April and May 2016. The study was carried out by two phases: the field research and resistant design student worksheet (LKS ). Research experiments were conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial, consisting of 5 treatments and 3 replicates in order to obtain 15 units of the experimental design. The observed parameters including moisture content, protein content, fat content and organoleptic value which include appearance, aroma, taste and texture. The results showed that the addition of shrimp shell chitosan significant effect on water content, protein content and fat content in the salted mackerel (Rastrelliger sp). Where to lower the moisture content of up to 9.545%, fat content up to 1,543% and can also increase the protein content of up to 48.905%. While hendonik organoleptic test appearance and taste of the most favored panelist on the addition of 3% chitosan concentration, aroma on chitosan 2% and while the texture preferred chitosan panelist at 4%. Results from the study are used as a design student worksheet (LKS) on the subjects of biology in high school.Key words: Chitosan, Salted Mackerel Fish, Student Worksheet.

Abstract

Abstrak : This research aimed to determine the inventory of remedial programs implementation on Biology subjects High School in Pekanbaru in June to November 2018. This type of research is a descriptive study. The population in this study is all State High Schools in Pekanbaru. The research sample is the State High School that has implemented the 2013 curriculum from 2014 is SMAN 1,SMAN 2, SMAN 6, SMAN 8 and SMAN 12. The research instrument consists of closed questionnaires, interview sheets and RPP documents for biology subjects. Data collection techniques are questionnaires distributed during MGMP activities and interviews with biology teachers in Pekanbaru High School. Data analysis techniques are carried out in descriptive percentage. Based on the results of an inventory of the remedial program implementation on Biology subjects High School in Pekanbaru, it has been carried out with an average value of 66, 92% in the good category. The inventory of remedial implementation consists of teacher knowledge in implementation of remedial programs with an average percentage of 72.8%, which is in the good category, while the implementation of remedial programs is an average value of 64.9% with good categories. This implementation consists of planning indicators of 65.93% with good categories. Implementation is 61.9% with good category and evaluation is 67.06% with good category. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the implementation of the remedial program on Biology subjects High School in Pekanbaru has been carried out even though the implementation is still not optimal and not in accordance with the remedial program manual.Keyword : Biology, Inventory, Remedial Programs

Abstract

Abstract: The research was done to use the results of research that affect the grayak caterpillar skin concentration (Citrus aurantifolia) as a biopestithe grayak (Spodoptera litura) bug in the spinneret plant (Amaranthus tricolor) in the design of the biochemical materials study module in April 2020. The study was conducted with a two-stage analysis and design design. The study is being done in the school of teachery and education of the new pekanbaru university. Based on analysis of potential research results can be used asa design module for the xii class of high school biotech concept at kd 3.10 analyzing the principles of bioengineering and its application as an effort to increase human welfare and kd 4.10 presented a report based on scientific method for the application of experimental principles of conventional biotechnology. Abstract

Absract: This study aims to identify the types of earthworms and their potential to produce electronic LKPD designs on the concept oligochaetes in class X even semester KD 3.9 and 4.9. This research was carried out from August to September 2021 at Muara Fajar landfills and Laboratory of the Biology Education Study Program. This research consist of two stages, namely the research phase I is a descriptive study with a survey method to identify the types of earthworm. Earthworm sampling was carried out using the hand-sorting method at three different stations. Determination of location the sampling plot is done by purposive random sampling method. Each station has ten plots with a size of 30x30cm each. The number of eaarthworms from each plot was collected, counted, and identified. Phase II research is an electronic LKPD design that use 2 stages, namely the analysis and design stages. The results showed that three families of earthworms were found, represented by three genera. The family Megascolecidae is represented by genus Pheretima, family Glossocolecidae is represented by genus Pontoscolex, and family Lumbricidae is represented by genus Lumbricus.Key Words: Landfills; Identify; Earthworm; Hand-sorting; Electronic LKPD

Abstract

Abstract: This research was to determine the composition and structure of vegetation strata tree in Tourism Regions Hapanasan Sialang Jaya village of Pasir Pengaraian and develop a handout to the concept of biodiversity in the senior high school. The study was conducted in November 2013 and June 2014. The study was carried out by two phases: biological research on the composition and structure of vegetation and tree strata, development stage handout. This study used a survey method. Mechanical conducting a survey conducted using the method with plot size 20x20m plots distributed on a line (transect). Sample was done by using purposive sampling. The study was conducted in zone A is the zone that should not be disturbed and there are two stations were selected as the study site. The results showed that the composition of the vegetation strata tree on two research stations in Area Tourism Hapanasan found 37 species of trees from 19 tribes. The highest importance value index spesies was Mahang 2 (Macaranga hypoleuca) with a value of 101.011% and the lowest spesies was Kiara Payung (Filicium decipiens) with a value of 2.696%. Diversity index (H') in station I was high (3.255) and at station II was medium (2.168). The results of the research have been developed as a handout that is the material of Biodiversity in high school class X.Key Words: species composition, vegetation structure, handout

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of reseach was to determine of the eggs of various types of parasitic nematode worms found in vegetables and the results of this study is designed as an alternative medium of learning in the classroom invertebrates concept nematodes in February and May 2015. The study was conducted with two stages, namely the identification of various types of nematode eggs using a survey method and designing alternative learning media. Sampling was done by purposive sampling. The parameters observed in this study are various types of nematode worm eggs rich in vegetable lettuce (Lactuca sativa), basil (Ocimum basilicum L) and cabbage (Brassica oleracea). The results showed that nematode worm eggs found in vegetables lettuce (Lactuca sativa) is Trichuris trichiura and Necator americanus, basil (Ocimum basilicum L) was found on the eggs Ancylostoma duodenale and cabbage (Brassica oleracea) found eggs of Ascaris lumbricoides. Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted in Class VII B Junior Country Sinaboi lessons year 2015/2016. This research is a research action class is done in two cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection.The data collected in this research is the result of student learning that consists of absorption, ketuntasan learning, appreciation groups, student's activities and the activities of the teacher. Pengumpula instruments data using tests and observation sheets. The results showed the results of students consisting of absorbance, ketuntasan learning, group learning activities, awards the student and teacher experience increased activity. Absorbance in cycle I, i.e. 76% (quite) rise in cycle II, i.e., 80.27% (good), ketuntasan students can study in cycle I, i.e. 90% (completely) increased on 100% IE cycle II (complete), the awards Group on cycle I i.e. 1 group of award winning super group 4 and get great rewards, I cycle i.e. 1 group was awarded the super and terrific award winning group 4 the student's activity cycle, I IE 85.84% (good) increased in cycle II, i.e., 95.42% (excellent), the activity of the teacher in the cycle I IE 88,47%, (good) increased in cycle II, namely 100% (excellent). It can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of application type STAD (StudentTeams Achievement Division) can improve the learning results of IPA grade VII B SMP Negeri 1 Roof Sinaboi lessons year 2015/2016.Keywords: Cooperative Type STAD, Learning Resultof IPA

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of added chitosan on preservation of salted common snakehead (Ophiocephalus striatus) as student worksheet design on science learning in Junior High School. This research was conducted on March until May 2016. The research used using completely randomized design (CRD) non factorial, which consists of 4 treatments and 3 replicates. The parameters observed were water content, protein content, fat content, and hedonic quality test: appearance, aroma, flavor and texture. The result showed that added chitosan was significant effect on water content, protein content and fat content of salted common snakehead. The best treatment was chitosan concentration of 2% where decrease the water content 16.496%, 1.850% fat content and also increase the protein content 43.105%. While on the hedonic duality test showed the appearance of salted common snakehead most preferred panelist in the treatment is 1%, the aroma and flavor is 2%, also the texture is 3%. The result of this research was used as student worksheet design on science learning in Junior High School.Key words: Chitosan, Salted Common Snakehead, Student Worksheet Design

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the structure and composition of lower vegetation found in the riparian area of Batang Kuantan River, Kuantan Singingi Regency. And implement it in the design of a pocket book on biodiversity material. This research is descriptive in nature, conducted in April-May 2019, and the data collection method is by survey. Determination of the location of the study was carried out by means of purposive random sampling, namely the determination of the location seen based on the existing environmental bases such as the physical condition of the river, the speed of the river current, topographic shape and human activities so that it obtained 4 research stations. The parameters observed in this study include biological parameters as well as environmental chemistry parameters. The results obtained showed that under vegetation in riparian areas in the Batang Kuantan River found 19 plant families, 24 species and 1365 individuals. Based on the highest important value index (INP) found in Colocasia esculenta species with a value of 34.76%. The vegetation diversity index found in the riparian region of the Batang Kuantan river is categorized into a moderate level with values ranging from 1.20-1.91. The physical-chemical conditions in the Batang Kuantan river riparian area are categorized as good to support the life of lower vegetation in the Batang Kuantan River. The results of the research that has been carried out are implemented into a pocket book design on biodiversity material in high school grade X which can later be used in the process of learning biology in schools.Key Words:Structure of Vegetation, Composition, The Under Vegetation, Batang Kuantan River, Pocket Book.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the structure community of soil surface insect in palm oil plantation in the village of Kepenuhan Tengah Of Rokan Hulu Regency and to produce a design learning resources in the form of pocket books. The study was conducted at the oil palm plantation in the village of Kepenuhan Tengah Of Rokan Hulu Regency and at the Biology Education Laboratory of the Teaching and Education Faculty of the University of Riau in August 2019 to September 2019. This research uses survey method. The location was chosen based on purposive sampling by considering the age factor of oil palm plantations. The parameters in this research are diversity index (H'), dominance index (C), importance index (INP), species composition, supporting parameters include soil temperature, soil moisture, and soil pH. The results obtained by the structure of land surface insect communities was found to have a moderate the level of diversity in the range 1.51-2.25. The dominance index of soil surface insects is relatively low, ranging from 0.12 to 0.31. The highest importance index of the four stations was found at station IV, Anoplolepis gracilipes species with INP 61.21%. The composition of soil surface insects was found 5 orders, 10 families and 14 species with the highest proportion is Hymenoptera which is equal to 52.53%. The results of the study have been made as a source of learning biology in the form of a Class X high school pocketbook on Ecosystem Materials.Key Words: Composition Pocket Book, Soil Surface Insects, The Structure Community
