Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the conceptual Maqãshid Syari’ah developed by an Egyptian fiqh expert Muhammad Abdul Athî Muhammad Ali, and its implications in reconstructing fiqh as an effort to respond to the symptoms of new social phenomena in today’s society. Recently, there have been many community social activities labeled as Islam, but at the practical level, they are indicated to be contrary to the principles of Islamic teachings. One of these phenomena is Ta’arruf online, where Ta’arruf has become a new lifestyle for some Muslims, especially those who have just made the hijrah process. However, this phenomenon is alleged to be another method to get a partner to marry quickly, which the Ikhwan (male) uses to trick the Akhwat (women) who vent their lust or lust. The theory developed by Abdul Athî, a senior scholar at Al-Azhar University in Egypt, attempts to reconstruct the thinking paradigm of the millennial generation in viewing online ta’arruf as a symptom of a social phenomenon. The limited understanding of the millennial generation towards religion sometimes triggers and gives birth to new problems. Through a library study of his main work entitled Al-Maqãshid Al-Syar’iyyah wa Atsãruhã fî Al-Fiqh Al-Islãmî and several other works as well as data analysis by Miles and Huberman, the results show thatIn the perspective of Al-Athi’s maqãshid Sharia, producing a fiqh law today must be built with the principle of prudence, supported by an in-depth study of the condition of society, so that a clear fiqh rule is born that can solve solutions, not problems.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper results from first-year research on the Development of Cognitive Assessment Instruments Based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) in Islamic Religious Education Subjects and Characteristics in Elementary Schools. The research focus in the first year is mapping Islamic education teachers' ability in elementary school to develop cognitive assessment instruments that include aspects of skills in constructing item questions and the distribution of thinking levels. The research method used in this research is quantitative-descriptive and document analysis in the form of a multiple-choice PAI test instrument. The documents collected were 29 question packages. The twenty-nine question packages for PAI and Character courses consist of 1 question package for grade 2 SD, 11 question packages for grade 4 SD, 10 question packages for grade 5 SD, and 7 question packages for grade 6 SD. At the same time, the data analysis used descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The study results concluded that most of the objective question packages were in the form of Multiple Choice Items (MCI) in Islamic Education and Characteristics in Elementary School subjects, which were considered good in most of the indicators in every aspect. However, the most prominent weakness is preparing answer options, both in the substance aspect (the option homogeneity criteria), which only reaches 72%, and the construction aspect (the option sentence length criteria), which only reaches 73%. Besides that, the emergence of questions that measure the cognitive processes of the reasoning level (C4, C5, and C6), which only appeared in 2 of the 29 question packages analyzed. Even then, the proportion is only 1% of the number of question items in each package.Keywords: Multiple Choice Items, Cognitive Assessment Instruments, Higher Order Thinking Skills, Islamic Religious Education in Elementary Schools Abstrak Tulisan ini merupakan hasil riset tahun pertama tentang Pengembangan Instrument Penilaian Kognitif Berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Dan Budi Pekerti Di Sekolah Dasar. Fokus riset pada tahun pertama adalah pemetaan kemampuan guru PAI SD dalam menyusun instrumen penilaian kognitif yang meliputi aspek keterampilan dalam mengkonstruksi item soal dan sebaran tingkat berpikir. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif-deskriptif dan analisis dokumen berupa Instrumen tes PAI berbentuk pilihan berganda. Dokumen yang terkumpul sebanyak 29 paket soal. Kedua puluh sembilan paket soal mata kuliah PAI dan Budi Pekerti tersebut terdiri dari 1 paket soal kelas 2 SD, 11 paket soal kelas 4 SD, 10 paket soal kelas 5 SD, dan 7 paket soal kelas 6 SD. Sementara analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif berupa prosentase. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar paket soal objektif berbentuk Multiple Choice Item (MCI) mata pelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti di SD terbilang sudah baik dalam sebagian besar indikator pada setiap aspeknya. Hanya saja, kelemahan yang paling menonjol ada pada penyusunan opsi jawaban, baik pada aspek substansi (kriteria homogenitas opsi) yang hanya mencapai 72% dan aspek konstruksi (kriteria panjang pendeknya kalimat option) yang hanya mencapai 73%. Disamping itu kemunculan soal-soal yang mengukur proses kognitif level penalaran (C4, C5, dan C6) yang hanya muncul di 2 paket soal dari 29 paket soal yang dianalisis. Itupun proporsinya hanya 1% dari jumlah item soal pada setiap paketnya.Kata Kunci:  Multiple Choice Item, Instrumen Penilaian Kognitif, Higher Order Thinking Skills, Pendidikan Agama Islam di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Guru dituntut tampil ideal dalam segala hal baik di depan siswa maupun saat bersinggungan dengan komunitas di sekitar lingkungan persekolahan. Era disrupsi yang kini sedang dihadapi memaksa guru untuk menyesuaikan diri secara gesit. Sebab, perubahan yang terjadi di dalamnya sangat cepat sehingga pola-pola lama dalam sistem kehidupan dengan segera tergantikan dengan pola-pola baru. Memang yang paling terdampak pertama kali adalah bidang bisnis. Akan tetapi, institusi pendidikan pun dengan segera akan juga terkena imbas dari perubahan yang sangat cepat dari era disrupsi ini. Artikel ini berusaha mengkaji tentang bagaimana seharusnya guru menampilkan dirinya dengan beragam kompetensi sehingga benar-benar dapat bertransformasi menjadi sosok guru teladan yang dapat menggerakkan orang-orang di sekitarnya ke arah kebaikan. Terlebih pada kondisi sekarang yang segalanya perlu penyesuaian sesegera mungkin agar tidak lantas tergantikan perannya oleh keberadaan produk-produk teknologi seperti artificial intellegence, dan semacamnya. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan berbasis pada studi kepustakaan (library research). Temuan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI di era disrupsi harus meningkatkan berbagai kompetensinya (kepribadian, profesional, pedagogik, sosial) agar bisa terus eksis di tengah tantangan kehidupan karena gencarnya penggunaan teknologi yang ternyata di samping bisa meningkatkan produktivitas karena bisa mempermudah kerja manusia juga memiliki peluang untuk dimanfaakan dalam hal-hal negatif

Abstract

This study explores the application of the ulû al-'ilm model, a Quranic learning approach, to enhance Islamic Religious Education (IRE). The purpose of the study is to examine its effectiveness in improving six crucial dimensions of student learning outcomes: cognitive, affective, psychomotor, ethical, social, and spiritual. Employing a quantitative experimental methodology with a pre-experimental design, specifically the one-group pretest-posttest approach, the research utilized statistical analysis through SPSS. The findings highlight the effectiveness of the ulû al-'ilm model in advancing student learning outcomes. In the cognitive domain, there was a significant increase from 2.50% in the pretest to 40.00% in the post-test. A similar pattern emerged across the affective (16.25% to 43.75%), psychomotor (3.75% to 30%), social (11.25% to 35%), ethical (5.00% to 42.50%), and spiritual (2.50% to 71.25%) realms. The SPSS data supports the positive impact of the ulû al-'ilm model on riyâḍah 'amaliyah, facilitated through coaching, example setting, habituation, appreciation, and repetition during the IRE learning process. This study underscores the multifaceted benefits of integrating the ulû al-'ilm model in fostering comprehensive student development within the context of Islamic education.

Abstract

Kemudahan akses informasi melalui berbagai media telah memudahkan individu untuk menemukan apa yang mereka cari. Namun, hal ini juga menyebabkan menjamurnya informasi palsu atau hoaks. Al-Qur'an memperkenalkan konsep tabayyun, yang berarti mencari kejelasan atas sesuatu, termasuk informasi. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran tajribi (Latihan atau pengamalan) terhadap kemampuan tabayyun siswa dalam konteks pengembangan kemampuan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group. Jumlah sampel terdiri dari 27 siswa di kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa di kelas kontrol. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran tajribi berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan tabayyun siswa, yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji independent sample t-test menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26 for Windows. Data yang diperoleh, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05, menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (< 0,05), sehingga menolak H0 yang menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran tajribi terhadap kemampuan tabayyun siswa, dan menerima H1 yang menyatakan sebaliknya. Namun demikian, penelitian lebih lanjut dengan waktu penelitian yang lebih lama dan berulang-ulang perlu dilakukan untuk mengembangkan tabayyun sebagai suatu kebiasaan di kalangan siswa. Selain itu, model pembelajaran tajribi dapat dikombinasikan dengan berbagai media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bagian dari Team Based Project Program Pejuang Muda Kampus Merdeka tahun 2021 yang diselenggarakan Kementrian Sosial berkolaborasi dengan Kemendikbud Ristek dan Kemenag RI. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada tangga 15 November hingga 11 Desember 2022 kepada 16 balita dan ibu menyusui dikecamatan Kapuas kabupaten Sanggau provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Metode kegiatan melalui sosialisasi dan edukasi pencegahan stunting, mendirikan dapur sehat dan pemberian makanan tambahan (PMT) bagi balita dan ibu menyusui. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Dapur Sehat dan PMT berdampak positif bagi peserta dan berkesan baik. Hampir 50% peserta mengalami penambahan berat badan, dan 63% peserta mengalami penambahan tinggi badan secara signifikan. Antusiasis dan ketertarikan orangtua peserta sangatbesar, dan berkesan mendalam yang menunjukkan bahwa program ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan orangtua peserta terkait makanan bergizi dan bervariasi (B2SA) dengan memanfaatkan pangan lokal yang terjangkau. Anak balita mengonsumsi makanan dengan hati senang riang gembira, menu makanan yang disajikan penuh kandungan gizi, lezat, sehat, dan praktis karena disajikan dengan bentuk kreatif menarik.

Abstract

Nowadays the religious culture in schools is starting to fade, one of which is regarding the fading of the school's religious culture in the form of humility which is marked by the emergence of the phenomenon of students committing acts of violence against teachers because they do not accept being reprimanded for their actions. In another phenomenon, it was found that students did not respect the teacher during the learning process. This research was conducted at the Ar-risalah Islamic boarding school in Bandung with the aim of describing how the values of laughter in the pesantren tradition are to be developed in the school's religious culture. This research is very important to neutralize humble attitude in public schools so that it becomes a positive tradition. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. To obtain detailed information about the tradition of the values of humility in Islamic boarding schools, researchers used participatory observation. Data were collected from observations, interviews and documentation of pesantren leaders, teachers, santri supervisors and santri. The results of the study show that the values of humility are practiced in various forms in the daily life of students and each contains a basis and meaning based on Islamic teaching sources so that they can be adapted to public schools in developing a school religious culture in the form of students not leaving class or gathering before the teacher comes out first, students are accustomed to kissing the teacher's hand, students stand up and bow their heads. When a teacher wants to pass, students invite the teacher to lead first, and students respect the teacher.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in preventing bullying behavior and creating an inclusive school environment at the elementary school level. The research method used at Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) Insantama is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis was conducted descriptively using a thematic approach to identify the contribution of Islamic Religious Education in developing religious character and preventing bullying. The results show that the consistent application of Islamic values in all aspects of the school, through the Bina Saksiyah Islam program and the integration of religious values into general subjects, significantly contributes to creating a safe, religious, and inclusive environment. Collaboration between Islamic Religious Education teachers and other subject teachers is key to the success of bullying prevention. Keywords: Islamic Religious Education, bullying, religious character, school environtment, inclusive. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mencegah perilaku bullying dan menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang inklusif di Sekolah Dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada Sekolah Islam Terpadu (SIT) Insantama adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan tematik untuk mengidentifikasi kontribusi Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam pembentukan karakter religius serta pencegahan bullying.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan nilai-nilai Islam secara konsisten di semua aspek sekolah, melalui program Bina Sakhsiyah Islam dan integrasi nilai agama dalam mata pelajaran umum, berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang amana, religius, dan inklusif. Kolaborasi antara guru PAI dan guru mata pelajaran lain menjadi kunci keberhasilan pencegahan bullying. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Agama Islam, bullying, karakter religius, lingkungan sekolah, inklusif
