Abstract

This is a survey research with a quantitative approach based on the importance of teacher performance in a school. This study aims to analyze the effect of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance. The object of this research is the teacher in the district of South Bengkulu, Pino. The number of respondents in this study was 131 people. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The results of this study can be concluded that the intellectual intelligence variable has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Spiritual Intelligence has a significant effect on Teacher Performance Keyword: Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Teacher Performance

Abstract

Sister Duo Hijab store is a company engaged in fashion which produces and markets hijab, clothes, pants, hijab shirts, tuspins etc. This business has been running for 3 years and is growing well but has many competitors in the same field. This study is entitled "analysis of marketing strategies to increase sales in the city of Bengkulu hijab duo sister shop". This research is based on the importance of marketing strategies in an organization. This study also aims to determine the company's internal and external factors, determine the company's position and determine the right marketing strategy for the company to increase sales.

Abstract

This study aims to determine trust, commitment, communication and conflict handling, towards customer loyalty at BNI Syariah Kota Bengkulu. The sample in this study were 95 customers who saved at BNI Syariah Kota Bengkulu. Sampling using a questionnaire is done by incidental sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that from the calculation of the multiple linear regression equation, it can be seen that the direction of regression has a positive value with the equation Y = 2.466 + 0.192X1 + 0.221 X2 + 0.212X3 + 0.287 X4. The coefficient of determination is 0.577. This means that trust (X1), commitment (X2), communication (X3) and conflict handling (X4), affect loyalty (Y) by 57.7%, while the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other variables which are not researched in this study. The simultaneous hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.05, meaning that together trust (X1), commitment (X2), communication (X3) and conflict handling (X4) have a positive effect on loyalty (Y) . The partial hypothesis test results show that trust has a positive effect on loyalty with a significance value of 0.017 <0.05, commitment has a positive effect on loyalty, a significance value of 0.006 <0.05, communication has a positive effect on loyalty with a significance value of 0.017 <0 , 05, conflict handling has a positive effect on loyalty with a significance value of 0.005 <0.05.Keywords: Trust, Commitment, Communication, Conflict Handling, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aimed to find outthe effect of training on employee performance with motivation as an Intervening variable in the Adiguna Convection Business at Bengkulu City. There were several factors that would be discussed in this study, including training and motivation as Intervening variables. The object in this study were 40 employees at the Adiguna Convection Business in Bengkulu City. In this study, the researcher employed data collection methods through conducting observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. There were several data analysis techniques employed in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent responses, simple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the Training variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at the Adiguna Convection Business in Bengkulu City.Then, the motivation variable (Z) mediates training positively and significantly on employee performance (Y) at the Adiguna Convection Business in Bengkulu City. Moreover, from the results of the simple linear regression test, the regression equation is gained as follows: The first equation, Z = 3.530 + 1.053 (X). The second equation Y = 0.749 + 1.095 (X). Abstract

The title of this research is the effect of job performance, seniority, and loyalty on promotion to the firefighting office and rescue Bengkulu city. Job promotion is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out tasks in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. This study aims to determine the effect of work performance, seniority and loyalty on promotion to the firefighting office and rescue Bengkulu City. This research method is quantitative with a population of all employees of the Bengkulu city fire and rescue office, amounting to 57 people, while the sample was taken using a total sampling technique of 57 employees of the Bengkulu city fire and rescue office. Data collection techniques by means of observation and questionnaires.Data analysis techniques with multiple regression, test significance (t test) and (f test). The variables of this study are Job Performance (X1), Seniority (X2) loyalty (X3) Job promotion (Y).The place of this research is the Bengkulu City fire and rescue department, which is located at JL. Bhayangkara NO.47 KM 9 Bengkulu City. The results of this study are evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (3.3378> 2.0024) and (sig α = 0.001 <0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance at the firefighting office and the rescue of the city of Bengkulu, this is evidenced by the results of the t test showing the value of t_hit> t_ (α / 2) (2.654> 2.0024) and (sig α = 0.009 <0.050). This means that H_0 is rejected and H_a is accepted. Job performance (X_1) seniority (X2) Loyalty (X3) together have a significant effect on promotion (Y) at the fire department and rescue city of Bengkulu, this is evidenced by the F test shows the value of F_count> F table, namely (28779> 1.8960) and (sig α = 0.000 <0.05). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, food quality and price on customer satisfaction at Warung Nasi Uduk Didi Bengkulu, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Service Quality (X1), Food Quality (X2) and Price (X3). The object of this research is the customers of Warung Nasi Uduk Didi Bengkulu, amounting to 110 people. In this research, the writer uses the method of data collection by means of observation, distributing questionnaires and interviews.               There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including by using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent analysis analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been done, it can be concluded that the variables of Service Quality (X1), Food Quality (X2) and Price (X3) have a partial or simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Nasi Uduk Didi Bengkulu. From the results of multiple linear regression tests, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 3.707 + 0.304 (X_1) + 0.226 (X2) + 0.274 (X3). Keywords: Service Quality, Food Quality, Price and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and trust in customer interest in using mobile banking (Case Study of BRI Unit Sukowati Customers, Rejang Lebong District), either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Perceived Ease Of Use and Trust. The object of this research is that customers use mobile banking (Case Study of BRI Unit Customers in Sukowati, Rejang Lebong Regency), totaling 50 people. In this research the authors use the method of data collection by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study, including by using instrument test, classical assumption test, respondent analysis analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient, and hypothesis testing.The results showed that Perceived Ease Of Use had a positive effect on customer interest in using mobile banking at BRI Unit Sukowati customers, Kab. Rejang Lebong. This means that the convenience provided makes customers feel confident and confident about using mobile banking for every transaction. Then the trust variable has a positive effect on customer interest in using mobile banking at BRI Unit Sukowati customers, Kab. Rejang Lebong. This means that trust is very important in influencing customer interest in deciding whether or not to use the mobile banking application facility. Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of competence and motivation on the performance of employees of ArgaMakmur Hospital, North Bengkulu. The object of this research is the employees of ArgaMakmur Hospital North Bengkulu, with the sampling method in this research is the total sampling method. The number of respondents in this study were 338 people. Data collection method in this study used questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. By using research test data analysis techniques, it can be concluded that competence (X1) and motivation (X2) have a positive effect on employee performance (Y) of ArgaMakmur Hospital North Bengkulu, this is proven by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 5.947 + 0.536 (X_1 ) + 0.261 (X2). In the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it shows the magnitude of the effect of the competency (X1) and motivation (X2) variables is positive on employee performance (Y) at ArgaMakmur Hospital, North Bengkulu, which is shown by the value of Adjusted R2 is 0.522. This means that the magnitude of the effect of the competency (X1) and motivation (X2) variables in this study is only able to affect the employee performance variable (Y) by 52.2% and 47.8% which is affected by other variables that are not included in this study. With the results of the hypothesis test, the competence has a significant effect on employee performance with the results of the t-test value of 0.000 <0.05.Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, with the results of the t-test show the value of t-sig is 0.000 <0.05, and the competence and motivation for employee performance simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This is proven by the f-test which shows the F-sig value of 0.000 <0.05.  Keywords: Motivation, Working Discipline, Employees, Performance.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Rewards and Punishment on Employee Performance (Case Study at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu). The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the giving of rewards has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. Does the provision of punishment significantly influence the performance of employees at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. Does the giving of reward and punishment simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. This research was conducted on employees of the Production Department of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu. While the time of this research was conducted for 1 month, namely on January 1, 2021 to February 1, 2021. The population of this study were employees at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur Bengkulu, while the sample of this study were employees of the Production Department of PT. Bukit Agkasa Makmur Bengkulu, amounting to 113 people. This means that the sample material uses quantitative methods. With the research test data analysis technique, the results of the study can be concluded that the respondent's perception of reward (X1), Punishment (X2) has an effect on performance (Y) with the results of multiple linear regression, the following equation is obtained: X2) 0.117 and the coefficient of determination R2 = 0.036 or approximately (3.6%) through hypothesis testing jointly (simultaneously) and individually (partially) in this study using the f test and t test, Reward (X1) , Punishment (X2) = 0.000, it means that the value of fsig <0.05 shows a concurrent and significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of business development strategies from internal and external factors at Yolanda Catering Argamakmur business. This research was a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The informants of reseach were managers, employees, and consumers of Yolanda Catering. The results showed that the internal factors core was 3.43; the score was up the score of 4.0, which illustrated Yolanda Catering's position in strong position. Moreover, the score for external factors was 3.00. This score was almost close to a score of 4.0, this means that Yolanda Catering takes advantage of existing opportunities and is able to avoid existing threats. If viewed based on the IE matrix, the score of internal and external factors was in cell1, which indicated Yolanda Catering is carrying out a growth strategy, which its the growth of the Printing itself, through vertical integration, an activity expanded the Catering market by maximizing promotions and development at other location points. From the SWOT matrix, Yolanda Catering is on the SO Strategy, which can take advantage of all strengths to seize and take advantages of opportunities as possible. The strategy applied in this condition to support an aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy), this can continue the growth and expanse to achieve maximum Catering progress. This way does to maintain its extension in the midst of business competition to use the power of it and overcome external threats. Yolanda Catering provides good service so that consumers were satisfied with the performance of Yolanda Catering and add bonuses to consumers who always subscribe to Yolanda Catering, they do not turn to other catering products. Furthermore, Yolanda Catering attempted to follow the times or trends where other catering businesses promotions through newspapers, advertisements, magazines and social media.
