Patah Titi law is the disconnection of cognates between grandfather/grandmother and their grandchildren because the father or the mother of the grandchild/ren died before the testator. In the traditional culture of Gayo, the beneficiary of this Patah Titi does not receive the property left by his/her grandfather/grandmother at all, and which is more painful is that the family relationship between the beneficiary/grandchildren and their grandfather’s family who experiences Patah Titi. It is true that there is no substitution in Islamic Law, but Islamic Law does not disconnect the cognates, even the grandchildren who have lost their parents still get their parts through grant although the amount they receive is small but they still receive inheritance from their grandfather. One of the concepts of Islamic InheritanceLaw Reform is the Compilation of Islamic law widely socialized through Presidential Instruction No.1/199. The Compilation of Islamic Law in its Article 185, gives the right of a heir who has passed away to his/her descendants who are still alive. Semakin meningkatnya gairah para konsumen otomotif di Indonesia dan mancanegara untuk membeli mobil pasca COVID-19 ini, mendorong perusahaan otomotif Indonesia dan para pemasoknya untuk selalu meningkatkan produktivitas. Namun, ‘semangat’ tersebut tidak selamanya diikuti oleh seluruh pemasok yang ada, khususnya perusahaan SME (Small Medium Enterprise) atau biasa dikenal dengan perusahaan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Keberadaan UMKM tersebut, meski tidak secara langsung memproduksi komponen otomotif, namun sangat berperan dalam menunjang kelancaran proses produksi. Salah satu contohnya adalah pembuatan pallet untuk penempatan material dan produk setengah jadi di PT SIJ. Terkadang masalah yang sering dihadapi perusahaan tersebut adalah lambatnya proses fabrikasi, kualitas yang buruk, hingga delay dalam pengiriman ke pelanggan. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi dalam pembuatan equipment penunjang tersebut seringkali disebabkan oleh masih banyaknya waste yang terjadi disetiap lini. Aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep dasar Lean manufacturing khususnya untuk perusahaan SME, yang nantinya diharapkan perusahaan tersebut dapat menerapkan konsep dasar ini yang sudah terbukti dapat mengeliminasi waste sehingga delay pengiriman dapat terhindari.

Adolescence is a period of transition from children to adults. Transitional status often makes adolescent students confused in determining which choices are right for themselves. In fact, they need to know themselves better, their potential and what they like and dislike, and to make plans for their future. Therefore, to avoid confusion in their selves, self-identity is needed. The purpose of this study is to describe aspects of self-identity of adolescent students at SMA Negeri 4 Padang. The data were collected through a self-identity questionnaire given to a total of 33 students. This study used purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed quantitatively and described comprehensively. This study found that the mean score of adolescent students’ self-identity was 133.52 or 72.07% of the ideal score. In addition, 9.09% students had very high self-identity; 36.36% students had high self-identity; 24.24 students had moderate self-identity; 30.30 students had low self-identity; and none had very low self-identity. The development of self-identity of adolescent students must continue to be improved in order to support the development of their learning.

AbstractThe car assembly industry continues to grow, especially in Indonesia. Logistics is one of the fields that supports the car assembly industry such as the Cross-dock warehouse. The Cross-dock warehouse itself has a capacity limit in receiving queues of containers received in the truck unloading waiting area. Queue analysis was carried out at the Cross-dock company in the car assembly industry in Cikarang using the Queue method (M/M/S). Where the current container receiving capacity is obtained at a maximum of 12 containers per hour and the unloading capacity of 2 containers per hour will not exceed the waiting capacity for container unloading as many as 8 containers, if it is found that the arrival of containers exceeds 12 containers, it will result in the container being outside the Cross-dock system and must be outside the Cross-dock warehouse. AbstrakIndustri perakitan mobil terus berkembang khususnnya di Indonesia. Logistik adalah salah satu bidang yang mensupport industri perakitan mobil seperti adanya gudang Cross-dock. Gudang Cross-dock sendiri mempunyai batasan kapasitas dalam menerima antrian container yang diterima di area tunggu bongkarang truk. Analisa antrian dilakukan pada perusahaan Cross-dock di Industri perakitan mobil di Cikarang dengan menggunakan metode Antrian (M/M/S). Dimana didapatkan kapasitas penerimaan container saat ini sudah maksimal dengan 12 container perjam dan kapasitas bongkaran 2 kontainer perjam tidak akan melebihi dari kapasitas tunggu bongkaran kontainer sebanyak 8 kontainer jika didapati kedatangan kontainer melebihi dari 12 kontainer maka akan mengakibatkan container berada diluar dari system Cross-dock dan harus berada di luar dari gudang Cross-dock.

PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pembuatan cat berbahan dasar air. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan ini merupakan cat dasar dengan sistem pewarnaan campuran, sehingga memerlukan sistem pengendalian agar tidak terjadi kontaminasi pada saat pergantian produk. Berdasarkan data produksi Januari 2023, tercatat bahwa 94% defect kontaminasi produk disebabkan oleh kesalahan manusia (human error) yang terjadi pada saat pergantian produk berbahan dasar putih (base A) ke produk berbahan dasar transparan (base C). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan bahwa metode Poka Yoke mampu mengendalikan resiko kesalahan manusia selama proses pergantian produk berlangsung dari tangki pelarut ketangki pencampur. Penerapan metode Poka Yoke di PT XYZ, melalui pembuatan matriks untuk mengatur buka-tutup valve serta pemberian identifikasi, telah berhasil mengelola risiko kesalahan manusia. Dampaknya adalah penurunan cacat kontaminasi produk hingga mencapai nol cacat (zero defect).

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the manufacturing of paints, both water based and solvent based. Every year the growth of paint sales is 11-13%. The company's ability to meet demand based on consumer needs adjustments causes many product variants to be made, thus affecting the change over time for each product change. The purpose of this research is to reduce the change over time from base A (white) products to base C products (transparent) using the Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) method. This method can identify the activities carried out in the product change over process to be separated into two activities, namely internal activities, and external activities. Before the repair, the change over time required by the company was 63 minutes of the company's target of 30 minutes, after applying the SMED method, the change over time was 33 minutes. PT. Location selection is importan in determining the operational company cost because it can determine the costs and profits of the company. In terms of operational location determination can improve the quality of a company's operations by guaranteeing the accuracy of delivery. The purpose of this study is to determine the best potential point of the targeted companies in the GIIC Cikarang area. The location (-6,38874697, 107,1811769) obtained is in the middle of the customer. With the right location, PT. XYZ can reduce transportation costs so that it can increase the company's profits in terms of transportation.

This study aims to identify the root causes of defects in stick lolipop products at PT. XYZ and develop improvement steps using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) method. The analysis revealed that hole defects were the most dominant type, accounting for 41.7% of total defects. The primary causes include human factors (lack of training and work fatigue), machinery (irregular maintenance and aging machines), materials (low quality raw materials), environment (insufficient ventilation and lighting), methods (setting errors and inadequate SOP supervision), and measurements (limited measuring tools). After implementing improvements such as operator training, periodic machine maintenance, quality enhancement of raw materials, and stricter SOP supervision, the defect percentage decreased by 37.17%.

Industri tekstil adalah sektor manufaktur yang memerlukan pasokan energi dalam jumlah besar untuk proses produksinya. PT XYZ, sebagai perusahaan tekstil, sangat bergantung pada pasokan energi listrik untuk operasionalnya. Namun, karena belum adanya audit internal yang memadai, perusahaan mengalami pemborosan energi listrik yang tinggi. Selain itu, kurangnya analisis yang tepat menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian antara penggunaan energi listrik aktual dan kapasitas yang tersedia. Hal ini berdampak pada pemadaman listrik dan kerusakan pada beberapa komponen mesin, terutama mesin drawline. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa fluktuasi dalam pemakaian energi listrik dan ketidakstabilan proses produksi berkontribusi pada meningkatnya biaya tagihan listrik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan audit energi untuk mencapai efisiensi energi yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan pengukuran konsumsi energi spesifik dengan menggunakan pendekatan Fishbone Analysis. Dari hasil perhitungan, konsumsi energi spesifik yang diperoleh selama 30 hari produksi adalah 280.2 Kwh/Ton.

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the automotive component sector, namely producing car AC (Air Conditioning) compressors as its main product. PT XYZ often experiences problems in fulfilling consumer needs, because there are products produced that are still Not Good (NG). This study aims to be able to carry out quality control in the production process and can prevent the level of product defects during the production process. Then this study also identifies what causes defects in products for product quality control at PT XYZ in order to control and minimize the level of defects and can produce products that have high quality standards. The method used in this study is Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results of this study, the largest RPN value is a product that is a deep scratch on the surface of the front or rear cylinder with an RPN value of 100 factors that cause dent defects with many chips in the machine, the product looks like there are some fairly deep chips on the surface of the front or rear cylinder RPN value 60 is a chip defect, this is caused by employees being less careful when the product comes out of the machine, the product has a point in the gaps between the holes of the Cylinder product RPN value 45 is a porosity defect, this is caused by obstacles in the machine that is not repaired and not maintained, so that during the production process there are obstacles to defects in the product caused by the machine. Of the several causes above that can affect quality, including the machine still leaving a lot of chips, then the lack of monitoring and control of production operator employees, and not doing maintenance.
