Abstract

Persediaan adalah sumber daya yang perlu diadakan dan dipelihara untuk menunjang kelancaran produksi. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di proses pembuatan minyak kayu putih. Perusahaan memproduksi minyak kayu putih dimana bahan baku utamanya adalah daun kayu putih. Perusahaan ini memiliki permasalahan dalam melakukan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku daun kayu putih yang disebabkan oleh permintaan minyak kayu putih oleh konsumen yang tidak menentu. Perusahaan mengalami keadaan persediaan yang berlebih yang mengakibatkan tingginya biaya persediaan dan kurangnya persediaan yang mengakibatkan produksi yang tidak memenuhi pesanan. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, maka dilakukan pengendalian persediaan dengan metode continuous review system backorder dan lost sales. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengendalian persediaan daun kayu putih sehingga dapat meminimumkan biaya persediaan. Metode continuous review system backorder dan lost sales akan dibandingkan dengan metode perusahaan dan dipilih metode terbaik dengan total biaya paling minimum. Hasil dari perhitungan diperoleh total biaya persediaan minimum dengan metode continuous review system backorder sebesar Rp 2.459.692.004, sedangkan metode perusahaan sebesar Rp 2.595.684.800, sehingga mendapatkan penghematan biaya sebesar Rp 135.992.796 dengan efisiensi sebesar 5,2%. Jumlah pemesanan bahan baku per pesan bulan November 2019 – Oktober 2020 sebesar 1.812 ton, dengan total biaya persedian bahan baku sebesar Rp 2.544.762.825. Kata Kunci: Continuous, Pengendalian, Persediaan. ABSTRACT Inventories are resources that need to be procured and maintained to support the continuity production. PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the process of making eucalyptus oil. The company produces eucalyptus oil where the main raw material is eucalyptus leaves. This company has problems in controlling the supply of raw materials of eucalyptus leaves caused by the erratic demand of eucalyptus oil by consumers. The company experiences a state of excess inventory which results in high inventory costs and lack of inventory resulting in production that does not fulfill orders. Based on the above problems, inventory control is carried out using the continuous review system backorder and lost sales method. The purpose of this study is to control the inventory of eucalyptus leaves so as to minimize inventory costs. The continuous review system backorder and lost sales method will be compared with the company method and the best method is chosen with the minimum total cost. The results of the calculation obtained the minimum total inventory cost with the continuous review system backorder method of Rp.2,459,692,004, while the company's method of Rp2,595,684,800, so as to get a cost savings of Rp.135,992,796 with an efficiency of 5.2%. The number of raw material orders per message in November 2019 - October 2020 amounted to 1,812 tons, with a total cost of supplying raw materials amounting to Rp 2,544,762,825. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin berkembang saat ini, mengakibatkan banyak produk inovasi yang memiliki nilai kegunaan yang lebih banyak dari produk yang sudah ada di pasaran. Produk inovasi yang dirancang saat ini memiliki nilai ergonomis dan tingkat efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dari produk yang sudah ada di pasaran. Selain itu, penggunaan produk inovasi bagi penjual kue menjadi lebih praktis dan efisien. Saat ini, banyak penjual kue yang menjajakan dagangannya dengan berbagai cara, diantaranya menggunakan box kue. Para penjual kue sering mengalami kesulitan dalam berdagang karena memiliki tempat yang sangat terbatas untuk meletakan jualannya sehingga penjual kue tidak bisa membawa berbagai jenis kue basah yang diinginan oleh konsumen dan juga para penjual kue mengalami kesulitan dalam memindahkan makanan dari box ke meja sehingga tidak efisien dari segi tempat dan waktu. Desain box kue inovasi mempunyai kriteria nilai sangat puas dan puas yang paling banyak dipilih oleh penjual kue, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa box kue lebih ergonomis dan inovatif, sehingga cocok digunakan bagi para penjual kue untuk berdagang. Box kue inovasi mempunyai ukuran yang lebih besar dengan kapasitas 400 pcs kue, memiliki roda yang dapat didorong saat penjual kue menjajakan dagangannya, box kue bersusun sehingga memudahkan penjual kue dalam membawa kue dengan berbagai variasi kue dan memiliki kaki yang dapat diatur ketimggiannya sesuai keinginan para penjual kue sehingga lebih ergonomis. Kata Kunci: Desain, Efisien, Ergonomis, Inovatif Advances in technology are developing currently, resulting in many innovative products that have more usability value than products that are already on the market. Innovative products that are currently designed have an ergonomic value and a higher level of efficiency than products that are already on the market. In addition, the use of innovative products for cake sellers is more practical and efficient. Currently, many cake sellers are selling their wares in various ways, including using cake boxes. Cake sellers often have difficulty in trading because they have a very limited place to put their sales so that cake sellers cannot carry the various types of wet cakes desired by consumers and also cake sellers have difficulty in moving food from the box to the table making it inefficient in terms of place and time. Innovation cake box design has very satisfied and satisfied value criteria which are most chosen by cake sellers, so it can be concluded that cake boxes are more ergonomic and innovative, making it suitable for cake sellers to trade. Innovation cake box has a larger size with a capacity of 400 pcs of cakes, has wheels that can be pushed when the cake seller peddles his wares, a stacked cake box making it easier for cake sellers to carry cakes with a variety of cakes and has adjustable feet according to the desires of the sellers so that the cake is more ergonomic. Abstract

Persediaan bahan baku dalam setiap perusahaan sangatlah penting, terlebih bagi perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur dimana perusahaan beroperasi setiap harinya. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri manufaktur pembuatan berbagai macam tas yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1990. Perusahaan dalam menjalankan produksi sering ada masalah dalam pengendalian bahan baku dimana sering terjadi penumpukkan bahan baku kain di gudang dan menyebabkan membengkaknya biaya persediaan yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pengendaliaan dan perencanaan dalam persediaan bahan baku yang tepat sehingga dapat meminimalisir biaya persediaan. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian pengendalian persediaan bahan baku dengan metode Algoritma Wagner Within sehingga dapat dilakukan pengendaliaan persediaan bahan baku dengan total biaya persediaan minimum dan dibantu dengan analisis ABC dalam mengklasifikasi bahan baku yang diteliti. Didapatkan perhitungan dengan metode Algoritma Wagner Within untuk periode Maret 2019–Februari 2020 menghasilkan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp.8.551.302.000 sementara dengan perhitungan perusahaan didapatkan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 9.311.518.375 sehingga didapatkan penghematan sebesar Rp. 760.216.375 atau sebanyak 8,1%. Abstract

The workforce of plastic crushing and product printing at CV. XYZ experiences fatigue most quickly, so when working often makes mistakes and lacks concentration at work which causes a decrease in work output. The workload on the operator of the plastic crushing section has oxygen consumption of 0.953 liters / minute categorized by Weight, with a Cardiovascular Load percentage of 30.54% categorized as required for improvement based on the results of Bourdon Wiersma 10.4 seconds speed level category Good Enough, accuracy level 12.7 Doubtful category, a constant level of 5.7 seconds Fair category. The operator of the product printing section has an oxygen consumption of 1,083 liters / minute categorized by Weight, with a percentage of Cardiovascular Load of 35.71% categorized as needed an improvement based on the results of the Bourdon Wiersma speed level of 10.9 seconds the category Good Enough, the level of accuracy 17.6 Doubts category - Doubt, a constant level of 7.01 seconds in the Doubt-free category. Improvements that can be made to plastic crushing and product printing operators are adding rest periods, rolling workers' systems, improving workplace conditions to be more ergonomic, and managing work shifts.. Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company enganged in the garment sector that produces office uniforms, polo t-shirts and t-shirts with the highest demand for polo t-shirt products from lacos 20S Black cloth. Based on company data and the results of interviews with informants, it found that companies often eperience stockout and overstock of supplies of lacos 20S black cloth due to fluctuating demand. This study to control inventory by comparing the company method with the method of Continuous Review (s,S) System, (S,Q) System and Periodic Review (R,s,S) System, (R,S) System to obtain minimum total cost of inventory. Based on the calculation using the company method, the total cost of inventory is Rp 643.487.400 and the minimum total cost of inventory using the Continuous Review (s,Q) System method is Rp 635.880.585 with savings of Rp 7.606.815 and the percentage of cost reduction is 1,18%. The forecasting needs for April 2021 to March 2022 using the Continuous Review (s,Q) System method, the order quantity is 378 Kg and the reorder point is 133 Kg with a total inventory cost is Rp 767.415.089.

Abstract

Cafe Gajahmada is a cafe on the main street of Mojokerto which has a minimalist architectural style. This cafe provides fast food and is equipped with Wi-Fi so that visitors can surf the internet for free and become an interesting place to socialize. Along with the times, existing tables and chairs do not meet ergonomic standards because when visitors use notebooks, sometimes spills occur so that the water hits the notebook. There is no safe place to put drinks because the design of the tables and chairs is only intended as a place to eat. In addition, the chairs used is not ergonomic, where, when sitting, there is discomfort in the hips because the seat design does not match the dimensions of the visitor's body, and also the material is made of hard material, so it is not comfortable to sit for long with the intensity of time. This study aims to design an ergonomic cafe table and chair to provide comfort to visitors when using it. Based on the results of the study, the size of an ergonomic cafe table and chair is table height is 78 cm, and table width is 47 cm, table length is 72 cm, seat height is 44 cm, seat width is 38 cm, seat length is 40 cm, chair back width is 41 cm, and the seatback height is 55 cm.

Abstract

PT BBI is a company engaged in producing machinery, industrial equipment, and foundry. PT BBI has overgrown as a company that focuses on manufacturing and delivering products such as oil and gas/refinery/petrochemical industries, power plans, iron castings, precision machinery centers, etc. PT BBI uses various kinds of machines to support its production process. Some devices have often experienced damage and caused downtime in recent years, namely radial drilling machines and overhead cranes. In addition, machine damage also causes cost overruns due to damage that can harm the company. Engine damage caused is due to the company's poor maintenance policy. Judging from these problems, planning a maintenance system with a suitable method will help the machines and production equipment owned by PT. BBI is protected from damage that occurs periodically. The Markov Chain method was chosen because it has advantages over other maintenance methods because it produces more optimal maintenance costs with a regular maintenance scheduling system. The processing results obtained a total savings of 33% by applying the Markov Chain proposed maintenance method with maintenance intervals every 5 months for radial drilling machines and once every 3 months for 10T overhead cranes

Abstract

The increasing number of pandemic cases in early 2021, has made online trading (marketplace) more widespread, making competition for marketplace companies getting tighter. Marketing strategy competition can be tested with a game theory approach. This study aims to determine the optimum marketing strategy in the marketplace so as to increase market share. From the data processing on the payoff matrix, there is no saddle point where the maximum value is not the same as the minimum value so that the pure strategy is not the optimum strategy. Furthermore, the data is processed using the POM-QM program to determine the value of the most optimum marketing strategy for each marketplace. Get games between marketplaces using a mixed strategy. In the Shopee and Tokopedia games, the optimal game value is 9%. In the second game, Shopee and Lazada, the optimal game value is 10%. In Shopee and Bukalapak games, the optimal game value is 8%. In the Shopee and Blibli games, the optimal game value is 16%. In the Tokopedia and Lazada games, the optimal game value is 10%. In the Tokopedia and Bukalapak games, the optimal game value is 9%. In the Tokopedia and Blibli games, the optimal game value is 9%. In the Lazada and Bukalapak games, the optimal game value is 11%. In the Lazada and Blibli games, the optimal game value is 13%. In the last game, Bukalapak and Blibli, the optimal game value was 14%.

Abstract

Alp Petro Industri is a company engaged in the lubricating oil industry. The raw materials needed are Feed Stock, Base Oil, and Additives. PT. ALP Petro Industri experienced problems in its inventory, which sometimes experienced excess inventory which resulted in high storage costs, and sometimes experienced a shortage of raw materials which resulted in the cessation of the production process so that the company could not fulfill the products desired by consumers. This study aims to determine the level of inventory control of lubricating oil raw materials at PT. Alp Petro Industri Pasuruan optimally to minimize inventory costs. The existing data in the company has the characteristics of varying demand levels, so it is processed with a dynamic deterministic inventory control model, namely the Heuristic Silver Meal method. From the calculation of the total cost of inventory with the company's method of IDR. 50,722,980,000 while the Heuristic Silver Meal method is IDR. 50,536,660,000. The Heuristic Silver Meal method produces a total cost of inventory that is cheaper than the company's method of IDR. 50,722,980,000 with a savings of IDR. 186.320.000. The optimal number of orders for raw materials for Feed Stock raw materials is 348,697 kg per month, Base Oil raw materials are 408,733 kg per month, and Additives raw materials are 141,783 kg per month.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelayanan merupakan kegiatan pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen untuk memenuhi harapan dan kepuasan pelanggan. PT. Hasil Tunas Cemerlang merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang general distributor consumer. Saat ini, PT. Hasil Tunas Cemerlang khususnya distribusi pada produk Dua Kelinci yang mempunyai permintaan yang tinggi menerima aduan dari pelanggan dimana adanya beberapa kasus keterlambatan dan waktu pengiriman lama yang menyebabkan proses pendistribusian ke pelanggan terhambat, jumlah produk yang dikirim belum sesuai dengan pesanan, belum jelasnya informasi ketersediaan produk, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Physical Distribution Service Quality (PDSQ) untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan layanan distribusinya dan Potential Gain Customer Value (PGCV) untuk memberikan usulan perbaikan. Pada metode PDSQ diperoleh nilai IKP dengan nilai rata-rata persepsi untuk setiap dimensi didapat nilai sebesar 3,36 dan untuk rata-rata harapan sebesar 4,73. Diperoleh nilai Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan yaitu 0,70 masuk kedalam kategori C atau Cukup Puas. Setelah dilakukan pemeringkatan dengan metode Potential Gain Customer Value maka diperoleh peringkat sebagai rekomendasi strategi perbaikan dengan lima (5) peringkat tertinggi yaitu Kecepatan Waktu Pengiriman Produk (T2) dengan nilai 9,72, atribut Informasi Ketersediaan Produk (A2) dengan nilai 9,12, Ketepatan Dalam Pengiriman Produk (T4) dengan nilai 9,04, Kondisi Jumlah Produk Sudah Sesuai Pesanan (C2) dengan nilai 8,70, Kecepatan Waktu Pelayanan Pemesanan (T1) dengan nilai 7,76. ABSTRACT Service is an activity that needs and desires of consumers meet the expectations and satisfaction of customers. PT. Hasil Tunas Cemerlang is a company engaged in general distributors consumer. Currently, PT. Hasil Tunas Cemerlang, especially the distribution of the product of Dua Kelinci that have a high demand received complaints from customer where the existence some cases of delay and delivery time longer which leads to disruption on the process of distribution to customers, the amount of product delivered is not in accordance with the order, unclear information on the availability of products, and others. This study uses the methods of Physical Distribution Service Quality (PDSQ) to measure the level of satisfaction of service distribution and Potential Gain in Customer Value (PGCV) to give the proposed improvements. On the method of PDSQ values obtained IKP with an average value perception for each dimension value obtained by 3,36 and for the average expectation obtained 4.73. The values of customer satisfaction index obtained 0.70 categorised as C or Quite Satisfied. After rating by the method of Potential Gain in Customer Value the recommendations for improvement strategies with five (5) highest rank is the Speed of the Delivery Time of the Product (T2) with a value 9,72, the attribute Information on the Availability of the Product (A2) with a value 9,12, the Accuracy In the Delivery of the Product (T4) with a value 9.04, the Condition Number of the Products are in Accordance of the Order (C2) with a value 8.70, the Speed of the Service Time of Booking (T1) with a value 7,76.
