Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualias produk, display layout, dan variasi produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen toko kue Sarah Cake Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel berjumlah 190 orang responden, sampel ditarik berdasarkan rumus Hair et al. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan alat bantu olah data SPSS 21 dan dianalisi menggunakan teknik analisis uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari uji regresi linier berganda dengan yaitu Y = 3.213 + 0.125 (X1) + 0.177 (X2) + 0.092 (X3). Dari hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial (uji T) bahwa masing-masing variable independen (kualitas produk, display layout, dan variasi produk) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variable dependen (kepuasan konsumen). Adupan besarnya pengaruh masing-masing variable independen terhadap variable dependen (kepuasan konsumen) adalah kualitas produk sebesar 26.25%, display layout sebesar 62.10%, dan variasi produk sebesar 25.13%. Untuk hasil secara simultan (uji F) variable independen (kualitas produk, display layout, dan variasi produk) juga memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variable dependen (kepuasan konsumen), yaitu sebesar 60.10%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of affective commitment and supervisor support on employee performance either simultaneously or partially at PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur, Bengkulu Tengah and to find out which factors are the most dominant influencing employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur, Central Bengkulu with a total of 110 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and processed using SPSS 24. The results of this study obtained the equation Y = 3.677 + 0.661 X1 + 0.666 X2. The results of the analysis of the partial hypothesis test (t test) showed that the Affective Commitment variable was 4,520 with sig. 0.000 and Supervisor Support of 4.652 with sig.0.000 partially significant effect on employee performance of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur, Central Bengkulu. Simultaneous hypothesis testing using the f test shows that the Affective Commitment and Superior Support has an f value of 90.019 with a sig value. 0.000, it can be concluded that Affective Commintment and Support from superiors simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. Bukit Angkasa Makmur, Central Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational commitment on employee career development at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch. The sample in this study was 100 employees of PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch and has become a permanent employee. because all the populations in this study were sampled, the sampling method was saturated or census. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the leadership style had an effect on career development at PT Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch, meaning that the better the leadership style, the career development of employees at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch will continue to increase. Organizational commitment has an effect on career development at PT Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch, meaning that the more employee organizational commitment increases, the career development of employees at PT. Agung Automall Bengkulu Branch will continue to increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of work life and work involvement on job satisfaction of employees at PT. WOM Finance Bengkulu Branch. The sample used in this study were all 70 employees. This type of research uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires for data collection. The results of the study indicate that the variables of quality of work life and work involvement have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is based on the importance of prices and promotion of purchasing decisions. The formulation of the problem is whether prices and promotions have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of prices and promotion of product purchasing decisions at Eleven Cafe Bengkulu. The object of this research is Eleven Cafe Bengkulu consumers with an accidental sampling method, which the respondent explained in this study was 65 people. Data collection method using questionnaire.The results of this study can be concluded that seen from the test of multiple linear regression equation using the SPSS program, namely Y = 20.416 + - 312X1 + 185X2. The results of the analysis found that prices negatively affect purchasing decisions and promotion has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The testing of the t test hypothesis shows that both variables have an influence on the purchase decision of Adjusted R squer's number of 0.122 indicating that 12.2 percent of purchase decisions can be explained by the two independent variables used in the regression equation, while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Keywords: Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality and  trust on customer loyalty aromania parfumery Bengkulu. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, the object of this research is the consumers in Aromania parfumery, which is precisely located on Jl. Kapuas Raya, Lingkar Barat, Kec. Gading Cempaka, Bengkulu City. with the sampling method, namely non-propability technique, namely insidential sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 105 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire. By using data analysis techniques using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test, namely test t and test f. The results of this study can be concluded that the variable service quality Aromania parfumery has a positive effect on customer loyalty, product quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, and trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Trust and Loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the Analysis of Work Attitudes, Individual Characteistics and Organizational Culture Effect on Employee Productivity at Muhammadiyah University Bengkulu with quantitative approach.The object of this research is a permanent employee at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu with a method of sample withdrawal namely non probility sampling. The number of respondents in this study was 38 people. Method of collecting the data used through the questionnaire, and multiple linear regression data analysis techniques.The results of this study can be concluded that the variables of work attitudes, individual characteristics and organizational culture have a significant effect on the employeesproductivity of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu.keywords: workattitudes, individual characteristics, organizational culture and employee productivity.

Abstract

Empowering SMEs in the midst of globalization and high completion implies that SMEs should have the option to face difficulties around the world, for example, expanding item progress and administration, creating human resources and innovation, and growing market areas. The tittle of thiis research is the Influence of Innovation and Creativity of Traders on Consumer Re-Purchase Interest in Merasi Sauteed Noodles Bengkulu City. Thiis type of research is a type of descriptiive quantitative researrch, the object of this research is consumers in Mie Tumis Merasi which is precisely located on Jl. Manggis Raya, eastern circumference, Kel. Panorama, Kec. Singaran Pati, Kel. Bengkulu City. By sampling method using non probabilty technique nameely acciidental sampliing. The number of respondentts in thiis study was 130 people. Data collectiion method using questionnaire. By using data analysis techniques using Multiple Lineear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test namely t and f Test. The results of this study can be concluded that the variables of Mie Tumis Merasi Innovation have a positive effeect on Consumer Re-Buy Interest, Merchant Creativity has a positiive effect on Consumer Re-Buy Interest, and Innovation and Creativity of Traders together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Resend Interest.

Abstract

Study ini dilakukan berdasarkan adanya riset gap dan fenomena gap yang ada. Study ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis work family conflict dan turnover intention melalui mediasi komitmen organisasional karyawan wanita perbankan swasta syariah di Kota Bengkulu pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Study ini dilakukan pada lima bank swasta syariah di Kota Bengkulu, yaitu: Bank Mega Syariah, Bank Muamalat, Bank Danamon Syariah, Bank Sinarmas Syariah, Bank Pundi Syariah, dengan jumlah sampel 117 responden wanita. Data diolah dengan menggunakan alat analisis LISREL versi 8.70. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa work family conflict memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai standardized 47%, work family conflict memiliki pengaruh negative signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dengan nilai standardized 49%, komitmen organisasional memiliki pengaruh negative signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai standardized 42%, dan komitmen organisasional mampu memediasi antara work family conflict terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai standardized 21% (positif).

This study aimed to find out the effect of creativity and innovation on consumer buying interest in Bakso O’Boss in Bengkulu City. The sample of this study was the consumer of Bakso O’Boss, amounting to 130 people. This type of research uses quantitative research by distributing questionnaires for data collection. The results of the study indicate that the variables of creativity and innovation have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest.
