Abstract

For centuries, for the people of Tidore (North Maluku), social control has been a tradition of their ancestors (kabata dutu). This tradition is a form of communication among the Tidore people, with the aim of controlling the functioning of a social system. This research aims to explain the kabata dutu tradition (local wisdom) as social control for the Tidore community and describe the meaning contained in the kabata dutu tradition. Primary and secondary data (interviews, literature reviews, journals, scientific articles) are the reference for this research. The data analysis knife goes through the process of searching (systematic data classification) and drawing conclusions. Research conclusions; 1) The kabata dutu tradition is the philosophy of life of the Tidore people. This tradition is part of the social expression that emerged from the lives of the Tidore people to defend matters of truth. This tradition is not just an accessory to cultural representation, but as a social control to instill a culture of shame so that all forms of action are based on social norms. Kabata dutu is a means of aspiration (social control) for the government to improve public services faced by the community. Each stage of the traditional procession reflects a social process that encourages the realization of positive character in the lives of its people; 2) Kabata dutu interprets humans as social units who are interconnected with each other, so that a sense of belonging and need is expressed in the daily lifestyle of the Tidore people. The meaning of the kabata dutu tradition is as a message (borero) from the ancestors which contains universal truth values (in all aspects of life, including morals, customs, social ties). Through kabata poetry, Tidore people exercise social control in their behavior in society in order to maintain the noble values of their ancestral mandate.

Abstract

Dishonorable behavior by taking other people's belongings is often carried out by teenagers in social institutions. These actions occur because they experience financial, social and emotional problems. Precautions must be taken to ensure the next generation does not behave corruptly. Locus of service of Ciputat Women's Charity Orphanage, South Tangerang. The partner's goal is to create an anti-corruption atmosphere and culture through anti-corruption-based activities; And students as service members have sensitivity and are able to photograph real conditions so that their creativity develops in cultivating anti-corruption behavior. Participatory action research is the method used. This service activity has succeeded in fostering anti-corruption cultural behavior in partners. The results of the questionnaire showed that of the 38 participants who participated in the anti-corruption values habituation activity, 34 people gave statements of "very satisfied" or at level 4, and 4 others at level 3 or "satisfied". So it was concluded that from all indicators (statements) listed in the questionnaire, the statement "very satisfied" reached 89% and the statement "satisfied" reached 11%, so that the service activity was declared successful and able to encourage foster children to behave anti-corruption. As a recommendation, social institutions should design parenting styles, which can protect foster children from reprehensible acts, so that aspects of their cognition, affection and conation can grow optimally and sustainably and they are not inherited from the corrupt deeds of their predecessors.

Abstract

Although the local government has accommodated the advantages of local values in the Ternate region, educational institutions in the regions have not integrated the advantages of local wisdom values in learning local content. Local wisdom should not be used as a mere symbol, it needs to be integrated in order to create learning that is decorated with wisdom so that the Indonesian generation has strong mental resilience, high morals, forms commendable behavior, and grows an anti-corruption culture. The research aims to describe the customs of the Ternate people as a model of anti-corruption education and its relevance to anti-corruption principles. Descriptive-based qualitative is the choice of this research. Research data is obtained through interviews and supported by relevant documentation and journals and books. Conclusion; 1) "Adat se-Atorang" comes from the ancestral heritage of the Ternate people which is adopted from the basic principle of Islamic teachings (Akhlakulkarimah) which serves as a guide to life, which is practiced continuously to prevent acts of self-destructive greed; 2) "Adat se-Atorang" with values at the core; Galib se-Lakudi (true authority belongs only to God, by His will, man only carries out His entrustment; Sere se-Duniru (in the construction of social interaction relationships, human beings must not deviate from His rules); Cing se-Cingari (when acting, it must be seen by the public, always aware of itself that there is supervision of man and God); Cara se-Ngale (doing a work always refers to the guidance of God (Allah Swt); Bobaso se-Rasai (the gift of God's knowledge to humans to maintain behavior in social relationships; Loa se-Bannari (if trust is given, it must be done honestly, correctly and straightly); Duka se-Cinta (grow an attitude of caring and tolerance for others); Baso se-Hormati (respect others and do not accuse or blame others). The value in question has a universal meaning and is in line with the principles of anti-corruption and the spirit of the mandate of the Anti-Corruption Law.

Abstract

Bagus, Firmansyah, 2023, “Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja     Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Pondok Pesantren Assa’adah Tangerang Selatan”, Skripsi. Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Pamulang, Pembimbing Abd. Chaidir Marasabessy, S.Sos., M.PdTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan di Pondok Pesantren Assa’adah Tangerang Selatan baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi ganda, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis, Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7.212 > 2,002). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,393 > 2,002). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y =. 8,729 + 0,416X1 + 0,381X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,776 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 60,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (43,102 > 2,770). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan motivasi dan disiplin terhadap kinerja guru dan tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

Perguruan tinggi adalah pendidikan dengan segala macam bentuk penyelenggaraannya yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan individu agar memiliki kemampuan akademik dan professional. Minat peserta didik dalam melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi tentu cukup beragam. Ada peserta didik yang memiliki minat tinggi, rendah, bahkan ada yang sama sekali tidak berminat. Kondisi ini sebenarnya tidak terlepas dari berbagai macam faktor-faktor. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat peserta didik kelas xii SMA PGRI 83 legok kabupaten tangerang dalam melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi, serta faktor pendorong dan penghambat apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Jenis penelitiannya yaitu studi kasus dengan teknik dan instrument pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber. Didukung teknik analisis data melalui reduksi data, pengkodean data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minat peserta didik SMA PGRI 83 Legok Kabupaten Tangerang dalam melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi masih tergolong sangat rendah atau kurang, mengingat jumlah peserta didik yang tidak melanjutkan lebih banyak dari pada peserta didik yang melanjutkan pendidikannya. Dalam hal ini faktor penghambat peserta didik SMA PGRI 83 Legok Kabupaten Tangerang tidak melanjutkan studi ke perguruan yaitu karena keterbatasan ekonomi, yang dimana mereka lebih memilih bekerja untuk menghasilkan uang agar bisa membantu kehidupan orangtuanya. Bagi orang tua yang memiliki kondisi perekonomian berkecukupan mungkin tidak jadi masalah, tetapi berbeda dengan orang tua yang memiliki kondisi perekonomian rendah itu dapat menjadi kendala yang utama Adapun untuk faktor pendorong bagi peserta didik yang ingin melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi yaitu umumnya karena kemauan peserta didik itu sendiri, dimana adanya cita-cita tertentu yang ingin dicapai serta keinginan untuk memperdalam ilmu dan mengasah keterampilan agar dapat memperoleh pekerjaan yang mapan sesuai dengan keinginan peserta didik. Selain itu dalam hal ini lingkungan sekitar seperti keluarga, sekolah, dan teman selalu mendukung minat peserta didik dalam melanjutkan studi ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Pancasila sebagai dasar negara merupakan sumber dari segala norma, baik norma hukum, norma moral, ataupun norma kenegaraan lainnya. Nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila ini dijabarkan dalam norma-norma moralitas atau norma etika. Sehingga, Pancasila dijadikan sebagai sistem etika yang mengandung norma moral ataupun norma hukum yang diterapkan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara. Pancasila sebagai sistem etika memiliki tujuan untuk menciptakan sistem politik yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip demokrasi. Sedangkan, dinamika kehidupan demokrasi masyarakat Indonesia telah memasuki babak baru yang dikenal dengan era pasca kebenaran. Abstract

Pacagoya is imbued with symbols, meanings, and values. This qualitative phenomenological study investigates the significance of rituals within Kalaodis village, serving as a manifestation of Pancasila values that advocate for the protection of the natural environment. The research utilized a combination of interview data gathered from customary officials, as well as scientific journals, books, and pertinent documents. Value theory was employed for the analysis, leading to the reduction, presentation, and synthesis of data to uncover the meanings and values inherent in the rituals. The findings indicate that Pacagoya embodies ethical values through the principle of Bobeto, which serves as a guiding framework, reminding individuals of the importance of not acting arrogantly toward nature. This principle is further exemplified by the concept of Legu dou. Bobeto, which represents customary norms, expresses aspects of global diversity, whereas Marong reflects the spirit of mutual cooperation in the management of agricultural land. Pacagoya integrates the relationships between humans, nature, and the Creator, symbolizing a harmonious balance that aligns with the First Principle of Pancasila. Furthermore, the interactions among individuals, alongside their civic responsibilities to manage and protect their environment—particularly forests—underscore the values associated with the Second Principle of Pancasila. In this context, Bobeto exemplifies the responsiveness of the customary community and plays a vital role in social supervision, reflecting the Third Principle of Pancasila. The norms embodied in Bobeto are binding for the people of Tidore, illustrating the values inherent in the Fourth Principle of Pancasila by fostering awareness and accountability in decision-making processes concerning environmental protection. Additionally, Bobeto functions as a mechanism of self-regulation, promoting equilibrium between rights and responsibilities. Equitable treatment of the natural environment contributes to the welfare of the community, aligning with the values of the Fifth Principle of Pancasila. The mandate of Bobeto serves as a representation of prudent behavior, actualized in contemporary practices through the Pacagoya tradition, which conveys essential moral messages regarding environmental stewardship. This study offers significant theoretical and practical contributions by emphasizing the values of Bobeto and Marong within the context of the Pacagoya ritual, thereby highlighting the necessity of integrating these values into various dimensions of life, particularly in the development of social values and the enhancement of the Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

The Kusu Tidore community is characterised by a high degree of diversity, which is generally regarded as a positive asset. However, this diversity can also give rise to tensions between different groups. The objective of this paper is to provide a comprehensive description of the phenomenon of religious moderation within the Kusu Tidore community, with a focus on its deep-rootedness in the local cultural context. In addition, the paper seeks to undertake a thorough analysis of the values and meanings associated with religious moderation. The present study employs a qualitative methodology, utilising scientific journals, books, and relevant documentation as data sources. In analysing the data, the author employs a predetermined formula for classification, subsequently processing the data and citing various literatures. This approach is intended to present research findings in a comprehensive and valid manner, by means of abstracting and discussing them to produce knowledge that underlies the conclusion of the study. The findings yielded the following conclusions: 1) The tradition of 'mejapanjang' in the Kusu community of Tidore Islands functions as a means of fostering amity between religious communities, thereby serving as a reflection of the majority group's role in providing protection to minority groups. The Tulude is a form of harmony, peace, and safety among the people of Halmahera. The Babari (bapalos) and Tulude (menulude) have a universal meaning that teaches tolerance, mutual cooperation, and assistance, as well as harmony and unity. These concepts are symbols of the Kusu community's culture and religious attitudes. Furthermore, the significance of 'Babari' (bapalos) and 'Tulude' lies in their role as the cornerstones of a paradigm and the social ethos of religion. These concepts emphasise the principle of deliberation and underscore the value of social justice within the local community. This study makes a significant contribution to the ongoing discourse on the threat of modernisation (socio-cultural change) to the preservation of local values in traditional communities. These local values become a source of motivation for the next generation and act as a solution to the cultural differences (custom) of the three tribes in the Kusu-Tidore community.

Abstract

The Kia Lahi ritual tradition is not merely a union of two individuals; it embodies the cultural, spiritual, and social values passed down from ancestors. This study describes the process of the Kia Lahi ritual and analyzes the meanings and values inherent within it. A phenomenological approach is employed, utilizing interviews as a data collection technique, supplemented by a review of relevant literature. Data analysis involves classifying information according to established formulas. The data is processed by referencing various sources, interpreting findings, and drawing conclusions to comprehend the meanings and values within the Kia Lahi ritual. The Kia Lahi ritual of the Tidore people consists of 17 stages. This ritual signifies kinship, respect, purity, reverence, and devotion to one's faith. Additionally, it conveys the concept of "borero gosimo" (ancestral messages), emphasizing the enforcement of "adat se-atorang" (customs and regulations) that adhere to the principle of "adat bersendi pada syariat Islam, and syariat Islam bersendi Al-Qur'an" (customs grounded in Islamic law, and Islamic law grounded in the Qur'an). The Kia Lahi ritual is not merely a ceremonial practice repeated since ancient times; it plays a significant role in shaping social values and serves as a medium for religious outreach.

Abstract

Memasuki era keterbukaan yang ditandai dengan revolusi 4.0 merupakan suatu pertanda perubahan besar bagi kehidupan umat manusia. Setiap insan yang hidup pada abad sekarang ini dituntut memiliki kecakapan dan keterampilan yang memadai, agar dapat beradaptasi dan berkontribusi dalam menghadapi abad 21 yang semakin kompetitif. Kurikulum 2013 telah memberikan isyarat bahwa guru harus mempunyai kompetensi dalam mengevaluasi hasil belajar siswa. Penilaian hasil belajar diharapkan dapat membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi, karena keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi dapat mendorong siswa untuk berpikir secara luas dan mendalam tentang materi pelajaran. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menyusun soal-soal HOST bagi guru di MI Mathlaul Anwar Benda Baru Pamulang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode diskusi, tanya jawab, dan workshop. Pada intinya kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan, yaitu adanya peningkatan dari peserta dalam memahami tentang konsep soal-soal berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) dan meningkatnya keterampilan para peserta dalam menyusun soal-soal berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) sesuai dengan indikator yang telah ditetapkan.
