Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of privacy, security and trust on the intention to transact online on the Shopee site in Bengkulu City. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, the object of this research is the consumer on the Shopee site which is located in Bengkulu City. The sampling method used a non-probabilty technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study were 120 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test.The results of this study can be concluded that the Privacy variable has a positive effect on Consumer Online Transaction Intentions, Security has a positive effect on Consumer Online Transaction Intentions, Trust has a positive effect on Consumer Online Transaction Intentions, and Privacy, Security and Trust together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Online Transaction Intention. Keywords : Privacy, Security, Trust and Online Transaction Intention

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of cake product variations and service quality on buying interest at the Tata Bakery Shop,Lingkar Barat Branch,Bengkulu City.This Study applied the type of quantiative descriptive research.The object of this study was the consumer at Tata Bakery wich is located on the lingkar barat,bengkulu city.the sampling method employed a non-probability technique,namely accidental sampling.The number ofrespondents in this study were 130 people.This study used a collection method in the form of a questionnaire.To analyze the data,this research uses multiple linear regression analysis test,and hypothesis testing,namely t-test and f-test.the results of the study conclude that the variabel cake product variations had a positive effect on buying interest,service quality contributed to a positive effect on buying interest,and cake product variations,and service quality together had a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Abstract

This research presents the study of fund-raising strategy for managing the funds of Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah atMuhammadiyah Zakat, Infak, and Shodaqoh Institution (Lazismu)of Bengkulu Region. This study aims to determine the fund-raising strategy in managing Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah funds at Lazismu. This type of research was descriptive by using qualitative methods. The method of data collection technique were through observation, interviews, and documentation.The results of this study indicated that the strategies of Lazismu generally used dialogue fund-raising, corporate, multi-channel and donor retention and development. There was no longer routinely for distributing ZIS, due to lack of public understanding in term of obligation to carry out ZIS. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh service recovery terhadap kepuasan pelangganEnggano Department Store.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh relationship marketing terhadap kepuasan pelangganEnggano Department Store.Untuk mengetahui pengaruh service recovery dan relationship marketing terhadap kepuasan pelangganEnggano Department Store.Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggandiEnggano Department Store). sampel berjumlah 100 orang pelanggan yang ada pada saat peneliti melakukan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Pengaruh Service Recovery Dan Relationship Marketing Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Enggano Department Store. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikanservice recovery (X1) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) Enggano Department Store Kota Bengkulu artinya semakin tinggi service recovery maka kepuasan pelanggan juga akan meningkat. Terdapat pengaruh Relationship Marketing (X2) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y) Enggano Department Store Kota Bengkuluartinya semakin tinggi relationship marketing maka kepuasan pelanggan juga akan meningkat. Terdapat pengaruh service recovery dan relationship marketing bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Enggano Department Store Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on work productivity (a case study on employees of PT. Kimia Farma Bengkulu branch). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Kimia Farma Bengkulu. The sampling method is a saturated sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 40 respondents. The method of data collection is using the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, namely t test and F test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variables of leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity at PT. Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Partially, the two variables of leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant influence on work productivity. The better the leadership style and the better the motivation given in accordance with the employee's work, the work productivity will increase.  Keywords: Leadership Style, Motivation, Work Productivity

Abstract

Bengkulu City has various historical, cultural and natural tourism assets, this has allowed Bengkulu City to become a tourism city. The internet penetration rate of Indonesia's population continues to increase from year to year. However, the regional government of Bengkulu City has not read the opportunities for digital marketing platforms and made branding efforts for the Bengkulu tourism sector. This study aims to determine the digital marketing branding communication strategy for Bengkulu city tourism destinations. The research approach used is a qualitative approach based on the philosophy of postpositivism. This research is a case study research using the concept of AISAS theory which consists of Attention, Interest, Search, Action and share. The results of this study state that digital marketing communications carried out by the Bengkulu government focus on creating marketing content to create tourist attraction through social media. Image quality, content content, content duration and words in the content are important parts that must be considered. In addition, it is known that the creation of digital marketing content requires quite a lot of effort so that the content is of high quality and attractive, it is necessary to have human resources with special digital skills and a qualified team of creators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervisory motivation and compensation on work productivity of employees at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari (SIL). This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research that is associative, the object of this research is all employees at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. The sampling method uses a non-probability technique, namely accidental sampling. The number of respondents in this study is 120 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of this study can be concluded that the motivation variable has a positive effect on employee work productivity, supervision has a positive effect on employee work productivity, compensation has a positive effect on employee work productivity and motivation, supervision and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the development of supervisory motivation and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Abstract

Penulis menelaah mengenai dampak positif dan negatif sosial media terhadap pendidikan akhlak anak di sekolah MTS Negeri 2 kelas VIII Bajak 1, hal ini sangat menarik karena banyaknya remaja yang menyalah gunakan media sosial. sosialisasi ini menganalisa tentang penggunaan sosial media yang berdampak pada mental dan pendidikan akhlak remaja. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini melalui karya literatur lain, peneliti juga menginterview siswa sebanyak 5 orang siswa serta melakukan observasi di sekolah tersebut. Berdasarkan analisis yang sudah dilakukan maka dapat diketahui dampak positif dan negatif penggunaan sosial media terhadap pendidikan akhlak remaja. Adapun dampak positif perkembangan sosial media terhadap pendidikan akhlak pada remaja diantaranya remaja dapat beradaptasi, bersosialisasi dengan publik dan mengelola jaringan pertemanan, serta membuat siswa/siswi mudah menyelesaikan tugas-tugasnya, sedangkan dampak negatif perkembangan sosial media terhadap pendidikan akhlak remaja sangat banyak diantaranya dapat membuat kelalaian pada remaja sehingga remaja kurang displin dan bersifat malas Kata kunci : remaja,tingkat kecanduan gadget,gangguan emosi dan ahklak; teknologi

Abstract

This type of research is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the internal factor score of Palupi Culinary's strengths and weaknesses has a total score of 3.37, because the total score is close to 4.00, which means that Palupi Culinary has strong internal factors. In addition, external factors, opportunities and threats, Palupi Culinary has a total score of 3.014, because the total score is close to 4.00, this indicates that Palupi Culinary responds to opportunities in an extraordinary way and avoids threats in its industrial market. Palupi Culinary's position is in quadrant 1 with internal factor coordinates +0.60, and external factor +0.20. This means that Palupi Culinary is in a very favorable situation. Palupi Culinary has opportunities and strengths so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy). Palupi Culinary carries out a growth strategy Growth strategy which is the growth of the company itself, through vertical integration (cell 1), which is an activity to expand the market by maximizing promotions in marketing and building branches in other locations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and  trust on customer loyalty in doing shopping at Shopee E-commerce by students of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, specifically atmanagement study program. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The object of this research was student of management study program, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The sampling method used was the accidental sampling technique. The number of respondent in this study is 113 students. In collecting data, the researcher used a questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing, namely t-test and f-test. The results of the conducted study show that simultaneously service quality and trust had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Partally, the both variables service quality and trust, have an effect on consumer loyalty. The better the services provided, the more consumers trust the company so as to create sustainable consumer loyalty. Keywords: Service Quality, Trust and Consumer Loyalty.
